"Salita Pizza opened to great fanfare in the Cargo District in late spring 2023 and continues to draw crowds with wood-fired pizzas and soft-serve ice cream out of a small takeout window. Must-orders include the margherita, the lemon pizza (herb cream, smoked fontina, roasted onion, basil, pistachio), and the roasted Brussels sprouts. Follow Salita on social media to know which weekends it offers Montreal-style wood-fired bagels (they almost always sell out), and keep tabs on occasional pop-ups. Only got to stop by for bagels but this place was the cutest! Can’t speak for pizza or ice cream, I do want to go back. Our bagels were served untoasted and with cream cheese in takeaway ramekins. We had anticipated fully “made” and wrapped bagels like we saw in pics... Small let down. But the flavors were definitely there, and really inventive. We also got the pecan cinnamon roll thing, and I’m not gonna lie, it was awful 🙊Very pretty looking but completely dry and stale. Definitely want to come back for the other menu items.

We tried the burrata, persimmon and pepperoni pizza and got the soft serve for dessert. We loved every bit of everything. The ingredients taste notably fresh and were so flavorful. The guys working the counter were super kind and helpful. Perfect experience

Best Pizza in Wilmington by a mile. Incredibly flavorful sourdough crust, seasonal & fresh ingredients only. You can taste the quality here. Order and eat outside or take it to Bull Cider just a 30-second walk away. If you're debating what pizza place to try just choose this one and you will not regret it. In fact, every time you eat pizza after this one you'll be thinking about it.

I've been dying to try this place. Luckily during a girl's night out last week, we wandered on over. Everything was delicious. We got the mushroom, fairytale eggplant and salami pizzas. The crust was perfect. Chewy and crunchy at the same time with great taste. All the different toppings were so well thought out and was like magic on my tongue! We also got some watermelon/olive oil soft serve. Oh my! I didn't know frozen treats could taste this good. The flavors were so unique and different. It was delicious. I'll be getting take out from here tonight! The service was also wonderful. Smiling happy faces 😊

12/10 by far the best pizza in Wilmington! The mushroom pizza is my fav! Pro tip get the soft serve swirl you won’t regret it! They also have bagels on the weekends that are to die for! You can definitely tell they’re using high quality ingredients!! Staff is awesome and super knowledgeable. Awesome spot to hangout in the Cargo District! Will be back for sure!!

We’ve been fans of Salita since the day they opened. The pizza is made with quality ingredients and you can taste the difference. The classics are on point and the specialty pies are so creative and always delish! We love their bagels on a Saturday morning and the soft serve flavors are always a treat. You really can’t go wrong here! For anyone who has left a bad review regarding price…just remember you pay for what you get and you chose to eat here knowing the price of the pizza. Silly to complain about that. We love Salita!

This is a long time coming, I’ve eaten here so many times and every time is delicious. I got the Burrata pizza most recently and it exploded with flavor, the crust is so good - crispy out and chewy inside. Their bagels are delicious alone or as sandwich. Their ice cream literally makes me dance. I take all of my friends and family here. Check it out if you haven’t, and go again! These folks put so much thought into the flavor combinations and the preparation of the food. it’s my favorite pizza in town without a doubt. Oh, and everyone there is so nice on top of it all :)
