"Service can be hit or miss at this Chinese spot on Spring Mountain Road, but strolling push carts filled with classic dim sum dishes like shu mai, har gow, and baos, as well as large portions, make up for it. It gets busy, so prepare for a wait." - Janna Karel

The dim sum was pretty good and my favourite was the roasted duck. Loved the crispy texture and the sauce that goes along with it. It was so amazing that I ordered more for the road! The service was okay, the waiters were very rushed and busy. Overall great food and I highly recommend the roasted duck!

The tofu pudding is delicious. The roast duck is super delicious. It's better than the one I had in LA. The only bad thing is the woman who might be the boss lady.

My husband and I favorite dim sum spot. Only from 10am-3pm. Parking is tight & limited during their peak time. Just make sure to go straight in and see the host stand for your number. It's definitely a wait, but don't worry, they are super fast when it comes to cleaning the tables. There Duck😋😘, it's so good. Just make sure to ask for the sauce on the side

This is the best dim sum I've ever had. Most other dim sum places I've been to can't compare. Usually, their food is bland, expensive, and overhyped. This place, however, is amazing. I could tell because they were packed with people in the morning. They come to each table with carts and show you the dishes, making it easy to choose. They then stamp your order paper. The food was pretty tasty, especially dipped in chili oil. The filling was plentiful, bursting with flavor, and the chewy chunks of meat were warm and fresh. Washing it down with a cup of hot tea made the experience even better. You can show them this picture below, cause everything I got absolutely delicious. I ended with a bowl of warm silken tofu with ginger syrup, which is a must-try. Each dish costs about $6 to $7. My total was $52. It's definitely not cheap, but the quality makes it acceptable.

Google
Great tasting food and close to the strip in Chinatown. Best dish was the beef dish with onions and the shrimp with walnuts (had a double order). Fish was very good. Peking duck was good but the bread bun was a little too soft.

This place is becoming my top 1 Hong Kong restaurant in the whole US. If you’re visiting here, please order these! It’s amazing 🤩🤩 • 豉油黃炒麵: Compared to Hong Kong, the noodle color is not deep enough, and there’s no 鍋氣, but I still cannot resist how tasty it is 😋. • 烤鴨+砂姜走地雞拼盤🦆🐔: Their duck and ginger with green onions sauce, gosh, it’s dancing on my tongue. It reminds me of home 🏡. 4 out of 5 of us voted this one as the top dish we had 🏆. • 皮蛋瘦肉粥: Their congee, gosh, it’s so good. It’s cooked so long that you cannot see the rice’s oval shape. Creamy, delightful flavor, and thin meat that glides into your mouth with the congee. Gosh, my mouth is watering while writing this comment 🤤. • 牛百葉: so good, no words. It’s so funny; once we were seated, all 3 carts of food surrounded us and started asking us what we wanted. Some people said their attitude is bad, but I think it’s pretty nice. It’s the nice attitude of Hong Kong people 🤣.

Google
Typical yum cha atmosphere, amazingly fresh and delicious food, staff was very attentive and always cleared the empty dim sum dishes asap. Family friendly, good variety, and very busy on the weekends so make sure you go in and take your number! They also have the fresh duck and char siu to purchase by the pound. 100% recommend this place!

Google
Went there towards end of dimsum serving around 2pm. Still quite a crowd, waited to be seated solo. Once seated, you have to ask for the menu and then someone will come take your order. I ordered just a few stuff and it took quite a while for it to appear. Most of the dishes were ok, the chinesedonut wrapped in rice noodles were a disappointment. They couldnt find the sauce that normally goes on it. The beancurd wrapped stuff came out nice and freshly steamed but had a off-putting taste to it. The hargow were the star, nice and juicy and plump. Three sweet pieces of shrimp with the beautiful mouth feel that only an expert dimsum chef can impart to the shellfish. There are other better places

Yelp
The food is good, service is quick, but the staff can be kinda rude, and they can forget about you. Granted it is a big place but it happens all the time. However the dim sum is good and consistent, and their duck is good and consistent. I go knowing what to expect every time.

Yelp
We as a family love coming here for dim sum and family dinner. . We love coming here for dim sum because first the temperature of the dim sum is hot. One of the pet peeve is having Luke Warm or cold dim sum. It's a big no for chinese culture foodie. . We love their bbq meats, roast duck, bbq pork, roast pork. It's marinated well and so fresh. . Dim sum is old school and traditional style. They have carts and I love it. Having dim sum carts is so traditional and always a good sign for dim sum places. . Some tips is come here early. Or else there will be waiting for seats. Each time we come here there is at least a 30 min wait. When it's holiday and weekends, the wait is super long. Either way we would wait for it because love the food here. . Each time we come to Vegas is a must visit. . Overall they have a parking lot so there is easy way to park. If you love some good Chinese spot for dim sum and seafood dinner, look no further. Service is a hit or miss. Don't expect much. Hope this review helps. Thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day. Follow me for more.

Yelp
Closest dim sum found in vegas akin to some of the better places in SF. Hau Gau is quality shrimp and not minced mystery meat. Shumai is a bit fatty but still not over the top. Chrysanthemum tea uses real flower and not tea bags. Worth returning even though the service is minimal and often ignored. Reflected in 10% tips.

Josephine P.

Yelp
Not happy with all the food we order. The food is salty . I invited 10 people to dine at your Restaurant ( my friends ) from San Francisco / LA all of them was not satisfied of the food you serve. I will not recommend to anyone . and not coming back . TASTE and RAINBOW RESTAURANT is way better . I recommend 5 star.

Noc L.

Yelp
My favorite spot was packed and it was a 2hr wait so we decided to give this spot a try. You go to the counter and tell them how many people in your group and they give you a ticket with a number. We were seated quite quickly so that was a plus despite it being busy on a weekend. They have dim sum carts here so that's really nice. A lot places stopped doing carts after covid so it's nice to keep the tradition going. The food is always hot and ready to serve. Highly recommend.

Henry L.

Yelp
I've been here many times and have been slacking on a review. The flavors are always on point. On this occasion, we ordered 11 selections. 1. Ha Gao (Shrimp and bamboo shoots. most popular-it's a must) 2. Shumai (pork and shrimp) 3. Beef Meatballs (get it with the worcestershire sauce) 4. Ha Cheung (wide rice noodles with shrimp) 5. Pan-Fried Chive Dumplings (pork and chives) 6. Spicy Wontons (good, but pricy. $8.99 for 6 pieces) 7. Beef Tripe (beef stomach. soft, not chewy, perfect ginger amount) 8. Chiu Chou Gao (has peanuts) 9. Shrimp/Scallop with Chives Dumplings 10. Osmamthus Jelly 11. Egg Tart (Dan Tat) Will come again.

Yelp
After going to quite a few dim sum places in town, this place is as close as you'll get to SoCal dim sum. A 4 star place in 626, I'll give this place 5 stars with a Las Vegas curve. They have a solid variety of options including all the dim sum staples. Their tripe is the best I've had in town, and everything else was good to very good. I was probably least impressed with their chicken feet, but it's still one of the better ones in town. They always have fresh carts coming out of the kitchen, and if you haven't seen something you want come by, they're happy to find it for you. Wait times can get pretty long here particularly during prime time hours, and they don't have the option for an online waitlist. There's a few seats for people waiting around, but not much.

Briana N.

Yelp
You gotta get here before hours if you want to get a seat immediately when they open. There was a line before, during, and after the whole time we were eating. It's so crowded inside and not all of the carts reach all of the tables so you might have to flag someone down in order to get what you want. All that being said, all of the food was really delicious!

Morris N.

Yelp
This is a short Uber ride from the strip. We got there at 11:30 on a Saturday. The guy taking names and handing out numbers was rude to some people and just overall not very pleasant. The wait was around an hour and worth it as the dim sum is one of the best in the area. They're old school and still roll around the carts which is nice. All of the dim sum we tried was very good as was the bbq meats. Their regular menu looked good and we will definitely try their dinner entrees next time we're in town.

Lishya H.

Yelp
This is by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We had 9 different types of dishes and the best one was my white rice. The service was as bad as well. First they brought out the soup and when I asked the lady what kind of soup since we didn't order it, she said it's on the house but don't know the name of the soup. The chow fun noodle is terrible, tasteless and not enough sauce so it's kind of dry and it's way over cooked. The crab itself, it's beyond disgusting because they use female crab and never ever found a restaurant using female crab. The Chinese veggies is tasteless as well, nothing spectacular at all. Overall, I'd never ever go back to this place.

Allyson D.

Yelp
Coming from an experienced Chinese food eater, this spot was one of the best choices I could've picked while visiting LV. The roast duck and pork, the phone ringing off the hook, the hot tea ready to go, the number for wait list... all signs of goodness coming. Sure, we had to wait to be seated and another long wait for food, but it was worth chowing down once it arrived. Service was also great. Our server gave us a warning that the kitchen was backed up, but she asked if we'd like the daily soup, no charge. It was super nice to offer because yes, I was super hungry. The chicken broth with vegetables was sooo flavorful. Ultimately, everything we ordered was delicious. The chow fun with gravy was a favorite. I will come back and recommend to all!

Natalie L.

Yelp
AMAZING! This is definitely one of my new favorite dim sum places here in vegas! The foods is traditional, but also very tasty! The staff is fast and they are hard working. Carts are constantly moving through the restaurant so you're not sitting around waiting. Ate here twice now and I can't get enough!

Travis P.

Yelp
We came here with a party of about 20 and it wasn't too busy on a Saturday for dinner. I've had many different Chinese restaurants and can say this one was up there. A lot of the foods were packed with flavor and felt it wasn't overly greasy. Some notable mentions that I enjoyed were the crispy porky belly, bitter melon and beef, and crispy fried shrimp. Service was very attentive and we spent about $400 for 20ish people so that wasn't bad at all. Definitely a solid choice for Chinese food here in Vegas. FYI looks like there is a lot of signs of car break ins in this plaza so definitely make sure you leave any valuables in the trunk or bring with you.

Yelp
Pros: 1. Dim sum is good, particularly the seen tzoke guin (bean curd roll) and the steamed cha siu bao 2. The carts actually came around at a decent frequency. 3. They made a last call for dim sum (around 2:40pm) but there were some items that we never saw come around. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they came to take our order and they made it fresh for us. Cons: 1. Parking is awful. Not enough spaces and somebody was physically standing in a parking spot blocking it and shouting at people until their friend showed up to take the spot. 2. Long line. We waited approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. 3. Some of the food was sold out, such as the egg tart.

Doreen T.

Yelp
It was the day after Thanksgiving, and the wait was outrageous. The parking was far worse in the lot. There are also pictures and signs to watch your belongings in the parking lot. We ended up waiting almost 1.5 our for a table for 4. But hey I get it, it's a busy holiday weekend and ALL Asians craves dim sum. Everything we order was authentic and delicious. The staples such as steamed buns, rice noodles, siu mai, har gao, hom sui gok were were tasty. They were already out of egg custards for the day, but we were able to ordered fresh bean curd rolls from the kitchen. Most of the workers were friendly. Except for one who got visibly upset that we did not order our ice water with our hot tea. Gotta love Canto customer service!

Cecille L.

Yelp
My foodie friend told me about this place a while ago. I never made it because parking is very intimidating in this tiny parking lot with some popular eateries at this strip mall. This restaurant is lively! Lots of happy customers with lots of carts moving about the room with some really delicious food items. If there's an dish that you want and it's not on the carts, ask for if. They'll bring it to you as soon as it's available. My only complaint is the price point. It's a little up there in price. But the food is fresh, delicious and didn't seem to have added fillers. Definitely coming back and bringing more people.

Alexis G.

Yelp
As much as I love traditional dim sum push carts, New Asian BBQ really fell short for me. Thursday 12:30pm, we walk in, get seated straight away and the carts start coming. That part is really great. I expected It to be a lot more busy per the reviews, but maybe I just got lucky. I am on the hunt to find our new go-to spot for dim sum since we just moved to the area I'll have to say, I probably won't come backs before I dive into the dislikes, I will say all of the dim sum here were nice sized portions. Big Sui Mai, chunky pieces of shrimp in the har gow, and the shrimp rice rolls were great. Again nice whole shrimp, silky rice noodle sheets. Taste wise though, all pretty average. The chicken feet had something that I was not feeling, idk if It was like an old taste but i couldn't finish It. The other issue I have with the push carts is that if the restaurant isn't busy, the turn around on the carts is a lot slower. Resulting in not so hot food. So all of our dim sum, about 6 plates were luke warm at best. I feel like temperature can really make a difference. The inside of the dining area is not much to write home about. I can see It getting pretty crowded with just enough space to push carts in between tables. I also wasn't a fan of their chili oil. It had a roasted flavor that didn't pair well with the dim sum offerings. I'm glad we tried It but I think there's more to discover for dim sum in Las Vegas.

Ann Marie C.

Yelp
Excellent dim sum in the Spring Mountain area of LV. We went on a weekday for dim sum and they had carts. No wait when we got there but was a wait by the time we left. The only thing was they spoke very little English so if you don't know your dim sum, it's hard to ask questions. Service was fast and efficient!

Tom F.

Yelp
A good place for traditional Din Sum off the Strip in LV. One of the best in LV. Arrive at least 15 mins before opening if you want first seating. It's usually very busy here.

Joe Y.

Yelp
This is a great place for dim sum. Be prepared to wait a bit it's a super popular place. The service is like any dim sum place. Be sure not to have anything visible in your car as there are plenty of signs warning customers of car break ins.

Kris B.

Yelp
We ordered the half order roast duck and house special stir fried vermicelli noodles. The meal started with a very nice soup. The roast duck was very moist and juicy and the house special stir-fried vermicelli noodles were cooked perfectly. We cannot wait to try some other dishes.

Tamara N.

Yelp
Simply delicious!! If you're looking for a place to eat in the area, check out New Asian BBQ, a delicious & authentic dim sum restaurant - do not look further! There will probably be a wait when you go, but it goes by pretty fast since it is a pretty large restaurant. We had a group of 6 and waited maybe 10-15 minutes to get seated. Once you're in, someone will come up to you with the cart ASAP and you can get the ball rolling. I highly recommend the Shu Mai, Rice Noodle Roll, & Pork Ribs - but honestly, anything is good! I wish I had a second stomach to eat more when I was here! Overall, such a great experience and a must have for dim sum.

Jinny P.

Yelp
We came with family and our little baby here for dim sum as I saw some good reviews from social media. Especially I was here for the tofu dessert. The tofu dessert was good compared to what we have in LA. Other dim sum were good but not so special. We saw they have roasted duck and so decided to come again for dinner on the same day. We loved the roasted duck. Their rice is in the wood container which we felt it did keep the rice warm and fresh. The service is good and the waitress are nice. They also served free desert at the end of the meal. Overall we recommend this place.

Lisa N.

Yelp
This is my go to spot for dim sum. There's always a wait, but it's worth it. The service is quick once you are seated the food comes out quickly. Which is one of the perks of dim sum. If your favorite dim sum dish isn't on the cart, just ask one of the servers because they can get it for you. I would also recommend ordering the roast duck or crispy pork belly, it's always a hit. The food is always consistently good, fresh, and authentic which is why I will continue to come here.

Steph S.

Yelp
This place is pretty overrated. Cart hours are inconsistent. You can get better tasting food at other Chinese places nearby.

Carol K.

Yelp
Had their dim sum but husband really wanted to try their dinner menu. When we arrived, the place was nearly empty and as we entered was notified rather vigorously that 'no more dim sum only dinner'. We informed the zealous man that was what we wanted. So we where given a table. For the ordering I always defer to my husband. It's his favorite and I usually like his choices. So on the menu today for us was roast pork, roast duck, mapo tofu, and walnut shrimp. The roast pork was generous in pork to fat ratio, the skin was so crispy. It was served with two dipping sauces, a sweet one and hoisin sauce. Both excellent. Also had a pickled cabbage. The half of a roasted duck served with the same pickled cabbage salad. Was also generous in the meat with crispy skin and sweet sauce. Very good. Large portion and sure to have left overs unless you share with large party! The walnut shrimp was sort of a deviation from our usually sweet and sour shrimp. Always wanted to try it as a proper dish instead served from a Asian buffet that I have tried in the past. The shrimp were big and tender. Tossed in the mayonnaise dressing and the walnuts crispy and sweet. Served with a ring of steamed broccoli. And the last dish was the mapo tofu, served in a heated pot, sizzling and spicy, small bites of jalapeño, onion and tofu. Nice and spicy, warm and delicious. Overall a good meal, good service, we did have some leftovers for my husband to enjoy with his favorite college football team kick off! A must try for a good meal with family or friends!

Christina Y.

Yelp
Best dim sum and roasted pork in Las Vegas! This is such a fun experience since they are still old school and push the dim sum carts. They have all the traditional items and they all taste amazing. My absolute favorite though is the roasted pork, it's full of flavor and the skin is so crispy! If you are looking for a traditional Chinese meal run on over to this place!

Dee C.

Yelp
We waited 45 minutes to find here around 7:30pm. The place was packed as they had a wedding going on in the back. They ran out of chow fun and many other seafoods like shrimp. So we opted for the live goby fish, steamed option, roasted duck and pork, French styled filet mignon, and snow pea shoots with garlic. Our waitress was very nice and she threw in a free water crest soup for us. Our meal was delicious. The goby fish was $60 a pound and that fish was about 2 pounds. It was expensive but super tender and juicy. The roasted meats were nicely flavored and my daughter loved the gravy and poured it over her rice. The filet meignons were tender but the cubes were cut too big. If it was smaller, it would be more perfect. The veggie was fresh as well. Overall nice good for Cantonese food.

Wesley C.

Yelp
Went for lunch on a Saturday, as we wanted dim sum, and the place was busy., This is a great sign that the food was good. We were a large group of 10 and we didn't have to wait and was seated pretty quick. They had a great selection of dim sum. The push carts came quickly and the servers were great and attentive. Like most dim sum places, they are trying to push the food. The dim sum was tasty and fresh. The ambience is a little hectic and loud.

Johnathan Y.

Yelp
Spacious and relatively clean main dining room in the front with high ceilings. The dining room in the back has low/regular ceilings. Atmosphere was lively, noise level was not terrible (but I might just be used to it). Need to grab a number when you enter and wait to be called. Waited for 20 mins around 1:45 PM on Saturday on July 4th holiday weekend. Parking was limited and spots were on the smaller side. Food was decent, nothing to write home about for the most part. Roasted duck was good, roasted pork belly with crispy skin took a total of around 35 mins to arrive. Dim sum items were alright. Salt & pepper tofu was the star for the meal - well seasoned, hot, crispy, lightly fried + the little crunchy veggies the tofu sat upon tasted great too, surprisingly. Would skip the "wonton in chili sauce". Service was alright ... to the extent that I got any. There were staff who would only bus away/empty dishes, while there were only limited staff who can actually take order for specific items off the menu, and they were always busy elsewhere. Had to spend time trying to flag down someone to refill water + tea every time (made me extra careful to not choke and die in the meantime haha). And tbh, seemed like the staff were playing a game of "can I successfully pretend like I didn't see you after specifically making eye contact with you" lols. Anyway, for the quality of the food, decor, and service, normally would get 3 stars. However, for the price, have to knock it down to a 2. TL;DR - Will visit PPP @ Gold Coast or Tim Ho Wan @ Palms before returning here.

Kelly S.

Yelp
Got seated right away at 11:20 for 6 on a Saturday. The food was good, nothing special, but good enough to come back. We also got the Hong Kong style crab and it was good, but definitely a treat item at $90.

Vuoch. L.

Yelp
on Wednesday lunch hour 12:30 pm this place was busy . Make sure to put your name on the waiting list . Thankfully we didn't need to wait, for a party of 4 , we sat right away. The hostess did mention for bigger groups might have to wait a bit. Since we sat in the front dining area . I had full view of the BBQ station. When I walked in the racks were full of roasted duck & pork char siu . An hour into our dining experience there were only half of a duck left and 2 pieces of pork char siu . I noticed their BBQ roasted duck and pork char siu were a popular choice for many . For a weekday they were busy and the lines for the BBQ meats to go were quite popular. Seems like their roasted duck is good. ( definitely ordering roasted duck & pork char siu on my next visit). We came here for some dim sum , the elder Aunties pushing the dim sum carts were friendly and attentive. They came back a few more times and made a few suggestions of their favorite. They have quite an array of dim sum selections . Shu mai , scallops ha gow , chicken feet , pan fried chives dumplings, egg custard pastry & BBQ pork , beef short ribs , Chinese broccoli, chines steam dumplings were good. XLB didn't taste so good and had an uncooked dough texture in the middle . Steamed beef rice rolls had an off taste we didn't care for . Pork ribs missing the savory flavor Would come back here again to try other dishes from their menu .

Connie T.

Yelp
Very authentic flavors! Recommended by my coworker the night before and went in the morning with friends. We ordered table full of dim sum and price was very reasonable for four people. Bill came out to be a little shy from $100. Very busy place must go before 10am after 11am there will be a long line. Ambiance is like a typical Chinese dim sum place and they do push carts with their dim sum. Everything was very tasty and authentic. Dim sum is quality at this restaurant and it won't be the last we visit. My fiancé tried to find a dim sum in Orange County and we are unable find dim sum quality like this place.

Kat N.

Yelp
I really like this dim sum spot and try to come here whenever we're in vegas. Their chili oil is a bit different from what i'm use to but other than that it's a solid.

Juri C.

Yelp
[Above all, will I be back?] It was my first visit and New Asian BBQ immediately became my favorite Dim Sum spot in Vegas! Better than the ones on the strip. The general dim sims are delicious and authentic, I like the lively atmosphere (I felt like I was in Hong Kong somewhere). As a Vegas local, I will definitely be back even with my guests from out of the state. Highly recommended. 1. Food - Har Gow (Shrimp dumplings) Average but I'd order it again. - Pork Siu Mai Seasoning was perfect, I will order this again! - Ku Chai Kueh (Chive dumplings) It was pretty good, I will order this again. - Spicy wonton My favorite! Fell in love with it and I will order this over and over! Perfect cooking, seasoning and the sauce. If you like spicy food, this is a MUST! - Short Rib Tasted like Korean Galbi (soy sauce based marinated sweet and garlic) so i loved it! - Choeng Fun (Beef Rice Crepe) I didn't like the seasoning. I won't order this again. - Xia Long Bao Not that impressive because I am spoiled with Din Tai Fung! lol It was juicy but the seasoning was not enough. I won't order this again. - Egg Tart It was surprisingly good. Crunchy on the pastry part, soft egg without the egg smell. I liked it not too sweet. I will order this next time as well. - Egg plant It was good and hope it was more juicy. 2. Ambience It is a quite large place. The main hall has high ceiling. Casual, lively and busy so it will be loud during prime hours. Customers are mostly people use Chinese characters. The back room we were sitting was more intimate with low ceiling and closer table sitting. The Dim Sum cart were passing by me so close it almost spilt some water? or liquid on my bag lol 3. Service Most cart ladies don't speak English but you can point out what you want when the ladies show what they have on their carts lol Research the most popular dim sums beforehand. 4. Hygiene It is an old establishment and it was not squeaky clean but still okay status. 5. Price It was about $40ish per person including tips. 6. Location It is on the busiest "Spring Mountain Road" in Chinatown. The next door is Tiger sugar and Photo Thanh. 15 minutes from the Strip. 8. Parking The parking spots are limited and can be tricky for prime time. The parking became full around noon on Saturday. 9. ETC - There was a 20 minutes wait on Saturday lunch time. Be there early and get a ticket for your turn. You can wait outside the restaurant, they have a screen with your wait number and alarm sound. * If this review was helpful, please vote :) ** Let's get connected - Instagram @juxycat

Yelp
Best dimsum I've ever had. Quality was so good, and I've been to dimsum in Hong Kong, Orange County in California, and NYC. Almost all the dishes were super fresh and exquisitely made. Main downside is long lines, even on a Wed morning. We waited about 30min for a party of 8 on a Wed morning at 10:45am.

Will K.

Yelp
Food here is surprisingly good! They still got the dim sum on the carts and they make sure you get to see them like the good ol' days! Service is fast and prompt (you're ordering from a cart after all). Ambiance can be busy, lots of people come in so you'll need to take a number. We got in early so we were able to be seated right away. I think the best part of it was the chili crisp they give for free at the table. They put something in there I can't put my finger on (garam masala or something/msg?) that makes it very tasty. Never had it anywhere else but definitely worth it. Only downside is the parking outside. Limited spots and it looks like there have been some break ins.

Peggy C.

Yelp
We stopped by at 9:15 this evening, luckily we got sat and the servers took care of us since they close at 10pm. Once we sat down, we ordered a bunch of food and the food came within 5 minutes. Another reason why I'll be returning. We loved the fast and friendly service this place gave us. That's how you know this place is legit. Everywhere in asia, the food comes out quick. This places reminded me of home. Their salted egg fried shrimp is a must order. We will be back to try their dim sum!

Hoang N.

Yelp
Did a take out back to our hotel instead...definitely very good dim sum for Vegas. The mi xao don was probably one of the better tasting one I've had in awhile. The furry taro with meet filling was very tasty as well. Egg tart nice flaky crust and creamy custard filling. Definitely worth another visit for me

Yelp
Get ready to wait on the weekends for dim sum. It opens at 10am, we got there at 10:30am and had to wait 35mins for a table. Ppl are waiting every where - inside standing and all outsidsince there's lot a lot of seats inside to wait Parking is limiting even so be patient and drive safely. Now back to the good stuff! It's worth the wait as dim sum is great! Everything we picked from the cart or ordered came out piping hot and fresh so it's sooo good. Service was great and plenty of ppl around to ask for help or order certain things without waiting for the cart. We will definitely come back.

Yelp
Best Dim sum in Vegas hands down :) It may seem like the wait is long but they get people in and out quickly it pays to be patient. The food is authentic and delicious. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is typical busy. While you're waiting look at the menu online so you can order the ala carte that's not on dim sum carts.

Yelp
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I have been three times now and everything I have ordered is made freshly and perfectly. If you are a fan of Chinese BBQ, this is the place to be. I have tried all the hits: roasted duck, pork belly, salt and pepper(everything), plus I have tried noodle dishes, sauteed bok choy, dumplings. The filet mignon beef cubes are amazing, the tofu and sea bass claypot is amazing. The tea they serve you upon arrival is excellent quality. They have fountain drinks! The list goes on and on. Now that I have tried all of the Chinese BBQ basics, I am excited to go back and start trying more seafood, which is one of their specialties. I cannot recommend this place enough. I give it all the stars.

Yelp
Great dim sum in china town, they do the carts all day and the food is great. I highly recommend new Asian bbq for dim sum

Yelp
Pro tip: They open at 10:00am. Get there when they open to get a parking spot (parking lot is tight with limited spaces). The restaurant is large with tables for two up to large parties (12 or more). Everything we ordered was hot and flavorful. Aunties push carts of different dishes around the restaurant. Just point to what you want and they'll mark it on your order sheet. Pace yourself and don't eat with your eyes. You can also order off their menu. I especially like their chili sauce. Oh, their tea is free. Minimum credit card charge is $20.

Yelp
Probably my favorite dim sum place for not only taste but price and freshness. I'm surprised I never did a Yelp review before because this was our 4th visit. The service was better today as our water was refilled without asking, y'all know what I'm talking about! Everything we ordered was hot, fresh and delicious. The picture in the review is always our go to at any dim sum restaurant because if they do the basics well then everything else will be great also. Tried the salt & pepper shrimp and it did not disappoint! Freshly fried with just enough heat and salt

Yelp
I would 100% come back here for Dim Sum. Everything was super fresh, and delicious. The bbq pork buns were sweet and savory. The shumai was tender and perfectly steamed. The shrimp crepes had a good amount of soy sauce. I wish we would have saved room in our stomach for some sweet buns and egg tarts. Service was good. Half of the staff probably doesn't speak English but the main server will help you and get you what you need. The ambiance was bustling, with carts and full tables. 90% of the customers on a Tuesday lunch were Asians. The soup dumplings were 100% better than the more expensive places on the strip.

Yelp
Tourist review * Roasted duck in the window, linen round table for up to 10, cultural wall art, and tea... this is what I personally enjoy and look forward to for authentic Chinese food and environment. Food: They have an expansive menu of literal pages of dishes varying from noodles, rice, poultry, beef, seafood, and other unique dishes. Their duck, roasted pig, Chinese broccoli, and fried squid were delightful. We were a table of six and we also preferred crab soup and were given a serving of rice suitable for us. I cannot offer comparison to other asian spots but this is very family friendly if you happen to have a large group. The food did not take very long but it also was not very busy when we went on an evening. We even ordered food to go. Service: We were acknowledged and greeted and served kindly. There are no complaints here. Cost: Cost was reasonable and of course the higher priced dishes were available but we didn't get to explore those. Their food and portions were valid. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Chinese dine in experience. The tables are close to each other (mainly the larger round tables) but personally, this is a common trait in notable Chinese establishments. Maybe it is a coincidence or just the way it is but it is not enough to deter me from classic dishes. Give this a go!

Yelp
Best and most authentic Dim Sum here in Las Vegas. A bit pricey but worth every mouthful value. Tried a lot of restaurants here in the city including those at fancy casino restaurants but no one comes close to this new King. The service was quick and staff were very attentive and courteous. Morning breakfast Dim Sum for 2 came up to almost $80 but worth every penny. Will be back every weekend

Yelp
This is one of my favorite dim sum experience I've ever had! We got there 5 minutes before opening and a few minutes later it already got packed on a Sunday morning! The food came out very quick and all the dishes were delicious! I can't wait to go back once I'm in Vegas again!

Yelp
This review is strictly for their service. I don't care how good their food is. We came here for dim sum and everything was fine until the time we asked for the check. We asked one of the ladies, AMY, that was just standing there talking about absolutely nothing with another lady in Cantonese. Amy ignored us twice. Finally, we asked again and Amy just rudely yelled back in Cantonese that another guy would come later and get the check. At this point, I was so confused like WTF just happened? We're trying to pay here. She could've said "let me go get someone for you." She just continued her "important" conversation about nothing with another lady. We'll never come back to this establishment. Obviously these restaurant owners don't care about service. I would rather go eat at the worst dim sum place than coming back here. Hello, Yum Cha Cafe! You have gained a forever customer. I will refuse to spend money at New Asia!!!
