Very nice hotel: cozy, beautifully designed, and with a special, warm vibe.
The breakfast was fantastic, and the light lunch/snack offered in the afternoon was a lovely touch.
My room was pleasant, though it could have used some minor touch-up. One day it wasn’t cleaned, and when I mentioned it to the receptionist, she seemed quite unbothered.
It also would have been helpful to receive more information in advance about the activities organized by the partner hotel, Haus Hirt. I wasn’t informed and only found out, after asking for the program, that I had just missed an activity that sounded really interesting.
I tried the yoga class in the nearby center and it was nice.
The spa area is nice, and the sauna (with a lovely view) is free to use. I didn’t try the massage. They also offer a “thermal bath” treatment, but honestly, it was a small room with a bath tub that didn’t look very inviting. The thermal center in Bad Gastein is much better!
Lastly, the WIFI doesn't work in the room, only in the restaurant area. It was not a big deal for me but for some I assume it could be problematic.
