Saiti

"An attractive restaurant impressively run by a chef who is a staunch believer in modern cooking with its roots in traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Several tasting menus, including a lunchtime “business” menu." - Michelin Inspector

We had the tasting menu with short matching. The food was delicious and everything I was hoping for. Far more complex and dainty than I'd manage myself. Wines matched really well and included a few new local experiences. I'd keep to the 'short' matching as the pours are generous enough. Friendly staff who have the time to answer questions. At times it felt a little rushed, but it did take 2 hours. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant that deserves at least 1 Michelin star and already has 2 Soles. Very creative and tasty menus for reasonable and affordable prices. Extensive wine list that includes also many good and affordable wines. A cozy place with very good service.

This is one of the better Michelin Star restaurants in Valencia. For us the dining experience must match the quality of the food to justify it's star rating. By far, the lamb with risotto pasta was our favorite. The wine selection is superb. In the intimate setting just right for a quality experience.

One of the best and creative restaurant in Valencia. The food is really amazing and suit with the season. I went another time for dinner, very amazing ! Third visit, my friend didn’t like it very much, but for me is ok. I think they need to improve it, some of the food is too salty, not like before is really refreshing.

One of the most unforgettable and divine culinary journeys you could imagine. Not only spectacular and creative food - considering presentation and taste (with a local twist). But also, probably the best Mexican sommelier in Spain. The wine accompaniment including a brut reserve cava and a Riesling from 2015 was superb.

what was good? The 3 amuses and the desert. Desert was magnifique. The restaurant was completely empty, we were the only guests. Service was accurate, quick, very fast...too fast. We had the VP menu, € 65 --> amuses, 3 entrees and main: 1 fish and 1 meat. the entrees were cold. They tasted awful. The oyster was covered with some kind of fish jelly , lots of jelly and topped of with lots of avocado puree. All 3 entrees went back to the kitchen with only 1 bite from it. The mains where simpel, fish with coconut saus and 2 leafs of spinach. Blend and inspiration was missing. followed by a hump of lamstew wich was oversalted. This was the first visit to a restaurant we took half a bottle of wine back to our house. The wine was perfect. If i was the owner and i saw 1, 2 in this case 3 courses back to the kitchen not eaten at all. I think i would have a chat with the customer to learn, to see why did did not like it. etc. Nothing at all, € 185 damage and a thank you. My conclusion is they try to imitate Noma but do not have the skills. Even worse: this cook has no taste at all and will never reach 1 Michelin star.
