"Herringbone at Aria has a $70 Christmas dinner with roasted corn soup, sautéed Hudson Valley foie gras, or seafood risotto; braised lamb shank with Merquez sausage, cornbread stuffing, and mammoth judion beans; whole grilled branzino with shaved fennel salad, salsa verde, and lemon; or a 6-ounce filet with wild arugula, roasted cluster tomatoes, and crispy brussels sprouts; and a Yule log." - Susan Stapleton

"Herringbone is about as close as you’ll get to a beach trip in Vegas - minus the high school-aged lifeguard getting really whistle-happy - since this restaurant in the ARIA serves some of the best seafood you’ll find in town. (Though if not everyone in your group is as into seafood, there’s also a great coffee-rubbed NY strip on the menu.) The lobster puttanesca and day-boat halibut are two dishes you should focus on, and the nightly DJ will help prepare you for the rest of your night, as will sitting at a table on the patio and pretending you can feel an ocean breeze." - Edward Thompson

Cool place to get brunch and seat outside. Kinda on the pricey end as ilthe only decent option is to accept the buffet offering. The buffet could have a more sophisticated offering of desserts (really poor choices). Overall this was a very poor buffet for the name of the place and the amount of money.

Great seafood prices for strip. The whole grilled branzino is my absolutely favorite thing here. I’ve had it more than 10 times. Their brussel sprouts are legit the best in town! The mashed potatoes is thick and creamy in all the best way. These 3 things listed above are my absolute favorite. The miso glazed sea bass is good without the soup, skip the soup or get it on the side. Their salads are good too. They have a great selection of whiskey as well

I CANNOT day enough great things about Herringbone! Our dining experience was our phenomenal! When you go in there is an a la carte option of their brunch special which is a buffet and it's $59. We chose the a la carte option, has the avocado toast, herringbone fish tacos and beef sliders accompanied by the Parmesan truffle fries which was heavenly! The avocado toast is probably one of the best I've had, the rye bread with the pesto and ingredients was just the perfect combination! The beef sliders was juicy, flavorful, and the bun was toasted splendidly! I will say that I was not impressed with tacos, although it was good, it could've used more flavor and was a little dry in my opinion. As far as drinks, my favorite is definitely the strawberry Bellini and please please please do yourself a favor and do not get the same ole boring mimosa, get the watermelon mimosa! It’s the most refreshing drink to cool off with this summer heat! AH, and the watermelon Moscow mule shots was to die for! NEXT, can we talk about our excellent service!!??? PETER!! Go see him! He is the BEST! He is accommodating, charismatic and KNOWS customer service to say the least! Herringbone is so incredibly lucky to have him! He surpasses in the leading service industry! Thank you Peter, you made our Vegas dining experience a memorable one!

We sat outside which was really nice even though it was December. They had the heaters on which actually made it too hot at times, but they were happy to turn them down. The food was very tasty but the portions were dainty for the price. That's Las Vegas for you. We had the egg yolk pasta and the crab cake eggs Benedict. Beverages were most pricey as well for a brunch.

If you are looking for a boring, no-frills, almost-too-casual service place with exaggerated prices and mediocre food quality, then Herringbone is your place. The beer was stale. The octopus, was spicy beyond recognition. The service tried its best but there were four waiters each interchangeably servicing our table. For the price you pay this place, I would avoid.

Why can't this place be amazing? Really. It has so much going for it, primarily one of the nicest, most relaxing patios on LVB. The food is just always "fine". Service always spotty. On the most recent episode of "Maybe Herringbone" SERVICE Uneven yet accommodating. They accommodated a special request to make a salad into a sandwich. Even through end result was questionable, the effort is appreciated. They also gave a free dessert for the off-peak lunch order taking almost an hour to come out. Hostesses and roaming managers always super engaging and friendly. FOOD Tomato/Avo Salad: craving some texture, so asked to put on a wrap or sandwich if possible. What I got was half a salad on a butter toasted hamburger bun. I mean, OK, I asked for something done off menu but also said is fine if chef can't do it or thinks a bad idea. Paying $20 for an entree salad which amounted to a side salad on a bun was not particularly inspiring. Food was decent, just an awkward interaction all around. Dining companion had the lunch box with tomato/avo salad and lobster roll. He was a big fan. VERDICT I keep saying I will venture afield for a decent patio experience, but I always get sucked in by the convenience and great patio. I'll probably be back.

Came here for lunch - I've seen and heard brunch and dinner are great so I figured I'd try the lunch menu. The prices here for lunch are basically entree dinner prices at other places (if you're from out of town).. but for it being on the strip, in aria - I'd say it's to be expected. With that being said - I split the fish tacos, ceviche, and ahi poke with one other person and I'd say.. for two avid fish eaters this was a decent spread. I'd say it's a 4/5 lunch spot.. the dishes were quite good and the place is quite nice.. but I think that's where I'd leave it. Quite good.. I would come back again but there are many other restaurants to try in city center.

Not the best service for such a expensive restaurant. I paid $12 for the appletini and $36 for the rainbow trout. I would love to recommend the chef to change the plate were the rainbow trout came on, because the utensils fall down every time you put them on the side of the plate and it drove me crazy.
