The upper terrace is perfect for a celebratory aperitivo, although you don’t need a special occasion as an excuse to get a smoked Negroni or Vesuvio Mule and eat the chef’s choice snacks at sunset. After 7pm, move to the restaurant on the lower terrace for dinner and choose from one of several extravagant tasting menus (€110-€180), which include a catch of the day roasted on a fig leaf with clam sauce, or wagyu rolls filled with calf’s snout, scallops tartare, and celery ponzu. "Partially hidden along the road, this restaurant is accessed via a short descent which leads you to a breathtaking terrace boasting views of Capri and the Faraglioni rocks, Ischia, Procida, Naples and Vesuvius, all of which seem to be reflected in the beautiful Bay of Naples. In this stunning setting, the chef creates a cuisine which is both new and traditional, regional and creative.
