"Since 2016, this restaurant has been serving traditional Teochew fare with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Only 15 oversized swimmer crabs are steamed and served chilled each day, so order ahead to avoid disappointment. Teochew-style, chilled, steamed fish also impresses with irresistible briny-sweetness, tender flesh and buttery belly. Dip in the delicious Puning bean sauce for extra umami. Other classics, like the oyster omelette, are also worth trying." - Michelin Inspector

9 of the best restaurants in Singapore for authentic Teochew cuisine - SilverKris

"A one‑Michelin‑starred, fine‑dining interpretation of Teochew cuisine that nonetheless centres traditional fare in a bright, airy dining room. Signature preparations showcase elevated ingredients and technique: double‑boiled sea whelk soup with superior fish maw, sautéed Iberico pork belly in Teochew style, oyster omelette, wok‑kissed fried hor fun with diced kailan, and a mashed taro dessert with ginkgo and pumpkin." - Joy Fang

Life is good in the neighborhood. This place was just like any other restaurant in ION but the quality of food/ ingredient blew my mind. The service was top notch, our waitress knew which one to serve first and how much is too much as I eat with my eyes starting with the menu. I still take home the oyster omelet because it was sooo excellent even if it wasn’t $10. I will do this again, happily. Shark fin soup - good quality but tasted me. The signature fish maw soup was divine. The smoked ell was amazing. The ohrnee was to sweet for me and not creamy enough. The rest was just good. The ambiance - what you expect from the chains.

We had dinner and the service was great—the staff were all super friendly and the restaurant was really nice and spacious. The food had some hits and misses. The Teochew marinated Duck and Pork Knuckle was alright, but the duck was a little bland and the sauce needed more flavor. We did, however, love the tender Sauteed Diced Beef with Garlic Chips and the fragrant Fried Rice with Taro.

Came here on recommendation by someone in our dining party who had great praise for this place. Glad to note that this turned out to be as expected, if not better. Although the place was pretty packed on a Sunday for lunchtime, we could still have a decent conversation and not be bothered by chatter from other tables. The dining environment was classy as it should be at a fine dining establishment but not that overwhelming and still cosy enough for gatherings. The dishes we ordered were generally well-received by our group. Personal favourites were the braised duck and cuttlefish platter, crispy rice rolls, pan-fried carrot cake, bamboo clam with vermicelli, the fried mee sua, sauteed squid in Teochew style and orh nee. The biggest surprise for me was finding deep-fried chicken cartilage here which was done nicely and crunchy. It's not easy to find this dish in restaurants and among the times I tried it at other places, they were largely disappointing. Glad to finally find a version which was very satisfying. Service was generally prompt and attentive. Of course, the high quality from an all rounder like this did come at a price so this is probably somewhere reserved for special occasions or when you want to give yourself a good treat.

Had a lovely family lunch here today. We really enjoyed the dim sum and braised meats. Special thanks to Mei Mei for her thoughtful and attentive service. She noticed I was cutting food for my child and promptly offered a knife and fork without me asking. Plates were changed regularly, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant.

Great food and great service. I love to come here for dinner as like having dinner at home, very relaxed and enjoyable. Very well served by all staff namely Karen, Maggie, Alice, Jicket, and many many more staff. Thank you to the chef and the team for taking care of us well whenever we are here.

Love the braised duck here! The Siew Mai a tad salty. But the rest of dishes very good! Especially the chicken cartilage, the Cheong Fun.

I would say, Imperial Treasure Fine is the only restaurant chain offers the better than mediocre Chinese cuisines in Singapore - the others are far below mediocre. So if you miss your hometown tastes, go for this chain.

Dim sum is great, especially the steamed crispy rice roll with shrimp.
