"Kured is a quick-service charcuterie company launched by Gilli Rozynek. Initially started as a delivery-only business in Cape Cod and Greater Boston, it became a brick-and-mortar space in Beacon Hill in June 2021. The business gained significant attention after a TikTok video showcasing charcuterie boxes went viral, amassing 78,000 likes and nearly 650,000 views. Kured offers a variety of charcuterie cones and boxes, with prices ranging from $18 to $43, as well as sandwiches and house-made pickles. The idea for the business was inspired by Rozynek's time in Madrid, where she observed the cultural significance of charcuterie in Europe." - Terrence Doyle

This Kured grazing table (catering & set-up) was an absolute hit at our recent event! The presentation was beyond incredible and the food was so tasty. Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with - great communication and always an excited attitude. I am very grateful for her willingness to accommodate all of our unique needs. I would absolutely recommend!!

Google
I saw this place on instagram a long time ago and have been meaning to check it out! I was having my sister over and decided to order a make your own charcuterie board to go with the wine she was bringing and was not disappointed! Everything was delicious and very decent portions for 3 meats, 3 cheeses, 3 sides and bread for just $25. Can’t wait to order again the next time I have people over!!

Google
paid $13 lox bagel after seeing so many posts on instagram & tiktok abt this place, please explain to me how i got more arugula & tomatoes than salmon ( which was one whole piece that is so thin you can’t even taste it ). i’m from chicago so i get that prices is higher in bigger cities but i just pretty much paid for dry bread with a side salad and one piece of smoked salmon.

I had high hopes for Kured, given its focus on charcuterie, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The cured meats—which should be the highlight of the shop—were far from authentic. The prosciutto lacked the delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture and deep, nutty flavor you’d expect from a properly aged product. Instead, it was overly salty, chewy, and felt more like an average deli ham than a true Italian prosciutto. The ‘hobo’ (assuming this refers to a house-made or specialty cured meat) was similarly unimpressive—lacking the complexity and balance of traditional methods.

Google
I had a toasted lox bagel and it was just delicious. Crispy bagel with fresh ingredients. I missed a cup of coffee with it but for food , it is amazing. Faccacia’s baguette different bagel types… a great place

Google
I came in and built my own charcuterie board for 4-5. I’m really impressed with the portions of the meat, there is a ton. I felt there could have been more cheese, though. I ended up going to a grocery store to supplement that. There was a good selection of the miscellaneous items (nuts, jams, etc.) Overall I’d recommend checking this place out.

Google
Once we saw some sunny days were on the horizon, we found this place. Creating your own custom box was really fun and quick. The staff were great too. It made for a great ‘picnic’ in the nearby park, one of our highlights of the trip. Thanks Kured!

Clau

Google
Went in for a quick bite and got a sandwich. They made a mistake and used the wrong type of meat, but when I made them aware they were very kind and even offered to make me a new one. I didn’t accept a new sandwich, as the one I got was already very delicious. Very nice place, and delicious food, would definitely visit again!

Yelp
a little tucked away and we didn't really see but there was something in the window that caught our eyes. we came in and went straight back to the sandwich got the The Serranito based on recommendations along with a sparkling Pizza Wine staff made us a little hot chili oil + honey mixture and it was so yummy! the bread was nice and crispy ugh I want one now

Yelp
Walked past this places for months and finally went in to try their sandwhich. I got the Old School Italian because it had hot sopressata. The olive relish made the sandwhich so tasty!!! A bit pricey at $17 so it's definitely not a weekly purchase. There are seats inside so you don't have to take out which is nice! Want to come back and try their bagel with figs next!

Stephanie N.

Yelp
Really solid bagel place. Feels like a match for Bagelsaurus--a similarly craft bagel place, albeit a bit more Montreal/bread bagel side rather than NY bagel (the latter is our personal preference), but still delicious. We got the porchetta on sesame bagel, which had an amazing buttery toasted sesame seed exterior with an incredible crunch. Yummy toppings including cream cheese and some nice Porchetta. So excited to see some quality new places popping up in the Beacon Hill area!

Yelp
Such a cute shop with delicious breakfast sandwiches! Their sunny side up eggs go perfectly with their toasted bagels, and they come with the top half of the bagel unassembled to preserve the runny yolk. Service was fast and friendly, and they have two counters to order at (charcuterie at the front and sandwiches at the back). They also have a clean and cute seating area inside. I would definitely come back for their sandwiches again and to try their charcuterie!

Yelp
This concept is exactly what Beacon Hill needed. It's what Savenors pretended to be sans butcher. Excellent fresh meats and breads. Build-your-owns, catering or perfect for picnics at Botanical Gardens or Esplanade. Great friendly service, place is small and can bottleneck sometimes. But that means it's good! Italian turkey on focaccia toasted. Love that! Italian sodas are fantastic to pair with some of the saltier offerings.

Victoria N.

Yelp
10/10!!! My friends and I absolutely demolished the charcuterie board! Everything was freshly made and it was sooooo good! The place was quite small and it filled up with many people quickly, employees were rushing a little bit to get the crowd moving. Wish it was a bit bigger!

Michelle W.

Yelp
Great place for a snack or full meal. The sandwiches looked great as well but we got a gluten free friendly box and some tasty fun drinks. A few tables inside to relax for a bit and space the weather. Great service.

Efren V.

Yelp
Great place for a delicious bite before or after your everyday walk around Boston ! Good location great service cheers !!

Yelp
I've been meaning to give this place a try since it opened last year and I'm so glad I finally did! Like their website mentions, Kured is basically a Sweetgreen for charcuterie which is genius and right up my alley. I went with the small size of the seasonal Summer Box and everything in it was so tasty (especially the truffle honey *drool*). Loved the inclusion of the fresh tomatoes and strawberries alongside the meat and cheese. It was also cool to see a local brewery collab with the Sip of Sunshine cheddar. Highly recommend picking up a box and walking a few blocks down the street to Boston common to enjoy it in the park. It made for a perfect Saturday afternoon. The store itself is actually really vibey, it has a fun graffiti wall that you can sign and draw on while you wait plus a good selection of charcuterie themed gifts. I'll definitely be back to try some more boards, and looove the idea of ordering catering for an event sometime.

Ivy T.

Yelp
Please don't order delivery from Kured. Every experience I've had with this place has been stress inducing and more trouble than it's worth. I've had Kured twice now, the first time I ordered delivery and it was marked as delivered, but never left the store-- after calling the store, the employees said they could send it out or I could pick it up tomorrow. I opted to go pick it up, and took the train after my classes and I arrived more than an hour before closing time... and Kured was closed! I had even tried calling beforehand a few times to verify if they still had my order in the fridge and they didn't pick up. So the next day I call and they said they'd refund me and give me a gift card to repurchase my order, I repurchased my order with a few add ons and picked it up, and it was missing some important add-ons like jam I paid extra for. I also never got my refund. The second time was more bearable-- I ordered the Valentines platter and picked it up in store. It was $30 and looked much nicer in the picture online, with flowers that weren't pathetic and more meat, but at least the store was open. The meat and cheeses were very flavorful, wouldn't get it again it it was an interesting experience and assortment. Anyway Kured, if you want to reach out and right some wrongs, I'm here! Still open to getting that refund haha.

Yelp
Decided to stop by this new place while on the area to see what the hype is all about. The area is pretty small, I guess videos on social media doesn't do too much justice. Prices are a bit pricey for tiny boxes, but if you like charcuterie boards and would not mind paying the price it would be okay I guess. They pretty have a few selections, might work out for some people. Maybe would stop by next time. But, wouldn't go out of my way just to get it.

Jack T.

Yelp
THIS OWNER CARES Stopped in to get a sandwhich (all around $13) and my god this was a good sandwhich. I had an old Italian which featured sopressata which was cut off in front of me. The sandwhich was packed with it and didn't skimp one bit. The ingredients all around looked incredibly fresh and were plentiful. If you don't eat much it will feed you twice. It's quite a large portion. In the back they have boxes for picnics and such. I've tried a few and they are also wonderful. Great value here for the great ingredients you're getting. Wonderful for picnics in the park or the esplanades.

C M.

Yelp
The sandwiches here are incredible!!! Must try the Kubano sandwich - bread was so fresh and it was the perfect balance of sweet, salty, smokey, and spicy! Can't wait to get this again

Brooke C.

Yelp
I got a custom charcuterie box for 3 people today and loved it. For only $23, I felt like it was a great value. Their location on beacon hill is so cute and their charcuterie is superb. I placed a mobile order for convenience but it's also really easy to go in and order/assemble your charcuterie box chipotle-style

Areeba Z.

Yelp
Custom charcuterie boxes to do? What an AMAZING idea! I came across this place on Instagram Reels and I knew I had to check them out. The location is 10/10. Right on Charles street next to the Boston Commons/ Public Garden making it the ideal spot to pickup a charcuterie fix for your picnics. They have a wide selection of cheeses, meats and toppings. They also have fresh bread for $4. The boxes come in a small or large and are very affordable. We decided to go for Local Farmer's Box with Fresh Onion Bread. The total came to around $28. The staff is very friendly and are very patient with all the questions and customizations. So catch the best days of summer with a Kured box in the park. 10/10 will be back again!

Yelp
I was so excited by the sandwich menu at this place, as I love a good Italian sandwich, and made a beeline for this place when I last visited Boston. I ended up ordering the truffle trifecta since I can't resist truffle in anything. Unfortunately, this sandwich was just okay. The baguette tasted a little burnt. The truffle salami and truffle cheese didn't deliver the truffle flavor I was looking for, even when I took the sandwich apart and ate them separately. The housemade truffle spread was bizarre--it barely tasted of truffle at all, and was more sour than anything. I didn't finish my sandwich. Maybe I came at a bad time? The employees seemed confused as to how to make the sandwich I ordered, and it took a while for it to come out. Eating in the shop was also really unpleasant. There's barely any seating, just some stools at a counter, and it was really smoky and hazy inside (and not in an appetizing way). I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and come again based on the strong reviews, but I likely won't go out of my way again.

Yelp
Stopped in seeing the sandwich menu outside for a quick meal and I was surprised by one of the best bagel sandwiches I've ever had. It was large and the ingredients were so fresh. Everyone working at the time was super friendly.

Yelp
First time in this wonderful place, yesterday. What a great place. It speaks to my inner cured meat and cheese lover. I was possibly the first through the door on a quest for comfort food. The man behind the counter was super helpful and explained to this first-timer. Much appreciated. Great description and recommendations. He recommended the Banksy Box. How am I going to say no to that? By name alone. I got 1 year cheddar (holy moly), some parm, Genoa salami, pepperoni, aged prosciutto, Mediterranean olives, clover honey, and roasted cashews. Then, I saw they had braesola. Well, gotta have some of that. No problem, add it in. All said and done, I was in and out in maybe ten minutes. A pleasant experience that only cost me ~$35 for a box that could give enough for 4 charcuterie lovers, maybe 6 if it was presented as an appetizer. Well worth it for good, true charcuterie. Had to save the box to share with the kids. Everything was awesome. Universal love. And I really, really like I can walk to it from the office in the financial district. Highly recommend.

Shawn W.

Yelp
I REALLY enjoy this place! I usually buy my own ingredients for a charcuterie and place them out...but here they do everything for you for nearly the same price. If you are looking for lunch to take to the the Public Garden or the the Esplanade...come here to get a cone (a paper cone filled with your favorite meats and cheeses). You can even grab a baguette to make a sandwich of it...or they will even make you a sandwich. I highly recommend this place!

Jasmin J.

Yelp
The idea behind this place is fantastic. Charcuterie boards are super hot right now. Great to have at a picnic with a friend on the esplanade or to bring as a tray for a party. The inside looks cute, but is a tad empty as of now. The artwork on the wall was awesome. Menu on the mirror is trendy/pretty, but can be difficult to read. I give it a 3 because even though the idea is great, I think the presentation was just okay and some of the meats were too fatty and tough to eat, as if they were kinda old. The box, which you can see attached, looks decorative enough without much effort being needed. The jams And little spoons were great, but this would have been greatly improved with fruits and crackers. If you wanted bread, you have to pay an additional $4 on top of the $30-40 you're already going to pay for this box.

Nicha S.

Yelp
Adorable. Great place to get a good charcuterie for a party, or in my case just to snack on. They do seem like a new business and I'm hoping they grow. Having wine for sale would be a good idea to pair with the meats and cheese. But other than that you get exactly what you'd think.

Olivia W.

Yelp
I love this idea - a quick option for a fancy cheese box or a fun walking snack is such a great idea so close to Boston common. I tried the Fall box and it was more than enough for 3 people to graze on, but a little hefty on the price for what you get. I would have loved more jam and meat with less crackers, but overall I'd recommend Kured if you don't want to do the work to make the board yourself.

John S.

Yelp
The sarranito was legitimately one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. So much so that it made me use this platform for the first time in years just to leave a review. Great location, good music, happy staff, and a truly fantastic sandwich.

Jenny S.

Yelp
Such an amazing concept in the perfect location! We stopped in to grab a small box for a snack in the public gardens. The staff was so friendly and helpful when we were so clearly indecisive hahah! They had so many delicious options to choose from! We loved this new concept and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Boston. If they ever decide to expand to other cities, I know Austin would welcome them with open arms! :)

Lauren H.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I LOVE Kured. We order it for holidays and for movies nights! We are pretty disappointed tonight. He ordered our board last night to pick it up today. We are missing prosciutto. This is our favorite part of the board. We hope this inconvenience does not happen again. When everything is prepared correctly, Kured is the spot to go for charcuterie!

Alexandra B.

Yelp
Fresh, delicious, amazing! The people who work here are super friendly, the decor is warm and welcoming, and the variety is great too! I think what really stands out is how fresh everything is. I was particular impressed with the jams and humus- I've never had the "homemade" version and it was so savory! The selection is fantastic, and the staff is patient when you make your selection. The staff is also happy to provide recommendations too. This year we are going to get Kured boxes for Thanksgiving which I'm so excited about. What's cool about this place is you can get a box for a snack, a meal with a friend, or something larger scale like a holiday. Definitely check this place out- it's 100% worth it!

Lori D.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place and planned when we were in Boston for my 50th birthday to go. We ordered several days ahead and thought we were all set. I was very disappointed to get a call 15 minutes before pickup time to be told they ran out of one of the meats we wanted. Ok so we picked something else. Got there, picked up made it to a perfect spot on the Charles to enjoy only to realize, no small knife to cut the Brie cheese or to spread the jam. Crackers were also a little stale.

Victoria R.

Yelp
Excellent service the lady in the pannini area treated me so kindly. It wss a great experience and their sandwiches are delicious !

Lyndsay M.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. The staff were so helpful and the selection is great. The portion size is good too but it's not cheap. Very yummy and well presented.

Alexa I.

Yelp
What makes this place special is their creative serving display. Think gourmet salad bar, except it's a delectable assortment of individual serving size meats, cheeses, crackers and accompaniments that you can mix and match. I love the 1:1:1 single serving 'cup' that was perfect for a snack and artfully packaged and topped with a real sprig of Rosemary. Great unique idea! I'll be back!

Hannah M.

Yelp
Such a CUTE place to go for a picnic date! My boyfriend and I went and got a few buds to order and then ate them at the public garden (just a short walk away!) We ordered an additional cheese and it was forgotten, but when I called to ask if we could swing by and get it they offered us a full charcuterie cone on the house!! I was absolutely blown away, awesome customer service. Super happy with my experience and will be coming again!!

Kaitlyn B.

Yelp
Prefect little snack box for our whale watching trip while in Boston. I feel like the prices were fair and the quality was great. Also the pic doesn't do it justice. The presentation was even better but I accidentally dropped it.

Rhea R.

Yelp
Incredible experience, innovative idea, quality food. Love the mural on the wall. Tip: bring your own crackers for the cheese and meats!

Marc W.

Yelp
What a fun new little place in Beacon Hill. My wife and I were in Boston this past Saturday and stumbled across Kured. They have an extensive menu including both snacks and formal boards to go or have delivered. we both ordered snacks which were shaped like ice cream cones. Real fresh and real tasty. Great staff waiting on you. Cant wait for our next dinner party to order one of they're boards.

Mike K.

Yelp
There is no seating. It's a takeout/delivery type place. And, it's fairly expensive. It's good, but expensive fur lunch.

Elle M.

Yelp
This is a brilliant concept. Everything tasted wonderful (got the small make your own charcuterie board). And the service was spectacular.

Nathan C.

Yelp
Quick, tasty as all hell, and excellent portions. This was cheaper and larger than a lot of restaurant boards I've gotten and better, too. I especially loved all the fruit options that I don't always see other than jams/compotes at other places. Will absolutely be back.

Dave S.

Yelp
Amazing idea of delicious meat and cheese that make a great lunch snack. They should change their window facing the street, I almost missed the store.

Kapil A.

Yelp
Perfect cheese board for our picnic at the Esplanade. The apricot jam was delicious. Just a convenient stop for assembling all the finger foods you might want for a picnic or low carb lunch/snack. Tucked away on Charles St, so you need to be on the lookout to find it!

Lauren A.

Yelp
Split a large box between 4 people and it was plenty! For the boxes you pick 3 things from 3 different categories (meats, cheeses, extras) and crackers are part of the extras so we just bought a box of crackers separate.

Lynn R.

Yelp
Delicious charcuterie to go. Vast selection of meat, cheeses and extras. Perfect for a picnic in the park! 83 Charles Street in Beacon Hill

Kristie D.

Yelp
I cannot tell you how excited I was to hear about this place, and boy did they deliver. My fave meal in the world is charcuterie and it's so nice to have someone else to do the work! I chose chorizo, prosciutto, and Genoa salami for my meats and aged cheddar, truffle cheddar, and Parmesan for my cheeses. You have to try the habanero jelly on a baguette with the aged cheddar! Everything was fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. I can't wait to go again and try some of their other offerings!

Janie A.

Yelp
Amazing place - super kind people working there, fantastic curated charcuterie boxes. new fave place for cheese!

Mark C.

Yelp
Ordered online and pickup was ready right we 11. Perfect portion of food for my group and everything was super yummy!

Dan B.

Yelp
Incredible selection of meat & cheeses and the staff was super friendly as well. So cool to see Charcuterie done in a fast-casual way - I will certainly be going back!
