"Since 2016, this restaurant has been serving traditional Teochew fare with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Only 15 oversized swimmer crabs are steamed and served chilled each day, so order ahead to avoid disappointment. Teochew-style, chilled, steamed fish also impresses with irresistible briny-sweetness, tender flesh and buttery belly. Dip in the delicious Puning bean sauce for extra umami.
