"Kokoro Handrail Bar is the latest spot from the Kokoro and Doko people, who are taking their sushi expertise to the Woodlands Waterway, with a focus on handrolls (obviously). Standouts on the menu include Thai chili–laced crudos and temaki packed with king salmon belly, A5 Wagyu, and uni.
