"I’m a sucker for French bistro food, so I was delighted to find out that this famed Paris restaurant was coming to New York for this collaboration dinner with Le Rock chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr (I’m slowly working my way through their restaurants). As part of my $125 four-course prix fixe, I opted for creamy roasted Saint Jacques scallops and the magnificently prepared steak, where the nearly bloody filet mignon medallion was drenched in pepper sauce. It was the quintessential iteration of what a Parisian dinner should be." - Bettina Makalintal

"From Le Rock’s opening menu I liked the L’Alaska, a French-leaning martini that uses Chartreuse as its cornerstone: a gin-based Alaska augmented with a mint verbena tea (inspired by Carthusian monks) and an aromatic spray of Chartreuse Elixir Végétal, prepared ahead and kept in the freezer for maximum coldness." - Kat Odell

"Since moving into the lobby of Rockefeller Center in 2022, Le Rock has aimed to dazzle diners with steak frites and an Art Deco–style glamour." - Becky Duffett

"A New York French restaurant tied to the same restaurateur team that was favored for Outstanding Restaurateur, contributing to the group's prominence during the awards." - ByPervaiz Shallwani

"Part of the restaurateur portfolio run by Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, whose collective businesses were honored with the Outstanding Restaurateur award." - Kayla Stewart
