Quarters - Review - Tribeca - New York - The Infatuation

"Like La Mercerie and Restoration Hardware before it, Quarters—a luxury home goods store in Tribeca—has a restaurant inside it. At the all-day cafe and bar, you can wash down your purchase of a $12,000 armchair with a Clementina Spritz. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Will Hartman

This reviews is oy based on my quick vist to the showroom which was very cool and quiet. I know they interrupted their cafè a couple of months ago but they still have their wine-restaurant starting feom 6pm on selected days

Quarters in Tribeca is such an interesting place—not just a bar and restaurant, but also a spot where they sell furniture and home décor. We didn’t have a reservation, but they seated us right away, which was great. The staff was very welcoming, and the drinks were really good. Prices were reasonable, not too high, which was a nice surprise. The vibes were absolutely beautiful — elegant, chic, and so well-designed, with every detail carefully curated. Such a stunning place, and I’d definitely love to come back!☺️

The space is beautifully designed, exactly how it comes across on social media. The warm lighting and ambience was very beautiful to see, and of course it’s in an iconic location and loft. It can’t feel a bit stuffy, but it is a showroom after all. I would say that the menu items at the wine bar are priced a bit expensive for what you get. But we had a nice time. If anything come for the design and interior inspo and see the space; next time I wanna check out the coffee bar in the morning.

Unique concept cafe. Ikebana inspired flower arrangement. Warn interiors give the impression of visiting someone's home. Food is exceptional. We had ham gyuere Toasties, anchovies skewers and a meat platter. Meat platter came with a side of most delicious salty, olive oil -vinegar drizzled shishito pepper Excellent tea collection. We had herbal tea and ginger fizz. Our bill for 2 people was about $100. The chef understands flavors and adds interesting nuanced touches to every dish. The dinner menu is different. Space host a part of 8 + available. The cafe includes a design store. The aesthetics of the cafe is reflected in the design store which primarily has home decor and furniture items.

Wow, this place seriously blew me away. Everything from the ambiance to the service to the wine and light bites was perfect! I went with my two best friends and we shared a delicious bottle of wine and got the speck, caviar, soft cheese plate and the chocolate mousse. All are absolute musts! 10/10, everyone needs to check this place out

I had such sweet experience here. I just happened to be in the neighborhood and felt bold enough to try it out despite the low reviews. I was able to get in just before they closed for a few glasses of wine. I love the aesthetic and feel of this place. I look forward to coming back to shop and try the food.

I love this place! Came here for afternoon coffee and really enjoyed it. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’m walking up the stairs and into the foyer and someone asked if I wanted to check my coat. But it was a lovely time. The decor/furniture is divine and all for sale too! Perfect girls drink spot or afternoon coffee.

Walked in for a few celebratory glasses of wine because my fiancé is a certified wine nerd so naturally when I heard of a new wine bar I wanted to take him. Upon arrival, staff was very… cold. No res but they said they could seat us in 10-15 which was totally fine. As we were waiting my fiancé complimented me and took a candid photo of me while we were sitting/taking in the space. Immediately a host came up to us saying we can’t take “selfies” as they have professional photo shoots there. Odd, because everyone (and I mean everyone) was taking pictures in every room. Not to mention after we left I checked social media and it’s riddled with people taking photos/videos in the space. Once it was time to sit, the host was so rude, almost annoyed with having to seat us, that we couldn’t justify spending our money there. Listen to the other reviews, they’re nice/cater to certain individuals, not everyone. Although a beautiful atmosphere is great, amazing hospitality is even better. It’s not all about ambiance, feeling welcomed paired with an incredible experience, is what keeps people coming back for more. Luckily we didn’t spend a dime, don’t make the same mistake I did… do what you will with that information.

Yelp
Quarters is a truly unique spot, almost like stepping into someone's Tribeca apartment--well, technically, I was. The concept is distinct, and the ambiance is cozy and intimate. The wine is fantastic, and the small bites are delicious. I especially enjoyed the mussels toast, and the chorizo was excellent as well. I had the Gamee and Nebelilo wines, with the latter being particularly standout. The staff was friendly and accommodating, extending our time beyond the 90-minute window since the next party didn't arrive.

Yelp
Gorgeous space that also serves a showroom for their furniture and lighting. Service could not have been better. Our server Chris was exceptional! Thoughtful and professional but also really charismatic. We got a few small plates and a couple cocktails and everything was great. Will definitely return soon.
