"You’ll feel like you can almost touch Capri from Relais Blu, a boutique hotel and restaurant spread over multiple levels on the hills of Massa Lubrense. The upper terrace is perfect for a celebratory aperitivo, although you don’t need a special occasion as an excuse to get a smoked Negroni or Vesuvio Mule and eat the chef’s choice snacks at sunset. After 7pm, move to the restaurant on the lower terrace for dinner and choose from one of several extravagant tasting menus (€110-€180), which include a catch of the day roasted on a fig leaf with clam sauce, or wagyu rolls filled with calf’s snout, scallops tartare, and celery ponzu.
