Salsa - Pizza Napoletana & Street Food

The best gluten-free pizza we’ve had in nyc 🍕✨👍 we can eat this every day. In fact, the crust is so delicious that you can hardly tell that it is gluten free 🤭 Everything from the crust to the fresh, high-quality toppings, was phenomenal! Our favorite is the salame picante. Highly recommend eating it with the chili oil 🌶️

This is REALLY GOOD spot to have pizza in Greenpoint. Pizza was sooo delicious even though on of them was a bit soggy. We got Capricciosa and Salsa pizza. Service was great and wait wasn’t long. We didn’t have reservation and we originally placed pizza for to go but when the table opened up outside we ended up sitting there. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends!

Excellent Neapolitan pizza and wine wednesday deal. I'd recommend everything I tried here: salsa pizza, la hipsteroni, and the prosciutto and arugula pizza, paired with a bottle of wine of course. There's outdoor seating and service is fast and friendly.

This unassuming spot does Napoletana pizza right. Came here for dinner and ordered the napoletana pizza, ricotta bruschetta, and the pesto pasta. - the pizza (5/5): this was done right. The crust was perfectly cooked, the ingredients were well balanced (they did not skimp on anchovies like many other places), and overall it was a very good pizza. - the pesto pasta (4/5): perfectly cooked, the burrata added the extra umph. Overall a very solid dish. - ricotta bruschetta (4/5): it’s hard to go wrong with ricotta and honey. This is more of an appetizer (or possibly a dessert tbh). I thought the bread could have been a bit warmer/bigger but at $6, don’t miss this. The space is primarily for take out but there are a few tables nestled upstairs and outside. Would stick to parties less than 4. I saw they have Tuesday specials of buy 1 pizza get one for $5 so looks like I will be returning! EDIT: Apparently they have a bigger dining area next door which I didn’t see! So come one come all :)

I recommend this place if you are around this area , the pizza was really tasty I went with my wife today and let me tell you , It was the best thing Ive had in a long time so definitely will be visiting this place again and trying new options on the menu.

great place for neapolitan pizza! you order at the counter and then seat yourself. it was super fast and the pizza was perfect. chewy crust, flavorful sauce, and not soggy at all. definitely one of my fav pizza spots.

This is our go-to pizza spot in all of NYC. We just happen to live down the block, which makes it both great for us but terrible on the waistline! If you're looking for delicious Neapolitan pizza, this is it. The owners are Italian and my husband (from Milan) can attest to the realness of this place. The pizzas are made fresh and they mix up their offerings seasonally. From a traditional margarita to something a little more sassy with Nduja, all of their pizzas are delicious. They're BYOB (that's right, folks) and their Tuesday deal of buy one pizza, get one for $5 means we're here basically every week. I <3 Salsa. (which means sauce in Italian, for those who don't know)

I absolutely live this place. The environment the music the vibee!!!! The food is delicious. Somethings to keep in mind when coming to this place: please try something new every time you come here. This is not a once in a lifetime visit. It is worth coming many times. The Salsa pizza, the Pere E Miele to die for!
