Saluhall is a surprisingly new kind of food hall and an exciting place to eat, drink and explore in the heart of San Francisco. Showcasing five Bay Area restaurateurs, an in-house bakery, burger bar, soft serve shack, three bars and, for those who dream of stepping to the other side of the pass, we’ve built a unique, community-focused cooking school to inspire the next great bakery aficionados of the future. We are the combined, collaborative efforts of Ingka Centres, KERB and Claus Meyer KO, together working towards a new way of doing food halls. We are plant-forward and community-focused, with deliciousness at the core.
"A food hall owned by Ikea’s parent company, originally focused on plant-based food. It has seen several tenant changes recently, including the departure of Kayma Algerian Eatery and Taqueria La Venganza." - Paolo Bicchieri
"A large Market Street food hall in San Francisco that features a variety of eateries and shops, backed by Mayor London Breed to revitalize the area." - Paolo Bicchieri
"A new entrant to the San Francisco Bay Area's pizza scene, led by renowned chef David Jacobson and his partner Raluca Romero. Known for bold innovations like a five day-fermented sourdough crust and Grandma-style Gold Rush pie, the restaurant offers a reinvention of neo-Neapolitan and Grandma-style pizza." - Paolo Bicchieri
"A smash burger pop-up residency offering crispy-laced patties and experimental burgers in a two-story marketplace." - Dianne de Guzman
"At long last the Ikea-adjacent food hall on Market Street has arrived, and it offers two floors of fresh food and drink. There are 11 food businesses in total including known entities such as Curry Up Now, La Venganza, Casa Borinqueña, Fort Point Beer Company, Broc Cellars, and Timeless Coffee. Not everything on offer will be suitable for vegan diners but there are ample plant-based options, plus two bars and hundreds of seats." - Dianne de Guzman, Lauren Saria
