Les Avisés

Our stay at Hôtel Restaurant Les Avisés was incredible. We stayed in the Saluté room for five nights and could not have been more satisfied with the accommodation. The room was incredibly spacious and the setting of the entire hotel was beautiful. The dinners were expertly prepared, showing as Michelin star quality in both presentation and taste, and at a price that was extremely reasonable given the level of remarkable quality. Stephane’s skillful cooking and his wife Nathalie’s service and attention to all our needs were above and beyond anything we could have expected. All of the staff were friendly, engaging, and showed us every courtesy we could have ever wanted. We felt very lucky to amongst all of kind people catering to everyone’s needs.|| ||As with many people I presume, the initial reason we chose to stay at Les Avisés was for the opportunity to immerse ourselves in Selosse Champagne. We have been huge fans for years and have never had the opportunity to come to Champagne until now. The only disappointment was that Anselme and Guillaume were bottling that week and were unavailable for a tasting. Sure enough, we saw them at the Domaine every day on the forklift, washing barrels, and working hard, which was also nice to see of course, proving that all of their hard work truly pays off in the amazing wine that they produce. Luckily, we were able to purchase bottles while we were there every night for our meals, so we were able to take advantage of the opportunity to acquire the wine and consume it while we were there. Hopefully next time we can borrow a brief moment of time with them for a tasting, since the wine was the whole reason we came in the first place. Crossing our fingers!|| ||Until then, we will continue to hold fond memories of our stay at Les Avisés and hope to return soon. Our stay invigorated our passion for both the Champagne region and the Selosse wines. They truly are unequivocally the best Champagne in the world in every aspect of excellence and distinctiveness. We stayed at les Avises to celebrate my birthday and we had the best time there. The atmosphere was perfect - refined but not too formal; the meeting aperitif with Monsieur Selosse himself was very fascinating; the restaurant was to die for and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to be back!

We did not stay here but came to try the Jacques Selosse Champagne and have dinner. The champagne was the best I have ever had. It is expensive, but if you love champagne, you have to try it. Dinner was wonderful. Every dish was perfect. Ask for butter with your bread. It’s very tasty. The server was also very kind. I plan to come back some day and hopefully try another type of Selosse Champagne

For a hotel with 4*, the breakfast was far below all standards. You can not choose what kind of eggs you want, they decide for you. Very limited choice on the buffet and they ran out of bread…if i could wait 10 minutes. Many guests complained about it. For the diner at the hotel you have no choice, and it was not good, at least not if you ask 75€ for it. The walls also need an extra painting, new wallpaper. Overpriced and under delivering.

Beginning with the stylishly furnished room, the beautiful public living room and terrace, to sophisticated concierge service, not to forget the wonderful cooking style ( bistro with Michelin star ingredients and technique) and the stellar wine list, don´t misss the specialty of the house, you can spend some days in heaven. Love this place. Always has been my favorite champagne. But coming here to have lunch on my birthday, was a very special moment. Jacques and Guillaume - you’re stars that DP referred to! 😉 Cheers to the Terroir 🥂

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms. Delicious Dinner and Breakfast with a service that makes you feel warm and welcomed. Had a chance to taste the champagne and it's exceptional. Will definitely Return. Thank you to the team!

Had the pleasure of having lunch and champagne at the restaurant last year during a visit to France, and decided with friends to return for a stay, with dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful rooms and beds, and amazing service. The restaurant meals were beautiful, as were the champagnes from Domaine Jacques Selosse!

Our lunch at Les Avises was by far the best meal of our trip to Champagne. The lunch is a set menu. The appetizer was a melon, proscuitto, burrata combination with pesto. The main was beef with pommes puree and vegetables. The dessert was the perfect ending to a perfect meal, a light pistachio cream with nuts. Though each course was relatively simple, they were all delicious and perfectly done, and the price isn't too outrageous when you consider the quality. Highly recommended.
