14 Restaurants Serving Tremendous Thai Food in the Seattle Area

"In a city teeming with excellent Thai options, Kin Len’s the one nobody talks about but defaults to—IYKYK. With kitschy-cool décor like upcycled Thai-language street market signage, colorful flags, and lots of neon, it has a buzzy atmosphere perfect for date night. Kin Len’s thing is Isarn-style Thai food, and folks rave over the gai tod (crispy wings with sticky rice) and the red curry. They’re not wrong, but the khao soi is the sleeper hit here: super rich and intense, it’s loaded with big slabs of dark meat chicken and plenty of heat. They’ve also got an ingenious craft cocktail list, mixing in traditional Thai ingredients like chili oil and lemongrass." - Eater Staff

Where to Find Terrific Thai Food in San Diego | Eater San Diego

"Here in North Park, the atmosphere of a Thai street stand is captured with neon lights, nostalgic posters, and cheery tableware. They have a remarkable menu of Thai beers not found in too many places in San Diego. Bite into tender lenk ribs or butterfly shrimp served Phuket-style with spicy lime sauce. They may also one of the few here that Thai street specialty of deep-fried silkworms. The fried sous-vide chicken and rice (fried Haianan-chicken version) is highly recommended." - Helen I. Hwang

Kin Len Brings Thai Street Food to North Park | Eater San Diego

"I discovered snacks and dishes popular at Thailand’s famous night markets in North Park when Kin Len opened on 30th Street next to the Office. The spot features a redesigned outdoor patio and a colorful, nostalgic interior created by owner Kan Sritong, who grew up in Chiang Mai; it’s decorated with vintage advertisements and retro snacks and toys. Currently offering dinner Tuesday through Sunday (with weekend lunch coming later this month), the menu centers on street-food favorites like spicy Thai basil beef and a rice noodle soup served with stewed beef and meatballs, plus small bites such as fried enoki mushrooms with sweet chili, fresh oysters with seafood sauce, and chicken satay. Larger plates include Southern Thai–style fried chicken with curry and roti flatbread and khao soi, a Northern curry dish served with egg noodles. Sritong says he plans to add less commonly seen snacks, including skewers of grilled intestines. The sweets selection (mango sticky rice with coconut ice cream and pandan, Thai tea, and ube custard with toasted rolls for dipping) comes from his other dessert businesses, and the taps pour Singha while the bottle list includes Beerlao and Taiwan Beer." - Candice Woo

A lively North Park spot channeling Thai night markets with neon, Thai beers, and snacky plates—think fried enoki, Phuket-style shrimp, and occasional deep-fried silkworms. Featured by Eater San Diego; locals love the playful street-food spirit.

Google
What a hidden gem!! Currently my favorite Thai food in SD. As soon as you walk in you feel like you entered an authentic Thai restaurant in Thailand. Food is so delicious, I've been going twice a week. My favorite dish is papaya salad and basil beef dish. Everything is so good and staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

Google
Delicious!!! The pictures you see are exactly how the food looks when it gets to you. They even have Vegan options as substitutes!!! The Thai tea was great with coconut milk for a dairy free option. The place was really cute and really felt as if you were in Thailand. The Ka Na was AMAZING! And the wings as appetizers were so good!!

Google
Good Thai food, but quite a bit different from what I’ve had at other Thai restaurants. My go-to order is Pad See Ew and it was topped with cilantro which was unusual. I didn’t mind the cilantro flavor, but others may not like it. They used broccolini of broccoli and there weren’t any carrots. This restaurant seems to serve more authentic Thai food than your average Thai restaurant. We also ordered the Enoki mushrooms and chicken wings from the appetizer menu and both had really nice flavor. I ordered the Lychee beer and loved the super sweet taste, but those who love regular beer may not enjoy its overpowering fruity flavor. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere with cool posters on the wall and open-air seating. We arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday without a reservation and were seated immediately. Street parking in North Park can be tricky, but we found a paid-parking lot about a block away from the restaurant for $8 an hour. Not the best Thai food I’ve ever had, but it was a nice experience and the area is very fun to walk around.

Google
Kin Len - Thai Street Eats was a definite treat during my recent visit to San Diego! The "Son-In-Law" chicken wings were crispy and drizzled with a delicious sweet and tangy sauce. The pork belly appetizer was lightly fried and tasted like a chicarrone. It was served with a spicy green sauce. The "Hot Mama" noodles were dressed in a flavorful sauce and tossed with shrimp, scallops, and mussels.

Google
We got the crispy tofu and Hat Yai Chicken & Curry! Hat Yai is so yummy! We really appreciate the crispness of the chicken and how it’s fried throughly and how the seasoning is absorbed very well.

Google
Wonderful food, simple atmosphere. We had four dishes; each was superb. The crab fried rice was flavorful and delicate, the beef savory and bold. The appetizers were tasty. We'd come here again in a heartbeat!

Google
This place can be a hit or miss. I visited for the first time here, Tom Yum wings 10/10, they are bomb.. absolutely fantastic Fried Calamari, 8/10 huge quantity loved it, they should enhance the flavor of the sauce they serve. Now comes the soup and main course I have been a big fan of Tom Kha soup and Khou soi Tom Kha had a strong by strong I mean very strong lemon grass to it. Super tangy 8/10 The Khou soi was too strong in flavour, high turmeric, strong curry paste. Could have been a little mild. 6/10 Overall the place is good

Google
Fantastic food - great variety, depth of flavor, and even good vegan options. Service as great - server was prompt and friendly despite it being pretty busy. And, the atmosphere and decor make for a really unique experience. Get the Tom Yum wings!!!

Yelp
Got to try this Thai Restaurant on a Friday night. Located in North Park next to other trendy businesses, street parking can be difficult. Pros: -their Tom yum wings were outstanding and the best thing that I had. I would come back just to order their wings!!!! We also tried the son in law wings- they were good but I think the Tom yum wings were the star of the show. -papaya salad was refreshing. We got it spicy. I didn't think it had too much heat. -friendly staff -lots of fun things to look around at in their restaurant Cons: -n/a

Yelp
Went here for Lunch and got a table fast. They have outdoor seating too so we chose that. I had their DRUNKEN MAMA and my wife had the TOM YUM PORK RIBS SOUP. My DRUNKEN Mamma was good but I wish I had other options for noodles coz the noodles are similar to those Mi Goreng instant noodles, this Drunken Mamma has mixed Seafood like Shrimps, scallops, and Mussels, this has a good flavor but not a fan of the noodles and maybe a few more seafood would be nice. My wife had the TOM YUM PORK RIBS, very nice sourness on the soup but the ribs were kinda small, maybe my wife and I have been dining at similar places with Pork ribs and we are used to always having bigger ribs in other restaurants, but we like their Tom Yum broth. Parking is kinda hard, we park on the side street. Service was great, and the place is very clean. Food is just okay.

Yelp
Friendly and attentive service! Our server really helpful and honest with recommendations We got the cigar crab rangoons to share and I got the Thai Stew Beef Rib noodle soup, which was perfect on a cold night. The crab rangoons had mixed reviews within our group - some saying it was too crabby, others saying it was too cheesy. I'm not crab Rangoon expert but it was a good balance of both in an eggroll shape. The noodle soup was a good serving for one with a comparable ratio of meatballs/rib meat to noodles. Lots of interesting beer flavors too. Really felt like you were grabbing a bite at the Thai street markets. If you're looking for a different Thai food experience, check this place out!

Yelp
This place is super cute especially with their decor of reminiscent of a Thai street eater. The wooden panels to the front, to the colorful lottery tickets in the front and snacks makes this a very quiant food street. Food wise the most noteworthy dish I want to highlight is the son in law wings! The wings are amazing and delicious especially woth the unique combinations of the tamarind sauce.

Yelp
Seriously don't know how I haven't reviewed Kin Len. I have eaten here numerous times over the last five years. Its so good you can't wait to bring friends here. Kin Len is not your typically Thai food restaurant. They do have dishes like: Pas Thai, Pad See Ew , and Tom yum and Tom kha soup. However, their menu offers so much more than that. Some of my go to's are: Lenk Ribs- the spicy lime sauce/broth make this a fo to. Basil Beef- full of flavor and the basil makes it extra special Tom yum wings- these are just fun and different Sous-vide chicken & rice - more like comfort food. Looks plain but taste delicious and once again this broth is delicious. I love that they have Chang Beer, and various other Thai beers. The service is mostly good. The restaurant can get pretty busy and it's on the smaller side.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered delivery through uber eats - overall, liked the flavors and food but felt it wasn't worth the value. The seafood tom yum stir fry had great flavor and fresh seafood, but it was a really small portion for the price. Same thing for the mushroom dish - it tasted good, but tiny amount of mushrooms. Both containers were 80% rice. Also, I ordered medium heat and neither was even remotely spicy. I liked the food but wouldn't order again due to the small amount if actual food included.

Yelp
This spot was saved on places I should try, and I'm glad I had the chance to visit. I was lucky enough to find metered parking right in front. I sat outside, and the interior was decorated beautifully. It really made me feel like I was back in Thailand. The server was great. She went over the popular items and was very attentive, constantly refilling our waters. I ordered the Tom Yum Wings for $12.95. They were perfectly dry seasoned, and each bite was packed with flavor. A must order and easily my favorite dish. I also had the Drunken Noodles with Chicken for $18.95. They were good, but the wings stood out the most. I love Thai food and would definitely return for those wings if I'm in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for an early dinner and the interior was playful. Felt authentic and fun. We got the wings and 2 other dishes. The wings were a bit too over seasoned where it felt more on the salty side. The service was a bit too slow in every aspect. Taking our order, to food coming out to getting water refill was a struggle. Had to go up to the counter to get servers attention. There was about 5 parties with 2 workers. Food was decent and service can be a bit more improved.

Yelp
Such a cool Thai restaurant location in North Park! Parking is what it is in North Park.. this place gives street food night life vibes. Food is super flavorful, one of the best Thai foods we've had in San Diego. Service is great too, very friendly. Love their decor. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Roop K.

Yelp
We came here waiting for our table at leila, it was decent! Service was a little funny.... A bit slow and odd that they couldn't seat us inside but it was fine for apps
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
My friend found this place by accident and we got the last indoor seat while outside was chilly and the table we got was so small it didn't fit the 5 items I ordered. Some things were on the spicy side even after asking them to be made mild. Loved the quality on the dishes I was able to eat and they get negative points for running out of mango sticky rice but we did go when it was later in the evening. :-) For sure will be back!

Yelp
Kin Len might be the best Thai food my girlfriend and I have had. We stopped by after we got drinks nearby since they're open late. Very glad we stumbled upon Kin Len. Upon entering, the restaurant felt very much so like the streets of Thailand, with various neon signs and modern street decor. We ordered the Hat Yai chicken and curry and felt adventurous and ordered worms. Our server was sweet and the food came out quickly. I wasn't excited to try the worms, but they were surprisingly delicious, with a crispy, popcorn-like texture. They were perfect for a night out. The chicken and curry was probably the best we've had. The chicken had an amazing crunch that paired well with the crispy roti and the curry. Everything here had great flavors and textures. My girlfriend and I will absolutely make it a point to stop here on our next trip to San Diego
google avatar

Luna R.

Yelp
Food was decent. I'm used to the original Laos\Thai papaya so I was a little disappointed with the results but the service was excellent.
google avatar

Yelp
I love coming to Kin Len! The food is always fresh, hot, and super flavorful. The pricing is super fair and the Thai drink options are great. I want to gate-keep this place so bad! But I know I that would be wrong haha. The restaurant is not very large so I'm not sure I would come here with 20 of my closest friends. But for 2-6 people, this place is perfect. The service is always the best. Fast and efficient which you can't really ask for much more. Next time you're in North Park and looking for a great meal, stop by Kin Len. You won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Casey D.

Yelp
What we ordered: -drunken noodles (lvl 2 spice): loved the chew of these noodles and this dish was very well seasoned. Level 2 spice was just the right amount of spice to add a little kick to the noodles. -Tom yum wings: definitely the star of the show. Such a flavorful dish and the wings are crisped to perfection. Highly recommend ordering this one! I know it's just going to get harder to keep prices affordable with the direction the economy is going right now, but I must say it was kinda pricey for the amount of food served. Seating: indoor and outdoor available Parking: street parking can get a little tough in this area

Yelp
Was looking for a casual place for dinner and just walking around North Park. This place was so amazing and hit the spot on so many levels!! The service was so friendly we were sorted right away. We ordered drinks and they arrived in less than 5 mins and our food I was so surprised also arrived extremely fast! The flavors they were able to create were amazing. We got fried garlic intestine and they tasted exactly like chiccheronis, they were a great snack. The pad Thai was great. It was on the sweet side which I had never had but loved. The egg noodle dishes were my favorite though, very similar to a thin ramen noodle. The best part about this place though is the atmosphere you rely feel like you are transported to another country. The beer selection is also amazing. So many local Thai beers and they also had some local San Diego beers on tap including sculpin from ballast point. 10/10 recommend. We will be back.
google avatar

Carli S.

Yelp
This place is legit! Flavors are authentic, atmosphere is super cute and fun, while still relaxed. Service is nothing amazing, but gets the job done, no complaints. The food is super fresh, and delicious! We ordered 2 draft beers, they came out ice cold, which was great to enjoy on their little outdoor patio. We ordered the Thai Papaya salad with crispy pork belly, and the Tom Yum wings. Both were incredible! The salad was slightly spicy, tangy, nice amount of fish sauce and just lightly sweet, the pork belly pieces generous and nicely crispy while not overcooked, 10/10. The wings were super hot, crunchy and perfectly seasoned. The flavors seriously reminded me of my year living in Thailand. New favorite spot, can't wait to return soon!
google avatar

Seetha G.

Yelp
Great find with some unique Thai dishes. We started off with the Worms, Son- in-law Wings, Chicken Satay, Crab Rangoon cigar rolls and Thai Papaya Salad. Next we moved on to some shared plates- Tom Kha soup, Drunken noodles w/ chicken, Pad Thai Boran w/ chicken and the Hat Yai Chicken & Curry. We really enjoyed most dishes- they were extremely flavorful and delivered on the spice levels as requested. Service was prompt and attentive.
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot in north park for late night eats and right by busy bars with great vibes! It was easy to order and food came out fast. We tried the son in law wings, fried enoki mushrooms, basil beef, & chicken pad Thai. Flavor was on point and the best dishes are fried. 4 stars because of the small portions and the pad Thai noodles were unfortunately soggy
google avatar

Sherilyn K.

Yelp
Love this place~ It's my go to Thai place whenever I'm in North park. I could not recommend the Hat Yai Chicken and curry enough! The chicken is just so perfectly crispy and with the curry, naan, and sticky rice you get pretty full pretty quickly. The drunken noodles and pork belly, that might've been slightly on the dryer side for me, were still pretty great dishes too. The staff are always really sweet and while the place is small it's really cozy.
google avatar

Robaire P.

Yelp
My goodness the Basil Plant-Based Meat dish is amazing I have to say. I might have to get it a second time while here is the SD!!!! Definitely in a ideal prime location in North Park. The service was great. We made an online order...it all worked out!!! The Ambiance was a vibe yes in deed! Kin Len gets a 5 star rating from this yelper!!! My taste buds thank you
google avatar

Danny W.

Yelp
This is my go to spot when I'm craving Khao Soi, it's so good and a must try if you've never tried this Northern Thai style soup. This soup is filled with a lot of flavor and spice. Our second dish was the basil beef which was delish and was my wife's favorite. Our waiter was awesome and the restaurant had a fun vibe with Thai decor throughout the restaurant. If you're in North Park and craving Thai food, then this is the place to try.
google avatar

Sydni S.

Yelp
Popped into Kin Len after walking by and it was such a nice surprise! I got the khao soi noodles and they were so good. It came with add-ins and the chili oil, onions, and pickled veg were a great addition. The crunchy noodles are the perfect textural inclusion. We had to wait about 40 minutes for a table at 6:30pm, but the food was very worth the wait. They had fun signage on the walls and it gave a cool vibe.
google avatar

Alicia K.

Yelp
The one and only thing I would come back here for is chicken wings. They are crispy, flavorful perfection. Possibly top chicken wings I've had. But the mussel and pork rib appetizers were a bit of a let down. The mussels were tough and funky tasting, and while the short ribs were tender, they lacked flavor. For entrees we tried the basil beef, which was our second favorite of the night, though not something I would come back here for or crave. The whole grilled fish can be a skip. One thing I really loved though was how this restaurant cooks their rice. Is it just me? The grains of rice are perfectly sticky but not stuck together? Anyways, ambiance is definitely a tight cozy space and gets busy. Service is very friendly despite the chaos. Moral of the story: get the chicken wings.

Yelp
Our friend recommended this restaurant to us while we were in San Diego! We arrived late around 9pm, and were so glad they were still open. Despite the late hour, the place was still packed, so we took seats at the bar. The restaurant is decorated with fun and nostalgic elements! The service was excellent! Attentive, friendly, and diligent. Our server really made us feel welcome and comfortable. * Tom Yum Chicken Wings (6 pcs) These were an absolute flavor bomb! The wings had crispy skin, were served hot and clearly freshly made. The tom yum powder sprinkled on them was the star. Highly recommended! * Khao Soi with Fried Chicken The soup was thicker than a typical noodle soup, more like a sauce but it worked perfectly because the thickness helped the flavors cling to the noodles. The fried chicken was delicious and soaked up all the curry goodness. (I noticed some people had crispy fried noodles on top, but if you order the fried chicken, it doesn't come with it) * Tom Yum Noodles Pork Ribs Sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, all in one sip! You can choose your spice level and I went with 3/5 this time, and it wasn't as spicy as I expected (Thai spicy is usually much spicier than other cuisines, so I played it safe). The dish came with plenty of meat, and the ribs were tender and falling off the bone. * Thai Iced Tea The flavor was slightly watery and less creamy than I would have hoped, but it was still refreshing. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for Thai food. The chicken wings are definitely to die for, and I would absolutely recommend them!

Yelp
Popped in after a full day of doing a tasting North Park! Kin Len was not partaking in the foodie tour but I decided to come to enjoy some street eats. My friend and I decided to split some things as we wanted to keep it light. We had a Tom Yum theme going on with our Tom Yum fries, chicken wings, and Tom Yum Noodle pork Ribs! The fries were lightly dusted with the powder and topped with fried basil leaves. They use regular thin French fries and they were crispy! The chicken wings were so flavorful and were my favorite here! This would pair nice with beer but my soju was nice with it too. The chicken skin was thin and fried to a golden crisp and coated again with that Tom Yum powder. The noodle soup had a limey base and had lots of crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, and ground pork. They use a medium cut egg noodle for the dish and it was heartwarming with the tender pork ribs. I enjoyed everything we tried at Kin Len and I like the overall cozy and casual vibe for a dinner here. The service from our waiter Jason was extremely helpful as he gave us all the great recommendations!

Laura M.

Yelp
The pad see ew had cilantro mixed into it. Cilantro wasn't on the ingredient list online. Totally ruined it for me. It just tasted like dry noodles and cilantro.
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
Came here at 10pm on a Thursday with some late night Thai cravings and it hit the spot! The decor had some lovely Thai charm and the service was pretty good. I got the Drunken Noodle at spice level 3. I'd say it was slightly hotter than a medium spicy but manageable. I devoured it, I kind of wish the portions were a little bigger. My friends got the Khao Soi which was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
- Vibes: neon lights, street food vibes - Crowd: chill on weeknights - Menu: lots of options! - Value for price: 4/5 (pricey but standard for this area, good portion sizes) - Service: very quick on weeknights - Parking: street parking... good luck Came here for a Wednesday dinner around 6pm. It was empty but filling up as we ate. I can imagine it would be cute for a casual Friday night date with the neon lights ambiance. The menu has lots of options and the server was helpful with our questions. We tried the fried enoki mushrooms, which were super crispy but a bit too oily. Didn't get much mushroom taste but the dipping fish sauce was delicious. The chicken satay skewers were well cooked and the peanut sauce delicious! My favorite was the Thai stew beef noodle soup, which had huge chunks of medium rare beef and several beef balls. Lovely for a winter meal!
google avatar

Yati K.

Yelp
Don't waste your time looking for other places to eat. This place has the best Khao Soi noodles. Very creamy, but flavor isn't too heavy like most places. It's perfectly good. The service is fast and attentive. The place looks like a small convenient stores in Asia. I love how it is decorated with snacks and posters.
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place after exploring some of the bars nearby and so glad that we did. The restaurant is cozy and quaint inside which we loved. For food we ordered the son in law wings for our appetizer and this was insanely delicious. The sweet tamarind sauce they use on the chicken was so good and I still can't stop thinking about it. We also ordered the drunken noodles and pad Thai both with chicken. So flavorful and delicious. Would definitely order everything again and can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Malease T.

Yelp
My friends and I ate here on a Saturday afternoon. I got the pork larb and my fiancé got the drunken noodles with chicken - both spice level 5. For some strange reason, beef is not a protein option for some dishes only tofu, shrimp, or chicken. When our dishes arrived we both commented how it was not spicy in fact there were very sweet, especially my dish. I had to ask for fresh chilies but even then it didn't add the spice I was looking for. Food came out relatively quick but service was lacking as we had to ask twice for utensils, there were no napkins on the table and often times we were without water.

Aimee L.

Yelp
This place is perfect for a weeknight dinner. I ate here with a friend, and we ordered pad thai, khao soi, and tom yum fries. Pad thai: My friend ordered this- it is a standard dish, and this restaurant makes it really well! It has a really good balance of salty/sour/savory. Khao Soi: This is my favorite dish here! The broth/sauce is so flavorful, and the crispy egg noodles go so well with the softer rice noodles. I usually eat half of this for dinner, and there is more than enough for another meal! Tom Yum Fries: These are thin and crispy, and perfectly seasoned! You can really taste the tom yum flavor from the powder they use. This is a lot cheaper during happy hour as well. The waiters were so friendly here, and the decorations also fit the restaurant theme really well. Parking is really rough, especially around dinner time, but it is worth the trip! A must try. Don't forget to check in for a free thai tea :3

Yelp
Kin Len is a small Thai restaurant nestled among the many trendy eateries in North Park. We've been here several times now and enjoyed all the dishes we had, everything from wings to khao soi and more. My favorite dish though is the basil beef. Khao soi is a tasty bowl of curry noodles with a big juicy and tender piece of chicken and 2 types of noodles. Spice comes on levels to 0-5,although the highest any of us went was 3. Tom yum noodle pork rib soup comes with 2 big ribs. Mango sticky rice beer is not bad either. There's a nice selection on the menu, enough to entice you back for more. Service was prompt and friendly even on a busy day.

Yelp
A chill, lowkey place to eat/drink in North Park. Street parking is always a challenge here but I've gone on weekdays when chances are slightly better to park nearby. I've had both smaller bites or shareables (tom yum fries, tom yum wings) and full dishes (pad thai, drunken noodles) while sitting on the patio. Friendly, attentive service and on another night out I'll likely stop by again.
google avatar

Sage H.

Yelp
I was super excited to eat here, based off of everything I've seen on social media. When we showed up, none of the waitresses or staff were Thai. I asked for the Thai basil beef to be a four out of five spicy... I thought that it was gonna be very heated. Unfortunately, it was more like a one out of five. Very disappointing. Not to mention that the garlic, fried shrimp and rice was pretty dry and could be a little bit more flavorful... They need to start putting sauces on the side to enhance their dishes. The Tom Yum wings would've been good, if they weren't so dry and it was served with a delicious sauce... Unfortunately, no sauces were to be found. On a plus side, the vibe was very cute, and the decorations were very nice

Yelp
Came to Kin Len with friends who frequent this spot - will definitely come back next time I'm in SD. Interior reminded me of food stands we went to on our trips to Vietnam and Thailand - so cool. Our server was attentive and super friendly. We had lunch earlier on a Friday and were some of the first people in. The basil beef was so flavorful - would order again. Also loved the cucumber salad. Excited to come back and try new dishes next time I'm in town.

Yelp
Amazing experience! We came last Thursday for dinner and it was nothing short of amazing! Parking is very rough like anywhere else in that area and inside is small but enough to fit more than 5 tables. The waiters were attentive with service and made ordering a breeze. We ordered quite a bit of food; tom yum fries, fried garlic intestines, tom yum wings, Thai beef stew noodles, ka na, and tom yum noodles pork ribs, along with tom yum beer and mango sticky rice beer. The fries were more so for my baby nephew. He was joking that they were sour but I think he liked them because him and my son couldn't stop picking on them. The fried garlic intestines had to have been our least favorite since they were very over fried and tough to eat since they were really hard and dried. The tom yum wings were a bit dry and overcooked as well but the flavor was there! Thai beef stew noodles were too sweet for my likings but I enjoyed how there were so many different types of meat inside. My son said his tom yum noodles were good and I tried his pork ribs which were huge and tender. I really loved my husband's ka na crispy pork rice dish it was really flavorful to my likings and fried perfectly!

Yelp
Went with the family for a quick Thai fix and it hit the spot. Parking was miserable being in Northpark so you might have to come early and find street parking somewhere close. Service and seating was fast and our server was so nice. Everything ordered was good and no complaints at all. My favorite was the basil beef which was so flavorful. Gonna be back for some more Thai in the future.

Yelp
Very tasty Thai spot with classics and unique offerings. The Thai Iced Tea was refreshing and I loved both my app (Tom Yum wings) and entree (Basil beef). I would definitely recommend if you're in North Park. Shoutout to the staff who honored my request to turn on the Eagles game!

Yelp
SHOUT OUT to Glen, our server. Sooo friendly, great customer service . First time here, celebrated bday. Foods are excellent, big portions too. With reasonable pricing Sitting areas available inside and place also has small patio . Place is at North park, so expect that parking will be a challenge. Although there is a nearby parking structure about a block aways from the restaurant.

Yelp
Finally get to try this place and it does not disappoint. If you like peanut butter then you should try their chicken satay as it comes with toast and a lot of peanut sauce! The portion is generous and chicken is moist. We also enjoyed the Pad Thai as it wasn't overly tangy.

Yelp
Kin Len has quickly become a favorite restaurant of mine! I absolutely love the style of this restaurant- right when you walk in, the ambiance makes you feel transported to a Thai street-food night market. The menu offers a nice variety of choices. So far I have tried: - Tom yum french fries - fried enoki mushroom - son in law wings - papaya salad (som yum Thai) - pad Thai boran - basil beef (kra prao neua) - chicken and rice (khao man gai) They also have Asian beers, sake, and soju. Honestly, everything I have tried here is soooo flavorful and well-seasoned. There are many dishes I still want to try. I could eat here all the time and be happy. Service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Came here in the middle of the week for dinner. The waiter was nice and quick to give us water and take our order. We ordered Tom yum wings and Ka Na. They were both delicious. The spice level was a nice kick. You choose between 1-5. We chose 2, felt like a 3 lol. The place wasn't too busy so it wasn't loud or crowed. Very chill vibe. Definitely try again.

Yelp
This place has high reviews for a reason, the food is SO good. My partner and I loved everything we ordered so much that we almost finished everything...we ordered so much they moved us to another table to fit everything lol. The place has cute street eats vibes and reminds me of warm nights eating in the restaurants in South East Asia. Their service is top notch, everyone is so attentive and kind. We highly recommend this place.

Yelp
We live close by so we've been go Kin Len a few times and each time has been yummy. The restaurant gets busy and there's not that many tables so I would make a reservation or go early. We didn't mind waiting since there's a lot to see around the area. We've also got it to go so we can eat at home. I recommend getting their tom yum wings, their basil beef kra prao and their khao soi. So yummy.

Yelp
Stopped for a quick bite for lunch and was very impressed. The place is causal and fast which was perfect for a mid day snack. Everything was really good, we got spice level 2 for the drunken noodles and it was definitely closer to a 3 so I would say order knowing the spice level is pretty spicy. Cool place to check out! Also Thai iced tea had a dairy free option which I never really see.

Yelp
What an awesome spot! Love the street-style food and setting of this North Park gem. I love a good Thai restaurant--whether it be the fancy, bougie types or the casual, no frills type. This one is more of the latter and it definitely works. The food comes out quick and the service is pretty good too. My absolute favorite dish here is the Basil Beef. it was seasoned well. Came with a fried egg and fresh cucumbers, and it was just a delicious bite each time. The Crab Fried Rice was very tasty, with a decent amount of crab meat. This place is awesome for happy hour as well because they have lots of appetizers to choose from while you sip a drink. Don't skip out on the Crispy Pork Belly, Crab Rangoon Cigar Rolls and the Fried Wontons. The Chicken Satay app comes with 5 skewers and can be a welcome entree with a side of white rice. The menu has several options for everybody, and I am looking forward to trying more of their food in the future!
