This Italian restaurant was BEAUTIFUL and pink! It is a but tight on the inside and I recommend to make a reservation since there isn’t much seating. The atmosphere is very sweet and cozy along with amazing staff! The food and drinks were very good, however, for the price we paid, I was expecting larger portions. Highly recommend the butternut heart shaped pasta! Great place to get drinks and take pics. Great music playing inside the restaurant too.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the food, but honestly we came here because the restaurant is pink. I really liked the atmosphere and decorations. The cacio e Pepe was pretty decent.

Second time dining at Pietro Nolita and just as impressed. Accommodating to dairy allergies. We are glad we chose to revisit this healthy Italian spot.

I was slightly underwhelmed by the food, but it wasn’t bad. I wanted more flavor. The noodles were really good and Al Dente. The cocktail was delicious. The pink lemonade slush was good, but REALLY sour. I think for what it was it’s slightly overpriced, however it’s still a cute restaurant to try and the service was amazing! The gentleman working (I assume maybe the owner) was polite and so accommodating and he really made us feel welcomed. Shoutout to him for really great service! We went on a Thursday evening and it wasn’t packed. The place is really quaint, but it’s so cute.

Cute pink theme place but very small restaurant. Came here in a Saturday night for dinner at 7pm and it was fairly empty but after a hour, the place was packed! Highly suggest getting reservations here, it’s so small there’s only maybe 10-15 tables all squished together and only a few seats at the bar. Food wise, it was pretty good! Top favorites were the Risotto Al Funghi & Tartufo, Rigatoni Alla Carbonara and Baby Kale Salad. The Heart Shaped Butternut Squash Ravioli was the least appetizing dish, not as flavorful and the ravioli pasta itself was a bit hard/under cooked.

I have been dying to visit and it did not disappoint! The owner was so kind and gracious to my friend and I and even allowed for a third friend to join us! It was all things pink, fabulous and fun! My heart shaped pasta was amazing, the service was intentional and welcoming, and we stayed until they closed. I cannot wait to go back!

I made reservations for my sisters Bachelorette/Birthday dinner and we were all so impressed! Beyond the food and amazingly pink atmosphere, it was the overall experience of the staff that made this place a WIN! The waitstaff are SUCH a fun vibe and totally made this dinner what it was. If and when we come back, we hope to mimic the same experience! Thank you for such a great, memorable time!!!

First thing first, food was very nice. It’s just the restaurant was very small and tight, tall people with long legs might not be able to sit with comfort. The heart shaped pasta was innovative but also very sweet, go with something else if you want your main to be savoury.

We had a great experience at Pietro Nolita. Everything was great, from the food to the service and the ambiance. The food was tasty, the pasta was perfectly cooked, saucy and came out fast. The bread is delicious. The price for the dishes are affordable. The drinks are delicious, every the virgin slushy. And the Tiramisu is superb. The service is excellent. The moment we came in, we had to wait a little for the table, but they greeted us with a glass of water. The phenomenal service continued throughout the entire night. The ambiance is charming, chic, and comfortable. It can get a little cold at times because of the draft in the winter, and people coming in and out, but it's temporary and the place is worth it. I recommend Pietro Nolita to anyone looking for good Italian food in the neighborhood. And especially to a girls night out.

I absolutely love Pietro Nolita! The all-pink aesthetic and ambient lighting make it such a fun, Instagram-worthy place to go. Normally, I find places like this sacrifice service or flavor for vibes but that's just not the case here. It's easy to miss but once you walk downstairs and step inside, the overall vibe inside is cozy and trendy with neon lights and retro booths, and you can see the appeal. The space is small and gets busy quickly, so I'd recommend planning ahead for a spot. The staff has always been super nice and accommodating both times I went, which made my experiences there even better. My favorites on the menu were the Spaghettoni Cacio & Pepe and the Chicken Peperonata Meatballs--both delicious and fresh. At one of the birthdays I attended there, the staff served sparkly Cosmopolitans and lemon drop shots, which were a great way to kick off the night. Highly recommend if you're in Manhattan and love a unique dining experience and house made pasta.

So the food is good, the service is good, the cocktails are good...but the vibe is great! Unique pink color everywhere makes this a great spot for Instagram or a birthday meal. We went here during a rainy Saturday afternoon and had a great time. Granted, no other diners with there during the first 30 minutes of our visit so the wait staff only had to cater to us, but they were great! The benches were cozy and everything stayed with the pink and white theme. The lighting was low and made for great pictures. The music was chill, light jazz and acoustic guitar. The bathrooms were clean and easy to get to. Overall, the atmosphere was the highlight of the visit. The pasta was house made and tasty, although you can find more delicious Italian food in the outer boroughs. It was just the right size and we didn't need an appetizer to feel full. Def recommend the Alfredo sauce and Italian bacon. One slight drawback was the price, which is high but....this is a trendy part of the city so most meals will cost $60-75 per person. For true pasta lovers, you can find better, but for a fun atmosphere and above average drinks/food, this place nails it.

This is the pinkest restaurant, I've ever been to. And I'm obsessed with the color pink! . This is in NOLITA (north of Little Italy) in NYC. It's healthy Italian food made from scratch. This bolognese was perfect. This will be in the rotation every time I visit my favorite city. Check it out. And yes, make reservations.

It was really cute inside! The food was good!! Rich and flavorful! It did need more salt though but they had homemade gf noodles and that was really good! Felt like real pasta! Cooked to perfection!

Anyway, picture this: I waltzed into Pietro Nolita, and it was like stumbling into a clandestine Italian treasure chest right smack in the heart of the Big Apple. The flavors that hit my taste buds had me contemplating throwing confetti and doing a full-on happy belly dance. I'm not kidding! First up, the Butternut Squash Ravioli. When the plate landed in front of me, I'll admit I didn't expect much--pretty pasta, right? Wrong! Each ravioli pillow was like it had been handcrafted by a squad of Italian grandmas. Stuffed with creamy butternut squash and swimming in sage butter sauce that could pass for liquid gold. If it were legal, I'd marry that pasta dish! Then came the Burrata Stagionale. Just when I thought my taste buds had peaked, this plate of lusciousness arrived. The burrata was like a fluffy cloud of deliciousness, and the seasonal toppings had my taste buds doing the cha-cha. Fresh, creamy, and oh-so-swoon-worthy. I haven't had a cheese experience this intense in a minute (I love cheese but it doesn't love me back). And don't get me started on those Chicken Meatballs! Holy cannoli, they were so tender they practically dissolved in my mouth. The marinara sauce felt like a secret family heirloom recipe, passed down through generations. I swear I heard the kitchen serenading "That's Amore" with every bite. But this night was more than just fantastic food. I had the privilege of dining with one of the marvelous @we_hungryaf food bloggers. Let me tell you, their food knowledge could rival a Michelin guide. We laughed, we devoured, and we took a blood oath of eternal pasta loyalty. And as if that weren't enough, brace yourselves, ladies and gents! I got interviewed by none other than the YouTube sensation @devmooreurl! Yep, you read that right. While dressed to the nines for Dave Chappelle's birthday comedy bash, I found myself in the limelight discussing my outfit in front of the camera. It was a night that felt like a whirlwind of pasta and stardom. In conclusion, Pietro Nolita is an Italian gem tucked away in the heart of NYC. The food, the company, and the unexpected fame all combined to make it a night I'll cherish forever. If you're hankering for an Italian experience that'll have your taste buds singing opera arias, look no further. Bravo, Pietro Nolita, bravo! Came in for dinner on a Saturday night around 8pm and the place was pretty empty. You definitely can't miss the place as it is very pink on the exterior and interior and it is also quite small so I would not recommend coming here with more than 4 people. We ordered the kale salad, squash ravioli and carbonara. Everything tastes great but I felt like my ravioli pasta was a little undercooked. I also felt that everything lacked a little salt. The service was great and the staff was friendly. Given the price, I'm not sure it would be worth it to come here again.

This place is SOOO cute! Perfect place to have a pink day or galentines date. Our waiter/bartender was amazing and comped us a drink since we had to move from a table to the bar. I was happy with my pasta and they also offer gluten free items which is a huge plus if you have celiac friends!

I would give this a 4.5 The restaurant is tiny, cute, and pink. I had a lychee martini (a special) and it was delish. For dinner we all shared the butternut ravioli, bolognese, and the carbonara. The ravioli and the bolognese were to die for but the carbonara was a bit off the mark for me. Our server was friendly and attentive. All in all this place was great and I would absolutely go back!

Don't miss Pietro Nolita! Adorable space (and great lighting for photos), friendly staff and kind owner, but most importantly: delicious food! There are a plethora of Italian restaurants in the city and Pietro Nolita makes it up to the top of the list. The Basil (!!!) Pesto pasta is a dream of goodness (as pesto should be, but usually falls short in restaurants) and all their salads are delightful. PSA: Their gluten free tagliatelle is made in house of rice. It tastes identically good as their wheat pasta. Truly a treat!

Food: Cacio e pepe - the noodles were hard and undercooked. My cousin told the waitress and had asked for it to be remade, she complied and apologized for the food. Another server came out with the newly remade pasta and explained how the first dish was cooked al dente in the authentic Italian way but we were pretty convinced it was undercooked. Bolognese - It had more meat than noodles but overall it was very rich and filling. Carbonara - small portion but the sauce was very creamy and had a decent amount of pancetta on top. Brussel sprouts - wasn't my fave dish of the night. Could be better. Ordered the nolitarita (which is their version of a margarita), it was delicious and came with a spiced salt rim. Both the interior and exterior of the restaurant is pink as f***. You can't miss it when walking down the street. Everything is pink, from the drinks to the tableware, even the bathroom is pink. The restaurant is smaller than you'd expect and it could definitely feel like you're sitting on top of each other with how small the tables are and how little the tables are spaced apart. The waitress/bartender was very welcoming and helpful when we were ordering. Food and drinks came out fast.

The waitress was disrespectful. She called me cheap when I didn't order appetizers but I ordered three entrees. I tipped her (even though she was rude!) The food was mediocre but the customer service was poor! The place is just pink nothing special. I would NOT recommend coming here!

The CUTEST hidden gem!! My friends and I stopped here a while back around brunch time for my friend's birthday for drinks and we were NOT disappointed! We loved the all pink vibe from the decor to the food to the drinks!! (Make sure to sneak a cute selfie in the all-pink bathroom too!) My friend got the pink pancakes and our waiter even brought it out with a candle for her! By the way, our waiter/bartender was AMAZING. He went above and beyond for us to make our time special and was so kind the whole time. Also our drinks were Very tasty! We got the sneak pink, nolarita, and surprise one from the bartender. We thoroughly enjoyed this cute little place and will definitely come back again!

10/10 experience alone! If you're a pink girlie, you're gonna love this place. EVERYTHING is pink! To the cream of your tiramisu. Food was good, we ordered the ravioli and cacio e pepe. I would say it's a little over priced and not my go to Italian spot but also I think most Italian restaurants are over priced and this will def be a spot I go back to or bring some friends in town for a good vibe! It is a small spot so I wouldn't bring more than 2-3 friends and it would probably be easiest just 2 people total. The staff was really nice, attentive and friendly! Helpful when ordering as well. Give this place a try!!

We made an online reservation, but upon arrival, the staff member informed us that they were closed. He refused to take responsibility for the error, which was allowing reservations despite not being open. At the very least, they could have called us, as the reservation had likely been in the system for a while. There was no apology, no accountability. The restaurant may appear welcoming, but the people running it seem indifferent and uncaring.

This is known as the all pink restaurant in little Italy. The food was okay, it was smaller portioned, but the coffee was good. I liked the interior and exterior of the restaurant. I found the service a bit slow and the food took quite a while to arrive.

The food was filled with flavor and the portion size was great for one person! the place was decked out in pink! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I came here to celebrate my best friends wedding & the details of pink were everywhere, which she loved!! I am very impressed with the service the waiter, Sergio provided. From the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we were leaving, Sergio was smiling and happy to serve. Sergio was very attentative and provided excellent service. if it were up to me, he DESERVES a raise! Bravo Sergio Gracias por todo!

If you are looking for great Italian food, look no further. Pietro Nolita is the place to go. It is a small restaurant, so I would recommend to book a reservation. The drinks were fabulous and the food was phenomenal. Everything is made in house and fresh. We ordered the focaccia with the ricotta, the cacio e Pepe, and the tagliatelle a la bolognese. I would highly recommend adding the burrata to the tagliatelle. I promise that it will not disappoint you! I can't forget to mention that the place is all pink and fabulous!

If you're looking for an all pink vibe, this is it. Food is decent, cocktails are strong, service is lovely. Did the cacio a Pepe with gf noodles and a side of chicken. I wouldn't say that it was a stand out dish, but it was equally flavorful as it was rich. A fun little restaurant for sure!

This place is so cute, and so vibrantly pink! The vibes were good, I came here for dinner during my bach weekend with a reservation for 6. We were sat promptly at a table but 6 felt like too much for the space. I wouldn't suggest more than 4 people. Service was fast and servers were so kind and friendly, but the food was a bit lackluster. The focaccia bread basket they gave us was a bit bland, it felt like it was missing a sauce. Others in my party enjoyed it though, so it may just be me. My cacio Pepe was pretty good, but nothing that was exemplary. If I were to redo my order I would have ordered it with burrata instead of the egg. I thought the egg would be soft boiled and runny to be honest but it was fried. Overall, I am giving it a 3 mostly because I was not completely wow'ed with the food and wouldn't come back to try more dishes for the price. You pay for the ambiance and aesthetic. I will say their cocktails probably would be worth it as they looked very unique on the menu, but we didn't get any since we had a lot of liquor at our hotel.

The owner is. Nice but a little weird when ppl try to take pictures. Food wasn't great and overpriced. They had a private event and rushed us one hour after dinning we were celebrating a kids bday and were rushed out. Terrible experience! Space is very tight.

Came by here for dinner on a Saturday night with a friend earlier this year. I had meant to come by for some time as I liked the all-pink theme here, but I think this establishment is one of those places that focuses on style far more than actual substance. I got their butternut squash ravioli, which while good, was pretty expensive, especially when considering how small their portions were. The service was a little curt also. I guess this is a good place if you're trying to snap some shots for your IG, but maybe not the best place to come by for a filling meal.

I made a reservation for 2 on a Friday night. If you do not show up/notify them at least a DAY in advance about a cancellation, you get charged $30. When we showed up, there was 1 other party there. Tables are spaced a foot apart, and the tables are small as well. The pink interior was cute, but nothing was particularly special about the decor. We sat down, and the servers were attentive throughout the night and was fast about taking our order. I noticed that my fork was really dirty - it looked used, so the server gave me another one...which was also dirty. I ended up taking another fork from a different table. We ordered the pesto and carbonara pasta ($21-22). The pasta came out in very small dishes. For the pesto pasta, there was a layer of olive oil on the bottom, and there was minimal tomato and string beans. The pesto flavor itself fell flat. For the carbonara pasta, while the pancetta was nicely fried, the sauce was separating, and it looked like it had been sitting in it for a while. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Prices were high for small portions and mediocre pasta. We also got charged $9 for a bottle of still water, which was unreasonable.

Definitely insta pic worthy! I came here with my fiancé for our anniversary, She loves pink so I figured I take her to an all pink restaurant. The Resturant have an outside dinning area but I didn't like it since it did not give me the pink ambiance I wanted. The restaurant is really REALLY small, there's one host and one bartender, both of them were so nice and attentive. Reservations must be made in order to dine however since they use a 3rd party to make reservations it isn't easy and it had a issue saving my card to schedule my dinner. ( Also there's a $35 cancellation fee that's applied to your card if RSVP-canceled ) They don't have a lot of option for food, but what we order was good. My fiancée had the salmon with roasted vegetables. I had the "PINK AS FUCK" pancakes with one egg ( I asked can my pancakes be flat, they told me that they come as is... so I think it's pre made and they just warm them up) and my egg literally had the oil on top, it was so grassy. We order 2 pink drinks both for $15 each Overall our bill came up to $90, this was just an experience to feel cute, but the food option and the price definitely make this restaurant a cute place for drinks only.

Hidden gem score! We dined here for my niece's 7th birthday due to the reputation we read online that it is "instagrammable" "pink" and perfect for girl time. It was all of the above; much smaller than we anticipated. We dined for Saturday brunch and my niece had pink pancakes, while I had the gluten free pesto pasta and her mom, the spaghetti. Each dish was beautiful and delicious. The pesto was full of haricot verts and tomatoes not to mention delicious and freshly made pesto. The portions were perfect We loved it. A little cheesy with the theme but it's fun and as good pasta as we have ever eaten. The service was also the best we have had anywhere. Perfect.

The food is definitely worth a visit. They have great selections and everything we ordered was delicious. We had a large party (14) and the restaurant holds about 20-25. Male bartender was great and everyone enjoyed their drinks. I must say, the service was subpar! Our main waitress or maybe she was a manager was so disengaged and had an attitude the entire time we were there! Really poor service and not good for business. We paid close to $2k and expected much better! I do hope Management reads this and addresses her accordingly.

Walking from Chinatown up to Glossier for my tween daughter, stopped here to rest my feet and grab a cocktail on the way. She ordered pesto rotini, and she said it was her fav meal in NYC. The other kids had lemonades. Wife and I ordered a pink colored gin drink with a sprig of rosemary in it, and wasn't disappointed. We sat outside in the plexiglass patio - my trip to the bathroom was rough cause I'm 6'3, 230, and have broad shoulders. Head touched the ceiling and I barely squeezed through the door haha, but the service was awesome and the "pink as fuck" had my daughter, who doesn't like pink, entranced. Great little spot

A cute little Italian place. You won't miss it, it's pink everywhere. It reminds me of a Barbie dreamhouse. It is quite small inside but they have seatings outside in a little greenhouse like place. Food was so good, my friends and I got a different things to try it all. Service was great as well.

I LOVE this restaurant- came for the pink ambience years ago and keep coming back for the pastas. Service is friendly and attentive, pastas are delicious, and the pink frozen margaritas are adorable. Will be back next time I'm in New York again.

Loved the menu selection but it was not a comfortable experience. Very cramped inside this basement establishment and on an 85 degree day they decided to have no AC running. There's a working fan in the corner that they didn't even turn on to get air circulating. What a rude way to treat your patrons. I can vouch for the fan working because only after setting up for a private event did they close the door and turn it on. Decor concept is cute but not worth a return visit.

An influencer's paradise, that unlike the angel wings in Nashville or rainbow row in Charleston, this restaurant offers style AND substance. We ordered the burata, Norwegian Benedict and the breakfast sandwich. The burata, with squash and pumpkin seeds, was unique and delicious. The Norwegian Benedict was my favorite, although the breakfast sandwich is also pretty good. I would come back with your girlfriend, it will make her happy. Note for straight guys: predominantly women in this location.

I never relish in leaving a less than stellar review. Unfortunately, my experience doesn't lend to much else. The cacio e pepe (pictured) was bland, which was very disappointing as it's a dish with a traditional, simple preparation. Literally, al dente noodles, cheese, a little pasta water, and fresh cracked pepper. This dish is delicious when ingredients are incorporated in the proper proportions and this sadly was not the case. My sister had the carbonara which was fine, not standout; and my parents had the Bolognese and Pomodoro, both which they enjoyed. The check took a very long time to come out and an even longer time to get back, adding to the disappointment of this experience. Fortunately, NYC has plenty Italian restaurants to sample so, I won't miss not visiting this one again on my next visit.

Amazing Service and beautiful little place for a girls night out!! We came in for dinner to celebrate our friend for her bachelorette and birthday weekend, the food was very good and fresh. Ciana and Demetri were so welcoming and upbeat throughout our whole dinner. We had the best time!! Thank you!!

This place is a vibe! Claudia took GREAT care of us & was very attentive. Loved moved her. Drinks were super tasty, food was extremely delicious & THE TIRAMISU HERE!!!!!!!! Not only its pink but its so so so delicious. Def one of my new favorite restaurants. I will definitely come back!

This place is a joke. We made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for an 8pm dinner. We show up and everything is full and are then asked to wait 15 mins. We were a bit irritated, but okay cool whatever. We waited nearly 30 mins and the guy says there's no tables and that it's not their fault because the owner doesn't know how to work the reservation system through Resy. I was honestly shocked at his response and lack of effort to accommodate us in any way. What owner doesn't know how to work their own reservation system and if that's the case then don't have one. We left starving and looked at tables of frustrated people with no food on our way out. Definitely proceed with caution and avoid if possible. It's honestly not worth it with so many other great, reliable options in the area.

Came here for lunch on a sunday and the place is pretty much empty (there is only 1 occupied table) - as I was about to take a photo of my friend, the waiter told us that we cannot take a picture using a "professional camera", so we said okay but I have a smaller camera, a point & shoot kind, obviously not "professional", is that okay? and he said he wasn't sure and told us that the owner is coming and we can just ask him if it's okay. Shortly after, the owner arrived, so we asked nicely if it's okay to take photos with our small point & shoot camera, this guy said absolutely not - and if we'd like, we can rent the place out. And then proceeded to give us a lecture on what is the purpose of a restaurant , that nobody wants to hear about! hahaha! Is he serious?? all this over asking for permission to take photos. haha! Now let's get to the food - they were all BAD. The pancake that my friend ordered was soggy and tasteless. The omelette that I ordered was barely warm and when I asked for ketchup, they don't have! when I asked for hot sauce, they don't have! (I mean what kind of kitchen do they have?) hahaha! Especially considering the price that they charge for the food. It is definitely NOT WORTH IT! Also, all the tables and chairs are cramped, you can barely move once you're seated down. The decor is the ONLY thing they have have going on in this place, and they won't even let you take pictures. haha! The waiter was polite enough but the owner was arrogant and obnoxious. Do yourself a favor, don't go here. if you want a photo with all the pink stuff, just take a photo from the outside. You're welcome!

What an adorable, unique spot! Step into this pink restaurant for some great service and food. The Burrata appetizer was amazing - i will be going back for that! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The star of the show was the Butternut Squash Heart Ravioli, highly recommend! A little pricey, but a great date spot!

Must love pink. This Tiny Tim of a restaurant is covered from head to toe in pink. If they don't have reservations available it is probably because this spot is quaint and only has maybe 6 tables. The cocktails and service was lovely and run by one chef and one bartender/server. The pasta wasn't out of the world but the experience was special. Pro Tip: buy the pink as F tshirt!

Accidentally encountered Pietro Nolita one day while walking around the area and decided to check them out for dinner! We ordered a drink, Rosa, and it was so good! We got the Polpettine and Fusilli al Limone to share and both were good dishes. The portions were a bit small for the price, but can't complain. The indoor seating area is pretty small and the bathroom is like hidden in a small space all the way in the back. I think it was a good experience to check out the little cute pink restaurant that I saw all over social media, but probably wouldn't be coming back again. Outdoor seating sounds like a good option too if you don't want to be inside. You can make a reservation to save waiting time. We did have to wait for quite a bit.

So I went here two times in a two week span. The first time was the day before Valentines and the second time was the week after on a Friday afternoon. The first time I made reservations they couldn't find it in their system despite me showing them the reservation in my phone and my guest got impatient and left so I did as well as they said they were about to close but if I "hurry up and order they would accommodate". I don't give up that way when I want to try something new so I popped in again the following week for an earlier slot this time and also with my teens in tow. I wanted to try it because it's all pink. Put a full hand over my face and push me backwards bc what was I thinking??? This is so close to little Italy that I must be honest and say that classic Italian food is better than this and if you really like classic Italian food you're not going to like this. Sorry sad face. But let's get into it. 1- the Decor is cute 5/5 2- the drink was very small for the price and the slush was NOT slushing despite the bartender/server/hostess who was great btw saying that it's not ready give it a few and he will bring the drink. I said cool but still got liquid. It was a Friday afternoon I was looking for a boom bang and I got a little fizzle. 2/5 3. The amount of Burrata on top of the spaghetti was too much for my liking but my son said the said and portions we're great and his tastebuds are not mature enough for me to consider his opinion valid because that was too much Burrata or ricotta 3/5 4. I didn't have the pancakes because idk it didn't scream Italian food to me but they were pretty and my daughter ate some 4/5 5. The butternut squash ravioli was not soft it was like Al dente and the sauce was lackluster. 1/5 Yeah that about sums it up. It's semi hard to get a reservation and I do not know why. Maybe the hype idk.

A true must-visit in the city is Pietro Nolita! There are many attractions nearby, a pleasant ambience, and a great cool location for this place. Both the meal and the service are outstanding. The staff is really attentive and accommodating. The cocktails were fantastic, and don't overlook the tiramisu! Since the food's ingredients are all from Italy, it inherently tastes better. Can't wait to return, many thanks for your hospitality! ps. This is the place to be if you adore the color PINK.

We came here recently for dinner as a group of 10, and we all loved this place! We were here for a Barbie/pink themed bachelorette, so of course an ultra-pink restaurant was a must. After a few minutes, there were no other diners in the restaurant, so we basically had the (small) space to ourselves. The server and bartender (didn't catch their names) were so much fun and great hosts for the night! They played fun music for our group and joked around with us. One of our friends was pregnant and couldn't join in on the fun pink cocktails, but then the bartender brought over a super pretty pink mocktail for her! It was so sweet of him! The food was also so good, with freshly baked focaccia to start and amazing pasta. Our one friend is gluten free (which is one of the reasons we came here; they have GF pasta!) and she said hers was really tasty! 10/10 would recommend eating here!

Located in the Nolita neighborhood of NYC, Pietro Nolita serves up incredible (and beautiful) Italian food, in an all things pink restaurant. The pink vibes were perfect, but I can't say enough about how delicious the food was. We tried the Pink as F*** Pancakes (who doesn't love pink pancakes!), the pink heart shaped butternut squash ravioli (such amazing flavor), and the focaccia with whipped ricotta. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out if you're in the neighborhood (or even if you're not in the neighborhood, it's worth stopping in). Service was great and super quick.

Pietro Nolita is a girls dream restaurant. There are no better words to describe a place that you can come to and just be the inner girly girl, you have always loved to be! I visited Pietro Nolita for dinner with two friends whom I have not seen in awhile, for Friday night dinner. It is located in the heart of Soho and a short walk from the subway. You cannot miss the overtly pink decor. Upon arriving, I noticed they are offering outdoor and indoor seating. We opted for indoor seating. It is a very small, cozy space however, the decor makes it feel grand. The walls are adorned in light pink and decorated with mirrors and other quirky girly decor. It screams of something you would expect in the Clueless movie or a 1980s Brat Pack flick. There is also a small bar that you can sit at. As soon as our party was complete, we were seated. The menu features homemade Italian dishes and specialty cocktails. For drinks, I had the violetta. Very refreshing drink that features lavender and elderflower with hints of honey and lemon. Also very posh and girly in presentation (put that pinky up girl!) In terms of food, we started with different appetizers which we sampled amongst each other. They included: chicken meatballs, broccolini, and the homemade foccacia bread with ricotta cheese. I did not try the broccolini, but the chicken meatballs were delicious. The meatballs were were juicy and seasoned mildly, then toped with a rich tasting tomato sauce and some grated parmesan cheese. Yum! I had the homemade foccacia bread which I loved! The bread was soft and fluffy but the star, was the ricotta cheese. I don't know if it was homemade, but it definietly did'nt take like store bought ricotta cheese. It was slightly lighter in texture with a hint of creaminess. I wished I had gotten a second round but I did'nt want to ruin my appetite. It is a good starter though since it is light fare. For my entree, I had the rigatoni alla carbonara. Just a disclaimer, I have never had authentic carbonara before. I'll be honest, I only know about carbonara because I saw it in the Sims game lol. I tried to make it once and it was a weird disaster. So, when I saw it on the menu, I immediatly went for it. Two words - great choice. Their carbonara was made fresh with pancetta, another food; I've never had. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was creamy. It could've used a little more seasoning, perhaps a little more salt, pepper, and oregano. But otherwise, it was well executed. My friends enjoyed their meals (no sampling on my part) - Tagliatelle alla bolognese and spaghettoni al pomodoro. They said they enjoyed them. The menu itself is a highly focused on Italian cuisine however, they do offer some standard/familiar American dishes like roasted Salmon and beef burgers. Pricing is also very reasonable with most entrees costing 19-$25. Appetizers slightly lower in the teens. Portions sizes were decent but filing for me. May not be a lot for others. Above all, the staff are very friendly, attentive, and personable. Everyone treated us more like friends than customers. I enjoyed that and felt like I had been there many times before. I will definitely be returning and I recommend anyone to visit Pietro Nolita. Its a great place to catch up with a small group of friends over brunch or dinner. Again, its a very small, quaint space but it has charm. It might be a good space to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion, if you have a small group.

The food and service was great. Tiny place with great character. Perfect for a girls night with crafty cocktails.

Food: 2 bowls of bolognese and 2 bowls of pesto. 4 omelets, 4 pancakes, bread and drinks all to share in a group for a grand ($1000). You tell me if that sounds worth it ;) extremely simple flavors, and there was a bread fee along with a cake cutting fee because it's SO laborious. Service: The servers did the bare minimum, and from what I hear, did in-fact complain about cutting the cake, lol. Ambiance: I think my favorite part was where the owner allegedly requested that the AC remain off, so luckily we were able to cook alongside the food. If you enjoy eating in a literal basement, this place is for you! But, at least it's pink and sloppy :) My chair also lacked a backrest, but at least it was pink...
