Wow. Where do we start with this hotel. Our time here was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, from start to finish. From the outstanding service from all the staff we met to the hotel itself, it really is a magical place. |The views from the bar/restaurant balcony are outstanding with prompt and attentive drinks service along with delicious, beautifully presented canapes and snacks. |The Michelin Star restaurant on site is a must visit to try one of the available tasting menus - although make sure to bring a decent appetite! |The suggestions for local traditional Italian restaurants from staff were all exceptional as well, our particular favourite was "Ristorante La Torre One Fire" in Massa Lubrense with the complimentary shuttle provided to and from the hotel. The food was extremely tasty and we were welcomed like part of the family in this small family run restaurant. The Tiramisu was the best we tried during our whole Italy trip! |More on the hotel - The room was immaculately presented and thoroughly cleaned, including a turn down service in the evenings which was a nice touch. The valet parking and retrieval of our car from the onsite car park was also a lovely feature. We have to give a special mention to Pietro, one of the waitstaff who really went above and beyond for us during our stay. His involvement in helping my partner plan a surprise engagement proposal on the balcony and his kindness to us and excellent service for the rest of our trip really stood out to us. Also to the late night staff who managed to rustle up cheese and ham toasties well beyond the kitchen closing hours for us, they really were the best toasties and we appreciated it so much!! |We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, it really is worth the money and I am sure we will be back at some point in the future!|Thank you again for making this time in our life so special for us.

Great experience especially with Bianca who hosted us with exceptional care and hospitality. She gave great suggestions, offers to help and constantly checks on us to see if we need anything - all without being asked. The stay itself is comfortable with huge and clean rooms with perfect views of sunrise, sunset, and the vast seas overlooking Capri island. The only gripe is the inconvenient location. The drive in is long but if you want tranquility, this is a beautiful place

This place is the ultimate for relaxation. I got married here in 2017 and visited again this year. I’m a Londoner and as soon as I arrive and am ushered through to the Relais Blu terrace for the welcome drink, something truly magical happens… all the stresses of life instantly melt away and you feel totally relaxed and at peace. If only that feeling could be bottled! Add the amazing, friendly staff for whom nothing is too much trouble, the stunning views and beautiful decor throughout and it easily ranks as my favourite place in the world and one which I will return to again and again. What an exceptional place and people! Pietro, we extended one more day so that not to miss your kindness and hospitality ! Fonzi, king of coffee, we cannot imagine drinking coffee anywhere else! Very romantic place with stunning view, ideal for an aperitif at the sunset. There are classic and signature cocktails prepared with local typical ingredients. The service is very kind. The price is right.

Cozy boutique hotel tucked into the cliffs of Massa Lubrense, close to Sorrento. Ideal spot if you want a central location but away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier tourist cities. Great for facilitating day trips out of Sorrento port, especially with complimentary shuttle from the hotel. The hospitality of the staff was exemplary, led by Bianca at the front desk. They assisted with our every need and helped to make our stay outstanding.

We recently celebrated our wedding in Relais Blu with 70 people. We had stayed in the hotel for one night last year, and fell in love, but our whole wedding experience was unforgettable. The owner Antonino was always heplful an extremely efficient and honest with the best way to run the two days. The staff were amazing and brilliant fun throughout. The views over capri are breathtaking, and while the venue is a bit outside Sorrento, the location and isolation of the villa on the mountainside is truly unforgettable. We would 100% recommend visiting Relais Blu, for a relaxing few days outside the busy Sorrento streets, for a day trip to enjoy the restaurant and views, or for the wedding of your/our dreams.||Thank you to the whole Relais Blu team! ||We will going back for the rest of our lives!

We've stayed here before, several times and chose it for our wedding in 2011. Because of Covid-19 and other stuff we haven't made it back since 2016. I can report it's as good as ever. Utterly superb, unbeatable views and location at the end of the Sorrentine peninsula make this hotel and restaurant unique. The rooms are quiet, calm and relaxing. Beautiful gardens and infinity pool. There is a new Spa that we didn't use and a gym, ditto! The restaurant and bar are the stars with phenomenal views to Capri and round to Vesuvius. Food is regional and expertly cooked. Honestly, you just have to come here to see how fab it is. We'll be back very soon.

Service was great and attentive. When the wine served wasn't good, they immediately offered alternatives. The view is impressive- clear view of capri and an incredible sunset every night. The restaurant and lounge area are pretty nice and comfortable. The only disappointment was some of the food courses weren't done as well as others but the staff was quick to correct it. Highly recommend for the view and drinks.

The place is in a very nice setting and very elegant if cold (all white) decor. Had the 3 course dinner. The amuse bouche were very dissapointing, not fresh, no taste. The octopus was good but not amazing. Next two entrees not memorable. Worst was the very cheap paired wine ($ 15 screw-top!) The service was great, but without good food ...

RELAIS BLU!!!! This place is absolutely amazing! I stayed here during my trip to the Napoli area and absolutely loved it! The hotel itself is small and cozy. It can get a tad loud at night because the bar is a popular spot for people to hang out, but it was fun! The food is phenomenal, the menu is fresh, creative, and innovative. It is not cheap, but if you like to be adventurous with what you eat, come here. There are things that may seem very strange, but what is the point of traveling if you're going to just stick with what you know?? I loved it here, the staff was kind and generous with me and my group traveling with great recommendations for us for food and activities! You also cannot beat the pool, it is an infinity pool that looks as if runs right into the Mediterranean. There is a beautiful view of Capri from just bout anywhere in the hotel, and especially from he pool area. They will deliver drinks, food, etc. to the pool area when you are lounging in it. I watched the sunset nearly every night in the pool while sipping wine, cosmos, or long island iced teas (classy I know;)). It is magical here and well worth whatever money you will spend wether it is visiting the hotel for a mean ro to hang out, or if you are staying here (which I recommend)!
