The bar is first come, first served, so head there early to bag a seat under Damien Hurst’s “Big Love with Diamond Dust.” Negronis, martinis, Aperol spritzes, and other classic cocktails are available for $7, and a half dozen oysters or Hawksworth’s legendary KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) go for just $11. But the steal of a deal is the B&B: the Hawksworth classic burger (largely regarded as one of the best in Vancouver) with either a beer or an Old Fashioned.
