"Since 1956, this family-run farm has served the Miami community with fresh produce and warm baked goods, but it’s the cinnamon rolls at Knaus Berry Farm that have people lining up for hours. A seasonal operation that generally reopens in October, the farm is making changes ahead of reopening: new ownership, a move a few miles north, acceptance of credit cards, and Sunday hours for the first time—while keeping the cinnamon roll recipe unchanged. The exact October reopening date hasn’t been announced, but the farm is on track." - Laine Doss
"Any day trip to Homestead should involve a stop at Knaus Berry Farm. The classic bakery and farm is open only from November through April, and during those months the line can easily pass two hours. What those people are waiting for are cinnamon rolls—and yes, they are worth the wait, especially when they’re still warm from the oven. But there are other things you should buy here, like dinner rolls, bread pudding, and pie. Just remember to grab a milkshake while you wait in line. Or come on a random weekday before the nearby school gets out and there probably won’t be a line at all." - virginia otazo, ryan pfeffer

"Mentioned seasonally as another local destination for standout milkshakes in the farming region of south Miami-Dade, where much of the area's local produce is grown." - Allison Ramirez
"How many collective hours have Miami families spent waiting in line for fresh cinnamon rolls from this Homestead farm? Probably around 613,620, which is about as long as the bakery has been around (that’s about 70 years, in case you hate math). Yes, those cinnamon rolls are worth the wait, especially when they’re still warm from the oven. But so are the dinner rolls, bread pudding, and various pies. Just remember to grab a milkshake while you're in line. Or come on a random weekday before the nearby school gets out and there probably won’t be a line at all. And in case you’re new here, know that it’s only open from November through April." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo

"While the sticky bun king is only open for less than half a year, South Floridians flock to Knaus Berry Farm when it does open its doors. The lines are long but worth the wait. The concept began with a roadside strawberry stand and grew into a Redland staple in 1959. Aside from the popular sticky buns, Knaus Berry Farm also sells produce, baked bread, pies, cheesecakes, and jellies. Make sure to grab a shake to-go or enjoy while picking some fresh berries on the farm. Open yearly November through April." - Alona Martinez
