11 Great Restaurants Hiding In Random Places - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Other folks can wander the Carniceria Los Pinos and Taqueria shopping for vegetables and flour, but we're walking into this Roswell Road market and heading straight to Pizza By Yandy’s. While Yandy’s also has fantastic, thin NY-style slices, the amazing Detroit-style pie should be your order. They're airy and crispy, with a great sourdough taste. They sell out fast, so call ahead to make sure the Detroit pizza is available." - jacinta howard, juli horsford, nina reeder

Pizza By Yandy's - Review - Sandy Springs - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Pizza By Yandy’s hides inside Carniceria Los Pinos and Taqueria, a small market on Roswell Road. It’s not a flashy setup—it’s a grocery store with a pizza counter—but this is where you’ll find NY-style slices and great Detroit-style pies that fill the square-sliced void left after Nina & Rafi closed. And you're really here for those Detroit pies with a 48-hour-proofed dough that bakes up with a perfect crisp edge and airy chew. The wonderfully thick pan pizzas layer sweet-tangy red sauce over your choice of topping (we like the pepperoni). Just call ahead since their Detroit pies aren’t always available. But if you miss out, the NY-style slices are good enough to stick around for after you’re done shopping for cornbread mix. photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman Pause Unmute Food Rundown Detroit Pan Pizza This is a must-order. The crust shatters at the edges, and it’s soft and airy in the middle. The red sauce is zesty and just thick enough to make it worthy of this great crust. PlayMute Yandy’s Specialty Pizza Yes, the Detroit-style pizza here is excellent, but the NY-style pizza is terrific too. You can order by the slice or as a whole pie. Our favorite is this specialty combo. It’s so loaded with toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños that you’ll need two hands to wrangle a bite. Calzone Soft, pillowy packed with melty cheese. Simple and worth it. photo credit: Sarah Newman We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Jacinta Howard

You can build your own pies or go with specialty ones like Buffalo or barbecue chicken pizza, hot honey with charred pepperoni, or get pizza by the slice for $3.50. Also, try the meatball sub, cheesy bread, and wings. Eater Atlanta contributor Michael Tran reports, “They don’t take shortcuts and respect the dedication needed to make a proper pie. So good we had them twice! Seriously, we loved Pizza by Yandys so much that we ordered it two days in a row when we first tried it! The first day we went on a Friday. Fortunately, the place wasn't too busy, so we were able to place our order right away. It took about 15-20 minutes for our pizza to be made since they prepare everything to order. There are tables and chairs inside, so we were able to have a seat while we waited. This pizza place is nestled inside a Mexican store, with a Mexican restaurant on one side and the pizza shop on the other. During our first visit, we tried a half white pizza with sausage and half honey hot char pepperoni pizza. Both pizzas were delicious, but we slightly favored the honey hot more. The pizza is reminiscent of New York-style: it has a thin, foldable crust, large slices, and fair prices. The customer service was pleasant and efficient, and our pizza arrived hot and fresh. My husband enjoyed it so much that he wanted to get a box of the honey hot pizza for dinner the next day. We still enjoyed it, as we did the day before. If you're looking to try a new pizza place in Georgia, be sure to check them out! You won't regret it!

I’ve been here twice in about a month. After doing some reading I was eager to try this place. Love the atmosphere of finding a small pizza joint within a Hispanic grocery store. First trip- Meat lovers NY style & pepperoni hot char Detroit style. Second trip was a veggie NY and pepperoni hot char due to being out of Detroit. Hard to find good Detroit style and NY style in this city…I cannot stress enough how much this team nailed it for BOTH. NY stole the show for me, but I still loved the Detroit. This was only because a friend had recently baked some Detroit style for me. I’m ruined. As a pizza guy, It’s hard to eat pizza anywhere else now…even my own. I’ll always be willing to make the trip from Cumming. I should have tried to buy some dough to take home. Great place. Worth the hype. Forever a customer.

Google
I follow several foodie and pizza review accounts and I saw this one reviewed by Atlanta Eats. Let me just say it is likely the best pizza Ive had in Atlanta. The hot honey pepperoni was amazing! It is located inside a Hispanic grocery store so you may drive right by if you aren’t careful. Don’t do that though or you’ll miss a real dining experience! They were very busy and still got my pies out in 15 mins.. don’t miss this one.

Eater Atlanta published The Best Pizza Place in Atlanta May Be Hidden Inside a Mexican Grocery Store. We read the writeup on Pizza by Yandys, reviewed the menu, and investigated in-person at lunch. We ordered a slice of Detroit style cheese, a meat lovers stromboli, and two Diet Cokes. We split the slice, while waiting on the stromboli. The Detroit style slice had an airy crust with crispy, caramelized cheese edges and a daub of sauce on top. During the early lunch rush, our stromboli was forgotten. However, as soon as we inquired the owner/chef got right on it. When it arrived, we split the stromboli stuffed with mozzarella, bacon, ground beef, ham, pepperoni, and sausage and it was amazing. A lot of pizza joints offer calzones, but a good stromboli is more of a unique menu offering. For our extended wait, we were allowed to keep a supreme stromboli the kitchen made in error just prior to firing the meat lovers we ordered. We set the supreme aside for lunch tomorrow. Despite the wait, lunch was delicious and we plan to return.

This was pretty delicious pizza. Crispy crust. Good ingredients. They were out of the Detroit pizza but I tried the white and hot honey pepperoni and both were excellent! Recommend take away but there is a little cafeteria style seating area.

I kept hearing how great this pizza place was, so we finally gave it a try—twice in less than two weeks! 😂 On our first visit, we ordered a plain cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Both were absolutely delicious—authentic New York-style, just as promised. We enjoyed it so much that we came back again not long after. During our second visit, we ordered two pizzas again, but this time the wait felt unusually long. The staff was very apologetic and kindly threw in some garlic rolls to make up for it. Totally worth the wait—the pizzas came out piping hot and just as tasty as the first time. This round, we tried the Margherita and another pepperoni—both excellent. We live within walking distance, and we’re thrilled to have such fantastic pizza so close by. No doubt we’ll be back again soon! Update: We tried the Detroit pizza and- delicious. The crispy cheesy crust was irresistible. We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese. I don't eat pepperoni butthe ones that did both said that it could have used more cheese on top but other than that- we'll be ordering this again!

I’ve been hearing awesome things about this place and I finally got the chance to try it. This is quite possibly the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. All of the ingredients tasted delicious and the crust was the PERFECT amount of crispy. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming which made it even more special. I also love that it feels super quaint and tucked away. I can’t wait to come back!

Google
We got takeout from Pizza by Yandy’s and tried the Pizza a’la Vodka and the Hot Honey Char Pepperoni—both were so good. We called in the order and it was ready in 15 minutes, which was perfect. Just checked the website to double check the pizza names and noticed you can order online now too. When we got there, there was a little line but the pizzas were hot and ready. You can also get it by the slice, which is nice to know. The crust was perfectly crispy—like, didn’t even have to ask for extra crispy, they just knew. Held up all the toppings without flopping. They get me. Definitely going back.

Yelp
Yes, the GPS will lead to a grocery store. Yes, the pizza spot will have a line. Their style pizza is New York style, and it's very close to what can get there. The pizza was thin and foldable, but the crust was rather hard. Not quite the same, but close enough. I think the owners were from New York. And so their style of pizza is similar. Primavera: This pizza reminds me of a Hawaiian variation. It was the ham and bacon with the yellow corn. Oh. Also can't forget the green peppers that was also a part of this pizza. The corn was really interesting. The group thought this was a second fav. I like simple pizzas, and so I think I like this one the most. But out of all the three pizzas, nothing really made me go wow. Supreme: I guess the zesty sauce gives it a little twist in flavor. The other ingredients were so so to make up this supreme pizza: mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Nothing super special about the ingredients. A pretty typical supreme pizza experience imo. Yandy's special: The sliced jalapenos were unique and was a fan fav within the group. The zesty sauce shows up again on this pizza. Then the mozzarella, pepperoni, ground beef, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes make up the rest. A pretty well rounded pizza that the group liked. There were 5 of us sharing 3 medium pizzas. Each can have 3 to 4 pieces which everyone seemed to be content afterwards.

Yelp
I understand why this place is popular. There was a massive line inside this grocery store. I almost felt bad for the taco place on the other side because they got 0 customers when we where here. We got three medium pizza's to share between 5 people. It was more than enough. We all had 3 slices each. I had a 4th and it was a little too much and I needed a nap right afterwards. The Yandy's special was the best. I guess I just really like jalapenos on my pizza. The flavors were balanced. Our 2nd pizza choice was unique. It had corn on it. I don't recall if I've had corn on a pizza before but it was good. The supreme pizza is exactly what you expect from a supreme pizza. It's kind of boring as far as topping wise. Then again, I typically don't go to a pizza place and just order cheese or pepperoni only. All the pizza's where floppy and wet. It's NY style except it was missing a strong crust. The crust is meh. It's stiff and I had to stop eating it after the 2nd slice. The pizza spot is inside the Panderia and very casual atmosphere. It did take a good 30 min to get our food but it was worth it. Would I come here again? Yes The other two pizzas were great but I would not get the supreme pizza again.

Yelp
The pizza was good, enjoyed the crust would have liked more cheese both the margarita and BCP needed more cheese on it IMO. The chicken on the buffalo chicken pizza was bit chewy not sure if it was from a can or made fresh. Tasted more like it was from a can. Would have been a bit better if it came with blu cheese dip or crumbles on the pizza 3star on this. Delivered from Slicelife delivery service. Communication could have been better on delivery time but it came pretty quickly. Overall 4 star decent pizza for delivery. I wouldn't order the BCP again but would give them another opportunity with a basic cheese to see how it would be.

Yelp
This restaurant is located inside of a small grocery store. I saw this place on TikTok and had to try it. I called in my order for a honey pepperoni pizza. The pizza was ready when I arrived. The staff were friendly. The pizza was very good. This restaurant is located in a small plaza. Highly recommend

Yelp
Frickin' amazing. Feels like there's some gatekeeping going on to finally make my way to this place. This little hidden counter tucked away inside of Carniceria Los Pinos is turning out pies you're gonna keep coming back for. The 48‑hour crust slaps. It's right at that sweet spot between crispy edge and chewy bite. I had the specialty... and it (imo) is the real gem. It's the perfect balance of heat and savory riding on top of that crazy good crust.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
Heard about this place and had to give the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza a try. Also got a cheese pizza; both extra crispy. Very solid pizza!!! What a hidden jewel Some food court seating but probably just as many get take out. Staff was friendly, wait was reasonable.

Yelp
Definitely meets up to the hype . As a native of NJ good pizza and good bagels are really hard to come by in certain areas of Georgia . It's located inside the Cerniceria on your right . They also have a good about of seating if you want to eat there . I preordered my pizza via the slice app. One thing I must say I appreciated is I received a text telling me that it would be ready at 12:15 and maybe a few minutes later a follow up text letting me know it was very busy so it would be ready till closer to 12:30 which I wish restaurants would do it's so annoying when you arrive and have to wait because it's so busy. Sure enough by the time I got there my pizza was ready with the side of ranch I requested. I took the time to walk around the Cerniceria they have fresh produce and what appears to be really great cuts of meat like going to a butcher in the back so definitely take the moment to shop if you can . I think my only issue with the pizza I ordered which was the Hot Honey Char Pepperoni Pizza was that the hot honey was more a mild honey and more honey than heat which sweetened the pizza a bit too much especially with the whipped ricotta it kinda gives it a cannoli filling flavor which is slightly too sweet for my liking but still very excellent pizza. Will definitely return to try more

Yelp
Pizza by Yandis is tucked inside Carnicería Los Pinos in Sandy Springs, and it's absolutely worth the stop. I came specifically for their hot honey pepperoni pizza, and it was hands down one of the best I've had. The crust is light and crunchy with that perfect bite. The hot honey brings just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming, and the ricotta balances it out with a creamy finish. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection--crispy edges, flavorful, and plenty of it. The staff here is great--friendly and welcoming. While I sat and ate, I noticed how they knew their regulars, asking about their families and catching up. You can tell they care about their customers. Parking is easy since it's part of the carnicería, and as a bonus, there's a panadería inside if you want fresh bread or sweets after your pizza. Overall: incredible pizza, friendly service, and definitely a new favorite stop for me when I'm in the area. Highly recommend.
google avatar

David D.

Yelp
Since my first visit, I've been back twice. Tried the deep dish Detroit style pepperoni this time. Very good but their New York style remains my favorite. Don't go there for the ambiance. You go there for the pizza and that's worth the trip.

Yelp
I've been missing out!! Kept reading about this place and finally went. The place was packed, and I was prepared for the wait- it was worth every second!! Pizza is delicious and crust is perfectly made and not greasy! We also got a meat-lover's one but gifted it before I could get a picture. That one looked amazing as well. Definitely a "must-try" for any pizza lover
google avatar

Yelp
Yandy's pizza is the best! Family run business and you can tell the pizzas are made with love. The crust is delicious and the specialty pizzas are excellent. I normally order the veggie with white sauce, but today I chose the vodka pie. Fresh tomato sauce and fresh basil! So good! Just remember the restaurant is tucked in the corner of a Mexican grocery so it can be hard to find. There is a small seating area if you want to dine in, but it's not fancy. Just great pizza served by a friendly family!

Lonette L.

Yelp
I called and immediately got put on hold I probably should have took it as a sign to try somewhere else when they never picked the phone back up and forgot that I was holding but instead I was hungry and understanding so I called back to order... This pizza is like a flat bread with stuff just on it... I was extremely disappointed... and left with the craving of good authentic pizza! The location is also a bit confusing because they're inside of a local random grocery store you won't know unless you call and ask them where they are
google avatar

J R.

Yelp
The reason I'm giving this a low score is because I went here today for lunch and the Detroit style pizza and cheese bread wasn't available. Why advertise any pizza your way, when every pizza we asked about they didn't have or couldn't make. That was a little disappointing. We weren't accommodated at all so that's why I gave this review.
google avatar

D.F. C.

Yelp
This was our second visit. We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza. Pizza was very good, but I wish it had a little bit more ricotta (as it does in the pictures on the menu). We went at a slightly off time, and we got our pizza quickly (as opposed to the last time where we had to wait a long time for the calzones we ordered).
google avatar

Christopher R.

Yelp
Small pizza ,not sure why pizza is 20 dollars for a small but I'll take it ..the location threw me off because it was in a Spanish store ...
google avatar

G A.

Yelp
Great pizza by the slice. I tried their honey pepperoni and very good flavor. However, I'll stick to my ole reliable, regular pepperoni. Great crispy thin and delicious crust, similar to NYC pizza.
google avatar

Denise K.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem, tucked inside a Carnecia. Hole in a wall is not a bad connotation. Everything is in to go boxes, but there are about 10 tables where you can sit down and enjoy. Sauce - very vibrant and fresh tasting. Not overly sweet, and not overpowering with unnecessary herbs, just the right balance. Crust is very light, yet the right amount of crunch. We got the margherita and added pepperoni- delicious. I wish we got a larger order, so we could take the leftovers home.
google avatar

Nessa J.

Yelp
Carnecia has a delicious mexican food stand and a delicious pizza food stand. As for the Yandys, this guy will be on tv for the city of atlanta for this pizza. The crust is everything I needed in an "east coast" pizza, that foldable crunch, topped with a very good marinara and gooey cheeses. Ambiance and service are communal and friendly! Many people from all backgrounds sharing in the love of good food!

Cherie L.

Yelp
This little gem is located in a Mexican food market. When in the Sandy Springs area, this is my go to spot for hot, flavorful pizza. I always get the Hot Honey Char Pepperoni Pizza. It's AMAZING! The flavors all come together perfectly! The undercarriage of the pizza reminds me of pizza back home in NJ. The service is always friendly! Must Try!!!! 5 stars!!!

Meredith P.

Yelp
Love this spot. Super service. We got lucky and there was no line. Foldable pizza, hot, flavorful, good price. Even though we asked for it to go, we ate in the parking lot to take full advantage of hot and now. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Brandi G.

Yelp
After seeing the great reviews I decided to give Yandy's a try. It was very busy which is a good sign for me and further increased my anticipation. I only wanted 2 slices but slices were not available so I ordered a small supreme. The wait was more than 30 minutes which I didn't mind for good pizza. While my crust edges were perfectly crispy the rest of the dough was soggy. A little seasoning on the dough and/or toppings would have gone a long way. This was better than the chain restaurants but I can't say it's NY pizza. I would go back and try it again.
google avatar

Joshua S.

Yelp
Pizza was amazing. Antico and Glide better watch out for this one. I'll be back ASAP!
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
Crust: 10/10. Sauce: 7/10 - very tomato-y, not much acid. Cheese: 5/10 - it was like cheese from a frozen pizza, maybe a mix of cheeses on a Margherita pizza. If this place ups their cheese game I might be a regular. It was decent but it was not an oh my God we solved the pizza problem in Atlanta moment.
google avatar

Heather M.

Yelp
Nuff said! Outstanding pizza, outstanding service. The reheat in the air fryer is the best part.
google avatar

Gary A.

Yelp
We were searching for pizza and saw the reviews for Yandys so we headed over, at first confused as to the location because we didn't realize it was inside a Latino market. Once we received our pizza we had no doubts about it! It was amazing, so amazing that we had to order another! The next time we are in the area we will definitely be back.
google avatar

Bobby S.

Yelp
After three visits over the period of a couple weeks, bumping this up to 5. This is hands down the best Detroit style slice to get in the city. I had the opportunity to try a fresh out of the oven slice after opening on a Saturday, and I had two options: 1) cheese - the fresh, crispy crackly charred cheese ends, no added shredded mozzarella on top, and again the simple tomato sauce and basil on top shout high quality ingredients. But again the dough is stellar and truly the star of the show 2) hot honey and crispy cuppy pepperoni - I take back what I said about quality ingredients. I don't know if this is always an option, but the cuppy pepperoni had just the right char, the ricotta rich and the hot honey knocked it out of the park. Yep, this is the slice to get.

Roger M S.

Yelp
Best Pizza in Atlanta! Located in a Mexican Grocery Store near the front of the store is the pizza baking area. The Pizza area has some tables. Ordering is at the counter. Thin pizzas and thick Detroit style pizzas. Calzones and Stromboli's are available.

Mi M.

Yelp
Yandy's is a pizza counter inside a Sandy Springs carniceria. It is one of several deli/take-out stations located in a corner of the store. Between the pizza and and taqueria stations, there is a small section of tables and chairs, like a mini food court inside the grocery store. It's not a fancy set up, but sometimes the best food comes from modest surroundings. The guys taking orders and making pizza were very pleasant and accommodating. From taking the order to calling us to pick up the fresh pizzas was under 20 minutes. The star of the show is the pizza. They serve thick or thin crust options; my SO and I ordered one of each so we'd have plenty of leftovers to take home. Both pizzas were gorgeous! The toppings were plentiful, and the pizzas were cooked to golden, melty, slightly charred perfection. If I ate only with my eyes I'd be here every day. My issue with Yandy's is that these beautiful visual presentations didn't even remotely taste like pizza. Even sub-par places like Dominos and Papa John use Italian seasonings, like oregano, but the Yandy's pizzas were incredibly bland. There was an option for a "hot honey" ingredient, which might have livened things up, but just the idea of honey on pizza is repulsive to me, and still wouldn't meet the basic Italian seasoning requirements. We took home the leftovers but, for the first time in our lives, threw out leftover pizza. As a NJ native, with loads of Italian and Italian-American friends and relations, as well as a lifetime of pizza eating experience, Yandy's was a disappointment, made more so by the appearance of perfection and let down by reality of flavorless mediocrity.

Thomas S.

Yelp
Excellent, New York style pizza, and great customer service! Now that that's out of the way, let's talk about the Detroit style. Hands-down my favorite Detroit style pizza I've ever had! It's perfect if you like Detroit style pizza. This place is a hidden gem, make sure to try them out!

Peter H.

Yelp
Best Pizza in the Sandy Springs area! You will be surprised by the quality and taste!

G S.

Yelp
I ordered the 14" Supreme. It was perfect pizza... great sauce, toppings and crust. It was ready as soon as I walked in the door. Friendly neighborhood service and vibes.

Yelp
Pizza by Yandys is located inside of the Mexican supermarket, Carniceria Los Pinos. Yandy takes tremendous pride and his pizza and will welcome you with a warm smile. Yandy's is a great addition to the Sandy Springs area especially if you are looking for pizza by the slice. The pizza was fantastic, particularly the Detroit slice.

Scott D.

Yelp
I had a cheese slice and a Detroit slice. Both were great but the Detroit slice was AMAZING! Friendly service too.

Matt G.

Yelp
The reviews are spot on! Absolute hidden gem, most unexpected food find! As a native New Yorker, I can be picky when it comes to good pizza, especially after living in Atlanta for over 20 years. This pizza is the real deal. Located inside a carniceria no less! We went on a Friday at 530pm; ordered a large pie with sausage and mushrooms and it was ready in 15 minutes. Ordered it to go but ate it there. We could tell it was good as soon as we opened the box. THIS is exactly how pizza should be. Great crust, delicious sauce, hit on every note. I promise, you won't be disappointed. Best pizza I've had in a while.

Yelp
omg yum! we're sad they were outa Detroit style pizza that day but more the reason to return! - A+

Yelp
Our family loved their Margarita pizza & garlic rolls. Great service too! We will definitely be back.

Yelp
It is located inside the Pandería! The Mexican grocery store. For a little corner shop (one oven and maybe 4 employees!!!) this pizza is INCREDIBLE. I had the hot honey char pepp, extra crispy. FYI if it's Friday at 6pm.... You may need to order in person. I tried to call and place a pickup order and also downloaded the Slice app, neither were available. Might be worth waiting a bit and coming back to the app. I read such good reviews that I drove 20 mins to place an order for carry out. I waited about 40 minutes and it was VERY worth it. They were working as fast as they could and doing a great job. I'm so so glad I tried this place. Best pizza I've had since living here for the last 5 years.

Yelp
YES YES YES - Yandy's is a YES! Loving the pizza and the smiling faces that delivered that yummy goodness to my face! Such a treat of the street - you wont find a better slice or pie in ATL. It fits a unique spot in the market - so give it a try and if you dont like it, you can drop the leftovers at my place!

Yelp
The pizza here is amazing but I'm starting to get annoyed with this business because they're never open anymore! The hours on this listing are completely inaccurate and they seem to just close when they feel like it. It's 6:30pm on a Thursday and they're closed while the hours listed say open until 8:30pm. I keep planning on getting dinner here and every time I try, they're closed and it's annoying and very disappointing because the pizza is among the best in Atlanta.

Yelp
I don't give out 5 stars lightly but damn this guy knows how to make a pizza. This easily has to be the best pizza in Sandy Springs maybe top 5 in the state. His Detroit Style is incredible and the hot honey pepp ny style is my go to. Came in here twice this week!

Yelp

Yelp
Makes a really good pizza. Setup in a small grocery store so plenty to look at. Enjoyed the change of atmosphere.

Yelp
Easily the best pizza in Sandy Springs. Friendly service. Convenient parking. Very casual.

Yelp
Great pizza. Some of the best in ATL by far and super nice people. Had a thin ultimate slice and a deep dish. Both were great. Fresh and well proportioned.

Yelp
One of my neighbors has been talking about this place. He just called and told me to meet him at my door with a plate. And he gave me this delicious slice. It's 2:30 in the afternoon and I'm not remotely hungry but I had to force myself to put it away and not eat the whole piece while standing in my kitchen. So fresh and delicious!

Yelp
Great pizza, outstanding service. I got the buffalo chicken pizza and it exceeded expectation! The best buffalo chicken pizza I've ever tasted, actually. Can't wait to go back! It took some time for them to make, and when it was finally ready, the guy explained that it took longer because he remade it for me as he felt like he overcooked the first one he made. He showed me the "overcooked" pizza and to me it looked fine, but he said it wasn't up to their standard to serve to a paying customer. I really appreciated the thought and care they put into it, and like I said before, it was definitely worth the wait. They truly care about the customer here. The atmosphere/ambiance is more of a casual grab and go spot and it's located inside of a Mexican supermarket with other food spots.

Yelp
Been a very long time since I've had crust like this. This place is busy but will be even more so when the word is out. Please be patient and chill out, quality control and family bidness. Lived the digital nomad lifestyle for the last decade in South America, Europe, and Asia. Personally, healthy fermented dough...combination of high PH water, flour, and yeast is so damn hard to come by. 48 hour fermentation :) Took my parents here (Dad who requested Naples pizza trip for his 60th) were also astounded by the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. This is the type place that I like and makes me proud to be American.

Yelp
It just wasn't good. Two of the pizzas looked and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. And the special order was sparse and doughy.
