The Best Brunch Spots In San Diego - San Diego - The Infatuation

"Nectarine Grove is Encinitas personified: the menu is loaded with wellness buzzwords and plenty of gluten-free organic options, though it could satisfy almost anyone on any diet. We go for the roasted vegetable bowl with herby cashew cheese and lemon vinaigrette, and the plantain-crusted fried chicken and waffle—the chicken is light and crunchy on the outside with tender white meat within. Nectarine Grove works whether you’re cruising by for a mid-day brunch or just stopping in for a quick mint chip smoothie (with hemp seeds and cacao nibs) pre- or post-yoga class." - candice woo, cora lee, ligaya malones

Where to Eat Gluten-Free in San Diego | Eater San Diego

"Opened earlier in 2018, Encinitas spot Nectarine Grove sports an organic, paleo, 100% gluten-free and highly vegan menu. Brunch items, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, entrees and more make up the restaurant’s varied menu. Also on-site is a gluten-free bakery. As an added bonus, a portion of all proceeds go towards providing school lunches to children in San Diego County." - Jackie Bryant

I had such a fantastic time at this place! 👍🏽 The menu is packed with so many tasty options that it was tough to pick just one (my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach! 😁😁). I ended up going with the Chicken and Waffles, and let me tell you, it was a delicious choice! For my hot drink, I tried the Loaded Mushroom Mocha, which was absolutely heavenly. I really enjoyed my breakfast—such a lovely start to the day! 🥞🍳🐥🐣🧇🧇

This place was amazing! The entire menu is gluten free, and they accommodate most allergies and have clear labels throughout the menu. We got the Boss Burger and Chicken Sammie and both were delicious! Probably their biggest win was the bread — the buns were phenomenal and tasted like they weren’t even gluten free. We also got a cinnamon roll, which was warmed and covered by a huge scoop of fresh icing on top. Amazing options and a great experience!! UPDATE: We went a second time early in the morning and the cinnamon roll was even BETTER than before — seems like earlier in the day = better pastries! AND there was almost no line!

Google
Fantastic restaurant. Clean sourced food without lacking taste or texture. VERY accommodating for food allergies. They’re chicken & waffles and cinnamon roll tie for first place for me. Both gluten free for us. One of my favorite restaurants in the United States.

Came here twice and everything was sooo good! The first day, yes, it was very busy during lunch time and had to wait longer than I would have liked. Took my California burrito to the beach to eat (so it had been in the box a little bit) and y'all it still held together, didn't fall apart and tasted so yummy! If you ever have had basically any other gluten free tortilla, they always fall apart! The second day came earlier for breakfast and our food for five people all came out quickly. The chicken and waffles were amazing, as well as the breakfast waffle, breakfast burrito, pancakes, and breakfast plate. I'm the only one that needs to eat gluten free, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed!

Google
Really solid high quality food. Loved the beef chimichurri bowl with butternut squash noodles. The burger was great too, next time might get the burger with the egg and avocado on it.

Google
I came here for brunch while visiting my family in San Diego and had a great experience all around! The menu had so many great options it was difficult to decide what I wanted, but I landed on the Breakfast Waffle and it did not disappoint. The gluten free waffle was a light, crispy base for all the flavorful toppings that make this dish truly shine. I often find that waffles with compote on the top don’t have enough moisture from that topping alone, but that was not even close to an issue with this one. Between the berry compote, coconut cream, and almond milk ricotta, each bite was perfectly saturated and full of flavor without being overly sweet; I didn’t even need to add maple syrup. The friendly staff and bright natural light inside the restaurant were cherries on top of the great food experience — I highly recommend checking it out!

Google
Tried the farmer’s market scramble for brunch with a friend. The combination of nontraditional flavors in the omelette were delicious! Definitely ask for the chipotle cream and cheese on top. Cons: - tricky parking on weekend - spacing between outdoor tables led to multiple patrons bumping into each other - long bathroom waits due to a single stall

Google
Stop for the ENTIRELY gluten-free menu and leave with the most incredible desserts! NG is our go-to gluten free dining experience. Yes, the flavors will vary from day to day, chef dependent, but the meal is always perfected for us. Fries, wraps, burgers, bowls, and desserts each crafted to enjoy without the worry of cross-contamination from other meals, everything is GF edible.

Yelp
Whether you're paleo, vegan, vegetarian, keto, want a completely gluten free menu, or simply just health conscious attracted by local & sustainable food: this place has your back! Come have breakfast all day, non sweet smoothies (yey!), delicious deserts, yummy food and different coffee drinks! Take to go if you want a nicer place to sit

Yelp
This place seems really popular so I was excited to give them a try but it was subpar at best. I ordered the Boss Burger and it was very dry and didn't have too much flavor to it. I may have just ordered the wrong item, but it still was disappointing. Food orders in my group also came out at very random times - there were some people who were basically finished eating by the time the others received their food.

Yelp
The pizza here is sooo good! It's made with such fresh ingredients we never have heartburn or any digestive issues. All the food here is fantastic. The desserts are incredible, especially the magic bars and cinnamon rolls!! Incredible.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered the carne asada fries but they weren't crispy at all and were very under seasoned. They put all the cheese in one corner and it was melted so I couldn't really distribute that to the rest of the fries; so 80 to 85% of 90% of the fries had no cheese and then just 10% had all the cheese. The salsa that came with was okay. Overall, the quality and portion were both disappointing for the $18 price. I'd probably pick something else to try for their food options next time because the lemon bar will always keep us coming back!

Yelp
I always enjoy the food at Nectarine Grove! From the fresh bread to pastries and brunch items, I appreciate the wide variety of options for those of us with gluten allergies. There aren't many 100% GF establishments in San Diego so this is one of my go-to spots. The overall menu feels very healthy conscious and fresh. The outdoor patio is a pleasant spot in Highway 101 to enjoy the weather alongside your tasty eats.

Yelp
I visited with my GF in April 2025 and was blown away. There is a reason there is always a line it seems (we visited twice on two separate days during the weekend - it was that good) - the food and drinks are delicious. This place is good enough that we would make an effort to stop by if traveling through or close enough to it. The menu offers so many gluten free options and my goodness is their food good. For our first visit, we ordered half gluten free pizzas and mozzarella sticks. The half is the perfect size for most people to eat. I was impressed with the crust - it's hard to describe. The texture reminded me of cornbread but most likely was made from cauliflower. Whatever it is, it is DELICIOUS. The mozzarella stick breading was also tasty and seasoned well. Inside, you'll find a a couple tables to sit at but the best place to sit is outside. The patio area is a wonderful place to eat your meal. This is a must visit.

Yelp
Great tuck-in spot along the beach for breakfast, brunch, lunch. All the ingredients are fresh and vegan/allergy/vegetarian inclusive. Nectarine has plentiful exterior seating and long but limited interior seating. It's a great grab and go or enjoy San Diego weather under shade umbrellas on the patio. Overall service was great complete with tasty recommendations. I'd stay clear of the grab and go beverage section as water was $9! Food delivery was a little confusing after ordering. You're given a number to find a table to dine. However, we waited 20 minutes for the coffee and received our food already. Turns out coffee pickup is inside which wasn't clear when ordering. My friend popped in for our coffee and were surprised to learn they still hadn't finished the coffees after 20minutes. I got the farmer's market scramble and it was SOOOO GOOD! I loved the presentation and all the flavors paired together. I was initially intimidated by chipotle cashew sauce and the look of the whole grain bread. However, they were incredibly tasty! Some improvements: clear communication on location of coffee pickup, time to brew, free water option, and expand bathrooms (1 stall with consistently 5 people in line).

Yelp
Ordered a roasted veggie bowl at 1223 and noticed everyone get their food right away. I was sick and didn't think too much of it but it turns out I was waiting 45 minutes when the whole time my ticket was apparently never brought back out or got lost when I had followed up with my food. Nonetheless, they comped my food and offered me a dessert for an apology Food was great like I remembered. It was just a bummer that I had to endure waiting so long. I'll still go back to eat a veggie bowl in the future

Yelp
Who doesn't like a place that offers breakfast food all day long?!! Great food, fresh and not outrageously expensive (considering already high prices for SoCal). Better yet, you get value for what you pay. Came here for an early dinner and just beat the line- and I've always seen a line here! Casual dining 'order and sit' setup, both indoor and outdoor seating. They have baked goods too. Very healthy options but the meals are substantial and there is no shortage of flavor. I had the fajita bowl with steak that was so darn good and flavorful. It is a good sized portion too so if hungry, this is perfect. You can select the ingredients you prefer and I went with cauliflower rice- so delicious! Others in my grouphad the vege bowl with an egg and a breakfast taco. The menu had a really nice variety and I look forward to trying more! Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Amazing selection of plant based and clean food for healthy dining ! Staff and service were stellar.Highly recommend for healthy dining and guilt free indulgence in to a wonderful menu!

Yelp
Wonderful place for breakfast! I really enjoyed my breakfast sammie with the turkey patty and a flat white with oat milk. Their barista was no joke, a ton of locals lining up for their coffees and teas. A sleeper for us was the pancake... I am not sure what they do to it but it is one of the best pancakes I've ever had. We also had the cinnamon roll, pictured. Literally a pound of cinnamon and a pound of frosting go onto it and they warmed it up for us. Cute outdoor patio that is dog friendly, and also a few tables and counter space to sit inside. Please note that their online menu doesn't have everything that they offer in real life, it's more extensive. I added photos for your reference

Yelp
OK, this was our first visit to nectarine Grove and for the most part enjoyed it. The outside patio today was perfect. The set up of ordering inside and being brought your food is not my favorite, but it works for this establishment. Will start with the positives, my burger was well cooked and I really liked the sort of thousand island dressing on the side. I thought the bread on both of our sandwiches was a bit dry, maybe that's the gluten-free aspect? My wife's chicken sandwich was actually really good, again we took off most of the bread and ate the vegetables and chicken. The fries are excellent. We saw a lot of really nice looking salads and other bowl units go by and they look great. Very healthy crowd plus very beachy, we like that. I guess my only knock for a four stars is the lack of service. Please don't ask me after paying $38 for two sandwiches that you typed into a computer for a six dollar tip. We got our own water and then had to ask inside for a glass of ice due to the lukewarm water. Clearing my own table has become the norm, not sure I love it but if it helps, I'm willing to do it Because of the interesting food I'm willing to give it another shot so stay tuned.

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick min, it's always packed so have it a chance. Wow! I ordered the apple spice coffee cake and it was delicious! My daughter thinks it's dry, but I thought it was delicious! So delicious, I went back for a second piece for home. I eat limited items and these were all ok minus the coconut sugar. I figured I'd take a chance and it was great! Full of flavor and hit the spot. She also ordered the "The best pesto pizza and added pepperoni. I tried a slice and again, great!!! I usually stick with cauliflower pizza but this GF was just as delicious! I will definitely stop by as a lot of their products are healthier and right up my alley! Thank you!

Yelp
I was very excited to take my wife to this restaurant for lunch on her birthday. They have a Crispy Chicken Salad that seemed like exactly what she would enjoy. It had plantain crusted chicken, dried cranberries, and, best of all, honey dijon dressing - her favorite. We ordered at the counter. The salad came with either chicken tenders or popcorn chicken. The young lady at the counter asked my wife which she preferred and my wife chose the popcorn option. I ordered the same salad, but asked the cashier what she recommended regarding the style of chicken. She stared at me with a blank look in her face. I asked her again which style she recommended. She basically said that they were both chicken, inferring that it was a stupid question. I told her I was concerned that frying small pieces of chicken (the popcorn chicken) might make them dry. Again, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Or, like my concern was crazy. For some reason, maybe out of frustration, I ordered the salad with the popcorn chicken. And, guess what - the chicken was very dry. Kind of like breaded sawdust. Even my wife didn't enjoy the salad. There was too much romaine and not enough spinach. The dressing was just ok. And, of course, the popcorn chicken was disappointing, to say the least. So, we had a mediocre salad and I was made to feel stupid. The good news is that I took my wife out for a great birthday dinner.

Yelp
Outdoor lunch during the local art fair is awesome! 100% gluten free paradise. Higher priced and lower level of service from what you would expect. Parking was a hassle, service was minimal, again asking you to tip before you have been given any service. We ate in the outdoor dining area, it was a bit loud and the buzzing Caltrains didn't help that at all. Not sure I'd make the effort to go back!

Yelp
Very pleasantly surprised here! Here really lovely aesthetic and very creative menu and definitely would not expect so much deliciousness from a gluten free place! GUAVA MATCHA LATTE Was absolutely delicious! Husband ordered this because he loves a good guava drink and this was actually really really nice. The matcha and guava flavor went really well together and we got it Iced which made it perfect for summer! ROASTED VEGGIE BOWL (GF, V, P, DF, EF) (Seasoned Sweet Potatoes, Artichokes, Zucchini, Mushroom, Bell Peppers, Spinach, Chili Lime Pepitas, Herbed Cashew Cheese with a Lemon Vinaigrette and Balsamic Reduction) Absolutely love how nutritious and delicious and filling this was! Very large portion size here. And a very big portion of chicken as well which was much appreciated. Chicken was perfectly cooked and all the vegetables with the meat went so well together. Special shout out to that herbed cashew cream cheese! It was so yummy just plain! BREAKFAST WAFFLE (GF, P, EF) (Strawberries, Berry Compote, Vanilla Bean Coconut Cream, Orange Infused Almond Milk Ricotta, Maple Glazed Pecans. Maple Syrup on the Side) Undoubtedly the best waffle I have had in a very very long time! We ate this at the end of our meal after having the salad and the drink and everything, but somehow that waffle remained crispy! The berry comport with the vanilla bean coconut cream and that compote with the vanilla bean coconut cream and that orange infused almond milk ricotta.. everything went together so so so so perfectly well! The ingredients all sounded very creative and it really made the dish perfect!

Yelp
This place is awesome, the treats here are so yummy. Everything is gluten free, and they have a lot of vegan and dairy free options from what I saw. The cinnamon roll is a must, and I also loved the raspberry bar. So many options here, but it's a bit pricey so be prepared. I also love the vibe of the shop, very cozy and music is great.

Yelp
Really loved the breakfast taco with bacon. Service was good and quick. It smelled like really good food the whole time. Bright, open, beachy atmosphere.

Yelp
Sleepy beach town hiding this great farm to table type spot! If you can find a parking spot on the after street or along the train tracks across the street, then you're good! Big menu with lunch and breakfast offerings and GREAT smoothie/juice and latte options. Tables inside and outside and friendly & attentive servers. I highly rec the mint chip smoothie! I loved my Roasted Veggie Bowl topped with chicken. My friend loved her Grove Salad
google avatar

Natalee G.

Yelp
As someone who struggles to find delicious gluten-free and clean food, I have absolutely loved stumbling across nectarine Grove. They have so many different option options and all things that I can eat and I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every meal that I have ate here. I will say I'm not the biggest fan of how fried their chicken tenders and french fries are however it's very delicious Their barbecue sauce is so yummy! I'm obsessed with their pizzas and coffee! There is tons of seating options inside and out every time I've been there has been a line outdoor and service is fairly quickly! I haven't had any real interactions with Staff however we always have received our food fairly quickly and never had any issues there.

Yelp
I wish they had a spot like this in my area! The world needs more health conscious restaurants. It was a Sunday, and it was very busy. I came in and ordered food to go. Although it was very busy, our food came out pretty promptly! At the time, I was doing keto and they had a lot of keto options to choose from, including a keto pastry that I was so excited to find! We got the eggs Benedict, which was excellent, and the protein plate, which was great, as well. The keto pastry was delectable! We each got a butter coffee, but I don't remember which ones. Those were also delicious! I will definitely make it a point to stop back whenever we are in the area! Very cute little restaurant with lots of outdoor seating!

Yelp
Came here for a July 4th breakfast around ~10am with the girlfriend and pup. The line wasn't too long and we got our order in relatively quickly. The outdoor space was plentiful, and well shaded from the beating sun. The matcha latte and oat milk vanilla latte were impeccably smooth, and worth the 15 minutes it took to make. Sadly, the rest of our meal - which arrived ~10 minutes after our lattes - did not match the appeal of the lattes as the protein platter came with an already fragmented overcooked yolk and an overdone set of bacon strips. The sweet potatoes and spinach were fair. The breakfast burrito was sad, coming both cold and lacking significant flavor, resembling something that could be made at home. TLDR. Would come back for the drinks and the drinks alone.

Yelp
Nectarine Grove. It's hard to find parking lots. There is a parking lot but you will have to cross two roads to get to the restaurant. My mom in law and I took an Uber there. You would have to queue up to order and once you're done, you have to collect your own drink and bring to the table. The food is delivered 6 table. You get a little queue wooden number to place on your table. It is free seating. They have seating inside and outside Inside you can choose between regular tables and high tables ( mainly around the coffee bar area). You can get your own glasses of water- no ice And also cutlery. It is a very chill vibe. For sauces, there is a little table outside for sauces. The variety are hot sauces, ketchup and mustard. There are also paper towels u can grab at those stations. The patio area is dog friendly. And there is fake turf for the dogs to lay on. This is a very cool place to hang out on a weekend! Love the chill vibe!!
google avatar

Marc B.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the vibe of Nectarine Grove. Super nice staff. A ton of options for people trying to avoid gluten or dairy. I liked my Turkey & Avo, even though it looked a bit out of the ordinary. The sandwich had two slices of turkey, one thinnish and with a very thick cut. The paleo baguette was easy to bite through, but didn't seem to have much substance. I ate the entire sandwich and was pleased. The sandwich was served with a small salad.
google avatar

Nicole P.

Yelp
Matcha was fine! I actually LOVED my breakfast tacos, but my mom's falafel tacos were straight up bad. Such a stark contrast between our orders. Line was super long for weekend brunch (maybe can't be helped) and I feel like their counter service wasn't super efficient.
google avatar

Yelp
Gluten free haven is a good name for this little gem. A lovely stop while visiting SoCal on our way down to San Diego. As someone with Celiac I was so grateful to feel comfortable and safe eating here. Our food was delicious and prices reasonable. Coffees were excellent, too.
google avatar

Pamela D.

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating. So many tasty healthy food options. Gluten free, vegan and paleo. We had the protein plate, turkey avocado sandwich, paleo pancakes and other food. Drinks were london fog, matcha and chai. All good. Long line but moved fast and means people like it and worth the wait. One drink was wrong but fixed right away. One bathroom long line and not clean. (Only negative.)

Yelp
I love Nectarine Grove! Fresh food, friendly service and chill clientele with indoor & outdoor seating available in a GREAT neighborhood. On today's menu: crispy chicken salad, smoothie, and I so deserved that cupcake! I will be back!

Nancy B.

Yelp
I love their pastries, I did have breakfast there, and it was ok. It is self service which is ok, but it takes time. Some of my family is gluten free and other keto etc which is great for them....

Yelp
Nectarine Grove is my FAVORITE restaurant to eat at when I'm visiting friends in Solano Beach. I'm a DF/GF girlie and their menu is divine. I forgot to take pictures this trip of my meal but I got the Crispy Chicken Salad (no cranberries) and a Ginger Lemon Olipop. My friend got the Cali Club with fries. The employees here are always extremely friendly and accommodating and there's a huge outdoor seating area (with some indoor seating as well). Few items to be mindful of: this place gets PACKED on the weekends and parking is a nightmare so get there early if you're on a time crunch. They also only have one bathroom and when it's busy you'll have to wait in a line. Dog friendly outdoor seating (as is the norm for this area) and a very friendly community neighborhood feel.
google avatar

Megan W.

Yelp
Such a calm vibe this early morning. Service is always great and the food keeps us coming back. Thanks Nectarine Grove, we will be back again!

Yelp
Appreciate all of the gluten free options, the English muffin was very good. Like a biscuit but everything else was mid. Cinnamon roll was very stiff. There are much better gf ones out there. The cold brew was watery and not very caffeinated. I needed a Starbucks after unfortunately. I ordered the eggs Benedict and the eggs were not poached or even over medium. They were over hard (see photo). I've never had a Benny that way but the runny yolks is the best part of the dish usually! The potatoes are pretty basic. Bacon was good. Would maybe return to buy bread. That's it. Best part was the dogs!
google avatar

Zach K.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots in Encinitas! The coffee, smoothies and pastries are my favorite. This trip I got the bluey smoothie and cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is one of the best gluten free ones I've ever had and I love the massive frosting scoop on top! Definitely recommend trying.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm hitting this one with a 5 star review!!! This is a great lunch and coffee spot. Plenty of outdoor seating so you can bring your dog. You order at a counter and then sit down. They had a plethora of gluten, vegan, and dairy free options. What we got: - turkey avocado sandwhich (I surprisingly loved this!!) - classic with some amazing gluten free bread. - Cali club - bacon was good! Note : sanwhiches do get messy and fall apart. French fry sides were delishhhh! Will be back here when visiting Encinitas!
google avatar

Yelp
I LOVE the healthy food here and it's worth every penny! They are not very good about cleaning the tables so that needs work but otherwise, it's amazing!
google avatar

Mckenna M.

Yelp
Came for brunch on a Sunday and it was popping! There are tables inside as well as ample seating outside. You order with the cashier and take your number to a table. The service was decent and relatively fast for a busy Sunday. Several people in our group ended up getting the steak chimichurri bowl with brown rice. It was very filling and light, definitely the healthy reset I needed after a long week of late nights and snacking. I also got a matcha latte with oat milk and it was very good. Good matcha flavor and not just green oat milk. The atmosphere was lively and since we sat outdoors it wasn't too loud. Definitely would come back next time I'm in San Diego!

Yelp
Heaven for celiacs!! Nice people, tasty Baked goods (sourdough, yum!) and wonderful coffee as well. Thank God! In addition, their breakfasts are delicious and nutritious. A plus! !

Yelp
Been here several times now and it never disappoints! Food is fresh and allergy friendly. After my daughter was diagnosed with dairy and egg allergies I've become a lot more cognizant of places that are allergen friendly. Nectarine grove being one of the best! There's something on the menu for everyone. The veggie pesto scramble is a great choice for breakfast. Generous portion, flavorful, and nutritious. I've actually shared this with my husband with a latte and left satisfied! My biggest gripe is the parking and seating situation. Of the times I've been we have been able to find seating... but it has been a bit stressful. It's an order at the counter, find your own seat kind of joint. So nobody is helping you secure a table to enjoy your food at. There are a lot of seats outside but this place is popular -- they're usually full! The parking is also tough. There aren't a lot of spots on their side of the highway, so we usually park across the street in the dirt by the train tracks. It's not a bad walk, but when you've got kids and a stroller it can feel both dangerous and annoying.
google avatar

Kiana L.

Yelp
Allergen Friendly/ 100% Gluten Free / Dairy Free Options / Nut Free Options I love Nectarine Grove for being one of the only places in San Diego for being 100% gluten free. It's an amazing feeling to be able to order anything off of their menu without the fear of being glutened. There's normally a long line to order, so I recommend ordering online. However, my only qualm is that some things are hit and miss. The California Burrito is the BEST thing to get here. It's flavorful, dairy free, and crave worthy, especially when gluten free burritos are hard to come by. However, I can't say the same with the breakfast burrito. It lacked salt, was greasy, and was falling apart as soon as I received it which was disappointing. There is plenty of seating available but it does get very busy if you come during the weekend, and parking is available on the street or near the tracks.
google avatar

Yelp
So good!! I live with celiac disease and finding a place I can eat everything is amazing. Especially when it tastes so good. I can't tell the difference anymore with how gluten free tastes compared to normal food, but I brought my non gluten free boyfriend with me and he agreed on the taste! It was a perfect portion for me for the price, but if you eat a lot of food it probably won't fill you up. Definitely recommend!!! It was busy but had no issue finding a seat and gave time to look through the menu while in line. Staff were very friendly.

Yelp
I have been coming here for years and Nectarine Grove is my absolute favorite dedicated gluten free restaurant! My go to for lunch or dinner is their fajita bowl with crispy chicken, and their mozzarella sticks are absolutely divine as a treat. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable about allergies and dietary concerns generally. The Leucadia location is such a cute little spot on the 101, and we love dining in or getting takeout here. I recently tried their California burrito and absolutely loved it, I've never been disappointed with anything I've tried here!
google avatar

Viviana S.

Yelp
Food: I've come here multiple times and although I love that this place uses high quality ingredients, they are not very consistent with their flavors/cooking. Sometimes their chicken sammie tends to be too stringy and dry, as well as their pizza coming out soggy. I've also had their poke bowl (not pictured here) and the first time I loved it, but the second time the ahi tuna wasn't that fresh and it lacked a bit of flavor. I would say the order that hasn't disappointed me yet is their chimichurri steak bowl although their chimichurri sauce tends to be on the thicker side. However, their pesto pizza also has amazing flavor and it's very filling! Service: Staff is always very friendly and kind. You order at the counter and get a number for them to bring you your food. Ambiance: There's indoor and outdoor seating, although outdoor is much nicer, specially during the day.

Yelp
My family and I love this place specifically because they have delicious food that someone with celiac and dairy restrictions can not only eat safely but that tastes great. The staff are great and it goes fast. I love to sit outside and I can't express how lovely and rare it is to find tasty gluten free (like actually) fare that understands food safety and preparation and the serious nature of food allergies. It's dog friendly, has great offerings and makes eating with allergens a much less stressful experience. I am obsessed with their chimmichurri sauce the fries and the baked goods. I will also always enjoy their fresh juices and the cozy indoor outdoor space and sunny front patio. Parking is anywhere you can find along 101 and it's a great hang!

Yelp
Really love this place! Has great gluten-free options. Breads, desserts, smoothies...everything we tried has been delicious.

Yelp
I love the casual vibe of nectarine grove and they have great food that you can tell is made with high quality ingredients! Highly recommend their waffles and breakfast sandwiches. They also have great coffee.

Yelp
You know it's crazy when the staff knows your name Lol. I am there almost daily. There is no other place where you can get clean ingredients. The food and smoothies are super good! This place is a MUST especially for healthy conscience people like me

Yelp
I only come here because it's one of the few places that actually have semi clean food for someone who's highly sensitive to dairy and other common allergens - so I am thankful for that!! However every time I come here something goes wrong. The main thing is the service. It's absolutely horrid. The staff act as if you are burdening them by simply trying to place an order or ask simple questions about the menu offerings. Also the drinks are always gross I stopped ordering them because the inconsistencies are ridiculous. I actually watched a group of girls ask for their smoothies to be remade for a reason I could not hear. However the girl at the front asks the girl on bar to remake them and instead of making it right without hesitation. The girl on bar was asking her "why" and stated that she would only fix the drinks they already ordered (3 smoothies) I proceeded to watch the girl on bar dump the smoothies (MIND YOU THEY WERE ALREADY DRANK FROM) back into the blender. Personally, I have worked in food service for far too long to not notice simple things like this. Talk about cross contamination and overall POOR health safety practices!!! I also came here once and found hair In my meal, i kindly pointed it out to the girl working and instead of immediately apologizing she just took the plate to the back and came back out to tell me that they'll remake it. Another time I ordered a smoothie online and forgot to pick it up so I came back the next day and stated the situation.. the barista pulled the smoothie out from the fridge and said oh we still have it do you want it? GROSS!!!!! And before the owner comes on here to message me directly and say "why not bring it up to management directly before posting because we're a small biz" save it. Ive seen how she responds to feedback in a defensive condescending manner and therefore have nothing to say to you besides get it tf together. I've witnessed poor behavior from staff here for far too long. NO ONE CARES and this is only a reflection of the owner/management. This place is loved by many and has great potential to be an amazing spot. But service & quality need to be a priority!

Yelp
I came in for the first time today for breakfast not knowing what to expect and Tyler helped guide me through the menu and helped me choose some really good food and coffee. I don't typically eat gluten free foods but I tried the gluten free pancakes and I swear they were the best I've ever had. The banana latte I Tyler suggested was amazing and not what I expected. I'll definitely be back and I'll be sure to tell my friends about it. Excellent service, cool place.

Yelp
Located on the a busy street, N coast hwy 101 in a small entry plaza. [Parking]: Limited parking in their small entry plaza, there is a low amount of parking on the street, but extremely hard to secure a parking spot. I came out for a quick warm drink and ordered the spiced Mayan latte and the golden milk. The spiced Mayan latte was mild in flavor and the golden milk was not good, it tasted like soap. Luckily I read their receipt they handed me when I placed my order and it stated if I did not like my order to let them know. I went back to place another order free of charge and was able to get a matcha latte which was okay.
