"Mediterranean restaurant Three Arches recently replaced Mount Royal at the Hyatt Centric hotel in Buckhead. Earlier this year, chef Hugh Acheson closed his Montreal-style steakhouse, departing the restaurant after just four months. A source indicated the decision to part ways with the hotel came down to “creative differences” between Acheson and hotel management. As for Three Arches, expect a menu from chef Josh Hopkins to include dishes and flavors from around the Mediterranean region, like grilled trout with pistachio pesto and preserved lemon and Moroccan meatballs with mint yogurt, cabbage, and pickled onions." - Beth McKibben

Beautiful boutique hotel located in vibrant Buckhead. Rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. The fitness area was amazing with a nice outdoor pool and park view. Lots of equipment options. The Spaceman bar and restaurant were so much fun! Parking was costly, but that is everywhere in this neighborhood. Will definitely return!

We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms had robes, slippers, and a dry bar hair dryer! The corner view room had floor to ceiling windows which I love. The hotel has a rooftop that was very nice! Very conveniently located across a shopping mall.

We stayed here for 2 nights attending a conference. Our room was adequate and had everything we needed. The conference facilities were fine though they moved our meals around quite a bit. We liked the bar on the 15 th floor. Staff in the hotel were nice

The bed was comfortable and the hospitality was awesome! We came for a good time and went to a concert and it was a great show. You all have an amazing staff. One of your bartenders forgot her name but she was very sweet also put me on some Mexican lager beer that was good. Also the Archer burger was GREAT! I would definitely visit again

When I book a hotel room, I consider the amenities in that price. One amenity at this hotel is the fact there is a restaurant and a roof top bar. As noted the restaurant has limited hours and days of service, understandable based on occupancy. However it is not noted that the rooftop bar on any given day can be closed to hotel guest for private party. DO NOT book this hotel in hopes of access to the rooftop bar or even to have access to food or drink during your stay. There are options around the area however they are not within a safe walking distance. ||Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable but nothing "boutique" in my opinion. A high floor city view room is nothing special either, you have to look hard to see any part of the city. NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID

Google
This hotel is obviously screening reviews. I tried three rooms and they are their own individual level of noise hell. Take your pick of the freeway noise, train, or Marta. Bring your earplugs and turn the fan noise on full. We are with a large party for business and most people got no sleep. There is a sign on the dresser alerting you if the noise. If you like sleep, this is not the place for you. Also, $52 a night to valet and $35 for self park in a lot across the street

Google
Outstanding stay in almost every respect. ||||Responsive and easy communication with the front desk over text. ||||Mahari was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond for me multiple times during the stay. ||||The valet team were very gracious and I appreciated the hotel car service for short trips. ||||Globalist upgrade to a studio suite was spacious and conducive to doing work. Room was clean. ||||Hallways were very quiet and made for a good night’s sleep though I note I was there Sunday through Tuesday so probably not the wildest nights. ||||If I could make one request it would be for a more comprehensive dinner menu. Conversely the breakfast menu had great variety and the restaurant experience was a great way to start the day. ||||Spaceman bar was pretty busy on a Sunday evening. It was a bit loud for me but they kindly allowed me to order food to go so I could have it in my room. The only downside of the stay was that because the music was so loud the woman who took my order missed that I wanted a Diet Coke in addition to the food. When I tried pointing it out on the bill she got annoyed with me and thought I was saying something else (presumably) and assured me it was correct. When the order inevitably came without the Diet Coke and I mentioned I wanted one and thought it wouldn’t be any trouble to just order and pay for it then she looked so pissed off I said don’t worry about it and just went back to my room. It’s not my fault the music wasn’t loud enough to hear the order and sending daggers at me felt a bit unnecessary when I didn’t end up receiving what I asked for. ||||Ideally if the main restaurant dinner menu had better selection I would have been able to avoid going to Spaceman and having the less than optimal encounter.

Google
I really enjoyed my stay here, beautiful hotel. The room was very big and spacious, nice bathroom and the breakfast was delicious. The only “con” is that it is right next to the highway so it was very loud in the morning with people traveling to work, I’m an early riser so did not bother me as much but I could see other people being put off by this. However, I love the location, walking distance to Lenox mall and other things to do in the area.

Yelp
Hotel is nice, nice rooms, good restaurant. Won't stay here again though because of the train that was right outside my bedroom.

Angie R.

Yelp
This hotel is a great location! It's clean, cute and comfy! We enjoyed our Galentines time here. Jaz at check in was welcoming and sweet! Preston and Joe always made sure we got where we needed to be and were very upbeat. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. The only reason it didn't give 5 stars is because the night time clerk was not very friendly or helpful

Martika J.

Yelp
Spent my birthday here and loved every bit of it. From the service to the cleanliness of the room, it was such a great experience. Great for a staycation!

T J.

Yelp
I stayed at your hotel last Thursday. Although the stay was very nice the room service was terrible. Ordered avacado toast with an egg. The food was soggy due to being put in a cardboard container. Why would your food handlers put a salad in the same container as hot food? The potatoes were cold. The only thing edible was the fruit. Very disappointing. The breakfast total price was $84.00.

Yelp
My experience here was subpar to say the least. From a broken toilet seat, I mean completely broken and separated from the toilet the minute we stepped in the room we found the toilet in that condition, to an unprofessional front desk employee named BRANDON, who could have helped me he had the chance to turn my experience around for the better but that's not the kind of employee he is. I treated a family member to a stay cay in Atlanta and our experience wasn't pleasant. We will not be back we will try other hotels in the city next time. Don't spend your hard earned money here.

Yelp
Hotel does not have self parking. Valet was awful took way too long to get to the front of the line. Then when I got to the front they told me that they are not doing anymore valet and had to park on second floor of mall. Went to the rooftop restaurant. Very nice views. It was super crowded. Bar ran out of straws. Restrooms were nasty. Trash all over floor etc. They need check the cleanliness of the bathrooms on the rooftop or remodel them so that there are separate mens and women's restrooms. Who designed this hotel without any parking on their lot, what were they thinking.

Cherise J.

Yelp
Y'all, don't do it with this place. Why would you build a hotel with no parking??? They should've at least built a parking lot underneath the hotel. The valet line was literally at the top toward Peachtree. And it took almost an hour all for the valet folks to say they weren't doing anymore valet. We were told that they ran out of space and to go to the second floor of the mall to park, however others were told that their car would get booted if they parked anywhere on the mall's property. What a mess! The food is very average if not below average. The menu items are very limited with limited flavor. I blame the head chef for that one. They could offer more and with better seasoning. Prices are high, especially if you're going in groups. The seating area where we were was very low, so if you have a bad back and bad knees, you definitely want to steer clear of this place. Our server was nice but that parking situation is enough for me to say I won't be back. Y'all they even got people's keys mixed up. Can you imagine? And then the line to wait to get your car. It's a nightmare!!! Yeah, stay away from this place. Management got it all wrong over here.

Yelp
We had a great time at this hotel, no complaints besides almost getting hit by a car outside. Pros - rooms are spacious, beautiful and modern. The view was amazing of atlanta skyline. non rugged floor - the best! shower was adequate, though water power could improve. TV large enough with channels! Restaurant - amazing! Had a great dinner downstairs. It is mediterranean food so gotta love those hummus! even ordered additional pita to keep dipping. Lamb burger was heavy but good. I did enjoy the spicy bulgur lettuce wrap but wouldn't get again. waiters were attentive and pleasant. Had old fashioned and whiskey sour, delishhhhh. Only downside was parking across the street at the mall and using the crosswalk. One of us got clipped by a car at the crosswalk that did not stop at all. Be careful at night at that pedestrian crosswalk WITH a stop sign. people legit do not stop.. so don't get hit, not worth it. One of the nicer hotels that we've stayed out. Wish this hotel existed in other cities because we did not like Atlanta. We'd come back to the hotel if we must appear in this city again! Atlanta isn't like it was in the 90s..

Yelp
I came here using a Resort Pass day pass this past Friday. I literally came straight from the airport to enjoy a day of poolside relaxation. Checking in was seamless, and the customer service was top tier! Once I got to the pool, I was the only one there for hours. I ordered breakfast via the provided QR code and it was brought up to me rather promptly. The food was good, however, I would have loved to be able to order a mimosa but you are not able to do so on the mobile site. I would have had to come down to the bar to place the order. Overall, I had a great relaxing time and I would definitely consider a hotel stay the next time I am in town based on the great customer service I experienced.

Holly M.

Yelp
I just arrived today and so far everything is going great. The young lady at the front desk got me checked in super quick and then Britney helped me find some soda My room is really nice and there is a mall right across the street

Dylan M.

Yelp
Not worth the time or money you will waste on this location far more cheaper nicer and easier place to stay. Parking is terrible valet parking is overly priced and overly complicated. Self parking is not much better the only available parking to hotel guests is on the very top of a parking garage next to the hotel. Room we're not clean as well seem not to be vacuumed and hair from a previous guest was still left in shower. Multiple areas of the hotel are under construction and cause many issues for other guests keeping them up. Due to construction our water was shut off for a few hours. As well all tv signals when out in the hotel due to some unknown issue but returned a couple of hours later. All and all definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Yelp
If you're white, they don't want you here for the most part. 1-2 bartenders were fun and nice at the time, but next day charged my credit card 5x at the rooftop bar (not sure if a mistake or not but between me and my friend it was $600 and we spent in reality $300). The most pathetic experience was the cover charge gatekeeper that wouldn't even let me walk 10 feet to see if the bartender I met was working or not. Total pettiness for 5 star prices. Demanded I pay the $20 cover on a Wednesday before being allowed to walk the 10 feet and check on bartender. REFUSED to even walk with me and come back to pay the cover if she WAS working. Left VM with general manager and was not even called back. Exactly what you'd expect when you look back on the experience and people that run the entire building from valet to check in front desk. Def skip this fake nice spot. Ran by incompetents besides the 1-2 bartenders that were very good. Such a waste of a view. If I owned that location I'd be ashamed letting staff ruin what would otherwise be a nice hangout spot. Enjoy your 5% tips. Terrible business minds. Always sets the mood when an expensive restaurant has to metal detect wand you down before you enter the hotel. UPDATE: the bartenders faked everything and ended up charging me and my friend an additional $150 that we did not spend. If you go here, be sure to check your bank account the following day or 2. Has to call my bank to dispute the fraudulent charges. Still no callback from the manager 2-3 days later. Shameful

Yelp
Literally nestled right across the street from the insanely huge Lenox Mall sits the brand new (only about 3 years old) and amazing Hyatt Centric. Some would say it's in the boutique range, and now, after staying the past few days, I get it. From the minute you pull up to the front entrance and the valet opens your car door, you are instantly greeted with smiles. Lamarana and Kerry were beyond friendly during our check-in and gave us all the information regarding the inns and outs of the property. Our room was insanely clean ( small fridge for drinks and maybe a small leftover and no microwave, I'll get into more of that in a sec ) im beyond jealous and may even look into the huge wardrobe equipped with iron and board....that also lights up when you open it!!!! For tv viewers, the tv is HUGE, period. Enjoy! My wife and I decided to check out the bar downstairs. Mac, I could honestly say, is one of the most coolest bartenders I've come across in some time. Kate and Kaylnn also gets 1,000 stars. Really makes us look forward to heading down in the morning for "bottomless coffee until 2pm" and something sweet ( the restaurant offers breakfast, brunch on Sundays, and small bites in the evening ) There is an amazing pool and lounge area on the 2nd floor. We spent a lot of time there. Just loved the vibe and views. The 15th floor offers a rooftop bar and restaurant with outstanding views of Buckhead. It was a cool experience... My points? The downstairs bar could definitely add wings and even nachos and salsa to the menu? There is only one entrance and exit to the hotel. After staying a few days, you'll realize that this particular property was leaning more to a business/ millennial crowd. Not the middle age or family genre. We have no small children so this place is perfect for us. We love our early morning walks, and there's plenty of area paths for that, as well as the mall ( it's MUCH bigger than it looks!!! ) Looking forward to coming back already! Sincerely, We're still here

Yelp
Nice looking hotel from the outside thru the lobby and into the rooms. Nicely modern. It's a fairly good location to get in and out of. Sadly that's as good as it gets. It's nearly over the Highway and it's ridiculously noisy... so bad that they have to acknowledge the fact. I ended up playing a sleeping YouTube as white noise the first night and bought ear plugs for the subsequent nights. Parking is valet ONLY. I won't be back unless I'm desperate, especially for this price.

Debbie P.

Yelp
Very disappointed in this hotel, stayed for an overnight with my boyfriend for my birthday Waited for shuttle service for 30 minutes it was a no show, walked back to the hotel to go to the rooftop bar and we were told you had to have a reservation when we got up then so then went to the other hotel bar and ordered drinks which never came.

Tricia D.

Yelp
We really enjoyed this boutique hotel! Our visit was in late February. This was our first time staying at a Centric Brand hotel and it was overall a pleasant experience. We grabbed breakfast daily at the counter/bar of the main restaurant on property. Delicious coffee! If you like sweet in your coffee, the kitchen makes their own caramel, it's delicious. The pasties were good, standard Hyatt pastries. There is also a rooftop bar that was hopping during our stay although we didn't get to experience this venue since we had children with us. The staff was fantastic! Front desk was always friendly and helpful. We never passed the front desk without a greeting from someone. I feel horrible I forgot his name, but there is semi-retired lobby host that drove us to dinner on 2 nights and he was absolutely wonderful. The lobby is small and intimate so not much space for a group to gather. Room was very clean. The rooms are on the smaller side. I melted in the bed, very comfy. I like the hardwood floors, carpet gets so nasty in hotels. Simple modern style with nice amenities and spacious bathrooms. Again 10/10 for the cleanliness! Location was good. Walking distance to Lenox mall and additional outdoor shopping. It's short drive ($12 Uber) to many great restaurants in Buckhead. It was at least 30 min to/from the airport. This is not a kid friendly hotel however our tweens still loved it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jamese P.

Yelp
The PERFECT, all-inclusive staycation! BOOK NOW! I literally couldn't ask for a better staff and service for my trip. From the time I pulled up to the time I left, it was a stellar experience. I tried to get a cart myself to load my luggage for departure and they immediately sent a bellman! Chef's Kiss! The ambiance, cleanliness, speedy service, art, architecture was all so perfect. The location was great for all of the things I had on my agenda for the weekend. Beautiful view, if you love greenery and traffic.

Charle K.

Yelp
I had a wonderful 2-day stay. Talk about cozy and home-like! Wow. I'm blown away. I travel for a living so I stay at multiple hotels a week and this takes the cake for comfort. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Housekeepers were quiet in the hallways not to disturb those still resting, and that is a rarity from my experience. Location is convenient to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommend!!

Zia H.

Yelp
All around great experience at this hotel. The staff was really friendly. The food at the restaurant was very yummy. I really enjoyed the room. Everything was really clean, modern and seemed very new. Only complaint is the HVAC, a bit loud but hey, everything can't be perfect. Really wish they restocked the room with water daily. Keep in mind a 16oz water bottle is $4 at the front desk.

Jackie R.

Yelp
This hotel is beautiful. It is newly opened on December 14th, 2021. Right inside the hotel you'll find Mount Royal, the main restaurant at the hotel. I tried the latkes and creamy spinach. The latkes were good but the spinach was GREAT! Prices range from $6 for sides to $40+ for steak. I also had the opportunity to view the rooftop bar Spaceman before they open in January. The space is STUNNING! There is a large outdoor patio with tons of seating and unobstructed views of the Atlanta skylines. The bar inside is just breath taking. I anticipate this will become the most popular rooftop bar in Atlanta!

Petar D.

Yelp
This is the third and last time I am staying in this hotel. First time was great, I guess the hotel was still new, second time issues with restaurant not open and not being able to get any coffee or anything in the area, the food at night was bad, like preheated. This time is bad, for $350 a night, there is no mineral water at the restaurant to buy, the F&B manager is having an attitude saying what can I do, I only work here, the front desk doesn't have any water either. I was given a plastic cup to get from the filtered machine. A pack of water cost $5, if you run out go and get a few cases, it can't be that difficult. Coming back to the room at night, there was no cleaning done, the garbage with food from last night still sitting in the bin, coffee not refield. This is not what I expect from a hotel at this price. We have 4 rooms booked here and won't be staying here again. I am a frequent traveler and this is unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel!!!!

Rizzo M.

Yelp
The location is awesome . Hotel is not bad but their service is . It's too slow and very laid back. They need to improvise on their house keeping/room service . The staff is very friendly though. I would rather stay somewhere else next time I'm in Atlanta.

Allie P.

Yelp
This hotel is beautiful! Whoever designed this is a genius. Every detail was thought out. There's a bar on the main lobby and a rooftop club. Our only issue was that neither of these is open during the daytime. So of you want so much as a pop you have to order it from somewhere or go get it. Everything else was fantastic though especially Brandon at the front desk and Brittani in the bar. Top notch!

Steve M.

Yelp
Oh My God! Booked a room for one night. There is a club on the 15th floor. I came downstairs at 7 to go to the restaurant and it was packed with people waiting to go to the club and little did I know that I would be unable to get back to my room because of the hour long wait to get on the elevator. When I say it was something I have never seen before it would be an understatement. The absolute worst hotel experience for this price that I believe is possible. Just unbelievable.

Willard O.

Yelp
Very poor service. For a party of ten, food was poor quality for the price point. We waited 35 minutes just to get our salad.

Kacy M.

Yelp
I just had the most odd experience happen... The head of housekeeping came (because my room was not properly serviced) I told him up my counter my bathroom is gross and there was a spot on my floor he says and I quote "there lots of scuff marks on the floor" I walked him to the bathroom showed him the brown spot he then used his finger to touch it when it moved he then puts it in the toilet and flushed it and said "I have good sanitizer" Sir not only did you touch the handle off my toilet and then touch the hand of my door to exit the room!!!! Now let me tell you why I only have one star right now... let's hope the next 24 hours will be just as pleasant as my check-in. let me add the rooftop is not even open today .. yes on a Thursday is closed if I saw that on the Hyatt website I would've stayed at the other Hyatt centric downtown Atlanta. I contacted Hyatt Explorer customer service to be relocated to another hotel and was told the manager of the hotel would make contact... I'm still waiting almost 24 hours later. Ridiculous. I attempted to shampoo my hair before I went to the pool( I'm sure most women do that) however there was no shampoo in my bathroom that wasn't serviced properly, after I left the pool I shampooed my hair only to discover there was no conditioner oh let me add there was a blonde hair in my shower... if my bathroom was properly cleaned I wouldn't have seen HAIR on the wall... I just checked out, my stay was so disappointing that I didn't even bother to ask for conditioner. I'm a black woman, conditioner is very important. I LOVED the Hyatt Centric in Miami I regret trying this location. I know it's a new location however the lack of food and drinks options along with the treatment I received was unacceptable. The logical thing to do was to have me change rooms to a CLEANER room and they didn't do that, because they didn't care or my money wasn't green enough. I personally left food at the front desk to be given to "Camille" and a room key with a $10 TIP Camille received the room key after a proper interrogation and NO FOOD. The young lady that took my $10 tip also stole my food after leaving her shift. Sad. PS the pool is very child friendly it's only 3feet 4 inches deep

Yelp
Myself and my mother had an unacceptable experience at this hotel. The main concern was the housekeeping. On our third day when we returned at 3pm from being out, our room was not made up. We wanted to rest after a long day so we put the 'do not disturb' sign on and figured we would make do with the towels available to us. We did, however, have to request more toilet paper as they only provide one extra roll (which, by the way, is horrible quality). The next day we went about our business in Atlanta and returned to our room around 3pm. Our room was still not serviced. There was no 'do not disturb' sign on our door. At this point we were out of towels, our garbage was full, and we had no more bottled water, coffee, hand soap, etc. In addition, for this day and age, the Wi-Fi was horrendous. If you want faster speeds, you have to pay which is very predatory. For free users, we are limited to 1 up/1 down, which, for our purposes, was fine, but I would hate to be on a business trip here and have to do zoom calls etc. I was constantly disconnected on the free service. Plus, the free service only lasted 3 days. We had 5 devices in our room and we had to reconnect on all of them after three days, and for one of the devices, reconnecting to the '3-day' plan was impossible. The hotel login page would just not load. I spent an hour trying to reconnect on my windows laptop after this 3 day period until I gave up. The night before we left, I went to the Spaceman bar on the top of the hotel. I was met with incredible hostility and was almost laughed out of the bar for ordering whiskey which was quite bizarre. The bartender, after asking her to do a room charge, automatically assigned a 20% tip on top of my one drink. She was incredibly rude and did not even present me with the bill, nor ask me what tip I wanted to leave. A few final points: - They did not offer any kind of artificial sweetener at the hotel bar (main level) other than stevia. No splenda, etc. - When we called down to the front desk asking to borrow a pair of scissors, they said they would bring it up right way. A few minutes later they sheepishly called back and asked us to retrieve it from the front desk. - I've had to do trips to the gym downstairs just to replenish my water bottle with filtered water because housekeeping just did not service our room. For the amount we paid for this hotel, this was really a bad experience. We are currently on our last night and our garbage is piled up near the front door because of the lack of housekeeping. Do better, Hyatt. Jennifer

Yelp
Room was very nice but not 350 a night nice. Staff was nice but I couldn't hear a word they were saying. They had masks on and lobby music was loud. Overall unhelpful, nice but unhelpful. Valets claimed to not know where guest parking was (there is none) but conveniently knew where valet parking was for $40 a night. They literally just parked the cars across the street in the parking garage right in front of the Bloomingdale's. Air conditioner sounded like a train rumbling by each time it turned on. Overall nice experience as far as the room goes. Valets need to not lie and front desk staff needs to speak up if they're going to wear a mask.

Yelp
Tried to go up to the sunset session here but was turned away for wearing shorts. Now my fiancée is also wearing shorts but happens to be a female and I'm a male. The dress code feels sexist if you ask me.
