"Nomad Library is worth a visit to the Nomad Hotel inside the Park MGM for the movie set aesthetic alone—think Clue, but classier. You’ll suddenly want to start making literary references when you enter the dimly lit dining room, where two-story bookshelves are lined with more than 25,000 books from David Rockefeller’s personal collection. The food comes a close second. The light, puffy popovers and sharable, whole roasted chicken stuffed with foie gras, black truffles, and brioche makes us feel warm and fuzzy, like you’re home for the holidays even when it’s 106 degrees outside.
