"This fine dining establishment downtown puts a modern twist on India’s rich flavors and culinary traditions. Sample specialties from India’s many regions with surprising and delicious variations on classic dishes. Start with passionfruit pani puri and Dungeness crab kulcha before moving on to mains including paneer served with microgreens and blueberry chutney and coconut curry lemongrass scallops. The cocktail menu also gets creative, mixing ingredients like chai simple syrup and ginger liqueur into the concoctions." - Alicia Erickson

Mint Progressive Indian Review - Downtown - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Before Mint, if you wanted an upscale Indian meal Downtown, it simply wasn’t a thing. This spot on 1st and Spring is practically begging to host a corporate Happy Hour, with elegant decor and a subdued atmosphere that, frankly, we find boring. But such is Downtown after 5pm. The restaurant specializes in modern riffs on classics, like tandoori pineapple burrata or duck shawarma kulcha dusted with foie gras powder. While the small plates mostly blow it—thanks to mistakes like soggy fried cauliflower or the aforementioned kulcha stuffed with dry, too-gamey duck, the entrees are more forgiving in the form of velvety butter chicken tenders you could flake with a fork, or paneer arranged in rosette shapes that would be insufferably precious if not for how tasty they are. Is it stuffy? Yes. Is it expensive? You bet. Are we coming back for the fancy little paneer pinwheels? Yeah, probably." - Aimee Rizzo

I haven’t been wowed by a dining experience like this in a really long time! We were seated immediately after getting reservation on open table only a few hours before. The menu consisted of Indian and Indian inspired dishes that were incredibly innovative, modern and fun, unlike any other Indian restaurant I have ever been to. I absolutely loved their mango lassi inspired cocktail and the fun appetizer bites. All the food was so delicious! On top of that, service was 5 Stars! The servers were so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. It is so rare to find that nowadays. I will definitely return on my next trip to Seattle.

We had a mostly fantastic experience at Mint Progressive Indian in Seattle. The Fish Kalia was outstanding—perfectly cooked with bold, authentic flavors. The Pani Puri was another highlight—fresh, crisp, and super flavorful. However, the Old Delhi Chicken Fry didn’t quite live up to expectations, and it felt a bit underwhelming. Also, we noticed it looked different from the photos in online reviews, which was a little surprising. A lovely surprise was the complimentary dessert cake for my birthday—a thoughtful touch that made the evening extra special. Overall, a creative menu, great service, and some truly memorable dishes. Definitely worth visiting again!

We were here for a team lunch. I was so excited to try their popular dishes and desserts, but was so disappointed to know that none of those were available in their lunch menu. I ordered non alcoholic aam panna which was ok. For starters, cauliflower 65 and achari chicken were great, loved the flavours. For entree and sides, butter chicken and naan were ok, nothing special. Portion sizes were good, and the lady who served us was so sweet, and explained all the ingredients and flavours as she served us. Ambience was good, and there wasn’t any crowd for a Friday lunch.

Google
Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience for lunch. I was pleased with much of what I ate, even though “progressive” Indian food tends to be too generic and overdone. The cauliflower 65 appetizer was my favorite item that we ate with the spiced jalfrezi taco being the least enjoyable item for me. Generally, the items are good and the portion sizes are descent. Be prepared that no side items come with the entrees, so you will be paying a hefty price for a family of four to fully satisfy your Indian food appetite. There is also an included service fee, which drove my bill upwards of $100 for 2 apps, an entree, and 2 orders of breads and we only drank still water with it. Just be ready to pay for the food. Otherwise, you should enjoy this place.

Google
This place is such a gem! First off there is SO much space for larger groups, which is hard to find in Seattle. You will likely not have a wait going in here most days of the week! It's also just gorgeous in here. The light fixtures, the bar, even the chairs, nothing is an afterthought and it really elevates the dining experience, and a great place to celebrate a special occasion. DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS (VEGAN): The food was amazing, and even as a vegan I had SO many options! I don't usually get this lucky with Indian food but they designed their menu to be so accommodating to dietary restrictions and I had 10+ choices on the menu. And the service was so attentive and helpful to my dietary needs. FOOD: The Pani Puri were such a special treat, and brought me right back to my time in India in 2017. I haven't had them since because they're hard to find, so it was so fun to have them again, and the presentation on the little cart was so cute. So flavorful, so delicious, and I can't wait to bring my friends here to try them for the first time. We also got the Southern Fried Cauliflower (without the sour cream), so crispy and the 65 sauce is bomb. The Papad Sampler was so fun and I loved the pineapple chutney. We also had the Baked Artichoke and the Duet Kofta that were so beautifully plated and equally delicious. I can't think of any other place in town that does an artichoke dish and it was so fun. Even the House Salad, as boring as that seems, had avocado and a cumin vinaigrette that was so fresh and flavorful. For dessert we split the coconut sorbet that was just creamy and dreamy and a nice finish to the evening. SERVICE: I also have to shoutout the server, Rody(?) she was such a big help in navigating the menu with me, so knowledgeable with ingredients in each dish and let me know which dishes could be modified to be vegan so I could try more things. She also recommended a wonderful cocktail which was such a fun and creative delight, the flamingo glass was so adorable! HOSPITALITY: You can tell that the team and the ownership genuinely understand hospitality and I definitely recommend paying them a visit. I didn't go during Happy Hour but their deals look great, plus they're open late which is also hard to find in town. OVERALL: If you're looking for a place for a big group, a special occasion spot or a beautiful space to enjoy a delicious cocktail away from the chaos of downtown, I definitely recommend Mint.

Incredible cocktails designed by a friendly, dynamic and creative bartender, Radu. Try their Flamboyant with its bubble of lychee smoke, their old fashioned with a homemade 13-ingredient chai syrup, or the Koh-i-Noor Diamond made with purple pea flower gin. Rare whisky from India and about a hundred types of gin. Excellent choice of NA cocktails too. Don't forget to enjoy their sophisticated but honest, elegantly colorful, spicy and pleasing Indian dishes! Great options for vegans.

Google
Great food with even better service and ambience. Tried a bunch of items in this rather upscale place and we liked a few entrees and loved the appetizers. Started with a complimentary tiny podi idli, we had crispy cauliflower and jackfruit kulcha which were the highlights of our dinner. Delhi chicken was decent. Tried some kind of nitrogen chat which was made on the counter and you’d be paying more for the experience than the taste - as it was a little too sweet for us and the portion size was huge for our group of three. Tried paneer pasanda and a tandoori soya chaap from entrees which were tasty but a bit too sweet for our palette. Butter naan was average but lacha paratha was underwhelming. Tried dahlia chat from the dessert menu and it was light and tasty! There’s a service charge included for all the orders but its worth the service. They were kind enough to pack our leftovers for us. Might visit again for some special occasion!

Google
Great, interesting, and flavorful menu items that are VERY well prepared. I was there for a weekday lunch (of which it was pretty empty) but the service was attentive, the environment is beautiful, and the dishes VERY flavorful. I just got a couple apps for lunch - the cauliflower and garlic naan; wish I was there with others to be able to try more dishes because the menu looked amazing and the waitresses did a good job explaining and highlighting great items. The cauliflower was prepared beautifully, well cooked but still nice and firm, and a medium level of spice - with their great '65 sauce' which is tangy and a lite spice. The garlic naan was great too, just the right amount of garlic, without it being obnoxious. The dishes seem like they're authentic, but have a modern twist. The dessert menu looked particularly exciting.

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary here. It's a great place for lunch/dinner. They have different menu for lunch & dinner. We went for dinner so not sure about the lunch menu. We ordered: 1. Dahi kachori chat: one of the best chats I have had. It was very flavorful and delicious. Precisely balancing all the flavors of chat. Great presentation and taste. 2. Paneer pasanda: presentation was lovely but the taste was just like any other paneer dish. No suprise there. It tasted good but we had very high expectations after the appetizers. But Entrees felt normal. 3. Garlic Naan: it was good, as expected. 4. Lachha paratha: Surprisingly lachha paratha was more like tandoor lachha paratha.. I wanted to skip tandoor so ordered lachha paratha but the paratha was also cooked in tandoor. 5. Desserts: they had amazing dessert options but we were too full to try those. Next time I visit I might try Aamsutra or Daulat Ki chat! Great ambience for a peaceful dinner. Quick service and our server was very friendly and kind. Parking can be tricky since you need to find a street parking spot.

Yelp
Food was very interesting. Not surprisingly very few traditional Indian items on the menu. They served tasty Dhokla as amuse-bouche. The favorite items we ordered were Southern Fried Cauliflower, Malai Chicken Fondue & Garlic Naan. Service was good! Great ambiance & food for a celebratory event.

Yelp
To me, this is more like a modern or fusion Indian restaurant to make it higher end and more expensive. Food tasted okay but not anything extraordinary. Cauliflowers were probably my favorite.

Yelp
Beautiful interior! The food was delicious and plated so beautifully. I do have to say that the portions weren't very big so I was satisfied but not entirely full. They gave a complementary dish in the beginning (I forgot the name) and that was also delicious. We were under a time crunch and had other plans at a certain time which we made known to our server and she respected that. We got our food out a bit faster which was nice. The drinks were also very unique and yummy. Also on the more higher end side though. I do like this take on modern fusion Indian dishes and would come back again to try the other dishes.

Yelp
Our food and dining experience was amazing. The food was delicious and tasty. Our service was also extraordinary and fun. All the food fit on the table which was a concern at first when dining for two with smaller tables but it was no problem at all.

Yelp
If you're a foodie, make time for this place! Excellent flavor and inventive dishes. A little pricey, but we all thought the plates backed it up. Yummy! Nice upscale atmosphere and the service was great too.

Yelp
Loved my experience at mint progressive! I've been around the country trying Indian food, and I have to say the pav bhaji was the best in the US! Maddi M was great, her recommended NA French 86 with strawberry syrup was divine. The service overall was top notch! We also got the supreme butter chicken, dal makhni, chole bhature, zafrani rice, laccha paranthas, cauliflower 65 and naan. Everything was pretty good. I would recommend this place!

Yelp
Came here for a very late family lunch around 2 pm. Was not disappointed with the service. They were very kind and attentive. We also only ordered two chais but they gave us 4 on the house because they had extra. My brother really liked the achari chicken. The pav bhaji was ok. I wish they used a more crispy bread. The cauliflower 65 wasn't that great. I think we should've tried a different order. The decorations were very nice. I would come back here to try their drinks.

Yelp
A very modern and unique take on classic Indian food. My boyfriend and I came for a nice dinner on NYE, and both enjoyed the food and drinks. The service was quick, and the waiter was very helpful in recommending dishes to try and how much to order. I unfortunatly did not take any photos of the food, but all the food was very aesthetically plated and had great flavor. I really enjoyed the Papad Sampler (small plate) and the Scallop Moilee (large plate). The dips that came with the Papad Sampler had great flavors and the scallops were cooked perfectly, very flaky and melt in the mouth, and the sauce with it was flavorful. The one complaint would be the items on the menu are a bit confusing to figure out if you're not already familiar with Indian spices and dishes, as there are a lot of traditional names used and dishes that I do not commonly see at other Indian restaurants. This made it slightly difficult to decide what to order, but the waiter had some good ideas.

Yelp
I have just moved from SF and am looking to explore the food scene in Seattle. We decided to have dinner here with a group of 16 people. Given the size of the group, we ordered almost everything on the menu. Service- our table was ready when we arrived and our server was extremely professional and prompt. the place got busy towards the evening, so a dedicated server was a good idea. Ambience- I really like the front of the restaurant, nice large space with a great bar. But most of the guests seemed to be seated towards the back of the restaurant. Overall it's a nice setup with large space and lots of room. Ask to be seated towards the front of the restaurant if you are not a large group Food- appetizers Dhokla - 3/10- They started us off with a complimentary amuse-bouce, which was a little too dense. I was expecting more flavor, and something soft and spongy. Innovative starter but hard to get this dish right as it's usually served warm. Passion fruit panipuri- 6/10- The presentation was great, the puri were crisp and the pani was nice and sweet. It's a cool twist to Indian street food. Southern fried cauliflower- 7/10- The flavors were great, the cauliflower was nicely done. I liked this dish. Only feedback is it could have been a lot more crisp. Modernist nitrogen chaat- 9/10- There are so many things that go in this dish, mint, tamarind and garlic chutneys, yogurt mousse, spinach fritters, flat crisps, liquid nitrogen yogurt. They make this table side and top it with some gel sauces and spice mix. This tastes great and it's a large portion so enough to share with about 8 people. Order this one! Entree- Duet kofta- 8/10- this was Crispy kofta on two sauces, spinach and makhani sauce. The flavors were good, I preferred the spinach sauce. Bagara stuffed aubergine - 7/10 - these are smaller sized eggplants stuffed with peanuts, sesame and spices in a coconut flavored base. It has a distinct flavor and was quite delicious and different from the rest of the sauces Organic paneer rosettes- 5/10 - Paneer pinwheels in makhani sauce. The sauce was similar to the other dish and the texture of the paneer was tough. I was not a big fan of this dish. Gucci lababdar- 5/10 - The presentation was good but the portions of mushrooms was really small as compared to the sauce and the flavors didn't go together. Most people who ordered this were not a fan. Pompano kafreal- 7/10- this was presented and the guests on the table enjoyed it. Laal Maas- 7/10 - This is goat meat served with chilli and bell peppers, tangy In taste and comes with pearl millet bread. Naan- 8/10- Their bread is delicious and soft. I would order the garlic naan as that was great but even the plain one was well made Dal makhani- 7/10 - This was a side of black dal, nothing too unique about it. Great flavors but you can try this anywhere else Saffron rice- 7/10- This is for all the food we ordered as the dishes don't come with bread or rice. Desert- Aam phirni cannoli- 7/10- Jalebi churros- 5/10- The churros weren't crisp and this was too sweet. I would have preferred jalebi itself Thandai ice cream - 5/10 - it was just ice cream Gulkund ice cream- 8/10- good flavors, this was the best desert and was not too sweet

Yelp
The food was beautifully plated, delicious and nicely portioned. The restaurant is lovely inside. I love the decor and general feel. Very fancy without being snooty. We had a large party and we were able to serve 40 people a three course meal in under two hours. I would call it a success! I very much enjoyed myself.

Yelp
I've almost never had good upscale, modern, or fusion Indian food before, so I had very low expectations coming to MINT. After several visits, I can confidently say MINT is phenomenal and absolutely blows me away each time I'm there. It's quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. Flavors are traditional Indian for the most part, while combinations and presentation are a bit more modern, if that makes sense. Every recipe seems very well thought out, and even the desserts are awesome and house made, a rarity at most Indian restaurants. The cocktails are creative and delicious, with impeccable presentation. I won't go into specific menu items since they change them up regularly. I will say that I generally like the starters way better than the mains, and that you can easily make a meal out of those. It's Indian, so there are loads of satisfying options, whether you're veg, non-veg, vegan, gluten-free etc. Every group I've brought here has been incredibly pleased with the menu. In addition to the quality, I LOVE that the restaurant is massive. It's so hard finding any nicer place in Seattle that can accommodate a party larger than 4, and MINT is very able to accommodate large groups, and they take reservations. A few cons, but not enough to keep me from going back: The prices are high, even for Seattle, but I'll say it's worth it for the experience and quality. Their happy hour only runs 3-5, which makes it close to impossible to meet friends with normal work hours. I have yet to try the happy hour myself though I love happy hours generally and wish Seattle had more of them. Service is attentive, but you're generally going to have a server whitesplaining Indian food to you with really poor pronunciation (quite funny if you're Indian yourself). I do like that they're knowledgeable about the menu items and willing to give recommendations, but for the love of all that is good, please have them learn the pronunciation better, at least for the really basic Indian food items.

Yelp
The food in most of the pictures looks amazing. I even saw a video of the chef making the seafood curry on tv so I decided to order the Kerala Seafood Curry which was good not great. Add saffron basmati rice? sure I said! well.... I learned that I am not a fan of saffron (the rice tasted like clay and soap) so I asked to exchange it for Lacchha Paratha (a delicious flat bread). Besides that, the Masala hot tea was very good during lunch on a cold rainy windy day (I ordered 2). A few of us pitched in and shared 3 desserts which were way better looking than they tasted. The ambiance was pleasant. $78 for lunch w gratuity and tax during work hours was a bit excessive. Would I come back? maybe to taste their cocktails during happy hour

Yelp
Incredible, innovative progressive Indian food with all the authentic flavors and a modern touch! My friend brought me to Mint for Seattle's restaurant week. We decided to meet for dinner on a weekday hence getting a reservation was easy. They have an amazing drinks menu. For the drinks, I ordered Garden of Bangalore. The name is quite fitting for this cocktail. I absolutely loved every note of my drink. My friend ordered calm before the storm which was served in a cute elephant shaped glass. Both these cocktails were gin based and we absolutely loved it. For the restaurant week menu, there were 3 courses and each course had 3 items to choose from. We were served the complimentary dhokla which absolutely melted in my mouth. Our server sprayed it some savory juice on it. Then I ordered chicken scotch egg from the first course. Hands down this was the best dish I ate here. The scotch eggs were wrapped in spiced breaded chicken and baked with flavorful potato spaghetti. It was heavenly. For the second course I ordered stuffed malai chicken. The chicken was very well cooked and also served with extra sauce with right flavors. For the third course of desserts, we shared Ash n Kulfi and rabdi ghewar. Kulfi was a bit hard initially but after some time we could enjoy charcoal flavor of it. Ghewar was a bit too sweet for my taste but nonetheless we finished it. The presentation was phenomenal. Our server was super friendly, and very attentive. Overall service was excellent. We did get our order wrong and were served cauliflower but the server instantly corrected the mistake and graciously let us enjoy that dish. The vibe of this place was quite upscale and cozy. This meal was honestly one of the best food I've had in Seattle so far. This restaurant is obviously on higher end in terms of pricing but taste, quality and overall service justify the cost. Only annoying part is the 20% service charge. But I guess every other restaurants are charging these stupid fees. Nonetheless, it was absolute delightful dinner! I strongly recommend!

Sunitha S.

Yelp
The food was below average. In one case it was undercooked and when I explained that to the server, she dismissed it as "I order this and it's meant to be soft". They didn't deduct the price of that item from the bill. It's an expensive place with great ambience but could use a good chef and service.
google avatar

Skye P.

Yelp
5 star vibe, 6 star service! The server and bartender were both so incredibly patient and knowledgeable the last 2 times we came through. "Modern" food is always pretty 50/50 in my opinion. Interesting takes on Indian street food as well as some crafty creations I've never seen. Pricey. Surprisingly slow, but being I only heard by word of mouth perhaps marketing could be better would love to see this place survive! MOCKTAILS GALORE! And not just glorified juice, has the reallll fake liquor stuff. Lots of great vegetarian options too. Food thoughts...the passion fruit pani puri was a fun experience, but the flavor of the cold liquid was too sharp for my taste. "Large plates" are in classic fancy food fashion, small. But the lababdar had flavor and texture like no other! The stuffed eggplant dish was also good, but happy the server recommended adding fried okra bits for texture because otherwise it's all squish. The daulat ki chat dessert may have been my favorite part of it all- such great flavor and texture.

Yelp
Ok you can tell me I don't know enough about authentic Indian food but this tasted about the same as other good indian places in the area (yes i did like the taste) but with a huge markup for being "elevated". The dhingri makai was probably my least favorite just because it's not a texture I really like with curry - the mushy but springy mushroom umami made it kinda weird

Yelp
Mint is a progressive Indian restaurant in Seattle downtown, where they do modern take on traditional food and drinks. I'm a big fan of this style! We had made a reservation in advance through open table. The restaurant is big with a nice ambience. Our server was really welcoming and recommended few dishes to us and we ordered some of those, they were delicious. We ordered cauliflower, shrimp and short ribs between the two of us. The cauliflower was our favorite - it was really crunchy and flavorful. My cocktail had floral notes and truly reminded me of a garden. We finished off our dinner with the rasamalai which was the right amount of sweet.
google avatar

Sai A.

Yelp
The ambience was 9/10 with food being 9/10 as well. We ordered Panner curry, soya chaap, Dahi Kachori chaat, Duet Kofta, garlic naan all of them are great except the idli type starter they provided.
google avatar

Nishant S.

Yelp
Service: 5/5 presentation of food: 5/5 Dishes - dhokla as amuse bouche: 3/5, quite stiff - dahi kachori chaat: 3/5 dahi was very fluffy, but the kachori felt like refried - jackfruit kulcha: 5/5, great bread, good stuffing, good sides, good chole - paneer: 3/5, paneer was too tight, gravy was good though - roti: 1/5

Yelp
We've been here several times. They just updated the menu and everything tastes even better than before. Highly recommend the pani puri (the passionfruit one is especially delicious) and the beef entree.

Yelp
(Part 2) At this point, we were bursting at the seams but couldn't leave without dessert. As we were informed that their ice cream machine was broken and had sold out of their ice cream/kulfi/sorbet options, we were limited to half of the dessert menu. Debating between the: AAM PHIRNI CANNOLI 15 Compressed Mango, Sweet Rice Mousse, Ghee or JALEBI CHURROS 15 Lauki Panna Cotta, Jalebi Taco, Nuts or CASHEW MILK CAKE 16 Toffee Sauce, Butter Crumble, White Chocolate I was scared away from the super sweet diabetic coma jalebis of my youth even though the churro part sounded lovely so steered clear of that after carefully placed questions from our lovely server. Due to the aforementioned seam bursting, we went with one dessert and in deference to Ms. Italiana, it was the Aam Phirni Cannoli. It came out in two long cigars; large enough to cut into 6 portions; beautifully presented and decorated with edible flowers. Not too sweet though they had drizzled some of that dreaded honey syrup jalebi-esque on top, it was with a light hand. Perfect ending to the meal! SERVICE- Excellent, 10/10. Skylar, our barely 21yo baby-faced water boy (his job description is in his words not mine) gave excellent recommendations, dish descriptions when delivering the food, and general merriment/enjoyment at serving us. Rody, our primary server, was also friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and lovely. She also yellow highlighted on every ticket, the original bill and then all 4 of the individual payment card receipts, that the 20% gratuity was already included. Nice touch! FINAL PRICE- $380 (rounding up by pennies), including tax & 20% gratuity. Divided by 6, this was $63pp. Considering we were all *stuffed* and appropriately, responsibly, slightly buzzed (NOT Justin Timberlake style, TG!).. this felt like a good deal in Seattle today.

Yelp
I'll just start by saying I can't wait to go back here. We went there for lunch, got a bit late and technically entered during their happy hour (after 2.30). I was really hangry and was happy to order anything edible at that moment! But, their happy hour menu is not ordinary at all. We had a full course meal with extremely good cocktail pairing to it. Ordered paneer tacos, chutney sampler with papad (4 kinds I think!) & hazelnut masala papad. The staff were amazing and empathetic. I honestly told them that we were there for lunch and were wicked hungry and they actually got the order out so fast and were so happy to help! The ambiance deserves all the extra marks here. It is literally mint green sobered up in there. Great details and super pleasant on the eye. Definitely going back to get that lunch/dinner that I missed out on. A tiny thing I'd wish is that they update their online deets to say that lunch stops at 2.30 and then it's happy hour instead of having it say it's open all day!

Brian O.

Yelp
Went for lunch and the food quality was overall was decent. The service was okay, kind of rude in the end of my meal cause I had a question about the chili cheese Kulcha. The Kulcha in my opinion was too doughy and undercooked. The garlic naan was good, along with the butter chicken curry and paneer.

Yelp
We like this place but it is expensive. The ambiance is very nice. Beautiful decor. Our server was attentive, friendly and professional. We ordered the nitro ghaat and she did a nice job making it at the table. I wouldn't order it again however. $35 appetizer is a bit much. Dinner for the five of us was about $600. They include a 20% service charge. I think this would be a nice place to take a client or for a special occasion. It's not a family dinner place.

Yelp
Nice ambiance and lovely presentation, very family friendly for a slow weekend afternoon, enjoyed the food.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant. You are greeted by a long bar as you walk in, with a huge array of liquor choices displayed on the glass back shelves. Additionally, there are Indian themed glassware and elephant cocktail holders for their signature cocktail, Calm before the storm. This comes with Beefeater's Black Tea Gin, Limoncello Liqueur, Vanilla, Lavender, Oat Milk. They have many creative cocktails here. Some with mango or chai looked promising. The restaurant's lighting is modulated. There is lots room here and a private dining area for larger parties. I came here for happy hour. i ordered the HYDERABADI LAMB KEEMA, which comes with Butter Pav and Minced Lamb. I also ordered the CHUTNEY SAMPLER , which came with three different chutneys and Jackfruit Kulcha, plus Garlic Naan. The food was a disappointment. The lamb keema to my taste, consisted of minced lamb with peas in an overly sweet tomato sauce. Could not taste the curry, onion, garlic or ginger usually associated with this dish. The butter pav was very soft and I loved it. The Jackfruit kulcha and garlic naan were sadly burnt, which gave a unpleasant bitterness to the dish. I was one of the few customers ordering food at that time, so the kitchen was not busy. My server had to attend the bar and walk a distance to check on me, so I was unable to alert him to my disappointment in the burnt bread. I would recommend you come here for the atmosphere and creative drinks. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all.

Yelp
The food was beyond terrific. The tandoori pineapple burrata and the cauliflower appetizer were some of the best bites of our entire trip. Excellent wait staff who made wonderful recommendations and provided great detail about each dish and cocktail. The food is incredibly flavorful and balanced. The restaurant is beautiful and inviting.

Yelp
Love their food. Their Daulat ki chaat is too good. That's definitely a must try. What makes Mint stand out is their warm service. The servers are so warm and take care of your all your needs. They have created a perfect date ambience with delicious food. The decor is too classy and elegant. This is definitely a must visit date place.

Yelp
First and foremost, the ambiance is amazing! Second, the bougie cocktails are delicious. We drank the Mint's Seasonal Sangria and Cascade Gimlet and by golly, best drinks we've had in a long time! We ordered the Chickpea Curry, Garlic Naan, and Zaffarani Rice. AMAZING from start to finish. RěAnn, our server, and Radu, our bar tender, presented us with the most amazing service. Definitely recommend!! A+++++ all around

Yelp
OVERPRICED! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Average food. Terrible customer experience. The restaurant manager here doesn't know anything about customer service. We were here for a work dinner, made reservation for 13 people, however only 11 could come in due to snow weather situation. They charged us $20 as a no-show fee. Upon asking, they said it's their policy to charge for no-show. Please note this was on a $1200 bill. Fine, for argument sake's let's say it's policy. It gets worse when we call out an extra charge of Beef Nihari on the bill, a dish we had not ordered. Server said "don't worry, we'll figure it out" and left. So when we point this out to the manager she said "but you ate it". This was the moment of shock. She justified charging us $50 for a dish we didn't order and server said they'll adjust it. When we said we'll dispute this additional charge on the bill, the manage threatened to call the police. Some attitude! This was so unbelievable and ridiculous at the same time. We left at that point. Save your money, and avoid this place!

Yelp
Appetizers were very creative. Service was great and classy ambiance. Aamsutra was the best dessert we had.

Yelp
The only item I liked was daulat chat, rest couple items I ordered were not good, for the price definitely not worth another trip

Yelp
Worst indian I've had in... ever? Long time, not sure. The chicken, I think it was butter chicken... oh my word, I've never experienced such a bland, poorly crafted meal. It seriously looked and felt a bit like a turd had been baked on a plate, covered in turd sauce. I should go back and find my pictures, it looks SO good, and then is SO SO disappointing. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Yelp
The food was fancy and tasty too, our sever was the best. It's a fine dine restaurant with classic Indian fusion food.

Yelp
Heard about a new Indian restaurant opening so was on my radar to try it out. It have great ambience defiantly a great decor simple and sweet I would say . Service was quick and server were nice to take care of your needs. Food is not great at all . It's way expensive then comparable Indian elite restaurant. The portions are too less and defiantly neither quantity nor taste justify the price. We had artichoke kofta ( nothing fancy neither taste nor presentation ) pineapple burata ( small piece of pineapple with big cube of cheese again it wasn't great. Server suggested cauliflower fry small plates are nice and they were just 6 small cauliflower floret dipped in gram flour served with chutney, which was not even cripsy at all What make the price of this as 16$ ?? It deserve a price of under $10. Butter chicken again for 30$ and garlic naan with no flavor of garlic . Not recommended their are better taste of food available

Yelp
We came here tonight for dinner... We had a 7pm reservation, we saved our appetite to go hard in the paint tonight here at Mint. We had the Burrata and cauliflower to start and let me tell you it hit the spot, delicious textures and flavors. Spices are authentic and we loved both appetizers (see pictures) For dinner we had the goat cheese Kultcha and butter chicken, absolutely fantastic. The flavors of the tomato's, chicken cooked perfectly and the goat cheese just melts in your mouth, so appetizing. Lastly the bar program is just on point, great cocktails, everything is measured to perfection and the staff is very friendly and inviting. Loved it all around and recommend it highly for those who are looking for a great happy hour or dinner spot downtown.

Yelp
Saw many mixed reviews so wanted to check it out myself to form my own opinion. I went on a Monday night with my boyfriend. Prior to coming in, I remember seeing this restaurant near our hotel and wanting to check it out. Butter chicken is one of my favorite foods but was mildly disappointed to find it a little too sweet and the chicken a little dry, additionally not as tender as the servers said. We started our experience with cocktails. My boyfriend ordered a Streets of Bengal, like an alcoholic Mango Lassi which was tasty but he told me it wasn't his favorite. I ordered a special- chai espresso martini which I was initially super excited to try but in my opinion fell flat. The rim of the drink was not evenly coated and tasted of cinnamon and another spice (I believe it was cardamom but it was just okay honestly) barely tasted chai. I described how i liked the butter chicken but before that we got the jack fruit and goat cheese kulcha, which was my favorite dish. Super yummy and I had low expectations going into the experience and this dish exceeded this! Servers were super friendly and attentive. They wanted to make sure the experience was catered to you. Suggestion going forward is to ask a lot of questions to make sure that you are getting the dining experience you deserve. Nevertheless, I'm unsure if I would return seeing I am a tourist but I'm glad I checked it out. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great.

Yelp
Awful food, fried chicken was cold, daal had no salt, plus they charge you 20% service fee for 2 ppl without informing you first THAT IS NOT OKAY. Even after i complained how bad the food was they provided no remedy or have the manager check in. One of the worst meals i have had.

Yelp
I've eaten here five times now and each time, the food is delicious and so creative! The tandoori pineapple burrata is a must try. The service is also fabulous and the servers are extremely attentive. Beautiful ambiance as well! We love going here on special occasions or even just a date night.

Yelp
Super great ambience. Food was fantastic. A great up-scale, perfect "date night" spot in a great location (old heartwood restaurant) We tried 2 cocktails, 3 small plates, 1 large plate and 1dessert. The samosa kale chaat was truly a symphony of flavor. Crispy kale was fantastic! Great service, super friendly. Give it a go!

Yelp
Food- 10/10 Service - 7/10 Ambience - 9/10 Great place to experience Indian Dine dining. I have been waiting for a good Indian food with a classy ambience and Mint Progressive checks all boxes. The menu is well curated providing enjoy choices for vegetarian and vegan customers. Non greasy food with fresh ingredients was the highlight. The service was slow so it's a good place to spend 2-3 hours. Cocktail was average but they had options for housemade non alcoholic tequila, gin . Will try next time.

Yelp
Crazy delicious!! Food and presentation were out of this world. Amazing flavors and even the papadum were dressed to perfection. Chutneys were sweet, spicy, and a special creamy raita - which was vegan! As if that weren't enough, the service was top notch. Very thorough mocktail selection - enjoyed one of those... then got a special show when I ordered the Old Fashioned, in which they add a special homemade bitters and finish with their custom smoking chips blend - it's worth it to head to the bar for this one! This place is a solid bookmark for my next visit, and recommending to friends anytime they visit too!

Yelp
Curious about this place since a lot of ppl commented on open table. First of all the inner decor is rlly pretty. The bar and the green is very pleasant to the eyes. We made reservations but it didn't seem like we need to ? The restaurant was pretty empty. Second of all, the service and the food. The server did an excellent job on explaining the menu and what's their most favs. But he also kinda stared at us like idiots? All the dishes have different names that we are not familiar with and he doesn't bother to explain farther after he was done with his instructions. The food was super confusing. There was only one samosa and the stuff surrounding tasted like veggies but also not rlly? The seafood curry was delicious but there wasn't enough curry .. I rly was hoping some thick curry but I rlly was only satisfied with the curry when it was on the rice (rice was delicious btw) As for dessert, the server didn't rlly did a great job explaining so I thought what I got was more like a ice cream instead of just fluffed whipped cream with a tiny bit of ice cream under it. With the confusing paper wrap that's eatable wrapped around it?? And it didn't taste well with the dessert itself .,,, My friend got honey saffron ice cream and all we tasted was vanilla . The server also charged the wrong amount on my card when we had both cards on the tab. Anyways. I appreciate the bday celebrations. But prolly wouldn't come back anytime soon.

Yelp
Food was good and tasty and the server was very friendly. The Manager was absolutely awful and condescending. We had booked a table for 13 and 11 of us were able to make it due to weather. They charged $20 for a no show fee even though we had a large party. That's fine I could understand it's their website policy. But worse, they brought us an extra dish that we hadn't ordered. The server said "my mistake...just keep it". They charged us for the extra dish that we hadn't ordered. So when we pointed it out to the manager she said "but you ate it". We said we will pay for what we ordered and dispute the additional charges on the credit card she threatened to call the police. Worst manager, really shocking attitude. Will absolutely not recommend this place to any one.

Yelp
Don't come here expecting the usual Indian restaurant fare. This is a refreshing take on Indian cuisine blending local ingredients with desi favorites. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and plenty for the carnivores too. Great service and nice ambience with a pretty large space. We went on a slower Sunday evening so I'm not sure how busy it gets during rush hour. Loved every dish I tried (passion fruit pani puri, tandoori pineapple burrata, beetroot chop), and dessert (jalebi churro) was off the charts good. Omg. Still dreaming about it. Interesting cocktails too. I wish they'd add one that's more on the spicy and less sweet side (like a rasam cocktail maybe?). Overall a great end to our weekend.

Yelp
The food was well plated. Good food and well planned menu. But I found the snapper in the patra ni macchi very chewy. I'm Parsi, and grew up in Bombay where this dish was a staple in our life. The fish is supposed to be white flaky fish, but I found the snapper tiring to eat. The butter chicken and Kerala seafood curry was good. The roti + paratha was small for the cost, and I was surprised to see that white rice wasn't included in the mains. If you like desi food with a twist, this place is a must try....once. But it struggles to compete with the likes of Farzi in Bellevue. I have to say the only reason I ended up picking a 4 instead of a 3 was the ambience. We went with a small group and were given the banquet room. Very quaint.
