A simple but very high quality menu, quaint setting - and most importantly very fresh fish. We had a very warm conversation with Brad that night, I really appreciated the human aspect to the meal. Highly recommend the blue crab hand roll with soy paper. Will definetely come back again. Thank you!

This place rips! vibes are great, food is fresh and tasty, and the selection of Japanese sake and craft beer is unmatched. Very casual and cozy hang. If you don’t need your temaki bar to be ultra Japanese this is probably the best option in the area. And from a food quality taste perspective, it’s top tier - I’d only put Temaki Den over it.

Service is excellent every time, food is so fresh. Great spot for date night or a double date. I love the limited seating, helps the flow of patrons moving, volume low, and the limited menu does the same. Limited options keeps the quality high & ingredients fresh. Just such a fun & unique way to have sushi.

Loved this spot! Bar top only style seating. They served sashimi and hand rolls (with appetizers) only. They had a great selection of beer and cold sake. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We had a quick and filling dinner here, if you love sushi, you will love this spot. I would not recommend for people who would hate to sit in a bar seat or have different expectations on the food.

let me tell you- if you haven’t been here you are MISSING OUT!! one of my favorite places for a quick bite, i never leave feeling hungry! great hand rolls but their tuna tataki is my favorite! and their sake selection is wonderful. but my real favorite part is the staff, always warm and welcoming and some of my favorite people to talk to and catch up with! Kayla and Alyssa always out a huge smile in my face and they make the BEST spicy tuna rolls.

I am here probably once a week! The best hand rolls and miso soup. If you want regular rolls this isn’t your spot! The quality is so great! My favorite is the spicy shrimp hand roll! All bar seating and the owner is super nice! Check it out! Take out is great too!

I had the good fortune of visiting Cherry Hills Sushi Company a few years ago, when it first opened. It sits within blocks of several medical facilities. For a place with a limited menu and limited seating, this sushi restaurant does not disappoint. What they offer, from chirashi bowls to sushi rolls and hand rolls, is made with fresh seafood and tastes wonderful. When I’ve taken my kiddos, they have been very accommodating and kid-friendly. The staff is friendly and eager to answer questions and serve. I returned today, after not having been there for some time, and had a wonderful lunch. I was pleased to see that they are no longer serving the sushi on disposable plates but are using reusable and washable dishes.

Cherry Hills Sushi has some of the best fish I have had in my life. I love the handroll and sashimi format, and how everything is done to compliment the amazing cuts of fish. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and make us feel like family every time we come in. The sushi is served quickly and efficiently, making the entire dining process pain free. And they carry an amazing selection of Japanese beer and spirits to go along with the meal. Thank you to all of you for making many a special occasion especially wonderful for us! We will always come back for more.

It's just sashimi and hand rolls, but IF you love a simple high quality hand roll welcome to heaven. It's a small bar shaped joint so quick service to a smaller crowd.

Absolutely one of my top favorite sushi spots in Denver! The blue crab hand roll can't be beat, it is my #1 roll I've probably ever had. A very quaint spot with limited seating, but I've never had to wait and if I did, I'd happily do so because the food and service are worth it. Servers are always friendly, attentive and make great recommendations. Though, you can't go wrong with any roll on the menu!

This review is long overdue. I came with a friend a while ago to check out Cherry Hills Sushi. The restaurant is small with mostly counter spots and a few tables. The servers were helpful as I had never been here before. I tried the six handrolls and it was all tasty. They are made to order and the quality of the seaweed, rice and fish/ingredient is really top notch. They premium wasabi is definitely a notch (or several) above the normal green paste you get when eating sushi. The miso soup was flavorful. It wasn't better than other Japanese restaurants I went to but definitely a good way to start the meal. I tried one of the Japanese beers that you don't see at every other restaurant. It was a darker beer and sadly I forget the name. It is expensive yet very worth it.

Recently had an opportunity to try Cherry Hills Sushi. This was like stepping in to a shop in Japan for a simple but delicious meal. The service was fast, meals were simple and easy to understand, the food was delicious! I would definitely come back here for a meal again.

When we walked in we didn't expect the seating to be how it was, though it turned out to be an amazing experience and we had some amazing food with great music and atmosphere, the people in the store were friendly and honestly seemed to care about what we needed and had no issue with answering our questions. Over all we had an amazing valentine dinner and I'm so happy with the night!

This place is fire! Cool vibes. It's counter service only and you get to watch the chef which is awesome. Good music playing too. I went for lunch on a Friday and the place was full 30 minutes after opening. As far as food goes, you cannot go wrong. The spicy items are legit spicy and delicious. Spicy scallop Temaki was my favorite.

My husband and I were running errands in Englewood so we decided to stop by for a quick hand roll lunch. We got here just a little before 11:30, and good thing because shortly after the restaurant filled up. You sit around the sushi bar and the menu is limited, but expect mostly hand rolls, with a few sashimi options. I ordered the 4 hand roll set and shared salmon sashimi and seared wagyu with my husband. For my hand rolls, I got salmon, blue crab, spicy scallop, and negihama. The portions of fish in the hand rolls were generous and I like that they weren't chopped to a mushy texture. The fish quality was about a 7/10 - decent but I wouldn't say among the freshest quality I've had even in CO. Not a bad spot for a casual quick lunch though, and the prices were very reasonable.

Been here twice, I'm from NYC Things we have gotten: Miso soup Salmon Blue crab Unagi Spicy scallop Lobster Spicy shrimp Spicy tuna I'd say 5 stars first experience but 4 stars second experience. I think service went down as the place was busier the 2nd go around. The salmon, spicy scallop and blue crab being pretty good of the bunch. This place is clutch in fulfilling your Sushi and/or handroll craving.

This is a great little spot! I came here for lunch and ate at the counter. The fish is all very high quality and fresh. They make rolls that you eat by hand which is different. I enjoyed the yellowtail, blue crab and spicy tuna rolls. I also had some sashimi and it was delicious. Great miso soup. Service was friendly and food came out in a reasonable timeframe. Prices are reasonable given the high quality. I would definitely come back!

little hole in the wall by DU. If you are craving for quick SUSHI ROLL here is perfect!! The menu is very simple just roll and sashimi. All the fish so fresh. Since we order a lot for 2 of us they gave us free Wagu beef since they cook extra. I think that is the only thing that could improve. The beef was cook well done. It could of been medium rare and just a little bit of Sauce so the sauce doesn't over take the Beef flavor. We love it since 2 of us got 10 rolls and 6 sashimi and 2 drink! very nice date night!! We will definitely be hungry and back again!!

Live in the area and my new go to sushi place. Love that they only have a sushi bar. Makes it feel more intimate. Great sushi - has some melt in your mouth toro. Have to try the chili crisp sashimi too!9

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The owner cares, and it shows. The handrolls here are awesome, and the folks are awesome. Do yourself a favor and try the lobster handroll!

This a small venue they have about 20 seats on a bar that curves around the sushi station. They have a couple of sushi girls that make hand Rolls which are about 5" long. No fancy sauces or accoutrements, seaweed-rice-fish ... that's it and it's amazing. The sashimi is so fresh and the miso soup was the best I have ever had, rich in flavor (and color!) and not just a salty broth with tofu and seaweed. The girls give you one roll at a time and it was entertaining that they roll it up and literally just carry it over in their hand and plop it down on your plate. So intimate, the owner is pouring sake and conversing with guests. He has two other locations and if they operate like this one go to any of them. Food is delish, the experience is amazing and they are grateful you came!

Great beer, good sake, handrolls done right, and a fun environment. It is not cheap though. Inside of the restaurant is a big, U-shaped bar for seating. In the middle of the U, there is someone making handrolls and serving up to a few at a time. This style of serving is key for handrolls because the seaweed wrapping gets chewy fast due to the moisture of the interior ingredients. This is a public service announcement: when you receive your handroll, immediately start eating it. Do not wait for other people in your party to receive their handrolls. Do not wait for your drinks or ginger or wasabi. Get that stuff sorted out earlier. If you delay eating your handroll for even just 30 seconds, and your handroll happened to be the first one made in the current delivery round, then your handroll is ruined. While the ingredients inside of the handroll are of decent quality, it's the timing and style of service that makes this restaurant unbeatable for handrolls. You can only get this experience at a sushi bar when the sushi chef directly hands you a handroll after making it. Please do try the blue crab handroll. The sashimi quality is very inconsistent, ranging from average to phenomenal. More often than not, it is average. Due to inconsistency, I couldn't recommend it at that price point. The beer blew my mind. I didn't know that Japanese beer was that good because until I came here, all I had before was Sapporo and Asahi. Sansho is very interesting and delicious with an herbal quality. The echigo beers are fantastic. The sake selection is big, with great variety in style and flavor. Sake flights are super fun and tasty. Service can be very slow on a busy night, so don't come here if you're in a hurry. This is somewhere to take your time, enjoy company, and soak in the atmosphere. And finally, the prices are very high, but you'll have a good time if you don't think about the prices. Sometimes they have a snow crab special handroll. Super delicious for sure, but I always have extreme regret when I see what I paid for it.

We tried this place out cause it had really good reviews and it did not disappoint. We got the hand roll kit ($38 for 8 rolls total) and we got to pick 4 fillings (lobster, blue crab, spicy tuna, and salmon) and they were all really good. The pack the rice into balls so you just grab one and spread it on the seaweed before you put the filling on and then roll it yourself. At first it did seem like it wouldn't be enough to fill us up but we were satisfied after our meal. I would definitely go here again!! :D

I took a friend over today, and somehow, I'm not sure if it's the owner, but he always rushes customers out as if we were done when we were not even done eating or ordering more. Last time I went with my daughter as well and he did the same thing. He came over and just gave us the bill when we did not ask for it. At first, I said, "Oh well, but I took my friend today, and he did the same thing...wtf

A few years back, before being a contributor to yelp review, this was a great place. Another place I visit when I. Colorado. Came today and thank you very much to the Cherry Hills Sushi Co for not changing the taste of your great dishes. This place is absolutely amazing and reminds me how I got introduced to sushimi.

It's a small space, but it is packed with great food. The service is amazing, the space is modern, and the food is delicious. Tucked away in a mini shopping center, you could miss it if you blink, but DON'T. Great sushi place for lunch or dinner.

Hands down our favorite spot for sashimi and sake. Simple and amazing. It's basically a large open bar with a small menu consisting of about 6 different sashimi, a few hand rolls, bowls, sake and whisky. You can order a sake flight and mochi flight as well which is a nice added bonus which adds to the experience. We ordered the chilli flaked tuna, wagyu, salmon and spicy sashimi along with a shrimp and tuna hand roll along with the mid grade sake flight. Everything amazing and would come back

Let's just say Cherry Hills Sushi Co is for those who want to indulge and not for those on a budget. After being stuck at home with our husbands for the past 6 months, the girls and I were in need of a girl's happy hour out! Just at the mention of sushi, I jumped at the opportunity to meet them in Englewood at Cherry Hills Sushi Company. My sister, having eaten there before, suggested the quaint spot (and made reservations online - a MUST with COVID) so off we went! SPACE: Located off Downing and Hampden (roughly) in a little strip mall, Cherry Hills Sushi Co is easy to spot, and parking is aplenty, despite the amount of other businesses that surround the area. For a Monday at 5PM, we easily found places to park and headed inside. We were first greeted by a large square bar top, which wraps around the entire space. Although small, the interior is quaint, features Japanese artwork, plays authentic music and creates the vibe that you're in a kitchen in the middle of a Japanese market. While the surrounding small tables were off limits (thanks COVID) we found our way to a corner of the bar top - which was perfect for our party of 3. In the center of said bar, is where the magic happens - aka - where all the hand rolls are made, served and drinks are poured. We happily soaked the place in before taking a peek at the menu. SERVICE: Service here is beyond welcoming, friendly and nice. We were greeted promptly by a young woman who poured us a variety of cocktails, replenished our water, consistently kept us well fed and checked back with us frequently, without being overbearing. It's an "all hands on deck" type of place, as we encountered a few different servers who all seem to work together to get the job done and seem quite happy in doing so! Everyone also adhered to COVID standards, which made us feel safe! SIPS: Although happy hour isn't offered here, there are plenty of delicious sips to sample to accompany any meal. We opted for a sake flight - which allows for trying 3 different sakes. I arrived a few minutes later than the girls, so I'm unsure of what the girls ordered, but all 3 were smooth and delicious. We ultimately decided on glasses of wine, which totally hit the spot. SUSTENANCE: Okay - the menu here is a bit different. This spot specializes in traditional hand rolls, which is the only type of rolls offered, including sashimi. So if you go in with the expectation of a sushi roll, you'll be sadly mistaken. Having known this tidbit, I was excited to try their variations, as their online menu had me drooling. We opted to try just about one of everything, and split them between us - which actually worked out perfect. The menu offers single hand rolls (or a 3, 4 or 5 roll special with the ability to mix and match) with different fish and sashimi, in addition to a few appetizers and specialty items. We started with the seaweed salad, which was gorgeous in color and delicious in flavor despite the small portion. We quickly realized we needed another one to feed the 3 of us, which came out promptly. We then ordered 8 hand rolls - Salmon, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Shrimp, Blue Crab, Spicy Scallop, Lobster and Unagi - because WHY NOT!? Because everything is made by hand, each roll comes out at a different time, so be prepared to wait. However, the master sushi rollers made everything in record time, bringing over almost 3 at once! The rolls are thick, filled with quality ingredients and stay together well, which made things easier for passing amongst us. All three of us loved the Spicy Tuna, Spicy Scallop and Unagi out of the bunch and ordered a second round to fill our bellies! We also tried the Waygu Beef and Chili Crisp Tuna, which I found to be a little underwhelming, but delicious nonetheless. SPECIALS: So this is where I just have to knock off a few stars. Despite high quality ingredients, I just can't get behind the massive price tag. The 3 roll special starts at $13.49, 4 roll special is $17.49 and 5 roll special rings in at $21.49. With the seaweed salad at $4.25 and the Waygu and Chili Crisp tuna both $8.49, my ONE THIRD of the bill was a whopping $57 BEFORE tip. Now I realize the time put into each roll and quality ingredients can create a more unique experience, but man - for the portion sizes, I left still hungry and my pocket book took quite the hit. Although I enjoyed sampling the menu, I don't think I'll rush back to indulge anytime soon.

Dude, this place slaps! The coolest set up as you sit at the bar. There's just handful of seats so the experience is a little more intimate. You know a place is good when the first bite makes you want to order more. It was honestly the perfect about of food. Brad is the best! Service was great and I the pricing was on point! Quit driving by this spot and go treat yourself.

I had an amazing experience at Cherry Hills Sushi Co! The sushi and hand rolls were fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. I wholeheartedly 100% recommend it.

Taste: 3.6/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 5/5 This is a cool concept for sushi. It's not the traditional sit-down style. Instead, everyone sits around the bar, and the sushi chef's make the food right in front of you. You also get your rolls as they are prepared, rather than all at once. And don't despair, if you don't normally like sitting at the bar. This place is quieter and less rowdy. The sushi also tastes not bad. Not quite as good as a high-end sushi restaurant, but it's worth the experience. My biggest complaint is that the service is a bit inattentive P.s. don't expect beautiful presentation

Finally made it to Cherry Hills Sushi! I love the bar set up. The experience is interactive as the chef and server deliver your food throughout the dinner. I especially LOVED THE sashimi! Tuna, yellowtail and my favorite for the night, chili crisp tuna sashimi -- my god that was so good!! I also got three hand rolls. Next time I will try the lobster as I heard great things around the bar.

This is one of my go to sushi spots in Colorado. Everything here is so fresh and tastes amazing. This place is small and intimate- so yes reservations are suggested. They make it right in front of you, basiaclly it's a huge sushi bar. And the same menu is so huge! They really know their stuff. The servers time everything out perfectly so nothing sits there and gets soggy. Eating the handrolls right when it's perpared, you taste the crispyness of the seaweed it gives. We loved the blue crab, negihama, spicy scallop and spicy shrimp. They were so kind to cut each one in half so we can share easier. The yellowtail sashimi was so fresh and the Wagyu sashimi melted in your melt. The menu isn't so huge, so we are able to try everything. I would go more often if they had a happy hour. It is pricy for the amount of food you get. We do leave still hungry but satisfied.

This place is truly traditional. It's sashimi and hand rolls only (people complain about a small menu) and they give you the sushi's one at a time so the nori doesn't get soggy from the rice, and that's why there's limited seating (so you can enjoy fresh sushi when ready). When you walk in you get a hand towel to wipe your hands (because they're all hand rolls). All of the sushi is delicious and fresh too. I particularly enjoy the negihama roll (yellowtail with extra flavoring and green onion). They also give you cucumber water, which I don't really like but it's still fancy and fresh. The only think I don't like about this place is that it's a bit over priced, but look at the menu before you come in.

We've been coming here for the past year and enjoy both take out and dining in. The sushi is fresh and delicious. We also enjoy the ambiance- it's intimate and clean. As well, everyone is wearing a mask and doing their best to keep a great environment. The sushi is all good- we enjoy the handrolls and the wine and sake selection. If you're looking for a low key and friendly neighborhood sushi place- head on over!

One of our favorite sushi places. The rolls and sashimi are so so good, the atmosphere is great being a small place. Also able to watch your rolls being made makes let's you know it's fresh. Don't skip out on the Yuzu sauce!

It's such a cute spot. The workers are super nice and funny. Like you can joke around with them so I love that. Such a vibe. The foods simple and delicious. My favorite handroll was the blue crab, it seriously had my heart.

9/19/24 Have been to this restaurant several times. Typically the owner has been there and it has always been a very enjoyable experience. Tonight, food was very good as usual. Ambiance nice casual - good tunes. Unfortunately- tonight the service was very disappointing. As if they were doing me a favor to serve me. No pleasantries- indifferent, borderline rude. The young man was ok - the young lady was just rude and inattentive. When a more senior staffer who came in after our meal, asked us if we wanted anything else, we said no - just to split the bill. He presented the tab - and seemed annoyed that we wanted to wanted it split - asking do you want it itemized ? Nope just split. We chose not to tip - which is not something I ever do. However, the hostility towards us was not warranted. A tip is something you give to express thanks for service- poor service- no tip. When I asked the senior staffer his name- he refused and told us not to come back. Wow - what a crew. Poor representation for a great restaurant.

"Do one (or two!) things, and do them well." I love the laser focus of this restaurant, and the half-sheet-size food menu made it easy to try most of their amazing offerings between the two of us. The hand rolls were fun - the fish inside were cut up small and seasoned just perfectly. The sashimi was my absolute favorite, especially the chili crunch tuna and the yellowtail. The fish was just so fresh, so tender, so delicately and deliciously seasoned. Set your expectations for enjoying quality over quantity and you will absolutely love Cherry Hill Sushi Co!

Very simple menu. The fish seems fresh. No fishy aroma or taste. I thought the prices were pretty decent for six rolls, two sashimi plates and miso soup. The crispy spicy tuna sashimi was a hit with the husband. I liked their blue crab roll but everything was good. The plates are a little strange as they're paper/disposable. It doesn't seem very green or sustainable. It's a small place with seats at a bar with the sushi assembly in the middle. Not quite sushi bar like but the atmosphere kind of reminds me of small restaurants in Japan where you're seated at a bar with the chef preparing food out in the open. The employees were very knowledgeable about their food and drinks. They seem to work very closely with their suppliers. The food comes out quickly and in piecemeal fashion. Do not expect your order to all come out at one time. They place the rolls on your plate as they make them. They do have what looks to be a kitchen facility in the back. This is not the place for fancy rolls like Hapa but it's a good place for very simple, delicious sushi.

What an awesome place - literally everything about this place is great. Great vibe, great drinks, great food, great service. Food: Their specialty are hand rolls, about 6-10 in total to select from with various types of fish. I got the unagi, tuna, salmon, yellowtail and crab. All of them were extremely good, very fresh fish and very flavorful. Least favorite was the crab, but I have a friend who enjoys the crab the most so just choose what you like. My fav was the yellowtail by far. Service: they bring you the rolls out 1 by 1 as you finish your last one, fun experience, time to socialize and really enjoy your food. Love that they do this. Service/vibe: super small place with maybe 15-20 seats in a squarish horseshoe that surrounds the sushi bar. They play cool music, the owner and workers are around/chatty and helpful. Came here alone and just talked to them for my whole meal. I've been here 3 times now and will definitely be coming back - keep it up!

Interesting concept of a sushi place where they have a very limited type of fish. The highlight of course was the hand rolls as they have so many options. During CoVID they space out the seating bar spots well and we were comfortable. Service was so fast and attentive. I think this place is more like a casual sushi place where you enjoy simple fresh fish and drinks. Fish selections are standard kind that you can find somewhere else..salmon, yellowtail, tuna. We got all those in hand rolls plus Uni (not on the menu, please ask your server), Blue crab, and lobster. I like the Negihama (yellowtail and scallion) and the Blue crab. All the fish were fresh and good. The sashimi was just ok. Maybe we got so high expectations when seeing the sashimi pictures on all the reviews. Pretty mediocre and the tuna sashimi was pretty bland in taste.

Soooo.... I'm a bit conflicted about writing this review. First of all, this place is awesome!!! I want to share this with everyone however I don't want for this place to get too popular where they raise the prices or the wait is too long. The internal struggle of good and bad that goes on inside my mind! I love the concept. You sit at the a u shaped bar and ordered what you want. Start with how many rolls package you want (3,4,5) and other specialties. I ordered the 5 roll package. All of them tasted fresh and delicious. Tuna was ok. Salmon tasted like salmon. Scallops was very good. Blue crab was the star of the rolls. It was so fresh and sweet. I wished I ordered just the scallops and blue crab, like my girlfriend did. She's smarter than me! I also ordered the lobster roll as my one special roll. Lobster was good but lobster is almost always good. Ordered some sashimi. Salmon was good, like always. Wagyu was awesome.... only complaint was it was too saucy.... less sauce so I could taste the beef more but only a minor complaint. It was tender and flavorful. Yellowtail was my favorite! Fresh and the sauce that accompany it was delicious. I know, I know...... I loved the sauce with the yellowtail and didn't like too much sauce with the Wagyu. I'm difficult. Overall, come to this place for affordable, fresh, awesome sushi. Please don't tell too many people since I'm selfish like that.

This was amazing, great for date night! ;) Cherry Hills Sushi Co. is originally based in Littleton and since they have expanded into several locations one on Berkeley/ Colfax and another in Park Hills. This truly defines the idea of simplicity and quality. I recently went to Temaki Den (owners of sushi den) and sadly I was not impressed. My boyfriend and I spent half the price of that at Cherry Hills Sushi Co. and it was way better. From what my boyfriend said they are the first to open a sushi place that serves Maki Rolls and Sashimi only. It's so simple yet so tasty! You truly get the concept of authenticity in sushi. MUST make a visit By RESERVATION only they always get super packed! Especially with COVID-19 highly recommended support your locals! The owner was there and he was sooo kind, friendly, polite and diligent. Very respectful and you could tell even with a mask on, always had a smile. Staff was amazing as well the second my cup was 1/3 empty the waiter was ready to refill my cup. They're fast given how busy they were. They get a pot of takeout and are always booked with reservations. Quality 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Would come back 5/5 Would recommend others 5/5

This place is a joke read reviews and looked and sounded amazing. Got 5 rolls and the "rolls" are these tiny 1/4 rolls that have almost no fish or filler, and it's said to say king soopers grocery sushi was 100 times better. Don't believe the hype and if you was get gas station sushi, then enjoy. Like there are literally 4 other sushi places west of here that waaaay better. Its not even a covid time issue this place just sux and people don't know better

I have become a regular at Sushi Co! As a self proclaimed "sushi snob", this place has won my heart! Very relaxed atmosphere, delicate, melt in your mouth handrolls, yummy sake and drink options, and great service! Mack and Neil are so much fun! If you're wanting to step outside of traditional Americanized sushi rolls, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

I've had this place on my bookmarks forever and finally stopped in for a snack. We really loved the chill vibe of this little sushi bar and the staff was attentive and nice for a busy night. I had planned to cook dinner so we only had a few plates but we loved them all. Had the wagyu, salmon and crispy chili tuna sashimi plates and some seaweed salad. We will definitely be back to try some hand rolls and nice Japanese whiskey!

This place was awesome as all the other reviews have described. Every roll is a hand roll which I was skeptical about but was amazing. My favorite was the spicy tuna and snow crab rolls and we also loved the yellowtail shashimi. The wait staff was spot on. We loved every one of them and they were so attentive to our every needs. So why four stars and not five? We reserve five for blow us away places. This place was great but a few things could make it better - a) add a few select appetizers like edamame, b) increase menu selections, c) expand seating options. If you don't care about these, then check this place out - the fish is really really good. :)

I've been in Denver for about six hours and I already want to live here! Cherry Hill Sushi Co is really a diamond in the rough. I have been to hundreds of sushi places and this little sushi bar is immediately unfamiliar and unique, in a good way. All the staff were extremely friendly and the man who I assume is the owner was very accommodating and talkative. The food was very simple, fresh, and delicious. My dad and I are somewhat of purists when it comes to sushi. We don't usually feel like all the deep fried, spicy mayo, eel sauce rolls (though they definitely have their time and place), so Cherry Hills Sushi Co was definitely a welcome experience. Beyond how good and unique this place is, the prices are very reasonable. When I got the check, I had to do a double take. The price was fairly lower than my estimate (everything's cheaper when you do the combos), so I immediately put in a to-go order. After putting in the order, I forgot about their specials (on the board), so asked if I could change one and the owner said he'd throw it in for free. The staff also provided me with recommendations for other nearby restaurants while I ate. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. Thank you to the fine ladies and gentlemen at Cherry Hills Sushi Co for making my first dinner in Denver such a pleasant and memorable experience!

This place is awesome!! The owner told us he flys the fish in from all over throughout the week. We love the hand rolls and limited options. You cannot go wrong - it is truly a gem and a delicious experience.

Shear perfection! Tiny place, small menu, however executed to the highest standards. Super friendly staff! I found prices to be reasonable. Nice selection of Japanese beers, sake and whiskey. If I lived here, I would be eating here several times per week. The fish is super fresh and delicious. They really let the fish shine with simplicity.
