"Opening Tuesday, Nov. 13 in the upper plaza of the Galleria at Sunset, this nationwide Brazilian churrasco concept is making its first expansion into Nevada. It replaces the shuttered Larsen’s Grill and offers an all-you-can-eat salad bar, a rotating roster of sides, and an unlimited selection of grilled meats carved tableside by “gauchos” inspired by Brazilian cowboys. Planned hours are Monday–Tuesday 5–9 p.m., and Friday–Sunday brunch/lunch from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. followed by dinner until 10 p.m. (closing at 9 p.m. on Sunday). The full Rodizio menu is priced at $26.99 for brunch and $35.99 for dinner, and the upbeat, family-friendly concept—founded in 1995 and promoted as the first Brazilian churrasco steakhouse in the U.S.—also welcomes children and group bookings." - Bradley Martin
