We had time to kill and weren’t too far away from Kendall-Jackson, so we looked them up online and tried to use their online reservation system to book a visit, but there wasn’t any availability, so since we were so close, we stopped in… glad we did, as they were available to take us and weren’t very busy at all. This visit actually went very well, our wine educator, Mitchell was very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable as well. The wines we tried were far from what you’d normally get at your local grocery store, wine store, etc, as these are smaller batch wines and they’re definitely worth trying. The venue is beautiful and if you’re hungry, the fries were incredible! They were freshly made, piping hot, and tasted great, especially with the tarragon dipping sauce. They weren’t well with the bubbles too. We enjoyed this visit and would return if/when we’re back in the area.

Superb in every way possible. Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful property, and the wines were phenomenal. 10000/10 would recommend. We did a walk in too and the staff was warm and welcoming.

Google
We had the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing. Absolutely superb. We were hosted by Jackie who’s very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was excellent! I mean truly excellent. It complemented the wine perfectly (or is it the other way around? 😁) and was cooked by a talented team. We bought some wine that cannot come home on the plane so we’ll just have to drink it!

My favorite experience in Sonoma. Staff is friendly and wine is excellent 😍 the estate is gorgeous… couldn’t have asked for a better wine tasting and food pairing experience. We will be back! Thank you for hosting us!

We went here for my friend who is a white wine drinker and she has put up with her red wine drinking friends all weekend. We have always associated KJ with white wines and were pleasantly surprised by their selection of red wines. We did the wine tasting ($40). It took a little longer than we anticipated as we were there for almost 2 hours that's our fault. Our hostess Erica was great! She was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about each wine. A couple in our group signed up to be wine club members and we ordered some wines to be shipped home. We will definitely have to do one of their wines pairing lunch/dinner next time we are in town. Sounds delicious!

Google
It was an awesome wine tasting experience. Our server went over and beyond to accommodate us three. The ambiance was perfect and so were the wines. We took our own appetizers and it went perfect with the tastings. We highly recommend this winery if you want that perfect experience.

We went yesterday for wine and food pairing. We were very nicely taken care of and the food was excellent. The garden was super nice and it was great to see that most of the fruits and vegetables are home grown. Very friendly staff and super exciting to learn about the winery. We had had a lovely lunch. Greetings from the Germans

Yelp
I came here for a wine tasting during my visit to Sonoma. The grounds are quite scenic and all of the staff was amazing. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather at a table under an umbrella. During our wine tasting, George was our first host/server and he was quite knowledgeable about the various wines and regions where the grapes were sourced. All of the wines were quite enjoyable. We also ordered a charcuterie board that was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back. Cheers!

Yelp
This Chardonnay was my 1st celebration wine for any milestone!!! Absolutely ecstatic to have a tasting experience with Dina!!! Learned the amazing history of Kendall Jackson- breathtaking grounds!! We tried SO many great wines from all of their regional coastal vineyards. Highly recommend Dina!!!! The cheese plate add was a perfect compliment.

Yelp
So I'm coming up to Sonoma for my birthday enjoying a bike tour around the county. I booked my reservation only to find out when I arrived that Tock defaulted me to the next day. Jorge was so gracious and accommodating given my situation of commuting four hours over different means of transportation to get up here to make sure my visit was not in vain. World class customer service, beautiful venue and amazing vino! The Panorama Vineyard Pinot Noir stole the show for me! I can only imagine a bright future for Jorge at KJ...please consider him for a promotion as he embodies all the ideals that any hospitality-centric brand should hope to find in their employees!

Yelp
This estate is gorrrrrrgeous! Driving up you will see a grand house with beautiful gardens. We had a reservation, so we gave them our names and waited for a few minutes, while they prepared our table. Our table was already set with the tasting placemat, tasting wine glasses, water glasses, and a bucket. The essentials for sure! Service: George was super smazing! He walked us through the history of the estate. Gave us some awesome tips regarding the wine and was altogether very professional and personable. 10/10 Grounds: The grounds are beautiful. After our tasting we roamed around to see bocce ball courts, a gazesbo, a chicken coup with massssssive chickens. I these free range eggs have to be large because these were the biggest chickens I have ever seen! Towards the front of the estate, there are marked fruit trees, although not yet in season, it was still fun to see the different types of fruit trees. Overall: My visit here was super enjoyable! I like the laid back experience. We went on a Friday morning, so there wasn't too many people and the weather was just right!

Yelp
If I were to go back to Napa, I would skip Kendall-Jackson. It was a very traditional, seated tasting with a very over-the-top animated guide who took us through not only all of the wines in depth but also the detailed story behind Kendall-Jackson. This is a good tasting for novice wine drinkers and people who want to feel the alcohol because they were so liberal with the tastings and pours. I think we got so much attention because it was off season and we were one of two parties in the whole place.

Yelp
If you're planning to visit Kendall-Jackson, YOU MUST TRY THEIR TASTING EXPERIENCE. We tried the Wine & Food experience and it was delicious! Every dish was perfectly paired with their wines! We would not have discovered this experience if it wasn't for the Yelp! Event back in October. We met with Angela who guided the event and made us aware of the food experience. Wow, what a great discovery! Their dishes are prepared with vegetables grown in their own garden which made the experience so special. Our server, Abbie, was so nice and welcoming. She discribed each pairing and answered all of our questions. Make a reservation for your tasting experience and you will not be disappointed! The Wine & Food Experience is 5 courses and well worth it!

Yelp
Great ambiance, but excellent service too . You do not have to put up with the rush or amounts of people like in Napa . I'd recommend this place for people who value service and attention to detail.

Yelp
I accompanied my father on a Tuesday afternoon trip to Santa Rosa for an errand, and since we had a bit of time to kill, he found Kendall-Jackson open on a weekday, and I was able to add on to his reservation. We drove up, and it's a lovely space that looks like a mansion. We were given some Chardonnay at the start while they prepared our table, as we opted for the seasonal wine flight and bites pairing. This was a great idea because it was good to have a bit of food in the afternoon in to go with the wine. We started with a deviled egg with a miso, soy, and shallot taste, paired with a different Chardonnay. This Chardonnay was initially good (smoother to me than the intro one we were served), but the deviled egg pairing totally changed it and made it way better. That was actually the case for all the wines and bites, as we made our way through Pinot Noir + Smoked Trout Rillette, Syrah + Duck Sausage, and Merlot + Cheese/Fig. All of the pairings were most excellent and significantly changed the taste of the wine, which I loved. The staff was excellent, informative, and really catered to us. We were also able to walk about the grounds for a bit, and it was nice to spend some quality time with dad over wine and bites. Would definitely recommend coming here to try!

Yelp
Reviewing an experience from last fall, 2023. And I have to agree with the reviews that claim the tasting experience is a must! You can additionally opt in for a complimentary glass of wine and explore while you wait for your table to be available (for us, less than a 15m wait). Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and the food!! 5 glasses of wine to pair with 5 courses, and with vegetables all sourced from the estate gardens, everything was beautifully plated and tasted wonderfully fresh! We were seated in a beautiful courtyard with enough cover that we weren't blinded and instead sunlight streamed through gaps in the overhanging canopies. Paired with the occasional breeze, it's a setting I would loved to have stayed for hours. There is ample parking and the estate and gardens are lovely and expansive, which you're free to wander after your meal.

Yelp
Wow such a great winery. The wine was perfect and the grounds were so nice. We did the food and wine tasting. Very good and worth the money. It's a must stop for me.

Yelp
Our first time visiting Kendall-Jackson Winery and we were impressed. Beautiful grounds and building. We took a food pairing with wine seminar and enjoyed it so much. It was part of the California Artisan Cheese Festival. We got there thirty minutes early and were greeted by the friendliest host who informed us that we can walk around and see the property and the gardens that they grow their food. He also served us a glass of red wine which we enjoyed very much. The indoor tasting room is beautiful. With high ceilings and beautiful furniture. The outdoor area was nice as well. The food our chef prepared for us was amazing. The sommelier paired the dishes with their wines , we tasted 4 different kinds of wines. A great experience indeed. We did purchase a few bottles to take home with us. Overall a beautiful winery and estate to add to your Sonoma County wine trip.

Yelp
My wife and I received a food and wine pairing as a gift for attending a Wyndham resort time share presentation. I'm glad we did! It was totally worth the time to listen to a presentation. The food and wine pairing blew me away. It was a 5 course meal with wine pairing. Every dish had a variety of flavors and wines paired perfectly. The host Kishore was very nice and great. He educated us about the wines and food since it comes from their garden. He also gave our kids a little treat which was nice. At the end we decided on buying the wine club membership since we really enjoyed the food and wine pairing since it's complementary with the membership per year. It comes with 4 experiences (2 food and wine pairing). I would recommend trying this place as they're very accommodating and generous. The ambiance is great for families and friends.

Yelp
Kendall Jackson offers a nice selection of wines for tasting in an absolutely beautiful setting. Very nice picnic area that can be reserved in advance. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our group. When you're here don't miss the amazing gardens!

Yelp
Most of the wine is 2-3 stars but I enjoyed their Sauvignon Blanc! It's def overpriced for the quality though, it's giving 8$ bottle of TRader Joes wine lol. But I didn't come here for the wine. I came for the vibes! My group opted for the picnic and bought 3 bottles. With the purchase of 3 bottles, we could the picnic table for free. We enjoyed playing bocce ball next to our picnic table and I'd come back for another day of fun! The grounds were also pretty and surprisingly expansive, so I'll have to explore those some more!

Yelp
Food is wonderful Service on par Ambiance's wonderful 2024 we've experienced an escalation (doubling) in price for their events - coupled with staff turnover over and loss of personal connectivity. . We no longer feel connected

Sharlene M.

Yelp
We had such an amazing time with Scott our server - lots of laughing. The food is incredible. First rate chefs. And if course the wine is great. One of our best experiences here in wine country.

Yelp
I had a lovely experience at Kendall Jackson. I opted in for the standard tasting which was neat because you got to taste and compare/contrast 2 similar wines at the same time. As someone who is not too deep in the world of wine tasting, this made it engaging and nice for me to discover my favorite types of wine. Our servicer was great as well! Funny, and insightful about the tasting and history of Kendall Jackson. It was a nice and sunny day which made for a great walk around the establishment as well. I can't wait to be back!

Yelp
Upon arrival, you feel as if you have been transported to France with the beautiful chateau and surrounding gardens. The service was stellar; hosts in front were nice and Mitchell was the absolute best when it came to pouring and knowledge of wines. He walked us through each wine and even accommodated us with our different palates (bestie prefers chards and whites while I prefer cabs and reds). We arrived pretty early so the weather was perfect and not many people were there yet, so I suggest starting here first.

Yelp
I always have a fabulous time wine tasting here and the gardens are so beautiful. The hosts are amazing and always go out of their way to make every experience special. Huge shoutout to Dina G., Estate Host. She really knows the history of the estate and is able to keep everyone on the edge of their seat listening as she explains the history through the art of storytelling while she pours and explains their delicious wines and appetizers. Thanks Dina for a fabulous time p.s. I'm loving my membership.

Stopped in to pick up some gifts the staff was super friendly and helpful. We walked out in the culinary garden it was beautiful and well kept.

They have the best food and wine pairing menu in this region. Don't miss this place.

Yelp
Outstanding wine, food and service!! My brother and I came here for a multiple course wine and lunch event. The estate is gorgeous! Beautiful vineyard and gardens. The château is beautiful. We visited today, Thursday, and had the majority of the place to ourselves. Mercedes' was the wine expert and server that took care of us the duration of our food and wine event. Mercedes was outstanding and made the experience five stars! She knows wine and food and shared her expertise with us. The chefs came out from the kitchen to visit us and explain the food. Everything was five star. Unique appetizers, entrees and desserts! The entire staff made the experience amazing! We recommend this winery for the food and the wine!!!

Yelp
Fabulous place to visit! We ordered reservations for wine and food pairing and had no idea what we were in for. We arrived and were greeted immediately with hospitality and charm. The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We started with risotto made with spring peas, fresh tarragon, local cheese paired with an estate chardonnay. Lip smacking good. Next was a smoked trout, that my husband is poised to reproduce at home as it is so unforgettable, served with fresh beets, creme fraiche and squash. Paired with a pinot noir that we had to order to go. Next was beef with potatoes, radish and carrots and cabernet sauvignon. And then dessert, oh my goodness! Flavors of espresso, cream, chocolate and toffee, not to be missed. This is a must see/do, then a walk around the estate rounded out a beautiful afternoon.

Yelp
Our family LOVED visiting this winery. We were able to make a last minute reservation, and we're so glad we did. A few of us ordered the wine tasting, and it was amazing. We loved all the wines. Our server was excellent and so friendly. We sat outdoors with a view of their gardens, which was so nice. This place is also dog friendly! Make sure you walk around their HUGE estate/garden. It's so beautiful, and so fun to see all the flowers/produce growing everywhere. There are lots of trees, so there is plenty of shade as you're walking. You can easily spend an hour walking around, taking photos, and enjoying the scenery. This place is highly recommended if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
All the wines we tasted were amazing but what made it more memorable was the ambiance and hospitality. Wonderful and attending staff, it was our first time here and they made us feel so welcome. Truly an amazing place, the staff is very knowledgeable, took their time to describe each wine and gave us enough time to enjoy every round during our tasting. The property itself is beautiful and well managed. We have picked up Kendall Jackson wines at Trader joe's many times and have enjoyed them but this was our first time at the estate. They serve the special edition wines at the winery which is not sold at the grocery outlets. Worth making a trip to this beautiful winery, we will definitely be back and look forward to doing the food pairing next time!

Matt M.

Yelp
Gorgeous estate right off the freeway. Showed up without a reservation and was able to taste a few wines. Nice garden they use to make their food served. Definitely would return.

Yelp
Kendall-Jackson is awesome. My girlfriends and I reserved a Bocce Ball court for 90 minutes and all we had to do was purchase two bottles of wine (came out to about $60). The courts were in a very cute corner of the gardens equipped with a variety of seating and shade from this summer sun. Since our reservation started around 3:45 and the grounds close at 5, we didn't have much time to explore the rest of the estate...especially after finishing the wine. Totally recommend doing this because it's more bang for your buck over a tasting. We also met some really great people playing on the adjacent courts. The employees were super helpful as well. They took photos of us after hours and since the gates legitimately close at 5pm, one of the employees drove us to the gate so we could wait for our Uber. Thanks for treating us so well! We had a great time.

Yelp
PROS: - The property is beautiful here and you'll want to take tons of pictures. - The staff here is very cordial and friendly. - Pet friendly winery! - There are lots of tables and umbrellas that keep you shaded and cool during hot summer days. - DO VISIT their garden and farm, it is absolutely GORGEOUS! - A want to emphasize again, this property is beautiful. CONS: - None.

Yelp
My family and I had a lovely time here. Was looking for a winery with beautiful gardens and a food-and-wine pairing ($70) and stumbled upon this estate. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and in the back, they have a garden where they grow produce that they use for their wine-and-food pairing. Our Menu: -Salad with Chardonnay -Seared halibut with a pinot noir rosé -Steak with a red wine blend -Strawberry roulade with riesling -French canelés Our host Mercedes was very personable and gave us a sufficient overview of each wine. Really enjoyed tasting the wines by themselves and shortly experiencing the change in flavors when paired with each food item. Out of all the wines, we enjoyed the 2019 Jackson Estate Sable Mountain Chardonnay (oaked and buttery!) and the 2019 Grand Reserve Late Harvest Reisling (sweet, easy to drink). After our meal, we took our time and walked around the estate for a bit. If you're looking for a beautiful outdoor area and a food-and-wine pairing, I highly recommend checking out Kendall Jackson.

Yelp
First time here. A friend of ours is getting married so we celebrated her bridal shower and bachelorette in this venue. Her friend booked and coordinated everything. We brought our own charcuterie to consume while doing our wine tasting. There were 18 of us so we're only allowed for 4 bottles to taste but we bought 6 more bottles. It was a lot of fun. The winery is nice and huge but not a lot of picnic tables. Nothing much to roam around though. Maybe there were some more that I didn't know of but we just stayed where the picnic tables at while drinking, mingling, and listening to music having fun with all of the girls! Staff are pleasant too!

Yelp
I knew that Kendall-Jackson is better known for its volume-production wines. But the marketing material made the wine-pairing experience attractive, so we gave it a try. They did not disappoint. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome wine, about half a serving. It was a white with strong plum flavor, not bad. We were then seated at a large patio area, well shaded by a tall and very large canopy. Tables were distant well beyond COVID protocol. Each seat has 4 glasses and a pre-printed menu, listing both the paired wines and the foods. Maggie the hostess always poured first, giving the tasting notes as she did so. Each pour was slightly larger than a big gulp, probably 1.5 oz, not very generous but we expect many glasses. Honestly, the wines were average. But the foods and the pairing way more than made up for the whole experience that was very enjoyable. The steak was particularly tasty. Portions were small, yet more than enough to satisfy these geezers. I imagine young studs will be left feeling not quite full. We strolled the probably 50-acre vegetable farm afterward and that was very enjoyable. The sun was bright and hot, yet there were large walnut trees with very nice breezes all around. The farm clearly produces for the winery-restaurant and we felt very good seeing that. Most, but not all, plants were labeled. There were lots of decorative flowers and hives of bees kept clearly just for the farm. Together with the farm stroll, it took us 2 and half hours. If not for the next appointment, we would have spent another 30 minutes.

Jacqueline C.

Yelp
Great services and experience! Our food was delicious, we definitely recommend the five course tasting experience.
google avatar

Aditi M.

Yelp
Beautiful and spacious vineyard - you can make a reservation for $40 per table which will be refunded to you if you get wine bottles from them. The staff is very friendly and helpful - I know this because I lost my eye glasses because that's what wine does to you lol and they called on the registered number so we could pick it up. The venue is gorgeous, it was a beautiful day for picnic and spikeball. I liked this vineyard - it was much more accessible to walk around and we could also play outdoor games (more like a reserved picnic spot)

Yelp
We went to quite a few wineries on our trip to Sonoma/Napa/Calistoga and the best overall experience was here! Such nice atmosphere! Great wine and Dina was amazing! She had a very nice way of explaining everything and made us feel great to be there! Lovely time!

Yelp
Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. The wines are good. This winery is very worth a visit if you are in the Sonoma area. Take the time to walk the grounds and see the gardens!

Yelp
Absolutely adored tasting at Kendall-Jackson's stunning estate! I've been drinking their wines for quite some time now, but this was my first time visiting their winery. Came here with a friend about a month ago, and we really enjoyed our time here. The grounds are simply breathtaking! When I walked up, I just couldn't take my eyes off of their big, bright building! They have a pretty water fountain near the entrance that's set right in the middle of their beautiful garden. We were greeted as soon as we made it onto their property! While we waited to be taken to the back, we took a few pictures. Our host also brought us a glass of Rose as a welcoming wine. It was light and citrusy, the perfect way to start off our tasting. Once our table was ready, we were led back to their back patio area. It was glorious! I did not expect all of that to be hiding back there! We were seated on a super cozy and stylish sofa right near their vineyards. All of the tables were adequately spaced out, so we felt very safe and comfortable. They have quite a large patio space. The views are beautiful back there too. They do pre-poured flights here which I'm not really a huge fan of, but our sommelier was extremely interactive and she provided the perfect balance of knowledge and time for us to enjoy our space. Mackenzie hosted us that day and she was excellent! She gave great descriptions of all of the wines and we enjoyed hearing a little bit of history from her about the winery. I've always been a fan of Kendall-Jackson's wines, especially their Pinot Noirs and white wines. And let me tell you; their Chardonnay is simply AMAZING! I enjoyed both Chards that we tried during our tasting, but my favorite was their Estate Camelot Highlands Chard from Santa Maria Valley. It was lovably fruity and creamy. Definitely something dangerous during the summer because I would probably sip this like water during the summertime. We ended up buying a couple of bottles because it was so delicious. Other notables that we really enjoyed was their Rose and their Pinot Blanc. The Pinot Blanc wasn't on their tasting menu, but Mackenzie was gracious enough to pour some of it for us after she mentioned that they had it. I don't usually see Pinot Blanc on the menu too often in the area and it's one of my absolute favorite varietals. I was so excited to try it and it did not disappoint. Although we loved all of their white wines, we were a bit disappointed in their reds. I usually really enjoy their Pinots, but I wasn't really a fan of their Cloud Landing Pinot. The only red that was decent was their Cab, and even that wasn't the best. I just didn't think that it was worth $65. Their tasting fee is $20 and is waived with 2 or more bottle purchases. Not bad for this area, plus it's pretty easy to buy a couple of their white wines because they truly were delightful. We really enjoyed tasting here. We enjoyed their white wines and the ambience was wonderful. Super relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely return again for a future tasting.

Yelp
Delicious food and wine! We did the food pairing and it was so very good! The service alone gets 5 stars! I highly recommend!

Midori A.

Yelp
I visited there with my husband. All staff was welcoming. The back yard patio seemed very luxury and nice to have wine there. We ordered charcuterie and paired perfectly with the wine selection.

Amelie S.

Yelp
This was the stop we were most looking forward to on our trip. We chose to do the wine tasting (without a food pairing). It is a side-by-side tasting where you compare 6 wines (2 chardonnays, 4 reds). Our host was quite knowledgeable and answered our questions, but was also going between at least 1-2 other tables. Overall, the atmosphere was more on the commercial end, there were options to buy souvenirs (jackets, clothes, trinkets, etc) and it didn't feel the most genuine. However, the wine was great and we do enjoy Kendall-Jackson wines. Do note, that you will see a large price difference between the bottles they sell on the estate ($35-75) and the ones you get in-store as the ones in-store are sold through their vendors.

Yelp
Beautiful wine estate in Sonoma. For the price, Kendall Jackson is great for their white wines. Think Chardonnay mostly. Red wines can be a bit weak sometimes, or too fruity. The area is wonderful and there's a good amount to explore, including a garden area. Wish there was a bit more technical explanation of the wines, but otherwise, everything you would want from a wine estate!

Yelp
Honey! Honey! Come and get you some of this fabulous food! We did a wine tasting and pairing yesterday and decided to order the BBQ chicken dinner to go today. Omg! This was so good. The BBQ chicken was divine! It was so tender, juicy and flavorful! They definitely took their time with this bird. Oh yummy! The jalapeño inspired macaroni salad aas delicious was was the brudeel sprouts with apples and bacon. The bacon could have been crispy to make it even better. The Brioche buns were buttery and the salad tasted fresh picked and a great starter. Warm those brownies then pour on the whipped cream and you have a winner for a complete dinner! So good! I felt greedy while eating every morsel. Only $50 for two! Again, I say yum and yum again

Yelp
I was planning to book cheese & Charcuterie board for my family 6 but only can book for 2 in the website so I changed to order from Tock. I was able to book for 6 but it changed to Estate wine tasting without knowing it. Our serve did a great job explaining wine and answer any questions we had for the wine. My son was so impressive for his knowledge. I am not big wine drink but our group really enjoy the experience and bought some wine as well. We loved cheese & charcuterie board with wine tasting. Great combination. I do agree with one review about tasting room in a big room with everyone else which is little annoying. The tasting room basically is in the lobby. The table is close to each other. I wish the tasting room had more privacy and more space which will give you more pleasant experience. Personally, I would not book wine & food paring in this type environment but other tasting is fine. I recommend cheese & charcuterie board tasting.

Yelp
Beautiful winery that is also dog friendly. They also allow you to bring outside food to picnic at their picnic tables. We ordered a bottle of wine to go with our picnic and had a lovely afternoon.

Yelp
What an amazing experience! Delicious, well balanced, bright and just an all around a lovely meal. All the ingredients were fresh and locally grown in their garden. Each dish was crafted with care and were designed to bring out the best flavors of each ingredient, whether it be the cabbage, the mushroom, or the steak. Everything paired so perfectly with the wine. Beautiful ambiance, great service, well balanced wine, and most importantly, great food!! The cannelés were the best I've ever had - it cannot be missed! Perfectly crunchy yet chewy and soft all at the same time. The highest compliments to the pastry chef. This kitchen knows how to cook an awesome meal without being overly pretentious or fancy. Just simple, approachable, and mouth watering-ly delicious!! I would recommend the meal&wine pairing to anyone wanting to have a special day! You will certainly walk away happy.

Yelp
We joined their wine club at the Estate level based on the highest recommendation from my sister. The food and wine pairing was the most generous and flavorful we've had at any winery, perfectly paired with their wines! The service was extraordinary, both the experience calling ahead with Wenonah to join the wine club and our wonderful server Maggie. We bought our favorites and can't wait to come back.

Yelp
Of course I've waited awhile to review one of the more prolific wineries in the valley. Kendall-Jackson being a large conglomerate brings a lot of negative notions towards many visiting, but they are more than just a grocery store wine to be honest. Their main estate in Sonoma County is one that has been around for quite sometime and hosts a beautiful garden, patio, and indoor spacious tasting area. With the name being KJ, expect large crowds during the week and weekend, but I am sure most know this. This does not stop them from serving you in a timely manner though. During my visit, we had a awesome host, who was very attention to detail oriented for the four parties he was assisting. While not a fan of their whites, they have some very approachable red varietals from all over the west coast. With that being said their price range can vary from quite affordable to quite expensive, so at least there is some room for everyone's budget from their wine list. I will say I have never done their food pairing and tasting, which KJ is well known for and the pictures I see always remind me that I need to do this at some point! I hear others rant and rave about it, so I am sure it is well worth mentioning at least in this review. In the end, I enjoyed my experience and would happily add it to my revisit list in the near future.

Yelp
We were looking for a Wine and Food pairing experience where we could take our kids along with us and found Kendall Jackson! We had such a lovely time. The tables were set outdoor, well distanced from other tables and overlooking their gorgeous grounds. Lunch consisted of a set menu which they modified to suit our allergies and the wine paring was absolutely spot on! Our hostess Mercedes was phenomenal. She explained every dish and wine with so much love. Portion sizes are small but every dish was delicious. Our favourite was their Summer Vegetable Tart! Kids were very happy exploring their vegetables garden and feeding the chickens in the estate while we enjoyed our lunch. They were served cheese and fruit platter, lemonade (which was very refreshing), French fries and chocolate platter. After lunch we couldn't resist exploring the estate. It's such a joy seeing how they are growing all the food sustainably. We will surely be back again.

Yelp
Very nice setting and good wine. The service was excellent, special thanks to Dina G. She was wonderful with the grandkids, provided lots of local history and excellent service.
