The Best Bars In Denver - Denver - The Infatuation

"A downright whimsical riot of bright colors and patterns, you’ll kind of feel like you’re living in the end of a kaleidoscope here, which, thinking about it, is a way better place to live than our Ikea-heavy apartment. Once you pick your jaw up off the floor, you may realize that you’re quite parched, which is probably why you waltzed into Room for Milly in the first place. Order The SS City of Paris, a sparkling, rosewater-tinged refresher, or maybe the green tea and hibiscus Hibiki Spritz mocktail. Or fine, we’ll twist your arm—order them both." - allyson reedy

The Best Bars in Denver

"With a vintage aesthetic that evokes a cross between some eccentric turn-of-the-century artist’s parlor and an overseas getaway for golden-age movie stars, this LoHi slice of glamour serves up cocktails (and light snacks) in keeping with its considerable style. Lean into an evening here with a strawberry- and basil-infused Aperol Spritz; move on to the complex Tropic Treasure with pisco, mango, banana, macadamia, barley, sudachi, orange, curry leaf, and egg white; cap it all off with a snifter of brandy." - Ruth Tobias, Josie Sexton, Eater Staff

13 Denver Bars and Restaurants for Unexpected Flavors | Eater

"Visiting this LoHi cocktail bar is an elegant experience for anyone in the Mile High City. The walls are covered in carefully curated art, the seats are plush and stylish, and the bar is stunning. Plus, the drinks will make you feel like royalty. The small bites menu showcases dishes like burrata with fresh plum, nectarine, mint, and basil and chilled prawns with candied lemon. The cocktail and spirits lists remain consistent, save for the daily tiki-inspired concoction. The food offerings change often, though, featuring seasonal fare." - Vox Creative

Google
Attended a private event here and had a wonderful time. Everything was top notch - the decor, the appetizers, the drinks. The owners Fiona and Dano were great hosts and Meg the bartender kept the drinks flowing while engaging every attendee in conversation. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Google
took myself here alone for an early birthday drink and snack and it was perfect! not too many people here on a thursday night but wasn’t empty either. lovely ambiance and delicious food. i had the cheese platter and the caviar, as well as the Delta Royale drink! service was amazing and they made me feel super special for my special day! will for sure be back with some friends next time

Google
What an excellence place to grab a cocktail or a mocktail! The vibe here is so relaxed and chill. It's the perfect place to spend an hour (or hours 😂) chatting, people watching, and enjoying the cool atmosphere and the quirky, quaint aesthetic! The mocktails were some of the BEST I've ever tasted. I especially liked the gourmet ice which was a huge, crystal clear cube that chilled the whole glass! So fancy ! The garnishes were great and the steel straw made it super refreshing. We had an excellent time and I feel like this is one of the coolest places to hang out if you're looking for a fun night in a relaxing environment. Oh, and the music was great! Wonderful song selection and perfect volume to be able to carry on a conversation. I'd go back and suggest it as a meeting place in the future! Fabulous!

Google
Love this spot. As a frequent traveler myself, Room for Milly’s concept is adorable and inspirational. I love bringing people here. Wish more people knew about it. Drinks are on the pricey side, so unfortunately not somewhere I’m going to go regularly but nice to have a drink or two with a friend or a great date location.

Google
Bright, upbeat decor at a fashionable upscale cocktail bar is the perfect setting for the bartender who arguable makes the best improv creative cocktails in town - Archer. If you enjoy craft cocktails, you can’t miss this gem because Archer may be the best bartender in Denver! Friendly unpretentious non hipster service is also a big plus. Check it out and don’t be afraid to order off the menu - tell Archer your favorite spirit and flavor profile and he will make something magical!!

I’ve been to some of the best bars in the world and I have to say this bar was great! We all loved the food, specially the truffle popcorn, which you must try. Hunter was our bartender and he was just the BEST! He had so much knowledge of his work, he recommended and made such tasty drinks, definitely took our experience to another level. We had an amazing time, can't wait to go back to Denver and visit!

Google
The Pen Woman cocktail was so good and delightfully creamy (almost like a horchata?!), caviar was 🤌🏻 (that creamy onion dip tho), and bottomless popcorn will always have my heart. Will be back!

Google
What an adorable place! I am elated my friends and I came here. As a little heads up, I would recommend getting a reservation here. It's very busy for a monday night! I love how they decorated for the holidays. A perk of coming here is that their popcorn is unlimited and only $8!

Yelp
Room for Milly was such a cute spot for cocktails! I highly recommend getting a reservation ahead of time because they fill up fast. They have 90 min slots but our waiters were nice and let us stay a little over. I tried the sangria and the Beijing Mule and both were delicious. We didn't order any bites but the food looked delicious- I want to try the truffle popcorn next time! If you're looking for a girls night or date night highly recommend stopping here for cocktails!

Yelp
Stopped by Room for Milly during date night as it's located on Platte St where you can find a variety of bars and cocktail lounges so we headed that way and Room for Milly caught our eye. When you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly hostess. We went on a Wednesday night so it was not very packed but be aware that the place is small so I would recommend making a reservation- there is about 5 tables plus the bar. However, I was so pleased with the ambiance! It was apres-ski decorated which made the place feel cozy. The drinks were delicious as well, I got a spicy marg with mezcal that they did not have on the menu but agreed to make. They were attentive of our drinks. I recommend stopping by for a date night or grabbing drinks with a girlfriend as it's very aesthetically pleasing- including the bathroom! Do want to mention there wasn't a drink in the menu that was less than $14 besides the happy hour drinks. However, I would go back as drinks were delicious!

Yelp
Loved the ambience. Fairly large cocktail menu with a combination of classic cocktails and their own recipes. We enjoyed our cocktails. Service took a little while. They do have a good happy hour menu.

Yelp
If you're searching for an outdoor patio in downtown Denver where you can indulge in modern cocktails and tantalizing tapas from the grill, look no further than The Terrace at Room for Milly. With its delightful ambiance and menu, this gem is sure to please. The Terrace menu is available Fridays & Saturdays from 2pm - 7pm for guests dining on the patio. We arrived at Room for Milly and were seated outside on The Terrace. The Terrace was framed by verdant plants, flowers, and charming green umbrellas. Our server Alec was awesome; he was attentive and had great recommendations on both food & cocktails. From The Terrace's grill we had the Kebab Plate made with Caribbean Shrimp, Lamb Kofta, & Guajillo Jackfruit served atop Quinoa Salad made with Compressed Cucumber, Pickled Red Pepper, and Toasted Almonds. Each skewer was grilled to perfection offering a delightful combination of flavors and textures that satisfied our taste buds. My favorite were the juicy Caribbean Shrimp. Due to some rain, we enjoyed some time inside Room for Milly as well. The interior was wistful and evocative. Feminine art pieces, a soft pastel color palette, and an art deco-inspired bar created an atmosphere that was both inviting & sophisticated. For Cocktails I started with The SS City of Paris made with Vodka, Grapefruit, Rosewater, and Sparkling Rosé. Youthfully adventurous, bright, & clear-eyed with a hint of mischief - this cocktail was floral on the nose with a refreshingly crisp taste. Jaclyn had the Delta Royale made with Blanco Tequila, Blanc Vermouth, Lime, Giffard Fraise de Bois, Chareau, & Lavender. Determined and full-throated with a scarf snapping taut - this cocktail was strawberry pink & inspired. Ally had the Mont Paral Cava. A delicate pale rosé with fine persistent bubbles. For Bites we had the Whipped Feta & Crudité made with Tomato Confit, Olive Tapenade, & Seasonal Vegetables. This dish showcased thick whipped feta complemented by a medley of vegetables. The vibrant colors and fresh flavors of this dish were perfect for sharing and savoring alongside our cocktails.

Yelp
Room for Milly left little to be desired! The ambiance is dessert for unsatisfied eyes. I came with a girlfriend to take advantage of The Denver Passport (bogo free drinks at many Denver hot spots). The Passport said we'd get bogo free Signature Cocktails, but we were told that instead we could only order Spritzes. This was a bummer, but the Spritzes were pretty tasty. I started with the Hotel National and liked it despite missing the taste of the rum. I finished with the Sangria, and it truly was the perfect mix between traditional sangria and a spritz. I'll definitely be back to try the other cocktails and enjoy the chic aesthetic.

Yelp
Went back for a repeat visit and tried different cocktails. Excellent service with great recommendations. Tried the Delta Royale and the Juno. Both filled with flavorful liquers and alcohol. Room for Milly made 5280s List for Coolest Bar/Restaurant bathrooms and it is deserving. Hanging monkeys with bold wallpaper - fantastic!

Yelp
After having to wait for about ten or 15 minutes for the lone bar tender and employee to greet us, he let us have our pick of seating. We chose the large sofa, which was actually quite nice. The entire place was decorated very well! I love the ambiance of the place. My date had a cocktail and I had a mocktail and we both thought they were delicious! The bar tender regularly checked on everyone to refill drinks! Not half bad, but I don't see myself returning either.

Yelp
Room for Milly was an absolute delight. We were able to drop in for a spot at the bar around 7 PM on a Saturday without too long of a wait. I loved the cocktails and foods we tried. I'll definitely be returning. Down Shift (Down Shift Rye, Pear Brandy, Spiced Demera, Tiki Bitters) Mont Blanc (Mont Blanc* Raw Cacao Butter Washed Vodka, Oat Milk, Palisade Peaches, House Made Vanilla Créme Soda, Egg) 7:30 Eggs and Crisps* (Dark Soy, Chili de Arbol Honey Glaze, Local Chips) Roasted Mushroom Hummus (Paprika Lemon Hummus, Thyme Naan Bread) Charcuterie Plate

Yelp
Just kind of blah and mediocre and excuse ridden - lots of great cocktail joints in neighborhood - this ain't one of em

Yelp
First off they have great cocktails. The inside is very interesting, it's beautifully decorated and styled but they have a bunch of pool and beach items hanging around that cheapen it. It's cute beach tropical themed but the hanging floaties diminish how beautiful the bar is. Definitely recommend making a reservation or get lucky at the bar. The staff is helpful on recommendations as well. The truffle popcorn is delicious to snack on but wish they had just few more food options.

Yelp
Walking down Platte, you are met with tons of options for drinks and food, most of them fairly average if not at least interesting. What you might not expect is to stumble upon a too quality cocktail bar with a unique menu that should have you coming back to try more and more combinations. I saw a recent review of Room for Milly that said "a New York vibe with a Colorado setting," and having spent most of my life there, the past six years in Chicago, and now a frequent visitor to Denver, I can honestly say that rings true. The decor and music certainly give off that vibe, though the staff are far friendlier than just about any cocktail bar you're going to find back home. I want to highlight the My Dearest Pike, a cocktail that comes with the warning of "Not for a first time visitor." Well, I was never one for reading directions, and I'm glad I laughed this disclaimer off because I've never had anything like this before in my life. The aroma is straight scented candle, which yields to a delicate yet complex coconut balanced with agricole and tiki bitters. The spiced pandan cordial elevates this to unexpected brilliance, just an exceptional cocktail that stays balanced and intriguing until the last drop. Even today, that aroma is still whispering in my brain, really something. The point off is the food. Not the quality, that's there, even something as simple as the sourdough is done very well. But, for the prices, the portions are a bit off (hey, New York vibe!). The burrata dish was delicious, however it was deconstructed and to be eaten with essentially a toothpick, pretty much impossible given the drops of burrata and pine nuts. Come for the cocktails and be choosey with the food. Regardless, the quality is there and you're in for a really great experience.

Yelp
Unique drinks, excellent service! The atmosphere was very well lit and welcoming. I would give them 5 stars all around!

Yelp
Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The interior of the bar is beautiful and well designed, making our time inside enjoyable. We ordered two cocktails (a mojito and a south side) and one mock tail (can tab). All three were very refreshing and well made. The price point is a little higher than other cocktail bars in the area but worth a visit from time to time. I do wish their happy hour menu was a little more expansive, we probably would have stuck around longer if that was the case.

Yelp
This is a super cute bar to grab some drinks, it's small, intimate, and has a French vibe to it, except for the really loud clubby music that didn't fit the atmosphere and made it hard to hear each other. The reason for the low rating, the charcuterie board was mediocre, it was not served on a boar with the traditional pairings and the quality of the cheese and meat was grocery store rather than French bar. For $20 I expected it to be far better.
google avatar

Jasmine K.

Yelp
Cute place but disappointed by their spring break decoration. I mainly came here for how cute the booth area looks in their pictures but the wallpaper has been changed to a bland beach scene. I feel like there could've been maximalist beach patterns better suited for that area. But it was a fun idea, I'll be coming back once they're back to their original theme. Service was phenomenal, really friendly people.

Yelp
10/10!!!! We came for cocktails last night and we're blown away by the service and the incredible cocktails. Our server had just made this incredible lavender syrup and made a new age gin and tonic using it with a little creme de violette that was incredible. Highly recommend to any cocktail lovers in Denver!

Yelp
Really great spot that gives very Europe vibes. They have great drinks and a great happy hour! I would recommend if you are looking for a cute new spot in the highlands

Yelp
Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Drink Quality: 4.5/5 Food Quality 3.5/5 This place is adorable and has great vibes whether you sit inside or outside. We went on a Monday night and it wasn't overly busy, but still a good amount of people. We sat in their private outdoor seating area which was nice for catching up after not seeing one another for a while. We ordered the tiki of the week which had rum, an aloe Vera liquor, and pineapple which was tasty! We also ordered the SS drink, and due to it being one of our birthdays, our waitress bought one of them which was very sweet and unexpected! We then ordered the popcorn (large) and the burrata. This was kind of the downfall for me, the popcorn was tasty, but LOADED with kernels and under popped pop corn which was really disappointing. The burrata was also not what I was expecting based on ordering burrata elsewhere in Denver. Usually you get the whole ball of cheese and lots of bread, but this was little clumps or cheese and only three pieces of bread (I hate when restaurants give you an odd number of something because it makes sharing so hard). On the menu it also said it only came with peaches and balsamic but there were numerous tomatoes in it and neither of us like tomatoes and likely would not have ordered this had we known that. The food quality was eh and I felt overpriced for what it was, but I was pleased to see on the check the burrata was $12 opposed to the menu price of $14 which seemed more accurate. I was also surprised to learn the tiki of the week was only $10, I was expecting the to be $15, so that was great.

Yelp
Finally got to make it in here for drinks! It has been on my list. Got the bramble and it was delicious! Could drink that every night of the week. Decor is insanely cute. Only one deduction in stars because the decor gives off chill cocktail venue, yet the music was blaring so loud, I was shouting to talk to my friend. Not enough to detour return trips for sure!
google avatar

Sean K.

Yelp
Dazzling decor. Lounge around this casual artsy joint for the ambiance, and consider a nosh or sip to make friendly with the staff. I only wish I had thought to take pictures. Solid design.

Mark C.

Yelp
This place used to be good but it has no vibe and is way over priced for super average drinks and poor service. It always takes 20 min + to get a drink and current staff seems more into doing shots with each other than serving. There are way better spots to find a good cocktail with tasty food that actually play good music.
google avatar

Caroline Y.

Yelp
This is the cutest place to grab cocktails to celebrate a special occasion! This spot is 1920s inspired but feels so modern. We went here for my birthday and it did not disappoint! Atmosphere is 5 stars, drinks are 5 stars, small bites are 5 stars, and service was awesome!! Note that they don't have full plates to eat so don't come here starving. This would a great spot to have pre-dinner drinks or a dessert/drink after dinner. (I saw at least one sweet item on the menu.) I assume their menu changes seasonally so I'm looking forward to seeing what they offer as the seasons change! They offer gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian small bites! They even have a yummy zero proof cocktail list for those that don't drink. I think that's pretty neat! I love when nice places include folks who want something non-alcoholic. Can't wait to bring even more of my friends here!
google avatar

Laura R.

Yelp
I have been dying to come here for month. Spectacular ambiance and decor. Beautiful velvet couches and wallpaper with great seating throughout. Their menus is eclectic and has a great variety including several mock-tails (which were delicious). They offer happy hour which includes drinks only. Will definitely return.

Yelp
If there's a 10 star option this cocktail bar will get that from me! The ambience alone I would kill for. Someone once told me that this spot makes them feel classy. No doubt it does that. It also makes you want to explore more. The so called "bites" are so good looking and so well presented and add delicious to that and the trifecta that you've been looking for in a cocktail bar is definitely here. You found it! First time for me I admired their nooks. To me nooks gives you some feeling of privacy and intimacy. An invisible wall if you may. About five of those nooks. So romantic! Their cocktails are amazing! No doubt. But their bites? Chef Sean is the king. He's not afraid to present an escargot clearly visible. Very few people like the lowly snail. Even if imported from France. But done properly and definitely not covered in spices. It's the best experience ever! Pls if you visit RFM embrace the snail. Like you've heard anything that's exotic compared to the chicken in taste? Well think of it that way. You won't regret it. I promise you that! But this is not the chicken you know. My second visit what stood out for me was the Melon Salad. Amazing taste. Ridiculous bright colors. It's almost as if the sun itself was served to me on a plate. It's spicy, it's sweet and all the other fantastic taste in my mouth. I was hooked. I want to take the chef home with me. ( relax n get your mind off the gutter)foodie to foodie kind of conversation with him. In person. Drop in. Make a reservation. Whatever you do. Visit then now. Especially CO is back to a 100% seating capacity. Meaning the bar can accommodate more. ;) woohoo! There's outside seating as well as on the side which is probably choose cos it looks cuter! So, peruse my photos n make sure you extend your admiration to the Chef who one day ill get to meet in person. ;)

Yelp
Loved this cocktail bar. Drinks were great, decor is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Chairs are comfortable. Great for date night or girls night.

Yelp
Such a fantastic cocktail bar! Pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the ornate decor. The velour chairs and decorative wallpaper paired with the sensual lighting make this place a perfect date spot! Drinks were tasty - only had their aperol spritz, but can just tell the other drinks on the menu are probably a hit. We came for their happy hour, and man, the prices were so fair! Would urge you to come visit here for an after work cocktail or evening cap!
google avatar

Belinda D.

Yelp
One of my favorite places in Denver on my long weekend trip. This place is one of the cutest places I've ever been to for drinks. The decor is on point. Our bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the drinks. She helped my friend and me choose drinks that were to our liking. There's also no rush to leave. You can sit and talk and feel comfortable and relaxed while enjoying a drink.
google avatar

Shruti J.

Yelp
Such an intimate and cozy cocktail bar! A review has been long due for this place - Absolutely delicious cocktails, brilliant service and romantic ambience! Definitely a place to go with your date! We got a table but this isn't a very big place so even the bar would be a good spot! And yes this place does get busy in the evenings so recommend getting a reservation. Pen woman was so yummy! Coming back for more and to try other drinks on their menu!
google avatar

Yelp
What a cute little bar ! The drinks were not only cute but they were absolutely delicious too. Service was excellent and the truffle popcorn is to die for

Yelp
I am currently drinking the best cocktail of my life. I will A L W A Y S come here when I'm feeling like I need a fun night. The staff is so, so cute and sweet. So friendly. You can tell they love each other. This is how a business should be ran!! Beautiful decor, design, and ambiance. I can't recommend this place enough. 10/5 stars!!!

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday night. The main room was mildly full; 3 open tables and 3 guests seated at the bar. I waited at the host stand as is said please wait to be seated but after 3 minutes of standing there, I decided to seat myself at the bar 2 seats away from the host stand, 1 seat away from the other guests at the bar. The 2 bartenders were busy making drinks so I was content to wait. 6 minutes later I had not been greeted nor acknowledged in any way. So gather my belongs and left without anyone even knowing. Clearly no one is paying attention to guests entering the building, seating themselves, sitting at the bar or leaving. There is room at room for Millie just no service
google avatar

Amisha S.

Yelp
We walked by and got drawn in by the esthetics. It's a small but super classy space in a cute part of downtown Denver. It's apparently a tiki bar (but totally doesn't have those vibes). I love their happy hour and the vibe. The best drink was the Delta Royale (this strawberry potion with the most beautiful glass). I also enjoyed my French 75. My husband ordered their Dark and Stormy off of the happy hour which was very gingery but enjoyable! I wanted to try their passion fruit marg but we had to leave so next time! Their HH mojito was also good but pretty standard (and very minty). They also have unlimited popcorn and fun snacks on HH too. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Ruth G.

Yelp
Super cute cocktail bar on Platt street and a great place to grab drinks after dinner. The place is small and intimate with some table seating and bar arrangements. We got there early for a weekend night so we got to snag the two lounge chairs in the middle. I had a hard time deciding which drink to get so the server was very helpful in answering my questions. I settled on the SS City of Paris Spritz which had vodka, grapefruit, rosewater, and rose. I never thought to mix vodka and rose but it was a tasty drink! It's definitely a cute place to catch up with friends and the service was wonderful!
google avatar

Larissa G.

Yelp
Gabby was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, literally the sweetest human definitely ask for her if you want to have a great night
google avatar

Frederic R.

Yelp
Nice lounge and great atmosphere. They have a patio in the summer which is also very nice. They have nice drinks and some good appetizers. Highly recommend. One thing i would change is the music: i dont mind rap music but it would be nice to change it a bit, mix it a bit.

Yelp
Room for Milly is always a treat! A spot I like for: a quiet conversation with a friend, to show out of town guests Denver, and on our most recent excursion, a girl's night out. The venue itself is delightful - I feel like I am transported to an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel - and the drinks are exceptional. For something sweet but subtle, I always recommend the Penn Woman. If you want some small bites, the deviled eggs are a go-to for an elevated treat. The secret to this spot, however, is the service. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to provide guests with a memorable experience. They are kind, communicative, and exceptionally talented. The team really made my most recent night special. I would certainly recommend this spot to anyone. One note: They have a fairly extensive menu of options for sober and sober-curious individuals. Both drinks I have had were complex and delicious. We love the inclusivity!
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
BIG FAN. Came for a late birthday celebration and the team was so nice to let us sit at the bar with hopes of then moving to the dining room. The mural at the back of the bar is hand painted which is really cool! The glassware is totally stunning and the decor is fabulous. There is a large selection of drinks and I got a sesame whiskey something or other that was totally unique and unlike anything Id had before. Staff is super nice, love the lotion in the bathroom (lol) and cute interior.

Yelp
I LOVE THIS ROOM FOR A MILLY! seriously the best service, the coolest ambiance, and the best bar tenders! Will be coming back here for every girls night

Yelp
Room for Milly is the missing gem of Denver. What's there not to love about a great cocktail bar with beautiful ambiance and great small bites to share with your friends? The cocktails are reasonably priced and the small bites are too pretty to eat! Highly recommend the burrata, deviled eggs, and sour dough toast with cauliflower. If you're looking for a casual night out with great cocktails and small bites, this spot is a must!

Yelp
First time here. A nice cocktail bar with plenty of drinks and food choices. Most cocktail bars are limited to nuts and small bites. Room for Milly offers more choices. I started with a classic cocktail, Old Fashioned.($14)..Their version is called Fuel Stop with Bourbon, cranberry liqueur, Angostura bitters and a sprig of Cedar smoked rosemary. Very good and thought provoking with the rosemary sprig. I swirled the sprig in the drink and it changed the profile. I paired it with the chilled shrimp (4 small instead of the usual 2). ($8). The sesame seeds were an interesting touch. I also got 2 Deviled eggs. ($4 each eggs/2 halfs). Very good. My 2nd & 3rd drinks were their Commander ($15). A Manhattan with Toasted Sesame rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Olorso sherry, Benedictine and celery bitters. I could not taste the bitters. I will ask next time to skip them. I paired it with their burrata ($14). Plenty of mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and very little arugula. I did get 2 chunks of sourdough bread to wipe up the saffron tomato chutney. I will be back to try other drinks and food.

Yelp
Based on all the other positive reviews, I am guessing I was here on an off night. We had a reservation on a Friday for 7pm but had to wait another 15 minutes before we were seated. The hostess was super kind and apologetic which was appreciated- especially since the wait was partially due to tables being sanitized. Our server left much to be desired. She was not super knowledgeable and didn't seem to know the menu well. We interacted with some of the other waitstaff and they were great, so she seemed to be an exception rather than the rule. We got the coconut old fashions and they were decent. We also got a few little bites of food- deviled eggs and some other nibbles- and they were delicious and came out quickly. All in all, I will definitely be back to give it another try because I see the potential and am guessing my experience was not typical.

Yelp
Wow. The head bartender/gm(?) Kyle is a legit pro up there with the world's top-ranked cocktail bars that we have visited in recent years. He made creative decisions based on our conversation of what we like & were looking for.. Every cocktail was stunningly well-balanced and delicious. So, so delicious. We were thrilled and impressed, and stayed much longer than initially intended! Thank you so much, Kyle! Cool room and well-designed space, really nice people, bumping loud music on a Fri night.

Yelp
Woah! Where do I start. The food, the drinks, the story/vibe? Everything about this place was on point and exactly what I expected. I ended up reading about this place early in quarantine times and was bummed I wasn't able to try it in person. I ended up skipping their virtual drink tastings but wish I didn't in hindsight. The overall vibe of this place is great. It's well decorated and really makes you feel like you stepped into a well thought out and unique comfy environment when you walk in (also the bathroom has the coolest light haha. In addition, their menu itself has a bunch of drinks and themed stories behind Milly, who I'm not sure is a real person or character. The menu has a good selection of drinks and I can't remember exactly what we ordered, but I got an old fashioned which was so well done with their own unique flavors which were accentuated well. The other was the Parker Cinemas, which based was an alcoholic coke that was phenomenal. As far as food goes, I think they have a rotation of menu items so it changes but everything we had was well thought out and great. Honestly, the cheapest and best bar snacks I've had for the price. Also the truffle popcorn was my favorite thing, couldn't see my self spending that much on a bowl of popcorn but it was so worth it. Overall everything about this place is on point. Will be back and have been telling others to go here when they can.

Yelp
Ok - I love this place! One of my favorite cocktail bars in Denver for sure. It strikes a vibe balance between retro quirky bar and classy speakeasy. I'm digging it. I've come here on several occasions, and tried different cocktails each time. The standout favorite for me has to be the Penwoman Daisy. This seriously tastes like a creamsicle. No other way to describe it for me. I usually lean away from drinks with egg white in them, but this was amazingggg. You must try. Other hits have been: Commander, Fuel Stop, Mururi They have food too, small menu, but good items! I tried the burrata my first time here - YUM! They have brought house-made popcorn to our table though each time, and THAT is a win in my book!!

Yelp
What a stunning little cocktail bar right in (lohi?? What neighborhood is this???) The ambiance is a 10/10 for sure! Tastefully decorated, beautiful bar! Pretty tables and chairs for lounging; they're quite comfortable too. They offer small bites which is a nice accompaniment to your cocktail hour; and they do happy hour from 3-6pm. We tried a few things; deviled eggs, shrimp, mushroom toast, but I have to say the star of the show for me was hands down the cauliflower croquettes! Omg these are soooo good, and vegetarian!! You have to get these! Loved the cocktail menu, all of the cocktails sounded amazing! I went with the Delta Royale - Blanco Tequila, Lavender Blanc Vermouth, Lime Juice, Giffard Fraise de Bois, Aloe. It was very tasty and served in a beautiful glass perfect for photos! My companion got the Pen Women - Raw Cacao Butter Washed Vodka, Oat Milk, House Made Vanilla Créme Soda. I have to say I was quite jealous because it was also delicious!!! I wish Oat milk was utilized in more cocktails because I am a fan! All and all I would definitely come back here again to try more of the menu!

Yelp
The drinks and service were awesome. Super unique stuff and the bartender was great about helping us decide what we should drink. Love the decor of the place. I will say that the food we had needed some work and hopefully they read this review: the popcorn was stale and the candied spiced walnuts were salt bombs and over seasoned. I'm one of those people who likes over salted food so if I say something is too salty it is probably pretty close to inedible. I will go back. The drinks and place were great, but will avoid the food in the future.

Yelp
Super cute, intimate seating, fantastic cocktails, and fun snacks. We had truffle popcorn, prawns, and cheese. It was a fun place to stop in for a few with friends.

Yelp
Drinks & cocktails were great. However, their appetizers were not good & overpriced. The meat board came with 5 pieces of salami and 3 pieces of prosciutto For $16 or $18 dollars. Skips the apps at this place!

Yelp
Amazing drinks and service! If Jack is working ask for the Fairy Queen of Prague- absinthe and gin spirits with raspberry dem. Vibe is on point- great colors and natural light.
