"At the Galleria at Sunset I found Rodizio Grill's first Nevada location, a Brazilian churrasco steakhouse built around rotisserie-grilled, all-you-can-eat meats carved tableside by traditionally dressed Gauchos. While the meats are the main attraction, diners can also help themselves to a massive salad bar with salads, seasonal fruits and vegetables and hot side dishes, and the menu features Brazilian dishes throughout; homemade Brazilian limeades lead a bar that also offers cocktails and a wine list with imported Brazilian wine. The original Rodizio Grill concept dates to 1995, and pricing here is $26.99 per person for brunch with unlimited sides, salads and rotisserie-grilled meats and $35.99 for dinner (unlimited sides and salads without meats is $19.99 for brunch and $21.99 for dinner); children 7–11 are $10.99 and ages 3–6 are $5.99. The restaurant's hours are Monday–Thursday 5–9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday lunch 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and dinner 3–10 p.m.; and Sunday brunch 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and dinner 3–9 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
