"Visit any acclaimed ramen-ya in New York — or in the U.S., for that matter — and chances are you’ll be slurping on noodles sourced from Sun Noodles. But the revered purveyor’s closet-sized Ramen Lab could only be found in Nolita, sandwiched between Little Italy and Soho." - Eater Staff

I would highly recommend this place! Tastes just as authentic as the ramen in Japan (and that's hard to match). They also have the interior set-up like they do in Japan. They have a rotating menu. They do not limit you to Pork Broth, which is another rare sighting. They had the best egg, I've ever had, in a ramen bowl. The chef uses technique and skill to make sure each bowl is attended to 100%. Limited seating, so expect a wait. Great pricing, as well. #WelcomeToTheFiveStarClub

I wanted to try Ramen Lab for the past year and i finally got a chance to go last night. Thwy only serve 2 kinda of ramen: with or without broth, 15$ or 16$ There are no chairs and you eat standing, they accomodate about 9/10 people. Ramen is so tasty and good but a little too heavy. The 3 of us couldn’t digest it peoperly. We liked the experience and the noodles a lot!

Best ramen experience in NYC so far - very friendly service, delicious melt-in-your-mouth noodles and rich flavors. The pork bun was divine - and I’m not usually into them. Love the concept of rotating chefs and menu. You get to watch the food being carefully prepared for you - an experience in itself and definitely coming back to try their upcoming menus! Be sure to arrive early to add your name to the list as spots are limited (standing service) and there’s no reservations like most ramen places. We tried their Meatball Shop collaboration menu - yum!

10 people Max standing ramen bar. Innovative, serious delicious ramen. Currently they have Sun Noodle kitchen from Hawaii. We tried American Wagyu Beef Ramen ( original miso-flavored beef broth topped with roasted American wagyu beef, grilled corn, chive, red onion, fried onion, garlic, and sesame seed) 9 pts out of 10, and Spirit Lifter ( curry-flavored vegetable broth topped with grilled corn, chive, red onion, eggplant, okra, mushroom, cabbage, crispy fried potato, and sliced red pepper) 10 PTS. Super delicious and strong body. Very surprise by the SPIRIT LIFTER. Awesome place. Not too much waiting time during the winter. If you were to wait it’s around 20 minutes tops. Worth it. American Wagyu Beef Ramen $19 Spirit Lifter $17

One of the best ramen places in NYC. They keep churning out awesome partnerships with ramen places from around the US and the world that its hard to keep up sometimes! Happy slurping and remember: don't deny, satisfy!

First time having ramen standing by a counter and kinda liked it. The broth tasted look like a mixture of bone soup and Chinese cooking sauce. I've had a lot of ramen both in the US and in Japan, and must admit this place got its name right - ramen lab - coz they’re still experimenting, and I don't mean in a good way.

Best ramen. I literally am dreaming about the next time I eat it. The chef's change every month but they all bring their ramen A game. The pork literally melted in my mouth. The broth was everything and more. the flavor was just unreal. Small place. No seating. You stand and you eat ramen. And smile and enjoy it because it takes amazing.

I loved the concept as it's a great way to taste different Ramen. You might need to wait in line, but it's worth it. Just be advised that is a standing bar.
