"Tucked off the NoMad Hotel lobby at Park MGM, this soaring library dining room shimmers with a backlit onyx bar and two floors of 25,000 books from David Rockefeller’s collection, but I’m here for the signature whole roasted chicken stuffed with foie gras, black truffle, and brioche. A towering shellfish platter and an American Wagyu prime rib with porcini and black‑garlic whipped potatoes make it hard to choose, and I never leave without the Milk & Honey dessert—creamy milk‑and‑honey ice cream over shards of brittle and shortbread." - Andrea Bennett

"Nomad Library is worth a visit to the Nomad Hotel inside the Park MGM for the movie set aesthetic alone—think Clue, but classier. You’ll suddenly want to start making literary references when you enter the dimly lit dining room, where two-story bookshelves are lined with more than 25,000 books from David Rockefeller’s personal collection. The food comes a close second. The light, puffy popovers and sharable, whole roasted chicken stuffed with foie gras, black truffles, and brioche makes us feel warm and fuzzy, like you’re home for the holidays even when it’s 106 degrees outside. Don’t forget to grab a handful of the colorful cotton candy presented to every table with the check as you eye your next novel." - emmy kasten, brant cox, andrew ryce

"Worth a visit for the aesthetic alone, NoMad Library Restaurant is all things dark academia in the best ways. Red banquettes are plush and cozy, seated in the shadow of bookshelves that span entire walls and loom above tables. The Vegas outpost of this New York stalwart is nearly theatrical in its design, grounded by a menu of New American dishes and light bites for pairing with cocktails. When seasonal Chilean sea bass is on the menu, it is tender and delicately seasoned with toothsome eggplant and fingerling potatoes. An 18-ounce cut of prime ribeye is made all the more flavorful with a silky smooth truffle béarnaide sauce and savory porcini mushrooms. But a casual visit over tempura sweet potato with stone fruit chutney with Dark and Stormy cocktails in the restaurant’s bar is just as memorable. —Janna Karel, editor, Eater Southern California/Southwest Must-try dish: The tableside flambeed Baked Alaska" - Matthew Kang

"The private dining room feels exactly that, inside the dim and velvet-wrapped space at the NoMad. The Salon can seat up the 30 people and has its own bar inside." - Emmy Kasten
