His kitchen team delights diners with dishes like hush puppies with whipped honey butter and thinly sliced house-made ham along with mains like in-house braised oxtail raviolini. Milk and cookies pie with a scoop of salted cookie dough ice cream and crème anglaise seals the deal. And while the food selection spans continents, the cocktails bring it back home.
