I had a wonderful solo visit while in The Woodlands for business. Everything was delicious - no soy sauce necessary!
I splurged, starting with the Sunomno, then the Kampachi Crudo - which was, I think, my favorite, though it's a difficult call.
After that, I had the 4 handroll set, and added caviar to the negitoro. I ended with a few bites of sushi: bluefin chutoro, hamachi, hotate, and A5 wagyu with caviar. Each bite was so well crafted. My always helpful and friendly waiter closed my meal with his favorite - saketoro aburi. I would be hard- pressed to pick a favorite, each was a unique and delicious bite.
Not an inexpensive evening, lol, but worth every penny!
I will be back when in town again.
