"You can only get soft serve in a cup here - and it’s a pretty massive cup that you’d normally drink things like water or iced tea out of. The menu has a bunch of different sundaes (all with a vanilla base) and we like the honeycomb one best. Plus, Milkcow is just a fun name. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

"Milkcow, a popular ice cream chain from Asia, is known for its creamy soft serve with unique toppings like raw honeycomb and cotton candy. The first New York City branch recently opened in Chinatown, offering whimsical ice cream combos such as cotton candy, sea salt, and jelly beans, or mango slices, cotton candy, and apple syrup. The chain, founded in South Korea in 2014, has expanded globally with locations in the U.S., Canada, and beyond. It sources its milk from free-range, Italian ryegrass-fed cows and is known for its photo-ready sundaes and social media-friendly desserts." - Carla Vianna

Although it’s a small cup, this cup of soft serve is incredibly rich and sweet. It’s all vanilla soft serve but they have various toppings to choose from like honey comb and macaroons. It’s perfect for a single serving. It’s not too much or too little. Sometimes the taste of vanilla ice cream can come across as very artificial but that’s not the case here. It’s a very smooth taste. The macaroon was nothing special. I would love to see them partner with a local macaroon provider like StacheofGoods to include character macaroons to their great ice cream offerings. This is going to become a summer staple for us.

Their milk softserve taste really good. We got softserve with honey cube and the espresso flavor. Both taste amazing. We all vote espresso one taste better. The milky flavor with bitter espresso together, can't go any wrong!

Absolutley delicious! As good as the soft serve I love in South Korea!!! $7 bucks for an ice cream is a bit pricey but worth every penny! Can't wait to return and try another sundae :)

My son favorite ice cream place. The ice cream is a soft serve ice cream with different topping. There never a long line even in the summer. The only bad thing is that it is a little pricy for what you get but overall it is above average ice cream that won’t hurt your stomach if you are lactose intolerant because of the milk they use, so enjoy.

Super rich & creamy, milky soft serve. I got milky honey and was blown away by how yummy it was. Never knew soft serve with honey could be so amazing! The shop itself is very small so don’t expect a place to sit (especially now that summer is coming up). A must visit if you’re in Chinatown.

Decadent and creative soft serve conveniently located in Chinatown. This is there first East Coast outpost and do not disappoint. Absolutely loved the ube flavored ice cream.

Excellent quality milk flavored ice cream that is simple, yet delectable. Not too much seating, but enough given the relative location. Clean establishment and nice staff.

The ice cream here is pretty solid and cheap, I only wished that they had more flavors available.
