"At the Hyatt Centric hotel in Buckhead, Three Arches has recently replaced Mount Royal; chef Josh Hopkins’s Mediterranean-focused menu is expected to feature dishes like grilled trout with pistachio pesto and preserved lemon and Moroccan meatballs with mint yogurt, cabbage, and pickled onions.
