"French chef Laëtitia Rouabah — and former Alain Ducasse protege  — puts an exciting spin on classic breakfast at this resort restaurant. Soufflé pancakes are impossibly fluffy, served with lemon curd, berries, and a nearly savory thyme whipped cream. An egg cocotte is a standout — topped with bacon and red wine sauce — an impressive counter to a hangover. It opens at 7 a.m. so early birds can carve out time for a feast of a prix fixe breakfast menu." - Janna Karel

"Located in the Fontainebleau resort, La Fontaine offers American breakfast and brunch with a French twist, including dishes like pain perdu, souffle pancakes, and lobster florentine benedict, all crafted by French chef Laëtitia Rouabah." - Janna Karel

"The French fine-dining restaurant at Fontainebleau Las Vegas meshes classic arched lines with modern and soothing color palettes. Set between dramatic archways in shades of tan, cream, and ivory, the dining room is adorned with opulent chandeliers, antique mirrors, marble flooring, and pastel pink carpet. The calming tone works for breakfasts of Parisienne omelets and soufflé pancakes as well as lunches of escargot and endive salad. A private dining room features a large oval dining table crafted from Blue Quartzite Cielo." - Janna Karel

"There are plenty of places to have a chic romantic dinner around town, but the same can't be said for breakfast. Except for La Fontaine, with its manicured floral arrangements and furniture in pastel shades of pink and magenta. Their “le caviar” eggs might be our new favorite morning meal: a fancy trio of egg custard topped with a mound of caviar, comté emulsion, and fluffy potato pillows. If you’re not feeling caviar, order the soufflé pancakes or lobster eggs benedict with a generous portion of seafood on potato rosti. This is also a nice pick for early risers, since they open at 7am. " - emmy kasten, melinda sheckells, edward thompson, milena difiore

Came for a late Sunday lunch—the restaurant is beautiful inside, loved their decor! Our server Julio is awesome—friendly and attentive. Food was great! Enjoyed the Escargots, Cobb Salad and Caesar Salad for starters. Also got the Caviar Bagel Tower—can’t go wrong with caviar, so delicious! The Chicken BLT and Grilled Salmon were good—didn’t realize the additional avocado request for our BLT was $12. For dessert, hubby was given a small piece of chocolate cake with a candle, to celebrate his birthday! We noticed it was closing time but were never felt rushed, really appreciated that.

This was a beautiful restaurant to eat at and to look at! Pink was the color scheme so it immediately made me think “girls brunch!” The prix fixe menu was reasonable but be ready to spend about $50-$80 a person here. The coffee was cheaper here than other places at the Fontainebleau. It was only $5.50. I am definitely trying endless champagne next time - I think it’s a good deal especially if you’re having more than 2 glasses! And I will never come here and not order the Caesar salad. It was one of the best I’ve ever had mainly because they took the care to dress each piece of lettuce. It was so good. The soufflé pancakes were trending but I wouldn’t say they were my favorite. They were really just thick pancakes and had almost a biscuit-y or cornbread-y texture. I think more egg whites would have made a lighter pancake. I highly recommend this restaurant! You will feel fancy and happily full at the same time.

We had a great time at La Fontaine and can’t recommend it enough! What a fantastic meal. The French toast is to die for!!! Toni made our meal even more enjoyable. She was so lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment of our time with her.

IN LOVE ! 🥐🥞🧇🍳 OMG, I loved it! The place is absolutely beautiful. We are huge brunch lovers, so we wanted to try all the brunch spots at Fontainebleau Las Vegas during our stay. La Fontaine was the first one we visited, and it was spectacular! The food was delicious, especially the pancakes—they were amazing! The dishes come with protein and fresh baked goods, making them well-balanced and flavorful. The meal also includes a beverage, and we enjoyed both the coffee and orange juice. We also ordered a latte, which was just as delicious. If you love brunch and enjoy the perfect sweet and salty combination, this place is a must-visit. We had an incredible date, and my boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much. The restaurant is also super cute, perfect for taking photos. 100% recommended!

Had brunch here and it was great! The restaurant is decorated beautifully and the service was top notch! The food was tasty and pleasing to the palate. I enjoyed my smoothie and egg salad sandwich. My husband also enjoyed his breakfast dish.

After an invigorating escape in Zion National Park, we rolled into the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas, ready to indulge a little. For breakfast, we chose La Fountaine Restaurant, an elegant spot nestled within the towering Fountainbleau Hotel right on the Strip. The space was sleek and polished, radiating understated luxury — a fitting backdrop for a splurge. The menu was as gorgeous as the interiors, with each plate looking like it had been styled for a magazine spread. But beauty comes at a price: a classic American breakfast rang in at a hefty US$46. Still, credit where it’s due: the perfectly poached eggs of the Smoked Salmon Benedict, buttery Smoked Ham Omelette, flaky croissant, to the fresh fruit plate l, every bite felt deliberate and considered. In a city known for excess, this breakfast was a stylish, albeit expensive, welcome back to civilisation.

Yelp
La Fontaine is easily one of the best dining experiences we've had. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. The restaurant's decoration is stunning. It was elegant and charming that makes it feel special. The servers' uniforms added a touch of sophistication . The setting is simply beautiful that create a relaxed and luxurious vibe. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the pancakes were a personal favorite--perfectly fluffy and delicious. they provided a birthday cake in a uniquely creative way, which added an extra memorable touch to our celebration. La Fontaine is a perfect choice if you are in Las Vegas.

Yelp
From start to finish this was the best way to start the new year. Our server Trey took great care of us and is the definition of being present without being overbearing. Our plates were changed and glasses were never empty. The food was amazing, although surprising and different from what I expected. The soufflé pancake tasted like Mastro's butter cake (please don't come for me) and I wouldn't order it again because I expected something lighter/less sweet but it doesn't make it not tasty! Loved the lobster Benedict and would eat the deviled eggs all day! The setting is clean and gorgeous and I hope they re-open for dinner soon.

Yelp
Stellar service, nice atmosphere, good food. I'll cut to the chase- the food is good but not worth the long wait if you don't already have a reservation. But it is a nice place to do a business meeting or have an elegant lunch. We came for a late breakfast on a weekday. I had the complete breakfast with poached eggs, sausage, and an English muffin. My husband had a traditional eggs benedict with avocado. Our server was extremely attentive- my coffee cup never went dry. And he didn't hurry me off to turn the table when my husband had to step away for a phone call. I could sit at the table and continue to enjoy my coffee even after we paid the bill. Very thoughtful.

Yelp
Beautiful and elegant spot for a French brunch inside the Fontainebleau Hotel. The ambience is very sophisticated and classy. I highly recommend making reservations beforehand. We saw a few people getting turned away as they were trying to do a walk-in. We got a caesar salad, an endive salad, and a smoked salmon tarte topped with caviar and dill which was gorgeous and delicious. Everything tasted very fresh and the presentation was beautiful. Service was wonderful. I have no complaints. A beautiful place that I would love to come back to.

Su J.

Yelp
We went to the Santa brunch. What fun and a decadent meal. Stefan took amazing care of us. He made sure our meal was perfect. Everything was beautiful and delicious. It was festive and entertaining . A very memorable experience.

Frank G.

Yelp
A definite "yes". We skipped our usual Bouchons brunch to try La Fontaine. I am very glad we did. We got the pastry selections to start. Excellent pastries, some of the best we have had in Las Vegas. The La Fontaine meal was delicious. The eggs and sausage tasted fresh. The coffee was good, the only thing that was just okay was the Soufflé Pancakes. They were okay but I would order the pastries instead. This may be our new brunch spot when we visit Vegas, we will certainly be back during our next visit to Las Vegas.

Yelp
A Truly Elegant Brunch Experience We had an unforgettable birthday brunch at this beautiful French restaurant in Las Vegas. The ambiance was elegant, and the formal service added a touch of sophistication to our celebration. We ordered the Egg Coconet, Soufflé Pancake, Le Traditionnel, and L'Espagnole--each dish was flawlessly prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requests, which we truly appreciated. To top it off, they surprised us with an Opera birthday cake that was both stunning and delectable. Every detail of our visit exceeded expectations, making it a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend for a special occasion or anyone seeking exceptional cuisine in a refined setting!

Yelp
So i want to say that after looking at all the reviews perhaps i had just an abnormal experience but will stay true to what we experienced. First of all, yes this place is very elegant and has a luxury feel for breakfast. The dining room is big but for me it just felt a tad bright.... not sure how else to explain it but it certainly feels top notch. The service was very friendly.... but perhaps too focused on being friendly than the service itself. We had to request drinks a few times and even silverware a few times but the gentleman was quite friendly. The menu is broken down by beginnings, breakfast, omelette, Benedict's, entrees, etc, For our meal we ordered a few cocktails (again took a bit of time), the oysters, the steak, and a croque monsieur. The good is that the croque is probably one of the better ones we have had on the strip so points there. The oysters were ok... the vignette was a bit boring... better at bouchon. the steak was cooked to the right temperature but was a tad tough. the fries were good and the accompanied trifecta of sauces (mustard, chimichurri, etc) was good. Also at the end of the meal, we had to register to receive tier credits but somehow it was forgotten to charge my credit card... so i had to receive an awkward phone call 30 minutes later asking for me to return which I couldn't do or to pay over the phone. All in all. this was just a meh experience for me for food and experience. Not sure I'll be back but again perhaps just a weird "off day". 2.5 but rounded up to a 3 for the croque monsieur.

Yelp
Enjoyed brunch here and had a nice experience. Our server was very friendly and conversational. We had great service from all the staff, taking orders, bringing out beverages and food in timely manner, clearing dishes, etc. the ambiance is very elevated and old time Vegas. I ordered the lobster Benedict and it was very very good! It was served with the whole tail and came with a fresh egg on top of the potato. Great flavor. Overall good experience.

Justin M.

Yelp
I just have to say this was the most elegant and well put together restaurant that I have been to in a long time. I had the most amazing Lobster Florentine Benedict. The Souffle Pancakes where also incredibly delicious. Everything was served in the most spectacular and elegant fashion. Everything was impeccable from the flatware service to the wait staff. It was just a dream brunch to be quite honest. The hotel even squeezes the oranges fresh for the juice! On top of that the price was reasonable for this caliber of a restaurant. I will be sure to return!

Ariana O.

Yelp
A stunning addition to the new Fontainebleau Las Vegas, this French restaurant impresses with both its ambiance and exceptional service. We indulged in the following dishes: * Lobster Florentine: The flavors were exquisite, though I wished for a bit more texture. The hash browns beneath the poached egg became soggy, and something crispier would have elevated the dish. * Foie Gras: A delightful indulgence, served with buttery toast. Having missed this due to California's ban on foie gras, it was a treat to savor here. * Escargot with Sourdough: The flavors were rich and satisfying, though I couldn't help but think a puff pastry would have made it even better. * Croque Madame: A standout--perfectly executed and thoroughly enjoyable. * Pot de Crème Chocolat Noisette: A dream for chocolate lovers. One of the best chocolate desserts I've experienced, with a delightful crunch on top and a velvety hazelnut chocolate inside. It reminded me of a Ferrero Rocher in both texture and flavor--simply divine.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the Fountainbleu. Open till 3pm, they have a nice menu ranging from breakfast to lunch! It's a beautiful, modern restaurant with very good service. A little heavy on "truffle" like most places so ask them to hold it if you are not a fan! We truly enjoyed our experience and loved celebrating a family members BD! Make a reservation and know that they don't seat you until your entire party is present!

Inge H.

Yelp
I had the eggs benedict, and it was the best version of eggs benedict I have EVER had. I have been to 56 countries and love this dish and therefore will try it wherever I can. Hands down, yours is the very best. The true test of a restaurant is how well they can poach an egg. These eggs were perfect. The mini, soft, everything bagels were so good. Everything was perfect and I can't wait to try it again.

Yelp
We try to eat at a couple of new places whenever we are in Las Vegas and this time we went to brunch at La Fontaine in the new Fontainebleau hotel. I really liked the decor and the waitstaff were all dressed very stylish. Service was very good, the food was average and the prices were high. That's to be expected when you go to a restaurant like this in Las Vegas. I have eaten better meals that were not as expensive, but it was a fun experience.

Pete S.

Yelp
Came here status matched and got the $150 food credit to try out Breakfast. This place did not disappoint. We had Stefan as our server and he was terrific. We got 4 breakfast and 1 shareable. The souffle pancakes was the shareable and that was a must order. It wasn't jiggly, tasted like buckwheat but definitely one of the best things we had on this Vegas trip. The croquet monsieur with the bechemel was crispy , gooey, and addicting. The other items we had ordered was good, just not a must have. You won't find hot sauce here, only espelette. Don't bother with the fish or the La Fontaine breakfast. Both of them were just okay. There's no bathrooms inside, you'll have to go out, make a right and find it about 50 feet from the restaurant. I do feel bad for the servers as these oval tables are pretty to look at but it's impossible to refill the waters when you're on the long side of the oval to reach the other side. Overall an 4.5 star experience.

Yelp
What a cute brunch spot! We visited La Fontaine for brunch on a Friday at 11:30. I'm glad we made a reservation as it got busy quickly. We arrived right at our rez time and were seated immediately. Service was absolutely top notch the entire visit. We ordered two coffees, the everything croissant, the croque monsiuer sandwich, and the Maine lobster roll. We really enjoyed all of our food. The food arrived quickly and the prices were average with everything else on the strip. I felt like it was worth it because of the quality and service.

Richelle S.

Yelp
Fancy brunch spot inside the Fontainebleau hotel! They have little chairs for your purse if you need it lol. We went a little late so it wasn't busy at all. We got the soufflé pancakes, hot and cold salmon with crispy bagel slices and deviled eggs. Everything was amazing! Our waiter was nice enough to let us try two of their juices, which were super good and refreshing! Service and ambiance were great! Highly recommend, would come back again!

Sheryllyne O.

Yelp
My friend took me here for my birthday brunch. Love the ambiance and the food is great. They got me dessert and I'm a happy camper. Of course prices are not cheap but its a really nice place

Natasha M.

Yelp
Once again... THIS PLACE DOESNT MISS!!! As always Trey is fantabulous!! Always with the fire recommendations and the fantastic service. Today we got an assortment of our go tos and new recommendations. Never disappointed with anything on this menu! We brought my mom and she was thoroughly impressed. This restaurant has something for everyone! 10/10 recommend any day. 10000000% coming back

Chris S.

Yelp
Came by this place for brunch on a Sunday. Walked in without reservations and was seated within 5 minutes. The soufflé pancake was tasty but not as good as ones we have had in the past. The omelette was good as well. Very nice decor and great service.

Randy D.

Yelp
Walked over to see the new hotel and casino and grab brunch at La Fontaine Was a little hard to find, since was my first time here we wandered around a bit and eventually found it. Really nice inside, definitely had a south beach feel, all light colors and tropical vibes. Staff was prompt to greet us and get us water and drinks. We had a couple people waiting on us and was a little confusing but really made things happen fast. Ordered a Bloody Mary and it was really delicious. Spicy and had a cocktail sauce taste to it. Afraid to order them out a lot cause a lot of places give you a tomato bomb but this one was more horseradish forward I had the chorizo omelette and it was yummy. Came with some potato sticks as a topping. Really tasty, fluffy and light. My wife had salmon Benedict and she loved it eggs cooked perfectly and fresh tasty salmon Had the fresh fruit plate as a side and was really good. Lots of fruit and fresh Wife ordered the matchstick fries and she loved them. Little too crispy for me but she raved about them Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks and great food.

Yelp
We were staying at Fontainebleau and were looking for a place for breakfast and so glad we found La Fontaine! It has been the highlight of our stay. The decor and ambiance- 5 stars! The pink and gold is done so elegantly and sophisticated, and modern- it made me want my dining room to look like this. The atmosphere was calming and was a perfect way to start the morning. Almost felt like we weren't in Vegas for a moment - similar to the 4 seasons by Mandalay bay. The service was above and beyond. Almost will to go as far as some of the top service we have ever had. The staff were attentive, respectful and so nice. They also all work together and we just didn't have 1 specific server. I will note I looked a bit of a mess walking in, as I had an allergic reaction the night before and so I was a bit groggy and walked in with a wet messy bun. But they seated and served us and we did not feel unwelcome at all. The food -5 stars. We ordered the deviled eggs, egg cocotte, and l'espagnole. Everything was perfectly seasoned, portioned, plated, clean and delicious. Only thing is I wished that there were 6 deviled eggs instead of 3 because they were so good, my husband and I both wanted the last one. I just had a plain coffee with oat milk and as we were about to pay they offered a fresh cup to go. We definitely will have to come back for the lobster roll, and for lunch and dinner. We can't wait to come back!

Jack G.

Yelp
The menu looks great. Our waiter was fantastic. Elizabeth is incredible, attending to our needs and relentlessly ensuring our satisfaction. I give her A+++ Food is another story. Of the four people we had, 3 reported good food experiences. I am sharing only my experience. 1. From order to food, it took one hour. 30 minutes is good, 45 minutes is okay, and 60 minutes is not acceptable. 2. The coffee was great--soft, whole-body hot, and continuous refills were a delight. 3. Ordered eggs sunny side up. Egg quality was poor. Yoks were pale, served on a cold plate. By the time I got them, they were cold and tasteless. 4. I ordered a medium-rare New York steak. The crust was good, but it was undercooked. I expected a maximum internal temperature of 145F. The chef has some work to do to make the perfect steak. At $48, the steak needs to be awesome. There was little to no marbling. It is not prime or choice beef. 5. I ordered butter and got charged $3. Had to dispute the charge. I am sad that chefs do not have experience in making steak that tastes great. At this moment, three stars is as much as I can give.

Margarita S.

Yelp
Absolutely love the place. They have the best coffee and delicious breakfast Definitely recommend

George W.

Yelp
One of the nicest restaurants I've been to in a while. The chef is apparently one of the top 15 in the world. (Could be hearsay) I had the wagyu burger and it was amazing. Service was impeccable.

Steve-Regan P.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best breakfasts available in Vegas. It was pristine! Our waiter was a bit over the top but he did fine. The food however, is the star of the show and the atmosphere is spot on! Plush leather seating... beautiful table setting, etc. We had the smoked salmon Benedict which had a lemon hollandaise... just fantastic! I ordered the pancakes and they're served only with fresh berries, whipped cream and lemon curd. I am here to tell you those are the best pancakes I have ever had in my entire life. I may never eat syrup on a pancake again after that... game changer! The lemon curd- nom nom nom! Make a reservation in advance if you are going to be in the Vegas area! It won't disappoint!

Jamie V.

Yelp
We fancy Bouchon when in Vegas but it was time to do some serious cheating on Thomas Keller. At first the host said there's a wait in this half empty restaurant and we had to wait it out even though we were right on time for our reservation. After a country mile hike to find this place, the host could see that I was pretty tired and not looking to good and gave in to the little "make you wait" game they like to play. We were seated promptly. I knew I was going to get- CROQUE-MONSIEUR GRATINÉ Toasted Milk Bread, Bechamel, Smoked Ham & Cheese, House Salad Add sunny side up egg and Voilà, a Croque Madame. My wife went with- SOUFFLÉ PANCAKES Fluffy Pancakes, Lemon Curd, Berries, Thyme Whipped Cream My Croque Madame was rich and very good. It eats on the heavy side. I ate about 90% and had to push my plate away. It was done very well. For the record I prefer the one from Bouchon. No one makes that sandwich better. The Souffle Pancakes are fantastic! Light, fluffy, it's like eating cake. The lemon curd, fresh berries and thyme whipped creme put it over the top. Get them! Our waiter was efficient. Not overly friendly but not bad either. This is a really nice restaurant. I'm sure most will like it. For us it's probably a one and done. Get the pancakes!

Emi B.

Yelp
Beautiful, elegant, upscale dining atmosphere. Really like the feminine touch. Foie Gras Pate - very good but little pricy. Cheese Souffle - looks a bit deflated when it's served, seems overbaked. Regardless I still love souffle! Came with a small side of salad. El Traditional Eggs Benedict - was excited for the truffle hollandaise but couldn't really taste it. Mushroom Crepe - very good. Butter was little strong on the mushroom but we are in a French restaurant! The creamy foam that came with it was very delicious! Would def come back.

Lisa V.

Yelp
Thank you Yanni!!! he was really nice and very good at recommendations. so i opt for the pricier caviar egg. honestly wanted it to try the potatoe souffle chips lol. it was really good though, expensive but hey your in vegas. foie gras pate brought me here and it was sooo good as well. we were celebrating out wedding anniversary and our waiter including a treat for us, so sweet! i will be coming back here next time im staying at this hotel. i cant wait til the other stores open.

Kayla K.

Yelp
This was our first time at Fontainebleau. Based on very good review on yelp, we wanted to try out for brunch. Cappuccino was eexcellent. My La Fontaine was a simple ham omelet but with its special sauce was amazing. My hubby's Le traditional and Souffle Pancake were extraordinary. It was worth of money $$$. I will definitely try other restaurant at FonFontainebleau.

Andrea G.

Yelp
Everything I ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! I loved the little chair that was brought over for my purse. The staff were friendly and very helpful with explaining some things on the menu. This was my favorite dining experience at the Fontaine Bleau.

Cosmo G.

Yelp
Loved this restaurant! Had brunch on New Year's Day and enjoyed our meal. The Lobster Benedict was really scrumptious it had browns versus English muffins. I appreciated that they accommodated my no yolk request. We enjoyed their shoe string pomme frites, bacon was straight forward. Had Citron Tart, it looked beautiful, but was a little on the tart side. The overall ambiance and service were amazing.

Robin G.

Yelp
Our experience here was epic! We can't wait to go back! From the moment we walked in we were blown away by how bright and beautiful it was! The service was so phenomenal! We asked our server about a menu item and in response the chef came out to talk to us personally. The server was warm, friendly and very attentive. The food was positively delicious! I never leave reviews but this one is much deserved!

Abdul A.

Yelp
I'm absolutely in love of this spot, incredibly fresh pastries with attention to every little detail. The atmosphere is something else my only little criticism is that it is a bit too bright, however everything else about is gorgeous. Had their pancakes, croissants and the lobster roll and everything tasted so fresh that I would order it again.

Michael U.

Yelp
Toqued by Alain Ducasse protegee Laetitia Rouabah La Fontaine at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a hidden gem, its subdued facade giving way to a soft-lit dining room with exemplary service led by General Manager Chad Jahn. Visited prior for dinner, Chef Rouabah's skills showcased across Duck and Sole, Brunch on Easter was a far more lively affair featuring a top notch Burger, Croque and classics such as Lyonnaise Salad plus Crêpes Suzette. Staffed by Strip veterans attentive to details, the bar program built around complex flavors and top-shelf Spirits, Chef Rouabah's upbringing outside Paris is immediately evident in faultless Buckwheat Pancakes preceding Crudites and Fruit. Fresh off six years leading New York's Benoit Brasserie, an opportunity earned through time at Ducasse's Michelin 3* Flagships in London and Paris, Easter found Rouabah exploring classics including Rack of Lamb while Souffle Pancakes reference Japan and nearby Spring Mountain Road. Priced appropriate to the sort of spot serving Lobster Benedict Desserts range $12-18, an all-new Profiterole showcasing Choux in a ring while aforementioned Crepes are brightened by flash-fired Grand Marnier and Orange Zest.

Yelp
Its my fav hang out I go to Fontainebleau frequently. Hehe i go sleep once a month I always have fun and make tons of memories with my friends and family. would love to visit again soon

Ken R.

Yelp
This upscale French place is a good change of pace in the steakhouse and Asian inspired restaurants that are all over the strip. We went to a weekend brunch and the service was attentive or trying to rush us. We asked that they slow down and they did. We did see them turn tables very quickly so just beware of you want to go slow - tell them. The tarte is worth sharing given the crunchy crust and balanced cheese and bacon. The croque was good not great. The steak was middle of the road with tasty frittes. Overall a good experience but not worth a second visit.

Anna L.

Yelp
The food was good, the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my royal benedict with smoked salmon. My husband didn't love the baked eggs in a wine sauce. I would like to go back and try more dishes. The ambiance is very nice.

Jazmine L.

Yelp
UPDATE: Went back on a weekday!!! And OMG!!! 2Words: PAIN PERDU! By far the best French Toast I have ever had!! #MustTry

Lisa H.

Yelp
We were very excited to try La Fontaine's dinner service. They are already known for their fantastic brunch service. We were greeted and seated right away by the very engaging Maitre'd Chad. The room is in itself a feast for your eyes. The gorgeous decor sets the stage for an elegant meal. Beautiful hues of mauves and creams with gold accents as well as an amazing floral display of orchids. Our server Trey was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu. He made great recommendations throughout the evening based on our tastes and my allergies. The Amuse Bouche was almost too pretty to eat. I'm so glad we ate it though. It tasted as good as it looked. It has been a few years since I have had escargot. the parsley butter with the house made sourdough bread was beyond amazing. It was soooo rich and garlicky . We had to get the Tarte Flambee because every review I read mentioned it. It's popular for a reason, it was fabulous as well. Chef Laetitia brought out her French onion soup which was delicious. She is not only an impressive Chef but also a genuinely nice person. She came out multiple times and did table visits throughout the room. She really cares about her guests. For our entrees we had the Magret De Canard Duo and the Sole poêlée . The Duck was cooked masterfully and the Sole was so creative. I also ordered some pommes frites. I'm just a French fry addict. They were well seasoned and topped with fresh garlic. Need I say more? We tried their newest dessert that I forgot the name of. By this time I was in a food coma so my mind was not working fully. . It was a profiterole with cream and strawberries. It was finished at the table with a champagne granite and a strawberry coulis. Thank you Chef Laetitia for an unforgettable culinary journey that we will remember for a long time. I also wanted to thank Courtney the Sommelier and April the GM. They were both so accommodating and made our night so special.

We visited here just after the hotel opening and I LOVED it. We just went back for the second time and I'm not kidding...it was even better. I'm shook. The most incredible brunch with the best service I've had in forever. I've moved this to the top of my favorite restaurants, especially for brunch. They have an incredible French inspired menu with choices for shared plates or individual plates. I LOVE THIS MENU! The soufflé pancakes are a must try. If you like soft scrambled eggs like I do, these are heaven. They even offer a beautiful sliced avocado option instead of breakfast meat. Juices are the best - try the specialty ones they are incredible. We will make this regular stop in Vegas. Don't miss it!

Yelp
We had brunch here and loved it. It's beautiful inside here with the pink and floral decor. The food was really well prepared with French influences. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We will come back here again to try more dishes. My favorite was the plentiful endive salad!

Yelp
The service was terrible and so disappointing. They were friendly, yes, but not attentive at all. We were without water and coffee for most of our lunch. We couldn't even try to flag anyone down because we were blocked by a wall and off in this weird front foyer area. No one walked by us nor did it seem like they ever wanted to walk by us because we were not in the main dining area. We were near the windows and separated from the rest of the restaurant by an indoor privacy feature. Our waitress was extremely kind but paid too much attention to others and was never to be found. The wait staff is constantly going in and out of the back, hiding or doing who knows what. There are also these center islands where all of the wait staff seem to go to for who knows what; but they are ALWAYS there fiddling with stuff - putting glasses away, opening and closing drawers, shuffling things around, pretty much anything to act busy without actually tending to customers! It was so frustrating watching them all go to this stupid island the whole time!!!! That island needs to go. All it does it take their attention away from actual customers. It's so distracting for them. They have a lot of workers but no one wants to actually wait on customers?! They all try to clean up and keep walking around trying to be busy. We ordered a Croque monsieur and an egg cocotte. The egg cocotte was okay. It was good but not quite filling enough and definitely not enough bread to go along with it. The Croque monster was more enjoyable and definitely more filling. It very cheesy and got a little heavy towards the end. The side salad that came with the Croque monsieur was meh. Would we come back? No. We had a more enjoyable experience at the food court, of all places.

Yelp
The service here was excellent. There were a lot of people waiting on us all at once. They were very attentive. (Perhaps a little too much.) They took all of our silverware away after the first course and forgot to bring new silverware for our second course. They apologized, and hurried to replenish the silverware. That seems like a miss to me. I had the duck entrée and it was way too salty. I could not eat most of it. The waiter had highly recommended this entrée, but I would not recommend it. Actually the people in my group said that the burger was the best thing! The fries were also very good.

Yelp
Locate inside the fountainbleau resort you will find La Fontaine on the 2nd floor. Super chic spot. Management is on point Service was fabulous. Food was good. Must try the Foie Gras Madison the Roquefort endive salad and the L'Esponle omelet with black truffles

Yelp
What a gem in Las Vegas. They're open from 7 AM to 2 PM and they serve breakfast and lunch. We were not planning to go there but passing by we figured out to check the hotel out and have a breakfast in there so we chose this restaurant. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. Probably the best omelette I've ever had. The baguette was like nothing we have ever had anywhere in United States. It was crispy outside and soft and delicious inside. I ordered the ham and cheese omelette with Parmesan sauce it was memorable. The potato hash was crispy outside and juicy and delicious inside like nothing we have ever had before. They do not offer hot sauce since it is a French cuisine and they feel like the hot sauce will change the taste. Too bad we discovered that place one day before departing from Las Vegas, otherwise we would have gone back there again. The whole atmosphere and a decoration is so French classical mid-century and gorgeous. Love this restaurant so much that even though I'm not a breakfast person but next time when we go back to Vegas, I will eat breakfast every day just to go there and enjoy the experience. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Stunning place to eat. The decor was so charming- with plenty of back lit arches, onyx tables, pink decor with a Havana flair. I ordered the croque madame and it was so good. Ice tea was subtle and delicious. Overall a wonderful experience!

Yelp
Everyone was super sweet and accommodating. We went to celebrate my mom's birthday and they gave her a little desert and she felt really special which is all I wanted since she's been stressed lately. Thank you guys for all you do I really appreciated it. Also the servers were really sweet and gave us good food suggestions one of the waiters suggested I get an iced latte and it was so good. Also the pancakes were really good and that's coming from someone who doesn't like pancakes(I only ordered it since it was suggested)
