"I see this fast-casual charcuterie business as a “Sweetgreen or Chipotle for charcuterie,” as founder Gilli Rozynek describes it; she started Kured as a delivery-only service on Cape Cod and around Greater Boston while in a startup accelerator at Boston College, inspired by time living in Madrid where charcuterie is ingrained in the culture. Since opening a Beacon Hill storefront in June 2021—which got a boost from TikTok virality—Kured has offered customizable charcuterie boards and cones made with locally sourced meats, cheeses, and accoutrements, convenient for strolling, and it delivers across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and Somerville. The Time Out Market Boston location, opening September 27, will offer a custom charcuterie box or cone (choose three meats, three cheeses, and three sides for a box or one of each for a cone), a couple of pre-designed boxes, and pairings meant to complement drinks from Time Out’s revamped bar." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
