The 24 Best Restaurants In Valencia - Valencia - The Infatuation

"This tiny, six-table neighborhood restaurant punches way above its size. They deliver a seasonal tasting menu that celebrates local ingredients—from a red shrimp crudo with eel and potato sauce poured tableside, to a nostalgic almond rice. It’s modern Valencian cooking that feels fresh but knows exactly where it came from, served with warmth that makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. The menu is reasonably priced for the caliber, your wine glass never goes dry, stray crumbs don’t stand a chance, and the desserts—like their torrija with smoked milk ice cream—will steal the show even if sweets aren’t your weakness." - david neimanis

"An attractive restaurant with a bistro ambience and rustic-contemporary decor. On its menus (L'Eixample, Na Germana and Lo Rat Penat), all of which are available with a wine pairing, chef Vicente Patiño takes us on a gastronomic journey via Mediterranean cooking that is rooted in tradition but approached from a more modern perspective. Dishes on the menu here range from the local “all I pebre” of white prawns and cacao, to blue crab, and signature dishes such as the celery meringue." - Michelin Inspector

The whole experience was ruined because of the service. They had the AC at minimum even if we asked them to up the capacity (we were the only ones there). Before we finished having lunch they turned off the AC completely and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The waiters were very polite but general feeling is that they don’t enjoy working there. Smells of incredibly poor management. The food was not worth the experience. The wine was pretty good though

Had a really lovely experience here. The staff was so helpful and attentive. Hearing them walk us through the dishes felt a bit like a tour of Valencia itself as they provided context on why the chef chose certain ingredients, how this fit into Valencia food history, etc. Not to mention everything tasted incredible. The wine -- which was recommended-- was perfect. The courses were generous, perfectly spaced out, and as interesting as they were delicious. It was also incredibly affordable for how high quality and how much food you get. I really can't recommend this place enough. Truly special.

What a great experience! We had the Na Germana menu with wine pairings. We were impressed with the complexity and originality of both the food and wine. We will definitely return the next time we’re in Valencia.

I booked a table for my husbands birthday lunch at Saiti. I cannot recommend it enough. Every detail was thought through and executed to perfection. From the service to the tableware, every dish was a joy to eat. We eat at a lot of good quality restaurants and this was up there with the best. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant, the Michelin guide was right to recommend it too.

One of my best experiences in any restaurant this year. The ambience, the food and the service were exemplary. Delicious combination of lots of local produce. We will return and prefer this restaurant to many other Michelin rated ones. I very much liked being able to see and identify the food and appreciate the flavours explained Our sommelier, César, was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable Great value too!!

Absolutely loved this place!! The food was fantastic, so was the service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice, nothing too much, but cozy and stylish at the same time. The kitchen adapted very well for my food allergies.

We had the tasting menu with short matching. The food was delicious and everything I was hoping for. Far more complex and dainty than I'd manage myself. Wines matched really well and included a few new local experiences. I'd keep to the 'short' matching as the pours are generous enough. Friendly staff who have the time to answer questions. At times it felt a little rushed, but it did take 2 hours. Highly recommended.

No surprise it's listed in Guide Michelin. Excellent food ( we had the smaller menue!) and one of the best and most interesting wine pairings we ever had. Absolutely worth every penny
