"Salita Pizza opened to great fanfare in the Cargo District in late spring 2023 and continues to draw crowds with wood-fired pizzas and soft-serve ice cream out of a small takeout window. Must-orders include the margherita, the lemon pizza (herb cream, smoked fontina, roasted onion, basil, pistachio), and the roasted Brussels sprouts. Follow Salita on social media to know which weekends it offers Montreal-style wood-fired bagels (they almost always sell out), and keep tabs on occasional pop-ups.
