Food was good. Just didn't like certain things like the Mac n cheese and the bacon wrapped chicken. Salad bar was good but there should be better sides

Visiting from Arkansas! First time at any Brazilian Grill and the level of satisfied is above average. Our server, Ruby, was consistent with making sure that we were satisfied throughout our lunch. Those that were serving the variety of meats were quick!! We barely made it to the sides and salad bar. Ruby gave great suggestions on drinks and followed every request that was asked. She let us know that they had House Limeade. I had both a Mango Coconut Limeade and a Strawberry Coconut Limeade. I floated above the clouds and touched atmospheric chill! Their variety of grilled items almost seemed unlimited. Garlic Parmesan Steak, Sweet and Spicy Chicken, Shoulder, Ribs, Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Grilled Pineapple. We had to pause the influx so I can't name it all. Greeted and served with genuine smiles from ANY individual that worked in there left me with full happiness, a full spirit, and a full stomach. Top Notch!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My friend’s wedding — one of the most special and meaningful days of her life — was completely ruined because of the sheer incompetence, unprofessionalism, and disrespect of this establishment’s staff and management. First of all, the bride never even got to see her own wedding cake — a custom $700 cake that she had spent months planning and paying for. (Dropped off from freeds to this location) The staff took it upon themselves to cut up the entire cake and serve it to guests before the couple had even done their cake cutting ceremony. By the time she even realized what happened, her wedding cake was gone. No photo, no memory, nothing. Just crumbs. And let’s not forget the food — so salty it was practically inedible. For a wedding meal that was supposed to be elegant and special, it was an absolute embarrassment. When we tried to talk to the staff about what happened, the so-called “female manager” (who was wearing a manager tag but insisted she wasn’t the manager) was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. At the end of the night, when we calmly asked for boxes to pack up what was left, she threw boxes at us. Literally threw them. That’s the kind of treatment we got on someone’s wedding day. To make things worse, the general manager wasn’t even physically there. I had to reach him through WhatsApp, and instead of listening or trying to help, he raised his voice, talked over me, and refused to let me even explain what happened. His excuse? He said he had “worked eight hours” and didn’t need to work any more — as if that somehow excused the chaos his team caused. He repeatedly said it was his staff’s fault, not his, and that he wasn’t responsible for their actions. That kind of attitude says everything you need to know about how this place is run. He also claimed that the server who ruined the cake would “get a write-up,” but offered no accountability, no apology, and no resolution. Just finger-pointing and attitude. This entire experience was beyond disappointing — it was heartbreaking. What should have been a night full of love and laughter turned into one filled with anger, tears, and shock because of how carelessly and unprofessionally everything was handled. If you’re considering this place for any kind of special event — don’t. Save yourself the stress, the heartbreak, and the regret. No one deserves to have their wedding memories destroyed the way my friend’s were.

Giordano was our server, he was awesome. Everyone was very attentive, food was amazing, great first time experience.

This was our first time here, we had an awesome time. Ana was so attentive, made sure we got everything we asked for and Bruno was speedy and also came around several times to make sure we were served. I'm so impressed with their customer service and the quality of the food was excellent. We are so impressed, we plan on becoming regulars. This is by far the best Brazilian steakhouse in town by far.

Our server, Bilan, was amazing, very friendly. The overall service was great, lots of meat, and lots of variety. My only complaint is some things tended to be a little too salty. the Pina colada was amazing. I got it virgin

Went here for my birthday, this was also my first time in general! The wait staff is fantastic as well as the food and cocktails. They also give you a complimentary flan for your birthday and they will sing to you in Portuguese 😁

Giordano was our server today, you really provided us a superb experience !!Very knowledgeable, professional and super kind. Everyone was friendly. Out of steakhouses at Las Vegas, Rodizio Grill Henderson is our go-to steakhouse!

Came to this restaurant around mid day and it was not overly packed at all! We were greeted and seated very quickly by the host and got taken care of by our waiter Alex almost immediately after being seated. Our waiter Alex made our experience here exceptional as he was on top of his service at all times and from me having restaurant experience i can really tell he was on top of his service and the restaurant itself was VERY clean. We had different waiters come by our tables with many meats and different cuts, such as picahna sirloin, sweet and sour chicken, sausages, parmesan chicken/steak, ribs, ect. I did notice that the "premium" meats such as the sirloin, ribs, ect only passed by our table for a serving once so technically ONE passing of the premium meats per table , the other meats that are not premium such as chicken, sausage and pork were coming by around multiple times. We did ask if we could get more servings of the sirloin and they brought it from the back with no problem to our request. They do have a salad bar filled with many salads of all kinds, carbs such as rice, fries, soups, ect. I honestly recommend avoiding the salad bar as much as possible because for the price you pay you would much rather get filled off meats rather than salads only there to distract you off the meat! Overall it was a great environment, not too busy, again Alex was beyond helpful with his recommendations and service and the restaurant was very clean so overall i do recommend!

This was a go to place for a good meal, rivaling Fogo... and Texas... However, the quality of the meats, this time around at Rodizio, seems to have deteriorated. First, chicken must have been on sale as every other server that came out was pushing their chicken varieties. Sausage was the next item coming out frequently, and then, the 5 or 6 varieties of the meats. Unfortunately, the varieties of meats that came out were all small serving portions, like they were left overs from previous servings that were cooked too well done and dry. Asking for medium rare or medium was a challenge for the server to find for us. The salad bar continues to be a good addition, but you really don't come to a place like this for the salad bar. The restaurant was not busy for a Saturday evening seating at 6pm. Is it because the quality and variety of the meats are starting to be on the "cheap" side? I hope not, as this was a good "go to" place in place of Fogo or Texas.

The food is amazing and the place is cozy And if ever you comes in Alex and/or Ernesto have best customer service, they are one of the hard working people just like the rest of them. I don't have a complain, first time coming in here and they Treat us good Unforgettable moment on our family to be here. Definitely will come back here again.

It's a cute spot nice ambience, the service was great our server was one to remember. The food was okay it wasn't the best. We have tried almost all the Brazilian steak houses here in Vegas and this wouldn't place second in flavor. But the selection was decent and again ambience was nice.

Hometown feels with lots of great meats, eats and treats! You need to try the meat because you are missing out. You need to know you can just chose your be a salad snacker. You must know they will ask how old your kiddos are to determine the best pricing approach. You will be eating within minutes of being seated! Cheers!

Located in the Galleria so there is lots of parking available. Entrance is outside of the mall. It opens at 11. I was greeted and seated as soon as I entered. Water was served immediately and my drink order was taken soon after. My server, Alexander, was awesome. He took the time to explain how everything works since this was my first visit. He was very polite and very patient with my questions. He checked in with me often during my visit to ensure I had everything I wanted or needed. Another lady, Claudia? I'm guessing a manager, also stopped by my table multiple times to see if I was happy with the food and the service. The salad bar had a good variety to chose from and the hot foods were delicious. I opted for full service and was glad I did. My favorites were the spicy chicken, garlic beef and garlic bread. I'll definitely be returning! If you're ever in Henderson make sure you give this restaurant a try, you won't regret it!

Who doesn't love ayce meats?! This was my first time visiting Rodizio Grill but not my first Brazilian steak house. I really enjoyed the upscale vibe this place had which is surprising given its mall location. Similar to others - they have an unlimited salad bar with various hot sides, salads & the famous cheese rolls. I do feel like they had more gluten free options as compared to competitors. One unique item they offer is the grilled pineapple. Don't skip out on it! It's delicious, refreshing & a perfect balance to the meats. I also really loved the Parmesan crusted beef. A great spot to grab a bite to eat after a day of shopping!

Plenty of parking space... The food was great and the hostess assigned to us was awesome! My friend and I got there before 7pm and still had food at the salad section. Price is worth it and you get disc for seniors and military.

This was our first time dining at Rodizio Grill and we were excited to have our Valentine's dinner there based on the good reviews. The restaurant was super loud with one screaming child (not the restaurant's fault) but that really set the tone for the rest of our experience. We waited about 15 minutes for the first round of meat to come around and we got chicken and pork offerings, but no steak. I did ask our server about rib eye or any steak and he said he would send someone over. We watched several types of steak being delivered to other tables, but we kept getting skipped but we did get some tri-tip and eventually some other type of steak (which was very good). Once we flipped our stop/go marker over, then all we saw coming out was all kinds of steak (NY Strip, garlic steak, etc) coming out, so I flipped the marker back to green and then the steaks stopped coming out. We were pretty disappointed at that point, so we paid the check and left. Next time we want a Brazilian steakhouse experience, we'll stick with Fogo de Chao.

Remarkable restaurant and the meat is so good. No tipping policy. Our family of six went and everybody enjoyed themselves.

Rating is solely based on service. Once we were seated we didn't get any service. Guests that were seated after us had 2 servers while we still waited. They all looked at us but continued with the other table that was next to us. So let the supervisor know and left. We tried asking the bartender, but she didn't speak English. So off the Texas Brazil instead.

Been here a few times in the past and went back last night - still the same as before. Variety of choices in the Unlimited Brazilian Side & Gourmet Salad bar. Rotisserie Grilled Meats are of good quality and they come by frequently so you don't have to wait too long in between meats. Service - servers are attentive. Manager goes around and checks if everything is okay. Ambiance - clean, lots of mall parking available, well-lit, not loud. They accept reservations through their website.

Rodizio Brazilian steakhouse can be accessed directly from the outside of the Galleria Mall. You don't have to go inside the mall and meander through to the restaurant. They have excellent and favorite meats like pork ribs, fish with shredded coconut, bacon wrapped chicken and my favorite garlic sirloin. They did have lamb meat, although not lamb chops. The salad Buffett is fresh, beautiful and fully stocked. They have many side dishes that are also next to the salad bar to choose from such as the cheese bread, fries, soup, and salad.

This was one of the best in Vegas, I'd say it rivaled with Texas De.. but today was a horrible let down. I am an pescatarian and usually I'm able to find something to eat. Almost everyone has something, well I paid $29.99 for 5 bites of mashed potatoes! Never again, and the GM came and asked I told him. I was still charged. Not asking for anything free just a heads up.

Rizzio was advertising that if you signed up for their newsletter, you could get a free meal. Well, June 8 was my birthday so I signed up a week before and sure enough I got a free meal so we went on my birthday my husband and I it's a little dark in there, they need some more windows or seat people on the other side. Our waiters were very attentive didn't have to ask for anything. The salad bar I have to say was really amazing. I loved everything on it. I rarely clean my plate and I did clean good night. The meat is good and they do bring it cooked to your liking so you can ask for the rare to the well done, I didn't particularly care for because the whole thing taste like bacon so you might as well just have a piece of bacon, but the chicken Parmesan was delicious. The line was delicious. The rib was delicious. We had a really nice time. It was a nice treat for my birthdayhad a reasonable price so if you wanna go in your birthday coming up, I would sign up for their newsletter because their dinner is 3699 4999 for dinner.

Flavia made great drinks and the service was excellent. Meat was flavored amazingly and the place was very clean.

Food is always good. Service is pretty on par. A few times they kept coming around with the same meats, but majority of the times I've gone, they came around with a good selection. The salad bar is wonderful. Overall it is a great experience.

Food is amazing. Ambiance is very elegant. The Ernesto and all staff are professional, attentive and polite. Made my husband birthday celebration exceptional.

We been twice already both bdays really good food tryed a lot different things that we normally don't try in other restaurants there very friendly there and bring you a lot good tasty food

Decided to come here by Sherlock was greeted by an amazing host who immediately sat us, and then we served with the most amazing food. if you're in the Henderson area, I highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Cheaper than Texas de Brazil and with all the same foods! The chimichurri steak is a must try. You also can't go wrong with any of the garlic/parm meats or the tri-tip. Make sure to try the pao de queijo (cheese bread) and feijoada (black bean stew with rice). Those are very traditional Brazilian dishes that are loved around the world!

We decided to give this place another try. We went during COVID and had a rough experience. This time was very different! The food was all fresh with SO many option of meat. The salad bar was fully stocked and everything was fresh. The entire restaurant was clean and our service was excellent. They still give out a free birthday dinner with the purchase of one, which saves you $50! We would definitely come back again. I'm glad we gave it another chance.

I definitely would not recommend. Our server Gio was really nice and attentive. He tried to make everything work for us. The meats came out way too slow. By the time our meats would come, our sides would be cold. The meats weren't anything special either. Below average at best. Go to Fogo, or go to Texas De Brazil. Find a good Korean BBQ restaurant like Kogi or 888, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to like this place. I was very excited to try it. I'm a carnivore all the way, but this place just wasn't good. And it was kinda expensive.

My mom and I come on our birthday every year for the awesome deal! We always have the best service and the last 2 times, Flavia has been our server! She is our favorite! She showed us how good the guava sauce for the cheesecake is! Thanks for the best service ever as always!

Not up to the level of the other Rodizio Grill restaurants. The meat selections for a Monday night were very limited. Mostly just beef. We had to ask for lamb which took a while. Disappointing. Will not go back as their location is in a mall and gaining entrance to the restaurant is a nightmare. Park on the upper level of the mall as your cannot gain access from the lower level. Our waiter was good and attentive. Just disappointed to the choices being this is supposed to be a "steak house".

Food was very flavorful and well prepared. Came here for lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. Place is nice and big. The food kept coming at a great pace. The meat was all seasoned exceptionally. Awesome salad bar with a great selection on the hot bar. Our server, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. They only serve lunch on the weekends which is sad because it's our favorite meal. The price was fair at $36.95 a person. We will visit more often.

I've been here several times over the past few years and unfortunately my experiences here are trending down. Rodizio was never necessarily the best Brazilian steakhouse in town, but they've always been priced most competitively with good enough quality. However, the value you get here is slipping. In theory, they offer a good selection of meats on the menu, but actually seeing it come by your table is another story. On my most recent visit a week ago, the whole night was an endless assault of chicken, pork, sausage, and pineapple offerings. There's nothing wrong about those offerings (especially the pineapple, one of the most underrated things about Brazilian steakhouses in my opinion), but my favorites at Brazilian steakhouses have always been sirloin and tri-tip cuts, and I could count on one hand how often these beef cuts were offered. I'm also a big fan of lamb at Rodizio in particular, as it's always less gamey here than other places, but it came by a grand total of one time. Rodizio also offers chicken hearts that you will have to request, but I never saw it after asking multiple servers, and called it a night without enjoying them on this most recent visit. I'd imagine people mainly come here for the meats, but it's worth noting they have a bigger salad bar offering than most places. I'm a big fan of spice, and they offer Cumari do Para (a yellow pepper) and Biquinho (a red pepper), which both pack a legitimate kick. I appreciate that they leave their polenta to the salad bar here, as I'm not a big fan of polenta and always leave a lot of it to waste at other places that bring these out to the table. Cheese balls are also self serve, and they remain a Rodizio staple. They no longer offer lunch pricing, and exclusively have dinner pricing for all hours now, which is a bummer given the context above. As their dinner pricing is essentially equivalent to lunch pricing at the other Brazilian steakhouses, I certainly do not think it makes sense to come here during lunch hours anymore, and the relative savings during the dinner hours is no longer a can't-miss value.

Hello. I wish I could give more stars to this restaurant. From the food to the service and the ambience everything was beyond satisfactory. We went to Rodizio Grill for dinner today and everything was just great! This is a Brazilian Steakhouse located in Henderson, Nevada. The food was great and delicious (even to my vegetarian son with so many options beyond meat). Their service was excellent. Our waitress (Pamela) went far and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. One of the managers (Claudia) was friendly and helpful so was the other manager (I didn't catch her name). It was a real pleasure to dine at Rodizio Grill. :-)

I'm not a big churrascaria person. It's mostly because I can never seem to eat enough meat to warrant the price you pay. $47 for a few slices of meat just doesn't sit right with me but I will agree that Brazilian Steakhouses are delicious and when that meat craving hits, they're a great place to soothe that craving. We came in on a Wednesday night around 530PM and there was only one other table of 2 seated. This worried me a bit because the other churrascarias I've been to have always been PACKED with people, no matter the day or time. The lack of people made me worry about the quality and selection of meat. However, within an hour, our section was full. I'm happy to say that I didn't need to worry but that doesn't mean the experience was perfect. We all thought the meats were a little under seasoned, which is ok, given they have a good number of delicious sauces and items to eat with your meat. I just wish the meat was more seasoned for us who like to savor the flavor alone. It may have been because it's a slower night but when I compare the menu on the website, the selection we had was quite bare. We only saw top sirloin, garlic steak, parmesan pork, sweet and sour chicken, pork sausage and pineapple on heavy rotation. We did see lamb, bacon wrapped chicken, ham but it only came around once. I know you can ask for certain meats so maybe next time we will do that, especially since 3 out of 4 of us don't eat pork. The salad bar here is epic. I LOVED the salad and hot bar selections. There were items I've also never seen like these spicy little yellow peppers (I can't remember the name of them but they were next to the sweety drop peppers, my fave) that will knock your socks off. I ate them with my steak. DELICIOUS!!! The drink selection here is awesome. I tried the caipituba and whoa! Might be my new favorite fun drink. Also, we usually don't go for desserts at a place like this but we were a little lite with the meat so we went for the rabanada and the bolo brigadeiro. Holy moly!! I might come in one day just to have these desserts. So freaking good!!! The service was really nice as well. Our server was excellent and we had plenty of people touch our table and make sure we were having a good experience. I'll definitely come back in when that meat craving hits.

First time at Rodizio Grill in Henderson, NV. It exceeded our expectations, and we will be back. I could make a meal out of just the salad bar, but everything else is so good.

We heard that Rodizio got a new manager sometime back and he had been implementing a lot of changes to help the flow so all patrons would see the full variety of items during their experience. With that being said, churascarrias are still my favorite places to dine but obviously most of them are on or close to the strip and it's nice that there is something more local to me. We had the opportunity to meet the general manager Bruno, and he let us in on all the upgrades he had been making, which were all on point. Obviously his changes were taking hold because it was night and day from our previous experience. As Yelpers or even just patrons of an establishment we always need to keep in mind that anything that goes wrong from a visit or an outing could happen for a big variety of reasons, and it doesn't mean that those things can't be fixed or won't be better on a return visit and we should not just damn things from one bad outing when we can see in black-and-white that some of these places have high marks from our fellow yelpers. Just a thought. Do you know that their salad bar and their choices may be a little bit smaller than some of the other places, but there are still is a huge variety on the salad bar, and what comes to your table to more than likely satisfy your need. If you live in the area, definitely a place to try out.

This was our first time at Rodizio Grill, and we were less than impressed. Extremely disappointed since the reviews are so good - maybe it's because we were there the last 2 hours before they closed? I have no clue...but we had high hopes and we definitely were let down. The best part of our dinner was the Pineapple & the cheese bread. Meats were mostly well done, or extremely chewy & inedible. Most of the meats we were served wound up going to waste because it was too chewy or too tough to eat. Our Waitress left halfway through our dinner, and it took a while for a new server to come take care of us. The guys serving the meats were great - very friendly & informative. Maybe this was a fluke but we won't be back. Very let down.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I was at a conference in Las Vegas this past weekend and took a party of 23 (one person couldn't make it) to this restaurant. We had 3 reservations for 3 tables if 8 each. They graciously put us all together in a back room in one long table seating 24! How wonderful! The food was OUTSTANDING! I even tried cooked chicken hearts on a dare, and ended up asking for seconds! Our waiter Miguel was super, as were all the servers, including the General Manager, who took a turn serving! We couldn't have been more pleased, and plan to return at next year's conference! You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks Rodizio Team!

I tried every Brazilian steak house here in vegas, this is by far the best. I live on the other side of town and will drive all the way this way to eat here. They have the best "limenade" here. Their meats are great over here too. I also say their salad bar is much better than the others. I do wish they had lobster bisque but I'm asking for too much when they have everything else. I've always been a fan of Rodizio grill from when they opened up here in Nevada and also been a fan of them from Utah.

Great place, we liked the flavor of the meats. Their salad bar is extensive! The only suggestion I would make is regarding the lighting. The mood/vibe is odd. Typically a restaurant of this type will have dimmed lighting so it's more like a "dining experience" - the room/restaurant felt super bright and open and exposed, which gave it the feel of a semi-fast food restaurant like Panda Palace or something. I think if they could turn down their lighting it would set a more appropriate vibe. Other than that, we really enjoyed it!

Amazing experience! Bruno, the general manager, and his staff are absolutely wonderful. We showed up with a big group of people who mostly eat a carnivore diet, so we kept them quite busy! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We had a 6:30 reservation on July 14, 2024. It was not very busy at all. We were taken to our table immediately upon arrival. The hostess was friendly. The ambiance was nice, and I thought it might be good for a date night. Most of the meat tasted good. Almost all of the beef was rare to medium rare. That was great for me, but others might find it off-putting. There were a lot of fresh options in the salad bar. The sides were not very good and reminded me of the quality at Golden Corral. No one had a list of available meats, so we didn't know what options were available. Some of the meat servers were impatient and expected us to know what to do. It was our first visit. I was so excited to try it for my birthday, but the quality and service did not meet my expectations considering the price point. Also, the main server wrote that I left a $15 cash tip, but I had handed him a $20 bill. The birthday serenade was fun.

Food is always delicious. Make sure to get the chimichurri sauce to dip your meats in! The limeades are a hit or miss.

My boyfriend took me here for dinner and we enjoyed the experience so much. Meats all exceptionally seasoned and cooked. Epic salad bar! Oh and my boyfriend propsed to me! I said yes of course! We will definitely be back soon!

I love this Brazilian steak house! Highly recommended if you want to treat your love ones. The food is great they have a lot of choices when you go to the salad bar.The service is wonderful they usually take care the customer. Lots and lots of good so make sure you are hungry when you dine in this place.

this is what I sent them for a customer review: It was my first time, and had I not had my daughter with me, we would have not been attended to. I was NOT told about the red / green wood chuck and I asked someone to order drinks, and it was over ten minutes that our server attended to us. We were there at 4pm and it was not that busy. All and all I didn't enjoy myself and for the little amount of food I ate, yeah you guys made out like bandits. At the end of the day, I told my wife and daughter, I would have been more comfortably at Golden Coral where I could have got 20 meals for the price I paid last night. One more thing to add; your food servers had little to know customer interaction experience, and when we asked one of them about skirt steak, he had no idea what we were talking about .

We have been here several times. It's honestly hit or miss depending on the day. Within the past six months to a year something has changed here, and not for the better sadly. The last few times we have been here it has been very difficult to get the gauchos to come around and serve you. You often times have to ask your waiter to send them around. I'm not sure if it's a staffing problem or what. But it shouldn't take 6-12 months to fix staffing problems. The food itself is decent. You aren't getting the variety of hot sides, salad bar or meats that you do from the competition. Which would be fine if you weren't paying $48.99 pp plus tax. It's honestly worth closer to $35.99. For $36 pp they would be getting a higher review because the price would offset the issues. Unfortunately all the above has caused us not to come here as much as we did previously. Hopefully Rodizio can read the reviews and take action to get this place back on track. Locals will support places when the cost is equivalent to the food and service.

was here for my sons 11th birthday and to also celebrate Fathers Day, and had a horrible experience. the only time I was offered a refill for water was when Miguel handed me my bill. Multiple times that I had to ask to have plates removed from our table so we could have space to eat. both female managers kept walking by ignoring the dishes just like every employee who walked by. service here sucked. I was not pleased with this place at all 4 pieces of chocolate cake was the only selection for the desert available. If it was not just staff standing around gossiping, they were snacking on the side.

After having been disappointed with OTHER Brazilian BBQs! This place ROCKS. Tons of meat choices including chicken hearts. The salad bar was excellent! Try the habanero salad, oh so good and spicy. All the staff was amazing. You can't go wrong dining here.

Amazing place! Love the meat selections! It comes hot and freshly cooked unlike the places near the strip. The ambience is amazing! You can actually have a nice conversation with your companion. Finally got to bring some out of town family in to one of our favorite spots! We love Rodizio! Gio was a great host for us. It's so fun, festive, and fresh. We love the excitement of what's coming out next and we love the sides!!! And as usual, the chocolate torte to go as a late night snack never disappoints.
