"The team behind Downtown food hall spot Kokoro and Autry Park newcomer Doko bring their sushi expertise to the Woodlands Waterway, with a focus on handrolls (obviously). Standouts on the menu include Thai chili–laced crudos and temaki packed with king salmon belly, A5 Wagyu, and uni. Unlike the Downtown original, there are no hot dishes like yakitori here, but it is the first time Kokoro will feature a full bar, with drinks like the cardamom- and honey-laced Doko G&T.
