Austin Brunch Restaurant Paperboy Is Opening on South Lamar | Eater Austin

"An Austin brunch restaurant is opening a second location in Zilker at the mixed-use development located at 1401 South Lamar Boulevard, targeted for early 2025. The new outpost will mirror the original daytime menu with items like pancakes, eggs, bowls, migas and toasts, and will pair that food program with beverages including coffee, espresso, tea, sparkling wines, cocktails and juices; it will also feature a takeout window. The space is being designed by Chioco Design and Kempt Studio. The brand began as a food truck in 2015 and expanded into a permanent restaurant in 2020 under Daybreak Hospitality led by founder Ryan Harms." - Nadia Chaudhury
