Great little place with a shady spot to sit and eat. I ordered the BLT and it was excellent. Bread was nicely griddled and lots of bacon. Tomato was flavourful and arugula was well balanced with everything else. If you're nearby and need a bite this is your place.

Food was tasty! Fair prices and large portions. Love that you can get Merit coffee right next door too.

Parking is hit or miss (I was fortunate to pull up just as a car was leaving. Atmosphere is lovely, with Veracruz and Radio Coffee & Beer also in the area. I ordered the Texas Hash, and it took about 10min to make. In that time I stopped over at RBC for a cold press coffee (first time there too) The hash was fantastic: Barely set egg whites overtop firm russet, amazingly tender shredded pork shoulder, peppers, onions, and spiced house mayo. I'll definitely make this a stop next time I am in town.

My Steak and Egg sandwich was excellent, bit messy but Excellent! The Bacon Egg and Cheese was also great.

Had the boujee popcorn and loved it, guys working there are super friendly!!! Will be back They are open for dinner, google doesn’t have the correct hours posted, I asked the chef and he mentioned the correction has been submitted. GO FOR DINNER TOO!

Great, fresh, local. Amazing-really. You have to try it to understand. Very relaxing spot. Kind and attentive service. Thank you.

This place blew my mind a little, food was beyond delicious. We had the Texas hash and cinnamon toast, both amazing.
