"While Resorts World went for a food hall rather than a casino buffet when it opened in 2021, its Genting Palace restaurant offers a stellar buffet on Sundays. The all-you-can-eat model is a white tablecloth affair, with a buffet counter taking up residency in the ornate dining room beneath floral-patterned wallpaper and geometric light fixtures. The stars here are the Beijing duck, Alaskan king crab, and crisp pork belly. Seafood takes the form of shucked oysters served on the half shell and super plump cocktail shrimp. Hot Chinese dishes look like shiitake mushrooms with fried tofu and a carving station for Cantonese-style fried pork belly. At $68.88, it comes in under some of the Strip’s higher-ticket seafood buffets." - Janna Karel
