"Herringbone is about as close as you’ll get to a beach trip in Vegas - minus the high school-aged lifeguard getting really whistle-happy - since this restaurant in the ARIA serves some of the best seafood you’ll find in town. (Though if not everyone in your group is as into seafood, there’s also a great coffee-rubbed NY strip on the menu.)
