Brazilian Steakhouse Heads to Henderson This Fall | Eater Vegas

"I'm reporting that coming to Henderson this fall is the very first Brazilian churrasco in the United States: Rodizio Grill will open outside the Galleria at Sunset facing Sunset Road at 1300 W. Sunset Road, Suite 2950. It will offer a full roster of rotisserie-grilled meats — beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and fish — carved tableside by traditionally dressed gauchos, and a massive salad bar with more than 30 fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables plus hot sides such as black bean soup, whipped potatoes, sautéed collard greens, and Brazilian cheese bread. Diners can order fresh-pressed juices, homemade Brazilian limeades, cocktails, and Brazilian-imported wines and beers, and finish with desserts like flan, cinnamon pastries, and a three-layer chocolate cake. The steakhouse will also host special nights with limited-time menus featuring bacon, barbecue, or wild game." - Susan Stapleton
