We had just off the plane and it was midnight. We were worried that nothing was open for dining. Our friend who resides here in Texas suggested this spot. It was our first time here and was happy that they were open until 1:30am.
As soon as we entered, the aroma of Korean BBQ made me feel even more hungry. We were greeted by a very friendly employee who sat us several minutes after as they needed to set up the table.
When we sat, our table had several different banchan (pickled daikon, kimchee, mac and corn salad, a white and green onion salad, and a spicy bean sprouts salad), & three different sauces (salt, pepper, oil, bean paste, and bean powder).
We ordered:
(1) Set Menu C which consisted of Thin Sliced Beef Brisket, Beef Bulgogi, Marinated Beef Short Rib, Beef Finger Meat, *Corn & Cheese/Steamed egg/Soy bean paste soup/Kimchi soup
(2) Several Orders of Pork Belly and Marinated Beef Short Rib
Because we ordered three additional meats, we were able to get an extra side of kim chee soup. They also gave us lettuce for our meals and bowls of rice.
All of the meats were good and tender and even better with the sauces. The kim chee soup was spicy but had a really good flavor. Everything tasted very delicious!
The restaurant was clean and so was the women's restroom.
The service was on point and amazing. The employees were very nice and welcoming. They even cooked our food for us. Normally, you would cook your own but I think it helped to speed up the process since it was late and we were the only ones there. One of the employees cooking even showed one of our friends how to eat everything with the lettuce as he asked her.
The prices were reasonable despite that everything was ala carte. I would definelty return and would suggest this place.
