Seoul Garden

Been coming to Seoul Garden for over 25 years. Usually consistent, good service, and delicious. This last visit was completely different. We ordered the Dallas Combo. The server brought out a platter of raw meat and just left. Normally they expertly cook and tend to the meat then cut and serve. On this visit we were left to cook and fend for ourselves. We tried to cook the first few cuts of meats but the timing was way off. Over or undercooked. So we requested help from the staff. They said they didn't have enough people so we had to cook the rest ourselves. We then asked them to cook the meat in the kitchen for us. They took it back to the kitchen. Then 20-25 minutes go by and nothing. So we ring the bell and have to remind them to bring our cooked meat back. They finally bring the meat platter back. All the meat is overcooked, dry and cold by now. We suspect they forgot and it was just sitting in the kitchen. Also the meat was still in huge slabs and not sliced. At the end, the huge platter of meat was not edible because it was overcooked, then cooled off. The meat was very dry and tough like jerkey. With KBBQ timing is everything. The Dallas combo platter was inedible and went to waste. The staff was not helpful and refused to help remake it or make any concessions. We were really expecting great Korean food based on our previous experiences here but we were hugely disappointed. Lesson learned. Will not be back.

Their grilled mackerel was perfectly savory, flaky but dense with crispy edges and bones. Goes well with their super sticky white rice. I will be back

The food the experience with the lady was very nice she was so nice and friendly she reminded me of my own mom at home :) I love it here I would bring my family and friends again!

We had the pork belly and galbi, and both were outstanding! The pork belly was thick and juicy, while the galbi was marbled and incredibly tender. The service was excellent—attentive without being intrusive—and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making for a great dining experience.

If you have followed my reviews for a while, you'll notice a trend. My wife and I lived in South Korea for 16 years. We are always looking for the best Korean food with the most traditional atmosphere. This Seoul Garden has both perfected! The food was amazingly delicious, and the atmosphere felt like I just walked down the alleys of Itaewon into my favorite restaurant. We will definitely visit this restaurant again and again. Oh, and the price was very reasonable! There's just no reason not to go.

My boyfriend and I have visited Seoul Garden at least once every month throughout the past year, sometimes twice a week even! Every visit used to be something we truly looked forward to, especially the fresh prime short ribs and the yukhoe. These two dishes were always our must order picks, we always ordered two servings of the fresh short ribs along with the yukhoe. They consistently exceeded our expectations, and the melt in your mouth quality of the premium beef was unforgettable each time. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit (yesterday), the quality of the meat was far from what we‘d consider premium. The short ribs no longer had that rich, tender texture we had always experienced. On a previous visit last month, the gentleman who served us cut the meat excessively small and did not grill it well, in fact too well done, and he also didn’t seem to know how to properly pack the yukhoe to-go. Overall, the experience has declined noticeably. When the Korean ladies used to work there, there was a warm sense of familiarity. They talked with us, took great care of our table every time we visited, and it made us genuinely want to tip more because we appreciated them. Unfortunately, that atmosphere is gone now, and it feels like something we’ll never experience there again. The interior changes were also disappointing the previously enclosed corner seating area was opened up entirely, resulting in a noticeable lack of privacy. Seoul Garden had always been a place we continued to visit because we believed the flavor alone would make up for the rest, but sadly, even that consistency seems to be gone. Because of this, we’ve decided to try Goryeo Kalbi next door today, and the difference was significant. The restaurant was much busier, the service wasn’t that good but the quality of the premium fresh short ribs was superior, and it met our expectations. Seoul Garden has been a place filled with memories and anticipation for us, so it’s truly disappointing to feel that we can no longer rely on receiving the premium quality meat we once enjoyed so much. I genuinely hope the owner becomes more involved and prioritizes both service and meat quality so the restaurant can return to the level it once had.

My family and I used to frequent this restaurant but hadn’t been back in a while due to declining food quality and service. We decided to revisit today and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Sandeep, was very pleasant and genuinely caring. We’re looking forward to visiting more often. Thank you!

The server adjusted the gas flame using the same tongs used for grilling meat, which was unhygienic and disgusting. Look at the picture and I will let you decide if you would touch those with the cooking tongs. The server mixed non-marinated meat and marinated meat on the grill without asking, so what’s the point of ordering non-marinated meat? I thought that was no brainer especially for people who works in korean grill restaurant. I don’t think I’ll ever go back nor recommend this place.

My husband drove right past it following the gps because it was literally tucked in the corner behind a tiny gas station and 7-eleven. The cutest ajoomas work at this place! They are super friendly and love kids. They all came to have a convo with my 4 year old. They grill all your meat and change the grill frequently without you asking. We got the Dallas combo and all cuts of meat were delicious. The marinated short rib meat was the best one. I loved the kimchi and all the banchan. Even their salad was delicious. They are nonstop coming to check on you to make sure everything is ok. I really enjoyed our meal here today and charcoal grill makes all the difference.

Solid Korean food and great pricing. I was traveling to Dallas for work and was craving KBBQ and they had the perfect combo of spicy cold noodles with galbi for $29.99, the serving was enough to feed two. I was suppose to bring it back home and was very upset when I realized I forgot it at the hotel lobby. This spot is very local and filled with many Koreans getting their KBBQ fix!

Food is good, recommend to people who likes to try authentic Korean food, service is nice, good for family or friends outing.

It was my first time eating kbbq in Texas and coming from California where we have a huge korean population, the prices were similar to California but the portions were way bigger. I went here by myself, service was fast, and the food quality was 10/10 I spent about ~$100 for a total of 4 dishes (I ordered 2 for togo). I think its definitely worth giving it a shot if you're in town! All of this food could feed at least 3 - 4 people. The buckwheat noodle was so much it barely look like I ate anything at all. Food: 10/10 for the price point Service: 10/10, fast & constantly checked on Overall visit: 10/10

The young gentleman host was extremely pleasant, welcoming and professional. The food was delicious with huge portions. The prices are a little higher, but that's obviously due to great quality food and portions large enough to take some home. The interior was clean and well kept. Looks like it would be a fun place to come with a group in one of the semi-private table areas. Will be back

I made a reservation for a party of 7 over the phone. As soon as we arrived we were seated and they actually gave us a room which was nice and gave us a lot of privacy. The tables were all set and ready for us with side dishes and drinks already set up. BUT as soon as they found out that we weren't planning on ordering meat dishes our server wasn't as friendly but a little bit annoyed. When we ask for refills for some of the side dishes she snarky would say I don't think we have any of those dishes but let me check the kitchen and she would never come back. (And mind you we are native speaker so don't think that Korean speaker get better service than non Korean speakers!) But I still want to give them 4 stars just because the food was so good! All the side dishes I tried were fresh and so well seasoned! The mackerel that I ordered was perfectly grilled and the portion was very generous. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food. The lack of service didn't bother us too much as we were happy with our seating and food we got to enjoy! Just FYI parking is very tight here and not everyone are great in parking here. So be patient and careful!

More side dishes here but they're just alright. The seafood pancake was aright, the LA galbi was alright, the egg soup turned into a cod soup was alright ...it was an alright restaurant but nothing exceptional or standout for me too many exceptional Korean restaurants in this area for me to remember this place

2nd place I visited during my business trip in Dallas. Heard alot about this place. Seems like of business trip stop by vibe. Loved how there is KBBQ outside of Los Angeles area. Great taste. I'm a bit confused on if servers are suppose to grill for us though, they do cook, but not enough to just let the meat sit there til they cook. However, I still think it is good enough for me to come back on my trip. Thank you!

After watching so many kdramas, I wanted the experience of K-BBQ so we drove to Dallas to try this place out. The place was surprisingly packed on a Tuesday night but we were quickly seated in a private room. The service was A+. Since I have a food restriction, we couldn't get any of the combos so the server provided recommendations so we could have the best experience. She was also nice enough to give us the egg soufflé and tofu and soybean stew that came with the combos. We ordered the steak and Bulgogi, and were taught how to cook it ourselves and use the scissors to cut the meet into bite size pieces. I wish we were allowed to order a single meat (instead of the required two needed to use the grill oneself) because it was soooooooo much food - it comes with rice, side dishes, salad and dipping sauces. We should have invited others to make it more cost effective. Our bill was ~$100 after ordering the meats and a pancake (which we would have skipped if we knew how much food it was going to be). I ate really well that day though.

Thought this place was on the pricier side, then I saw the portion sizes. The Beef Bibimbap ($16) is a huge platter of fresh vegetables, generous cup of rice, beef bulgogi and sauce. They even threw in some miso soup. The beef portion was skimpy, not to mention over cooked, and they should have provided a lot more spicy gochujang sauce. I was very pleased with the quantity of veggies, however - lots of crisp romaine, cooked spinach, julienned carrots and zucchini, bean sprouts, mushrooms (2 kinds), onion, cucumber, daikon radish, etc. Tteok Guk (rice cake stew with beef broth and egg) was hot and soothing. There was some soft cooked short rib in there that added a great umami touch. The broth was savory and rich. We enjoyed the plentiful scallion and egg garnish. Great banchan assortment provided as well!

Coming from LA & as an ultimate kbbq lover, I enjoyed this spot! The 2 of us shared a Combo A, which actually feeds 3 people but we are big eaters so this was no problem for us. To start off, they give so much banchan! I'm a big fan of banchan so this was a pleasant surprise. Especially loved the seasoned anchovies since we rarely find that served at a kbbq spot. Meat quality was nice & the marinated meats were definitely the star of the meal. Although, the marinated meats came to our table first and we ended up having to eat all the non-marinated meats at the end. Would request asking for the other way around next time! Service was also very kind, the waitress started cooking our meats for us until I kindly told her we can cook ourselves so we could control the done-ness. Combo A also came with steak tartare & I happily devoured this. Overall, such a treat! The portions, quality, and service was such a good value for the price. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Dallas!

I had a long drive back from ATL and I wanted to treat myself to a good dinner. I was craving bossam with oyster kimchi so I looked all over Yelp and found that Seoul Garden offers some oyster bossams! I called immediately and ordered to-go, and the oyster bossams were $39.99. It sounded like it was a serving for 2 so I knew there would be leftovers. When I arrived, the server cashed me out pretty quickly and she gave me a huge box with all the food. At first, I was like "is this really for two people?" but that lert me only more excited. I got home and opened the box -- the order came with plenty of meat, salted cabbage, dwenjang, shrimp sauce, two bowls of rice, oyster kimchi and asosoeted banchans. The portions were plentiful to say the least! I took a bite of the meat and it was very well cooked! The bossam tasted just like how my mom makes it and the skin part was extremely chewy, and it was just something you wanted to make a ssam out of. I then wrapped it with the salted cabbage and a piece of raw oyster and some daikon kimchi. Absolutely amazing! The oysters were pretty fresh ahd the chemistry of the wrap was insane. I will say though -- the salted cabbage is PRETTY salty - I usually don't eat rice with my food but my hands were going for the rice as I had to calm my salted palate down. I was so shocked at how many oysters they give.. We all know that oysters are not cheap but there was actually eo many oysters... It really was a pleasant delight! The banchans they gave were also pretty good. I got broccoli, cucumber kimchi, braised potatoes, kimchi and fish cake stir fry. All great accompaniments. Overall -- I was so pleased with the value of this place. If you look at the photo, the aesthetic of the oyster daikon kimchi may be a little questionable but the taste is absolutely amazing. It is a lot of food for $40 and it looks like this place is one of the OG Korean restaurants in Dallas. I would love to come back to dine in here and I already know what I'm gonna order. Thank you Seoul Garden for such an incredible dinner after an exhausting drive!

We were the first customers of the day, food was all delicious and the portions were very large taking home nearly a full meal afterwards. Waitress and staff were pleasant and the service was great. Will be back for Kalbi soon!

Food was excellent, the service was a an A+, and I enjoyed having lunch in a private dining area. It was 8 of us and we were able to talk freely. They have several small intimate dining areas to meet your group needs. I'm ready to go back now

This is a super awesome Korean spot with high quality food that is so so tasty. I've had the pleasure to come here a couple of times but this last time was just over the top with such wonderful service. Our server was highly attentive make sure everything was top notch and keep our grill full of the best kbbq I've had out in Dallas. On the outside the spot might look a little obscure because it's right next to a gas station but don't let that fool you inside it is a beautiful dinning spot that is extremely clean and well maintained. If you are in the mood for some great kbbq or even just for some classic Korean dishes I would highly recommend Seoul Garden.

I have been to Korea multiple times, and the food here beats anything in Korea by a long shot. Amazing, amazing, amazing, I have nearly ate everything on the menu! Everything is always seasoned well and rice is peeeerfect. Grace is the best server, she never lets my cup get empty, as well as the sides! The ambiance is great, it's very clean and a great place for lunch or dinner! This is def my go to, I drive almost 45 mins, but it is worth it every time! ~I should have taken a photo, but I ate it all.

My sister and I wanted some Korean bbq and we specifically wanted to go to a place that uses charcoal. We tried to go to Koryo but after two unsuccessful attempts, we decided to try Seoul Garden. I called before going just to make sure we wouldn't drive all the way for nothing. The lady who answered the phone was going to get me someone else when I first spoke in English but I switched to Korean and asked if they're busy. She seemed confused but then asked how many we were. When I told her 2, she warmly told me to come. By the time we arrived, it was close to 9pm. We were promptly seated in a booth, and shortly after, someone poked her head in while walking by and asked if we were the ones who called. We still had our masks on at this point and she asked us if we were twins (my mom later joked that it's because we both got out eyebrows done at the same place). She would check in on us frequently and be super sweet the whole time. We ordered the Suwon Galbi and Pork Jowl (Hang Jung Sal). The charcoal was brought to our table, as was the banchan, then the meat. They do use a pan that covers most of the charcoal underneath, so I didn't taste a huge difference from using charcoal vs. another source of heat, but my sister and I both noticed that the meat cooked super fast, which was great since we were hungry. The Suwon Galbi was nice, with a very light marinade, and we thought the portion for the pork jowl was very large. I'm not sure if they gave us extra since we were seemingly the last table of the night and they were being nice, or if that's the normal portion, but it felt like it was twice the amount you get at Ari in Carrollton. Everything was fresh and the meat was really good quality. I think I read some people complain about the jjigae and the steamed egg but they were both fine in our case. The jjigae wasn't like amazing but it was decent and did its job for the meal, and the egg was delicious. I will say that there was a slight smoky taste in the egg but I didn't think this was a bad thing at all. We left feeling suuuuper full. I couldn't even finish the meat on the bone from the Suwon Galbi. All in all, I would return, but not necessarily because they use charcoal. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the service was great.

Located in the "old Korea town" off Royal/35. This spot has a somewhat small parking lot that's shares a space with 7-11. Seems odd, but the food makes up for it! They remodeled the interior within the last couple of years as well. It's close to home and never really a wait! The galbi here is sooooo good and flavorful (my favorite cut of beef). We often order table side rather than grilling, but definitely recommend either one! Octopus hot stone bibimbap- they also have a beef galbi version which is just as tasty! I love these hot stone rice dishes because the rice actually gets CRISPY from the heat of the stone. The crispy texture against the soft rice and flavorful mix of protein/vegetables is so yummy! Another item we always order is the pork kimchi jigae, which is a soup make from.. you guessed it, kimchi hahah. I like that it comes with tofu and rice cakes!!

Unethical Business - After few days I visited this place, I noticed that charged amount on my credit card statement was different than actual amount. I found out that store employee (s) added extra amount on tip (illegally). Total amount clearly was written on receipt, but he or she still did it. There were 4 other customers with same trouble. I let the store management know. Management promised to investigate, correct the wrongdoing, and issue refund. Waited 3 weeks, nothing happened. Now, I'm letting everyone know so customers visiting this place won't fraudulent charge victim. Make sure to scratch off blank field, and keep you copy. I'm going to report to BBB, FTC, attorney general.

We really love coming to this place but the management really needs to address the attitude of their 2 servers. These two ladies make you feel like you're an inconvenienced to them and when you ask for something they don't even have to say a word because their faces says it all. I only found one lady that serves there who always smile and always pleasant. She will take care of you even though she's not in charge of your your table. The food is good, the service (of those 2 servers) is what's dragging this place down.

My friend showed me this place! We got the lunch special. Galbi gui was so good! My friend got a soup I can't recall. The sides are shareable. I got a miso soup with mine. We didn't realize that we were supposed to share the entrees too until it was too late. The ladies were very nice in service. Next time I'd try it again and share this time.

A wonderful time here. Inviting, spacious, bright, and, clean interior. Attentive and friendly service. Thrilling sizzling plates and satisfying were their very lightly seasoned "Aemul Pajun" & "La Galbi". Absolutely delicious and the dish I'll come back for is their perfectly spiced "Kimchi Jjigae w/Pork". Will definitely be back. Looking forward in trying their steamed fish, noodle, and, bibimbap next. CHEERS!

I ordered food delivery here and have to say was very disappointed. I've tried plenty of places in the area but had not been to Seoul Garden and was excited to try. I got the seafood soondubu - the seafood was fishy and not fresh and the soup was under seasoned and bland. However, the worst of all was I got food poisoning from my dinner. I definitely will not be ordering from here again

A surprisingly delicious treat in an unexpected location. The bland outside entrance does not do it justice. We were just looking for an ATM at the adjoining 7-11 and saw the restaurant. I had to yelp and it had great reviews, Thirty minutes before closing (yes we were those people) and we were greeted with smiles. The staff was super friendly, and crazy fast with our delicious food. I ordered the beef bbq and it came out sizzling. I was not in the mood to cook it myself . Great service, great food, and clean bathroom. I Would definitely return.

I moved to Miami and came back to visit after 3 years. The first place I chose to eat at was here. I love that they bring out plenty of banchan dishes. The fish cake, cucumber, and kimchi are my favorites. I ordered the Bibimbab in stone clay bowl. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing! If you want authentic Korean food this is place to come. It was like I never left Dallas.

Went there Thursday evening with my son. It was not busy. It was just us and one customer on the other table. There were 2 waitresses. We ordered 2 dishes. One dish came, we started to eat, then we were almost done with one dish, the other dish has not come yet. I asked the waitress, where is the other dish? She does not know. We waited to give them time. We thought that the food is almost done. However, they just started to prepare the dish! We waited long enough. We decided to leave and pay for the one dish that came to our table. Very BAD service! I can understand if it was busy, but there was just 2 tables that they need to attend to. Be aware of this very bad service and not putting the order for the cook to prepare. The waitress apologized but it was too late.

Don't let the bizarre back-of-gas-station location fool you, this oldschool Korean BBQ place means business, but unfortunately the quality of the dishes is a bit inconsistent. Inside seating - 5/5 Little private booths if you're doing barbeque. Roomy enough for a group but cozy enough to feel like you're in your own separate world. Combo B - Pork Jowl, Pork Belly, Beef Belly and Beef Brisket - 4/5 Fatty and delicious, but not exactly health food. Definitely had to slow down and spend some time with the side-dishes to get through this one. This combo would have benefitted from replacing one of the fattier cuts with something leaner. Banchan - 4/5 Solid banchan game, with plenty of options, but none of them are individually too incredible. Steamed Egg - 1/5 Regrettably not tasty. We took a few bites and did not want more. Too bad, as we usually love steamed egg. Doenjangjigae (Soybean paste soup) - 1/5 A dish we normally enjoy eating, and even make at home, but I just can't recommend theirs.

This restaurant is really good I ordered several things to go they had it all packed in a box nice n neat. I ordered the Galbi and the bulgogi, japchae and kimchi jigae soup everything was very well made. They have a lot of authentic Korean food to choose from I'd recommend this restaurant for dine in or to go. Very nice staff too the location is the best part because it's not far where most Koran restaurants are located.

Low key on the outside - something I'd imagine you'd miss if you weren't deliberately looking for this restaurant! The parking lot is not the most accommodating and in fact you'd have to fight for spots with the neighboring 7/11, but for what's inside - it's totally worth it! The menu is comprehensive Korean and every dish has huge portions with even bigger flavor! I loved the seafood pancake, cooked to crispy perfection and loaded with mini-squids and shrimps. I always order galbi, and they really do it right here - nice big cuts of very well marinated short-rib served on a sizzling platter. Price is super affordable. Seoul Garden is definitely worth a visit when in Irving Koreatown.

In May of 2021, there was a $3 price hike on their meals. Somewhere around 2 years ago or sooner - Galbi Gui lunch special was either $11.99 or $12.99 (I forget which) and today it's priced at $17.99 after the May 21' hike from $14.99. That's ~ a 40-50% increase on this particular dish. Assuming there's 8 ounces of meat in the dish, let's say the increased cost is $2 assuming beef has gone up $4/lb to the restaurant. Yes - I totally agree - you pass that cost directly on to the consumer. What I don't agree with is jacking the price up $6 when that's not reflective of the flux in ingredient costs. I've been coming here for 30+ years and while I appreciate the new ownership, I don't agree with their price increases to this level.

Go visit Grace. She is the best server and host and they have the best KB. You Can't go wrong. Best service and best food. Always a favorite. Make a point every time I come to Dallas to come here for the food and service.

Don't be put off by the gas station plaza that this little gem is hidden in! Seoul Garden was absolutely fantastic in everything, the servers when seating us told us it may be a wait since they were busy. The wait wasn't too long but we appreciated the heads up. We came for lunch on a Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised that their lunch menu still came with all the banchans (side dishes) and Korean miso soup! Just the banchans, soup and rice would be a satisfying meal but the tofu jiggae I ordered was well worth the overstuffed belly afterwards. This was a seafood stew and for just $10 you get large shrimp, squid, clams and mussels in a delicious broth. I like how fresh everything tasted at such an affordable price. I might just come by here every time I'm in town. Come hungry and leave feeling ready for a food coma!

First place I ever tried Korean food.... Fell in love with how delicious everything that was brought out tasted. Every time I go it always good. Their service is quick, ambiance is okay, it's right next to a gas station but it delicious. I highly recommend you pay this place a visit for their kimchi jige , Jobchea, and Galbi. I'm always craving Korean food, and this place is always at the top of my list!

A super delicious, hole in the wall (eh mostly from the outside) Korean restaurant!!! My significant other loves this place and especially their C4: Maeun Galbi Jjim/the traditional Korean beef stew. It's a bit pricey ($35), but the serving is humongous!!! It's enough to feed 3-4 people. We haven't been able to find this dish anywhere else. The outside is not much to look at, and the parking lot is very limited as well. However, once you walk inside, it's like day and night. It's really spacious, clean, and even nicer than most other Korean restaurants. I love their banchan options. Regardless what you order, they give plenty of banchan, at least 9 different ones. They're all really good too. Their kimchi soup and stir fried squid are some of the best we have had. The portion is plenty for the price as well. It would be perfect if they stayed open later, but for now, we'll just enjoy them for regular dinner, and save the late late night supper for another place lol.

First time having Korean BBQ. Service was top notch. I was with a colleague from Korea, and our server was delighted to converse with him and to explain some of the food to me.

Probably the best Korean foods in Dallas!!!! Just get everything possible, literally everything was delicious!! Service was phenomenal also!

Who knew that Dallas had such a booming Korean town. There were tons of Korean restaurants to choose from but we chose Seoul Garden for the reviews we saw on Yelp. The restaurant itself is pretty no frills with options for grill tables or regular tables to order from the kitchen. We decided to order from the kitchen. They had a ton of banchan. Lots of tasty vegetables and dishes. The portions for the food were large and tasty. I enjoyed the tofu stew and the mandu. We definitely over ordered and could have shared more but we enjoyed everything.

We went to go eat at this place today and it was packed but the servers were working so hard they were quick on their feet and they did great for amount of people the food was very good too I had the rice cake soup and it was just very good.

Seoul Garden is one of the OG Korean restaurant in Dallas area. As a Korean myself, I dearly enjoy their banchan. Unlike any other Korean places that boast about the number of the banchan, I can assure you the quality and the variety of Seoul Garden is beyond others. Their portion is large and servers are attentive and caring. Give it a try! Maybe go there for their lunch menu -

A Dallas staple for Korean BBQ that never misses‼ Korean BBQ is my love language and Seoul Garden has my heart all day but did you know they use and utilize real charcoal grill? It's quite incredible especially coming in you can initially smell the charcoal grill sizzling throughout the restaurant with atmosphere and ambience so genuine and authentic. I visited during lunch and yes they have options for lunch specials -- we got the Bulgogi and Grilled Spice Pork and it was fantastic. The pan fried dumplings and their banchan spread were a good starter too! But let's talk about the star of the show and yes I'm talking about their meats and grill -- we had the Grilled Beef Short Ribs which was marinated in house special sauce and Chadolbagi which is the grilled beef brisket, all I can say is wow, I adore every bite and just everything about it so much. That's how you do Korean BBQ, call me crazy but I'm always down for Korean BBQ every single day, even multiple times a day, every meal I can do! This spot is an absolute win in my books that you guys should check out!

Just wish the servers came around more often, other than that had a great time. ~Will be back soon hopefully.

Wow everything very tasty and clean, the location is unique but one you step in the restaurant is well organized. The menu is expansive with several different iterations of your favorites. Chris made the experience fun and took great care of us while keeping us laughing.

Solid Korean place but definitely not my favorite in the Dallas area! Service was on par or even a little lower than other Korean places. Pros: *Closer to Dallas than other Korean places like in Carrollton *Solid food with decent portions (loved the bibimbap- tons of different vegetables) *Lots of variety in their banchan *No wait to be seated, and food was served pretty promptly *There is a parking lot (kind of small though) Cons: *Service is iffy- weren't asked if we wanted more banchan, waters were never refilled, and we were never asked how the food was *It was hard to get someone's attention, as no one ever made eye contact with us after our food arrived, so I didn't even bother to ask for more water or banchan If you've never had Korean food, definitely get the bibimbap. It's like a Korean chipotle dish. Rice with a punch of veggies, proteins, and a hot red sauce. The tofu soup here is good as well, but not the best I've had! Price overall is ok and I'm glad they do lunch specials! I would come back again.

Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend their special marinated beef. We got the Combo B and it was too much for 2 people since we couldn't take any leftovers with us. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! As a first time Korean BBQ patron, this was the perfect experience.

My wife and I were traveling to Dallas to visit some friends and came upon this place. We chose to do BBQ at the table along with ordering a couple supplemental dishes. With the BBQ, we ordered the B1...the short ribs were so tender and there was a pretty large portion that was brought to our table considering the price. We began to grill and cook it ourselves with the waitresses helping every now and then. The meat was super tender and it was probably one of the best short ribs I have had. They do have an extensively large traditional Korean menu as well. We ordered the S7 which also came in a huge portion. The BBQ along with the S7 and the Korean side dishes filled us up pretty well and we had quite a bit of leftovers. I love the portion size at this restaurant...plus the BBQ meat was really tender. I do have to subtract a star because of service. The waitstaff were all really nice and patient with us but they were severely understaffed for a Sat night. We definitely will be back for the food though

When a hankering for authentic Korean fare hit hard during our stay in Dallas, Yelp led us here. We felt bolstered by the sight of a mostly Korean clientele (but fret not if you're a non-Korean - everything on the menu is not only translated but well-explained so you have some idea of what you're ordering). The banchan, or free side dishes, were plentiful and varied. I was especially surprised and happy to see japchae, or seasoned glass noodles, amongst the offerings. We scarfed these down before our order even arrived and when the waiter noticed this, he helpfully offered a refill. We were able to make it for the lunch specials, which presented some of the more popular entrees at a slightly lower price. I chose the spicy naengmyun, or mixed buckwheat noodles, which were notably unique here for their thinness. With a hardboiled egg, seasoned radish slices, and seasoned cucumber slices, this was a refreshing contrast to the toasty outdoors. For an additional $3, they'll bring you an extra serving of noodles. Unless you're VERY hungry, avoid making the mistake I made by overestimating my appetite and the serving size of this dish. I was full before I'd even made my way through the original bowl of noodles and adding the extra bunch only dampened the taste since there wasn't enough sauce to coat it all. Service here was fine and polite, if a little leisurely as far as pace. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall, directly adjoining a 7-Eleven. If you're in the mood for real, non-fusion Korean food, I'd certainly recommend giving Seoul Garden a try.

I've ate here about 3-4 times and it's one of my favorite Korean restaurants. The first time we got jeyuk bokkeum (stir fried spicy pork), la galbi, and bulgogi to share. The bulgogi was awesome. I loved the galbi. My favorite was the jeyuk. The 2nd time we did the grill and the meats didn't disappoint. They have some of the best japchae I've ever eaten. I love their banchan options. I wish I lived closer!!!
