Boho-Cozy-Industrial - this place is a total vibe! Great wood-fired pizza & beer, the smell will hook you just inside the door. The Friend of the Devil was better with every bite: building subtle heat, never overpowering, like a fuse that leads to the *pow* of tangy goat cheese. We ate everything. Excellent service to boot, love the art & lighting, thanks to all for an excellent experience! *One note for taller or larger patrons: at least one of the booths against the mural is incredibly tight, infringed further by a pipe along the wall. Don't sit here. You will be happier at a different table with chairs.*

Pros Service: There were two people working. They were decently busy, and the two were hustling! But they were happy to take the time to give local recommendations. They were happy we were there. Beer: Decent. It wasn’t our favorite in the area, but certainly enjoyable. Atmosphere: Super relaxed and chill. It’s in a cool little space. Cons Seating: We sat at the bar and the seating was uncomfortable. Overall: I really enjoyed this brewery.

We went to the brewery 2 weeks ago when the new IPA was just tapped (yacht rock night). First, the vibe was so fun! Yacht rock was a throw back from our childhood….😀Second, the pizza was amazing! As a vegan, I’m just gonna say…BEST VEGAN PIZZA IN G.R!! House made cashew cheese is amazing!! Thank you so much for having that over inedible vegan cheese (that every other restaurant offers). Third, Our server (I don’t remember his name, but he had long dark hair) was so accommodating and so kind! He went above and beyond to make sure everything we ordered was vegan. Lastly, our beer was amazing! Thank you for a great experience ❤️

A Fun, Tasty Evening at Harmony Brewery Harmony Brewery in Grand Rapids is a cool spot on Lake Dr SE. It’s not just a brewery but a welcoming bar and restaurant too. The place has a nice, laid-back feel that makes you want to stick around. On a recent visit during an open mic comedy night, it turned out to be a great spot to enjoy some laughs with a small, lively crowd. Trying their beer was a refreshing moment. It’s crafted well and makes a good sip while you settle back and take in the scene. The pizza here, cooked in a wood-fired oven, is something special. It has a crust that’s just the right kind of crispy, and the toppings are generous without being too much. Even though the menu doesn’t have tons of options, what they do have is done really well. The drink choices are interesting too, consisting of their own brewed beers, giving a good mix of standard and something a bit different. The folks working here are quick and friendly, making sure everything’s good without being in your face. Spending a Friday night at Harmony Brewery was a really nice experience. It was chill, fun, and left a good feeling to think back on.

5.0/5.0 THIS IS THE 1ST EVER PERFECT 5.0!! 11/20/2023 This pizza is the exact pizza you think about when you dream about the perfect pizza. It's AMAZING! The cheese bread is just as highly rated as the pizza. It's a MUST try!! Add the balsamic, and it takes it to a new level! My ONLY complaints are the cheese bread only comes in 1/2 an order.. then the salad is 16$ and I can get the same salad for 10$ at a local pizza place. But, besides the price and quantity, this is the absolute most AMAZING food I've ever had locally!!

We stopped in here on Saturday afternoon and I had the PCHERRYDACTYL which was amazing. I love a sour beer and this one had the perfect cherry hint. I had the MOTHER NATURE’S RETURN sandwich which was the perfect mixture of sweetness with the dried cranberries. I especially like the caramelized onions. They had a roasted red pepper tomato soup on special for the day and these two paired great tougher. The patio was full however we sat in the back room which was so bright and warm from the sun, our server was attentive and cheery. Great location for lunch and to enjoy some delicious beers!

Google
Service was amazing. Beer was amazing. Appetizers cost and portions an ABSOLUTE ridiculous joke. $9 dollars for a hot pretzel the size of 2 year olds fist and cold cheese out of a can. Come on. Management / Owners - You need to actually look what you are giving to people. 1 person serving on lunch? It was crazy. You're SO lucky Dave is amazing 👏 Stop robbing us loyal locals. I was disgusted with your Appetizer portion.

Google
Absolutely fabulous place! The drinks were so good and unique compared to a lot of local places, and the pizzas were to die for! The staff is so sweet and so helpful! I ended up leaving my phone, but luckily our awesome waitress Shelby (I hope I’m getting it right!) saved the day!! Definitely coming back soon!

Yelp
Technically, I would give Harmony Brewing Company 4.5 stars, but since we are not allowed to give half points, I decided to round up. My friends and I came here on a Sunday night for Trivia night, and it was really fun! It was calm and civil, and the trivia host was really great and fun. I guess it was just happened to be on our night, but it was mainly filled with young adults. You answer the trivia questions through your phone. The questions were eclectic; that being said, each round would be differently themed, which made it fun. I would definitely come back here to play some more trivia! I got the Crispy Pig pizza and really enjoyed it. The crust is on the thinner side, which I kind of liked (I do like a nice thick crust, but this one was good). It was a good size; if I was really starving, I could have probably finished the whole thing. The only reason I docked off .5 points was because the pizza was quite salty. I know bacon can be quite salty, but this one was just a little too salty for me. But the rest of the pizza - the cheese and basil - was really great! I'd recommend it to friends.

Michael R.

Yelp
Solid place for some craft beers and snacks. Fiddlestix IPA was decent and the pickle library is an interesting plate with a few pickled vegetable options that are unique (turnip, sliced jalapeno and others. I went early on a Saturday, so the atmosphere would be better judged later in the day or evening.

Yelp
Delicious pizza. Harmony often has rotating specials, like the Double Pep SBI that we ordered, and we were very happy with it. Lots of pepperoni, cheese, pepperoncini ranch, and more pepperoni and a fluffy yet crispy crust. The only downside is that we were stilly hungry after splitting it between the two of us, and at $17 we should have been left fulfilled. We did try filling ourselves up with beer (which was also delicious though I don't remember which ones we ordered.) Service was good. Pizza arrived quickly and was devoured even faster. We learned from the menu that much of the inside art and furniture is recycled/reclaimed - pretty cool and unique. During the summer, they have a dog-friendly patio so we will definitely be back with our dog. Dog-friendly, good beer, and delicious pizzas? Sign us up! Just make sure to order an appetizer with your pizza (or a second pizza).

Yelp
Got two pizzas and pitcher of beer. Their pitchers are $2 off on Thursdays at 8pm, and they have a DJ that spins vinyls, too! We got the crispy pig and the wedded bliss. The wedded bliss was a bit sweet for our taste, but the crispy pig was awesome. For the pitcher, we got the Lovely Day IPA. If you're a fan of lavender, this beer is for you! The lavender/floral flavor is strong, and it's unique; I haven't had any comparable beers anywhere else.

Stuart B.

Yelp
Great atmosphere with incredible specials both Beer and Pizza. Service is mellow with very knowledgeable servers. Wait for seating on a Friday night was about 30 minutes. Ordered some snacks to fill the time between pizza, beer served right away.

Megan H.

Yelp
The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars was that it was a very hot day when I went, asked to sit inside, and was sat in the far back. This was a problem because this section of seating had the large garage style doors that were closed, and had no AC. It was like a sauna in there, so I had to ask to be moved to a different table. Other that that, the parking is kind of slim, but there was plenty of street parking around it. The staff was very kind, but I did have to ask to be brought things a couple times before they arrived to my table. The menu was really well put together and the food was excellent! Smaller portion sizes than I expected, but I got an order of breadsticks and one pizza. It was enough to feed two people.

Sarah S.

Yelp
We came in on Monday at 2:00 in the afternoon. Service was slow, but there was only one waitress to serve all of the tables and she was doing her best. We ordered a Mother natures return sandwich-this was very good. The pesto, caramelized onions and the dried cranberries really completed this sandwich. It was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. It came with a pickle and chips on the side. We also ordered a pint of the cinnamon beer (Bumbles Bounce). The cinammon was present but subtle-this wasn't too sweet. All in all, we loved the flavors and the local art here. We totally get that sometimes service can be slow, but I appreciated that we were served when it was our time to be served-our food was outstanding, and the waitress made sure that the beer we chose on a whim was to our liking. We liked it here!

Mark W.

Yelp
Great lunch stop. Pizza and garlicbread were perfect amount for two adults and a child. Garlic bread was the special....so good. Our 9 year old would have ate the whole order. Crispy Pig Pizza had high quality ingredients but seemed to be missing something. Not a lot of places a family of 3 can eat for under $40.

Yelp
Harmony Brewing Company offers a delightful experience from start to finish. The pizza is a delicious symphony of flavors, with a perfect crust that leaves you craving more. The beer selection is impressive and affordable, ensuring there's something for every palate. But what truly sets Harmony apart is the stellar service; our server, Ian, was incredibly helpful and made our visit memorable. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Harmony Brewing Company is a must-visit destination for great food, tasty beer, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning.

David F.

Yelp
I love having a place in a walkable neighborhood where I can get beer and pizza and other tasty treats. I also love that they have some of my favorite pizza around. The beer selection honestly leaves quite a bit to be desired as there were not even enough options on tap to do a flight without repeats - and their "smokey" beer felt like I was drinking a campfire right into my mouth. That being said, I cannot reiterate again how delicious the pizza was. The salad was sparse on prosciutto, but the bites with it were exquisite. All in all, an enjoyable dining experience with polite and efficient service that could be made significantly better by expanding the drink options.

Katy C.

Yelp
I was a little surprised to see I hadn't written a review for Harmony Brewing Company since I used to visit pretty often. Nate and I had a gift card so we stopped by on a sunny afternoon for a late lunch recently. We initially sat outside, but it started sprinkling so our server had us move inside. The interior is cozy and cool, with fun art and big murals on the walls. The menu is simple - salads, pizza, and breadsticks, made with quality ingredients. At lunch they also serve flatbread sandwiches. The beer options when we visited were nicely varied with a couple of tasty sours and fruity beers that I enjoyed. They also have a seltzer option that I tried with passionfruit juice - it was delicious! Sweet and refreshing. I like that they also have a full bar so you can get one of their house specialty cocktails for only $9. For lunch, we ordered the Handsome Brian salad and the hot pepper and bacon pizza. The Handsome Brian salad is simple but delicious with arugula, prosciutto, goat cheese, cracked pepper, parmesan, and lemon oil. It's bright and acidic with creaminess from the goat cheese. I love this salad and order it every time - and it's a big enough portion to split between 2+ people if you also get a pizza. I love a good wood-fired pizza and Harmony's is great. The pizza had quite the kick with the jalapenos (not hot cherry peppers as stated on the menu) and crushed red pepper - I found myself downing water after each piece, but it's not a heat that really lingers. The crust was crispy and the pizza had a nice amount of cheese and sauce. Oh, the sauce! It's not super sweet, just bright and tomato-ey. If you want a nice chill spot to hang out and enjoy some pizza and beer, definitely visit Harmony.

Rebecca G.

Yelp
One of my fav places to go in Eastown! Summers on the patio is perfect with my dog and friends. Winters are great as the pizza oven keeps the place toasty. Anytime a casual meeting place is needed, it's the choice for amazing salads, flatbreads and cocktails!

K W.

Yelp
Ordered take out from Harmony because my parents heard so many great things about their pizza. I am so sorry, their pizzas were some of the driest and blandest pizzas I have ever had. Both the Wedded Bliss and Aloha Goat were not flavorful at all. The Wedded Bliss was especially dry, 70% was just flat bread. I wish it was better, I love pizza and wanted my parents to keep coming back here. It seemed like the chef did not take the time or cared when he made the pizza. Or maybe he was too busy?? idk

Dillon L.

Yelp
First time in awhile that I've come back to Harmony, and it was a great experience! Our server Alessandra was the best. She was so attentive even though she was clearly busy with other tables, but still made time to make sure we had everything we needed. Pizza was cooked to perfection and the beer menu had many great options. Would recommend to any of my friends!

Emma D.

Yelp
I regret to inform that I ordered the Aloha Goat pizza and in the description of this pizza, it only states there is goat cheese. I am dairy free so I do the goat cheese totally fine, but when I got the pizza it was covered in mozzarella as well which I'm allergic to. I wish they would've stated this in the description. I ordered it as takeout and by the time I realized this they were already closed due to their POS systems being down. Definitely bummed by the lack of descriptors and if you order the aloha goat, expect another type of cheese!!!

Blake R.

Yelp
Food was fantastic, beer was decent! Service was 3 stars - fairly slow, beer flight was delivered to wrong table. Over would certainly go back and purposely make this a stop for food / pizza!

Brianna N.

Yelp
I stopped in to Harmony Brewing for a beer on my quick GR trip. I was quickly greeted at the door and took a seat at the bar. My bartender Ian was very friendly! The beer was good, the bathrooms were all-gender bathrooms, and I had a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Kelsey H.

Yelp
Pizza is amazing and the ranch is on fire but I just ordered food 30min ago and they told me 35mins on the phone so I went inside to pay and wait a sec just to get told we haven't started your order yet! I live in Byron Center and drove 25 min to get here and it's 90 degrees outside to just get told they haven't started my order!! No I'm sorry no nothing, and this why I won't be coming back And now that I ate it was not as good as it use to be

Zach P.

Yelp
I was in the mood for pizza and beer during my trip to Grand Rapids and wanted to avoid downtown, so Yelp brought me to Harmony. It was a rainy day but the large patio could be a lot of fun if it was nicer out. I was surprised that it felt more like a restaurant then a brewery. No bartender when I was there and no one at the bar. Cool vibe on the inside, art on the wall, and lots of plants. They had a stage too, so I'm sure they have some live music from time to time. Started off with the Fiddlestix IPA, a classic IPA- clean bitterness with a great hop profile. I'm an "IPA snob" and this one has my approval. Also had the Lovely Day, still great but if you like IPA stick with Fiddlestix. For food I had the Stinger Pizza. The fresh mozzarella was an awesome touch and loved the spicy honey. Wish they had it near me in Colorado. Service was very attentive and honest with their suggestions. I have no reason not to give 5 stars.

Jen H.

Yelp
Great pizza--delivered or dine-in, paired with salad and beer. Love the location! Walkable in a great neighborhood. Aloha goat and Good earth are 2 of our faves.

Jack M.

Yelp
I always try to keep my reviews as brutally honest as possible. And to my standards, 3/5 stars isn't bad. I honestly think the food was just okay but I really liked the setting at atmosphere! From what I remember, the service was good, but also just about average.

Sweeping D.

Yelp
Since they are in the middle of construction or relocation, there are very few options on taps right now, but the few beers I tried were fine, they just had nothing from the styles I normally like which definitely did not make my visit extraordinary. As for food, it was good. I tried their cranberry spinach salad. The service was very nice & friendly. Once when they are back to operating with a good variety of beers, I am sure you will have a great experience.

James F.

Yelp
The Pizza here has dramatically improved since the last time I was here. Place used to have a distinctive and not entirely pleasant dough flavor that has gone away and is now probably one of the better pizza doughs in GR. Beer is very good. Patio seating is great in the warm weather. Would highly recommend.

Sarah B.

Yelp
We really liked this place! East town has a couple pizza places but nothing like this one! They have plenty of outdoor seating (I wonder if one of the patios can convert into an "indoor" area/ the indoor area looked a bit small) we came on a Tuesday and they had 7$ pepperoni pizzas on special. We ordered two of those, one order of pesto cheesy breadsticks, and the wedded bliss pizza. Everything was very good but I especially love the wedded bliss pizza. For $17 it had thick cut bacon, goat cheese, onions, a delicious blend of tomatoes with a balsamic marinade. I am so glad I tried it, and it reheated really well later on! Their takeout business is also super popular - I saw many people come in to grab something they ordered. I can't speak for the beer since we did not drink, but it looked like they had a lot of taps and cocktails. Server was very nice and attentive. Im not sure i would pick it for date night but it would be great to meet with friends after work - especially due to its prime location (I also saw they have euchre on Mondays!!!) I can't wait to come back later this summer.

Andrea C.

Yelp
Awesome pies and beer! Great staff. Only challenge is it's really busy and often slow.

Tom B.

Yelp
Service was ok, a little slow actually since it wasn't busy and there were open booths. But the pizza was great.

Esther C.

Yelp
Perfect place for outdoor seating when the weather is nice. I went with a group of friends after ArtPrize and initially I thought we had ordered too much but turns out walking all over downtown brings out a lot of hunger! We shared four pizzas among 7 people. I personally liked the Eastown Folk Funk 2000 the best because the arugula was a refreshing break from the saltiness of the Mi Cubano and Beer-B-Q. Service was a little slow but very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking space in the lot as well as street parking.

Christine E.

Yelp
Went to harmony brewing because we are fans of their pizza and it was a beautiful night to sit on the patio. Showed up at 7:00pm. Sat until 7:10- the table next to us was seated just shy of 7:10 and was served before us. Got up and found the manager at 7:15 and let them know we've been sitting some time and hadn't had any server acknowledge us. She said she was training a hostess walking through the seating chart and apologized for what happened yet said I will have someone over right now to grab your order. 7:30 hit and we still saw no one. We ended up leaving. Not too thrilled about this since it was a nice date night option.

Jon D.

Yelp
Excellent beer, pizza and salad. Great value as well. Definitely we'd come back. Service was a bit slow.

Anne A.

Yelp
My first visit to enjoy an event to raise money for Pleasant Hearts Pet Food Pantry. Beauty Beyond Drag performed and they were GREAT! I had a dark beer Black Squirrel and it was very good. I didn't get any food but what I saw looked delish. I will definitely go back

R D.

Yelp
Try the lavender beer! It's the best. Good pizza and sandwiches as well, plus outdoor seating options. Only downside is pricing is a bit high for what it is.

Jacob S.

Yelp
Honestly very disappointed, I've had pizza from here before and they were amazing. But yesterday I almost got in an argument with a very rude waitress. The onions on my grandpas pizza were burnt to a crisp and all I could taste after he mentioned something was a really gross charred flavor. Waitress said she couldn't refund us because my grandpa (who's way to nice to complain) had already eaten two slices of it. You could pay me to eat the pizza I was served yesterday.

Melissa M.

Yelp
What a wonderful hidden gem! Bartender greeted us from the second we walked in, was a wealth of knowledge on the beer, the local area and took the time to really help us out. She was a great conversationalist. Beer and brewery-made Gin were good, especially the Tri-Sour-tops. I left there feeling like we were very welcomed and appreciated. Loved it, would definitely go back!

Natasha K.

Yelp
Service great, beer great, food minus 1 star only bc they have vegan pizza options... but they're both sweet pizzas? I'm not vegan but I prefer vegan pizza as someone who is lactose intolerant. What I don't understand is how you put two vegan pizzas one that menu but both are sweet? This screams out of touch to me. Who craves pizza and wants something topped in agave or maple syrup? Maybe occasionally but if your gonna offer vegan pizzas pls make at least one savory or have your servers ask if the customer wants the sweet drizzle. My pizza tasted like straight agave and while I admit if I had read the description closer I would have realized agave was the last ingredient, I truly don't understand why the vegan pizzas have sweet drizzle but the non vegan pizzas don't.

Misti M.

Yelp
I enjoyed the vibe of the building, with live plants everywhere. It was bright and green and fresh. There is art all over the walls so there is something to look at and talk about. The cranberry wheat beer was really delicious and the Harmony Hot Chocolate was heavenly.

Mayumi S.

Yelp
I like how bundle COVID. May be others thinks too much but I loved it. I am not kid any more so little bit over reacting but you know nobody knows who carry ... thank you for distance, how they clean. I just try 1 beer but it was good! And pizza crispy thin pizza it was good! Good combo for beer of cause also order harmony salad it was simple salad but good! I will try here again

Yelp
Harmony Brewing Company has been serving up some of the best, award-winning, wood-fired pizza and craft beer for 6 years in the Eastown neighborhood! If you haven't visited this Eastown staple, you need make the time to do so. If the beer and pizza don't sell you, then allow us to. I'm not lying when I tell you they have the best COVID procedures I have seen in GR so far. Easily. So so amazing. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you just want to grab drinks with friends, they have a social zone where you can grab a beer at the bar and hang out by a table (without a server!) ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Their gorgeous patio also has a ton of different seating options and has some great views, being in the heart of Eastown & all. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Want a deal but also to support your fav local business? Visit on a Tuesday for Cheap Pizza Night! ⁣⁣

Dom L.

Yelp
I like this place! They have great cocktails and the staff is pleasant. So this is a nice option for grabbing drinks with friends who would like something in addition to beer. Vegan food is very very limited but that's okay - eat before you come

Mike O.

Yelp
Went here with my brother and sister-in-law earlier this week for some beers and take-home pizza. They live locally (I do not) and spoke highly of Harmony. To start, I loved the atmosphere and the local artists/bohemian vibe it had going inside. It feels more like a diner than a brewery, which is fine but I think I was expecting more than a small 4-barstool peninsula of bar seating. It was also so dark we had to use our phones to read the menu. There wasn't much energy in the place but it was, in fairness, a Monday night. They had about a dozen beer choices, almost all IPA or Stout. I wasn't really in the mood for either of those and was surprised to see the lightest beer they had was a lager- no kolsch or pilsners here (at least when we visited). The service was friendly and attentive and they kept our pizzas warm for when we were ready to go. I'd give the pizzas five stars- great, eclectic variety and wood-fired. All in all, I'd get the pizza again here, but I'd skip on the beer and dining in probably. Nothing was "bad", but nothing stood out to me enough to feel like I need to come back next time I'm in town. I loved the artwork though!

Taylor M.

Yelp
I was fully wowed by Harmony Brewing and will absolutely be back next time I'm in the GR area. We ordered the cheesy breadsticks and pretzels + cheese for the table along with three pizzas. Everything was SO GOOD. The Beer-B-Q pizza was definitely a highlight along with the cheesy breadsticks. The pretzels + cheese were essentially pretzel rods and cheese spread - still good, just not the soft pretzels and beer cheese we were expecting. The Aloha Goat was also a solid option. Everyone in our group enjoyed their drinks, cocktails and beers alike. This place is a must-stop if you're in GR!

Sheri H.

Yelp
Limited review as we stopped in briefly for a drink and split a pizza. Pizza was fantastic. Crust perfectly cooked and crisp all the way through. Tangy, salty, sweet. Delicious! I would absolutely go back to try more from their menu. And if you are someone concerned with covid safety, this restaurant is by far more careful than any other place I've been, and I'm an ER nurse. They take down your name and number in case they need to contact you with a positive exposure. The wait staff stay 6 feet from your table and deliver everything on a tray 6 feet from you. While a bit inconvenient, I applaud the way they are trying to do whatever they can to keep their staff and customers safe.

Toni R.

Yelp
I love their pizza and drinks. Warm and welcoming environment. I've always had a good experience here.

Harish V.

Yelp

Yelp
I really like Harmonys food but the service isn't good. Last time I ordered they got my order wrong & this time it took TWO HOURS to get to my house with just one pizza! Very annoyed.

Denisse V.

Yelp
Strolling around Eastown, I have to say that Harmony is a place you need to stop at. The service, the food, the vibes are on par with what Eastown wants to offer. This place is so chill and low key. As a single diner, you get the personal space you want, but still feel like your server is thinking of you. Here's what I sampled: Grapefruit Moon Shandy- Bitter and sweet/tart at the same time. Whoever figured the ratio between GR grapefruit Shandy and real grapefruit juice is a genius. Perfect for summer if you like bitter but crisp beers. Handsome Brian- Clean salad, I ordered this easy on the cheese because GR is famous for cheese overload (I'm cool with it, but not into cheesy-ness all the damn time). The lemon juice was a perfect compliment to the goat cheese globs. The arugula was crisp and green in every bite. Lovely Day IPA- I opted to upgrade to a 7% beverage, and was pleased. This was a tad bit sweeter compared to the Shandy, but not overpowering with sugar. They're true in saying that the orange zest balances the floral notes, couldn't have had it without it. C-3PO- Oh my word! When I read the description of this pizza, I thought to myself "there's a lot going on here, I have to have this!". I am sooooo not disappointed. This pizza= party in your mouth! The guests who attended are, sweet, savory, and spicy (I added roasted red pepper). If you're adventurous, have this! I opted for extra toasted because I enjoy the crust too. The extra char brings out the caramelized pineapple even more. Will I return? Most def, and bringing some friend with me next time. Happy Yelping!

Yelp
Good pizza. Good atmosphere. Terrible service. If you like a more gourmet and unique pizza, this place is great. You'll find flavors and combos unlike any other place. Think pickled onions and arugula. The best cheeses and delicious sauce all on thin crusts. The place is unique and a hodgepodge of spaces all combined. It was opened in an old house which makes the main, original space where the bar is located really unique. There's a fun half stairway up to a back room with a few tables. The they purchased the old Subway next door and do take out orders via that kitchen and connected the two spaces with an indoor/outdoor space in between. Plus they added an outdoor patio in part of the parking lot they acquired from the Subway purchase. It's fun and warm. They also have a couple items for kids (which we love) including the stuff they added this summer on the patio (lots of toys to keep them busy before/after food on a nice day). However, and it pains me to say this because we want to enjoy this place every chance we get... the service is ALWAYS terrible. It's incredibly slow, they forget things and sometimes they just aren't nice - which is just completely confusing because this is a locally owned family business. Here is an example of bad service: Last night we went with the kids and ordered pizza and a salad. Server asked if I wanted the salad out before the pizza and I told them, 'no', that with the pizza was just fine. Pizza came. No salad. When there was 2 pieces of pizza left on the pan (so some serious time had passed with no check back in) I decided to go up to the server station and ask about the missed salad. They told me they'd go check on that for me. They must have forgotten all about it because by the time the salad arrived everyone else was done with their food. I inhaled the salad, we paid the bill and left annoyed. We live two blocks from this place and want so badly to frequent but we keep getting hit with bad service. We'll likely resolve to just getting take out moving forward.

Yelp
Lord, where do I start! If you haven't been to Harmony Hall, make time to head out there now, it's one of the best breweries in all East Grand Rapids. A group of us decided to try it out Sunday and we did not regret it. Despite being a brewery, my choice of drink to battle the heat was a summer sangria. Served ice-cold, the sweet citrus quenched the thirst of Sunday's afternoon heat. Their food menu doesn't fall short either. It's a great place to grab a pizza. For my meat lovers, try their Crispy Pig, full of pepperoni, prosciutto, ham, and to top it off, basil; it adds a quirky mix of sweetness with a hidden minty flavor that compliments the saltiness of the meat. If the first one doesn't work for you, try the Beer-B-Q, an excellent twist on your typical, cliche, BBQ pizza. Exchange the chicken for pulled pork, with its caramelized onions and bits of smoked bacon that'll surely create a savory revolution. Lastly, my favorite of the three. The Aloha Goat, a mouthwatering pizza with a bundle of ingredients that'll explode inside your mouth. Its crispy thin crust, topped with authentic grilled pineapples, sausage, and its secret weapon, goat cheese. If you're not sold by this point, and the beer and the pizza haven't done its magic, the harmony brownie will convince anyone (especially the chocolate lovers) that Harmony Hall is one of the best food and drink joints in town. Grab a double chocolate brownie, layered with a toasty, melted marshmallow. Don't forget to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the highlight of any dessert, and with that, Bon-Appetite!

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by for a late dinner on a Sunday. To our surprise, this was trivia night! We were too late to join but we enjoyed answering the questions to ourselves. The place was packed and we were still able to get a table right away upstairs. The tables are very close to each other, which can get somewhat awkward. We ordered regular breadsticks and the Good Earth pizza. We didn't realize the regular breadsticks are also covered with a balsamic glaze type sauce but they were tasty. I would have probably enjoyed them more without the glaze and just had the marinara dipping sauce (but that's boring). The pizza was very good but also covered in a balsamic glaze type thing. The crust was cooked perfectly and I loved the thickness. The service was very friendly and relatively quick for being so busy. I'd like to come back and try some of the other options as well.
