Came here for AYCE hot pot and overall had a very solid experience. Food quality was good, with a wide selection of meats and soup bases. The fried egg rolls and fried dumplings were surprisingly good — crispy, fresh, and very satisfying. Service was a bit mixed at the beginning. The staff at the entrance felt a little rushed, but once seated, the servers taking orders, refilling soup, and bringing food were attentive and polite. The restaurant can get busy, but the system is organized and the food keeps coming. Would come back again, especially if you enjoy AYCE hot pot with a good variety.

Shabuya is located on Olympic Boulevard, conveniently situated between Downtown LA and Koreatown. The pricing is very reasonable — even after tip, it came out to about $45 per person for two people. Parking is easy with $2 valet service. The shabu-shabu meat is all-you-can-eat. It’s best to start by ordering about four of their recommended cuts, then add more based on your preference. The central bar offers a wide variety of vegetables, seafood, noodles, and sauces that you can freely add to your hot pot to build your own broth flavors. Personally, I found the peanut sauce mixed with a bit of chili powder to pair especially well with the shabu-shabu meat. The bar works like a buffet, so you need to serve yourself and bring items back to your table. Overall, a solid and satisfying shabu-shabu spot with good value and convenient location.

Had an amazing experience at Shabuya! The food was super fresh and delicious, especially the meats and seafood. The broth options were great, and the sauce bar had everything you could want. The staff were really friendly and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. Definitely one of the best Korean hot pot spots around.

First timer it was amazing. Very confusing at first because they dont explain to you how to start off ordering. The menu is digital QR code scan. The staff did refill the broth when it was low. One of our stove was broken because it did not burn hot enough to have my broth boil. The food was fresh and amazing. The restaurant is super huge and big. Overall, I think that the little mishaps do not overweigh the positive review that I am leaving.I give this restaurant's in eight point five out of ten. I would come back again for sure.

Sabuya is an amazing place for shabu-shabu! The ingredients are always fresh, the broth is flavorful, and the quality of the meat and vegetables is excellent. Love coming here for hot pot! The self-serve bar is always fully stocked, the veggies are fresh and clean, and the proteins are really tasty. Service is fast and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. This is always my go-to spot whenever I’m craving hot pot.

Really cool place to experience, my friends and I had never tried hotpot before and saw that this place had good reviews so we gave it a try. Parking was a bit crowded for us the day we went but not too bad. We didn’t wait too long to get seated. They have a bar you can go to to get different things like noodles, eggs, etc. the meat you order. The service was great and they helped us get things started as well as helped us cook some of the food we had trouble with. Would definitely recommend trying out.

Definitely one of my favorite spots in koreatown, the location is nice and parking is easy. This location definitely gets busy, especially around lunch time they do have an amazing lunch deal. But seating went quick only waited about 15 to 20 minutes. The restaurant itself is very large as well good for big parties, however the last couple times I have gone it was busy and it felt like our server forgot about us seemed to only be attending the larger groups. All in all good place

Decided to hit up Shabuya during this fridge weather, i remembering when this used to be a Korean buffet while back. Still has that garden look outside, pretty nice touch. Street parking was easy, and I checked in on yelp, waited about 20 mins on a busy Saturday night. Picked the Chinese and original broths...super rich and flavorful. Meat came out steady, although a bit tougher than I remember. Not a ton of sides like their Vegas spot, but enough to keep it solid. Loved grabbing my sauces and veggies, plus those lobster balls hit the spot. Price? Totally fair for the spread. Worth it.

area: - I reccomend parking in the valet parking - pricing is not bad only $2 love the scenic entrance. I've been to the alhambra location and it doesn't have that naturey entrance like this location has. but the alhambra one is def bigger space/service: - good service, has a bell for u to ring if u need to order more meats or want more broth pricing: - lunch is $32, which is pricey but not bad compared to other ayce hot pot places self serve: - there's a bar with seafood, assorted fish balls/cakes/eggs/veggies/noodles - was a bit sad bc they didn't have quail eggs or Japanese squash, topping r a bit more limited compared to other shabuya locations but still good - sauces! peanut, creamy egg, yuzu, wasabi, soy sauce, radish, garlic, etc soup/broth: - what I love abt shabuya is their individualized pots so each person can cook their own meal and have their own broth.

First time at Shabuya. Loved it! Parking can be a little confusing at first. They have their own parking lot behind the restaurant where only Valet parking is available for $2. They have a sign on about their parking on one of the gates and you'll see a lit sign for it if you drive down the street a little. Street parking is scarce but sometimes you can get lucky. The entrance to the restaurant is from the parking lot. No way to enter from the front. No idea what this place used to be. Looks like it was a Japanese restaurant with koi ponds and gardens. The courtyard still exists but is not filled nor maintained. There is a blocked off area that looked like it might have been an outdoor bar or club area. It would be nice if they ever to bring that front courtyard back to life. The wait was a little long but Shabuya seems to be very popular. You add your name to a waiting list as soon as you get there. There are long benches along the wall for seating while you wait. There are several rooms/areas for dining. Hadn't realized how big this space really was until I walked in. The placed was bustling with business but somehow still felt like there was plenty of space even while walking back and forth from the self-serve bar. Higher quality meats, veggies, and seafood that other hot pot restaurants I've been to. I also enjoyed having more options for soup bases than I'm used to. Amongst my friends, we all tried something different: original, miso, pork, and sukiyaki broth. Something for everyone in the taste bud range. The self-serve bar was clean and constantly refilled. I saw someone come and wipe down the area several times as well. Some AYCE places just let the mess pile up and get gross. Service was great. We had one particular server that was extremely friendly and helpful. Even offered to switch out our bowl for new ones when it looked like we were low on broth. We left full and happy! Would come back again.

Unlimited shabu shabu is yummy for 30 bucks.. always full so I suggest having a reservation. Outside dining only. Free bottled water. Both self parking and valet is available. The soup has msg. I am sensitive to msg so I can tell. Unless the owner say that there isn't then I will agree. Yummy! I highly suggest Still my favorite shabu place.

With the cold weather, Shabuya was a great dinner option. I went with a party of 8 and found the best way to get seated was to join the waitlist via Yelp. When you arrive, make sure to check in with the staff and expect to wait to be seated. I went on a Sunday at around 7:30 pm and there was still a long wait. For parking, you can try to find street parking right off of Westlake Ave. However, I opted to do valet at parking, which was about $2. Once seated, I got the Sukiyaki soup base for my hotpot. My group also tried all cuts of meat, which were all delicious. Then I made it over to the self serve bar to get a variety of things. Service was also very great! Our server stopped by frequently to refill our soup, place new meat orders, and take empty places.

4 stars because of the variety at this location. Since the one in Alhambra closed we haven't gone back here in years till now. I recall the selection was much better before here and as far as different mushrooms, baby corn and quail eggs and even glass noodles and egg rolls they had at the other locations but not here. Still this is my second choice location. I just don't like the valet parking that guy is really nice though. Same great service and very roomy inside.

My friend and I, have been craving hot pot because of the cold weather; we stumbled across this business and had to see what it was all about. Straight off the bat I really liked the vibes, and decor. It was busy, but we didn't wait long to be seated, since you can use the yelp waitlist feature. I opted for the spicy broth, which was super flavorful and delicious! I was impressed with the quality of the meat, and by far the best part of this establishment. I will say it was lacking choices with the vegetables+ other options. I was hoping for enoki mushrooms, among other things that were not there.

My friend brought me here when I was visiting LA because she knows I love hot pot!! The soup was flavorful and meat options were good but I felt the buffet was a bit lacking in vegetables/fish balls/all the different accompaniments for hot pot. The restaurant is very big and it was super busy when we went. It was pretty hard to flag down staff to order more meat and get things like water refills. Definitely still a good meal but not the best hot pot experience I've had. Had much better in both LA and SF!

First time at Shabuya! Never had hot pot before and this place made a good impression for me. Parking won't be hard since there's valet. Seating is spacious and everything is like a typical buffet style with a wide variety of vegetables, meats, seafood for your soup. The service is pretty fast and attentive. You can press a button if you require assistance which I loved. The broths were pretty good though I wasn't a fan of the spicy. The meats are really good quality but I'd say skip the shrimp as they were not that fresh. Overall, a veryy solid hot pot place and would come back.

If you're craving AYCE shabu in LA, this place won't disappoint despite not being the best in quality. Don't think the Wagyu is really Wagyu, but it's still good. They have all the toppings, noodles, sides, and sauces you can ask for, buffet-style (i.e. you get it yourself). I love that their sesame balls are always so fresh and warm as well. Spacious interior, good for larger parties to eat but not to impress.

One of my favorite place to eat AYCE hot pot, Shabuya is definitely worth checking out! First off, the parking situation is a major plus with tons of parking available, I recommend joining the waitlist on yelp just in case they get busy. 1. You start by choosing your soup base. 2. Let the server know your meat option. 3. Go ham on the buffet style of everything else that you need in your hot pot! The self-serve vegetable bar is really good, allowing you to load up on fresh greens and other sides at your own pace. The seafood selection is impressive, with ton of options. Plus, the sauce bar is a dream for sauce lovers- mix and match to create the perfect dipping sauce for your meal. When it comes to the meat they have a few option to choose from, I forgot which cut I pick but it was very tender (the meat cut is quite thin tho and that's my only complaint). Overall, Shabuya offers a good mix of quality, variety, and convenience. Whether you're a hot pot lover or a hot pot beginner, you'll find something to love here. Definitely recommend it for a fun night out with friends or family!

Honestly - so easy, so delicious and a good deal with today's prices. The broth and the sides are perfect. Though I dont remember a favorite. I just know that nothing was missing. This is what we got in that order in terms of meat. REPEAT! 2, 3, 5, 6 It's so great for large groups and a nice paid parking lot. The venue is sizable and fun and honestly, I might have my wedding here if they can refresh that front patio with all the fountains and walk ways. I wonder what this place used to be. Take note as you walk through the outside area. Glad that this neighborhood has something like this to enjoy!

WARNING: You have a little over an hour to eat. Be prepared to pay for a meal that starts at $34.99 just to be rushed out the door. It's a NO from ME... I must be on a roll because this is the second time I come to a place that serves noodles and they're either bland and/or the broth is very underwhelming. I tried the miso and pork broth, neither of them did it for me. The point of broth is to make it flavorful, not basic. It sucks when the best items here are the gyoza and meats. I loved the ribeye and wagyu round, it's too bad you have to pair it with their lame broth. This time the noodles were slightly better than my last visit but I'm still very disappointed. Shabuya is a restaurant for hot pot beginners. Thankfully, the hot pot procedure is fairly straightforward but some of the cookers are extremely hot while others are hardly working! It's so annoying to have boiling hot broth or cold broth. Also, the staff is very slow to refill your broth or have attitude when you ask them for a refill. I encountered a dude who was very unprofessional with me and was staring me down. I'm also a bit disappointed in the outside decor, usually I don't judge a place in that department but it's so sad out in their little greenery section that I have to mention it. There's spaces for outdoor dining and they're completely neglected, it looks surreal and dirty. Also, there's an area for a pond, it's totally dry! This place is bland both inside and out.

Delicious hot pot restaurant! So many great options for meat, seafood, veggies & broth. Classic all you can eat hotpot with great prices & great service! If you are looking for a classic hot pot experience, Shabuya is the way to go! Very casual atmosphere but a great place to go with a large group of friends & family. After choosing your broth it's essentially all you can eat & unlimited trips up to the buffet for seafood & veggies. Meats you order from your server of course. Great options & so delicious!

First time here and it was good. Had a birthday lunch with me and my best friend.. ramen was great. Meats were yum Ethan was a great host. Would definitely go again

Overall, it is a decent spot if you are in LA and don't want to wait. When I first tried Shabuya many years ago, I thought it was one of the best things ever. As new all you can eat hotpot places popped up, this place is in the back of my list. You'll get some okay options for meat, seafood, and vegetables, but it certainly isn't something to rave about. Service is subpar and slow. Prices can be better. Look elsewhere for better spots.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me and guess what!?!!!? I loved it! We were looking for a Hot Pot restaurant in the neighborhood that was open for lunch . The last one we went to was in Gardena and it opened at 5:00 pm. The service was wonderful, I told our waitress that this was our first time and I don't eat meat, she was wonderful and gave me directions on what to order. Since it was a buffet style , I was able to pick my own noodles, seafood and vegetables! I was in heaven! And I stuffed my self. I'm sad to say that I did not take any pictures which means I have to go back and try it again!

This was our first time trying an All You Can Eat hot pot place. We will definitely be back. The food was amazing. I chose the miso soup base and got to add all the veggies I wanted and you got to choose 4 meats to start out with. The staff were kind and helpful. Please don't judge the restaurant by the location. The restaurant itself is beautiful once you walk in. We were pleased to see how quickly the restaurant filled up at opening. The neighborhood looks rough but trust me you won't regret stopping at this restaurant. They do offer valet parking which only costs $2.

We've visited this spot a few times and always love it. The soup bases, especially the original and miso are so flavorful and don't need much additional seasoning. The selection of meat and seafood is excellent - always fresh and high-quality. We've never had any issues here. Staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. Mmmm! I can't wait to come to back here, the deal is very great for the AYCE. My girlfriend and Sister came here with me for a mid day Sunday meal and were surprised to see no wait at all for table!! The street parking out front had good availability so we didn't have to do their offered valet service. Upon entry the restaurant looks huge!! Only a few sections appeared to be open but luckily we were sat real close to the veggie/sauce/pasta/cold meat buffet tables. Within minutes of being seated we were prompted with friendly service and asked which broths/meats we'd like for our individual bowls. I did the huaguo broth, and my partner did the tonkotsu which was more creamy and less spicy. Both broths were very flavorful. I liked the options of the veggies and ingredients for the sauce. I always feel like an alchemist when making my sauce at Hot Pot joints it's part of the fun!! The meats were cut surgically thin and had amazing savory taste and quality!!! The beef wagyu and lamb were easily my favorite options! We stuffed ourselves to the brim and had an excellent dining experience. Our table was frequently checked on for water, broth, and meat orders and every request came within moments of asking. I absolutely loved this place and want to bring my family here the next time they visit LA!

Came here on Superbowl Sunday around 3 pm. We found metered parking on the street very close by because we didn't want to do the valet. There was no wait at all! We walked in and were greeted and seated immediately. The inside is extremely spacious. The ceilings are high and there are sooooo many tables! Bathrooms seemed a bit small for the amount of tables but of course were empty because there weren't that many people there at the time. You can access the menu with a QR code. It was $33 for the regular dinner/weekend price. You get a personal hot pot. I decided to get the pork soup base and my partner and sister both got the huoguo soup base (pork with chili). I personally liked the pork soup better because I felt the chili overpowered the broth flavor. There were a good amount of dipping sauce options including wasabi, ponzu, soy sauce, peanut sauce, egg sauce, chill sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, radish, and green onions. I liked the peanut sauce the most as it was sweet and savory. There were 9 meat options and we only tried #1-4 (beef) and #9 (lamb). They all were fresh and great quality. The salad bar had a good amount of options. I got the Bok choy, tofu, turkey sausage, lotus root, ramen noodles, mussels, and oyster mushrooms. The service was fast and friendly. They checked in on us frequently and the plates of meat were delivered soon after. We asked for our broths to be refilled once which they promptly did. We were only allowed to order 4 meats at a time but since service was fast, we didn't mind at all. This location is probably one of the closest AYCE hot pot to me and I would definitely come again because of that and because it's a decent price. I'd probably like to come only around non busy times though.

I came with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and luckily have found street parking but I heard that there is valet parking. There were a lot of seatings available as the place is pretty big itself so there was no wait. We each had our own broth and I picked the original hosue which was pretty classic. As for meat, we mainly picked beef and pork but they also had chicken. The beef such as wagyu and chuck eye were the best in our opinion. I also liked how they had a variety of seafood, veggies, carbs to choose from in the self serve bar, but we preferred getting more meat since it's more fresh and worth it. Overall a pretty good experience for ayce shabu shabu.

My wife and I have been to Shabuya several times and always enjoyed their unique shabu shabu experience. However this last time, when it came time to pay, they took my credit card and we sat there waiting for maybe 20 minutes until I rang the buzzer and asked when we will get my credit card back and we can sign off. The waitress came and I asked when can we finalize payment. She went back and brought me a new invoice. When I told her I already received the invoice and I had given her the card, she acknowledged and went back to get the card and final payment receipt. Several minutes later the manager came to me and said they had misplaced the card and to give him a few minutes to find it. We waited another 15 minutes before we finally left the table and went to the manager who was doing anything but looking for our card. They had lost it and apparently were going to let us sit there all night since they were ignoring us by that time. I had to cancel my credit card and then left the restaurant. What kind of business loses a customers credit card simply taking it to the cash register? And then just lets the customers sit there as if nothing happened. They eventually said sorry, but in this case that is not good enough.

Good all-you-can-eat hotpot. Veggies, sauces, and noodles were in a self serve bar in the middle and you can order meat by the plate. I did find some of the ingredients a bit lacking, was hoping for enoki mushrooms and qual eggs but they didnt have any. Other than that, they had most of the standard hotpot ingredients. The entrane for this shop was a bit hard to find, it is actually in a separate lot facing away from the street. They have valet parking in the lot but it was also easy for us to find street parking around the shop (I would be careful in the area at night). They also seemed to be short-staffed as there were only just 2 people serving all the tables. Not the most gourmet ingredients, but we left full & satisfied.

Very large space and clean restaurant. Would be really good for groups. The cold bar was organized and fully stocked with decent variety of vegetables and seafood. I think $32.99 for dinner is a fair price for a meal. My favorite meat was the #6 Angus Top Blade. My friend and I had the house traditional soup which was good but you definitely need to make sauce to fully enjoy the experience and add more flavor. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of variety in the sauce bar. They did not have sesame oil, sesame sauce, or real chiles. The only bases they had were soy sauce, yuzu ponzu, chili sauce, a creamy egg sauce?, and peanut sauce. We also didn't like how the servers gave us our check before we asked since we still had 15 minutes left in our time and we wanted to order more sesame balls for dessert before we left. The service was very good the rest of our time though and orders showed up super quick after ordering All in all nice to experience once but I don't think I would come back unless I was very close by.

I love it when we cook together. I was impressed with the aesthetics of Shabuya. Would I recommend it for a casual yet romantic DATE? Absolutely. When you're outside it doesn't feel like you're in LA, which is so typical of many of the food gems. FOOD Like I said, make me cook while we're eating out, I'll step up to the plate, pun intended.

On a hot or cold night.. this place never misses! Imo the meat that they serve is quality! Very fresh and delicious. My favorite soup is #4. Add some peanut sauce to it and BAM! Try it for yourself! Very delicious.

Ive been here for dinner and lunch. I loved the entry way to this restaurant, there's much potential to make this spot beautiful. The service is friendly and professional but could also improve on things such as following up on items requested. We had all the meats off the menu and they were all great. The food bar has a good variety of items to pick from. They could be a bit more fresh but overall were good. Compared to most other spots they have a good price here! Valet outside is only two dollars.

Surprised my partner for their first hotpot ever for Valentine's dinner! They did not take reservations but opened the Yelp Waitlist at 5pm. When you arrive, make sure to check in with the host. I forgot to do that so we sat there for about 25 mins... wait time said 1-10mins on the app when I put my name down so lesson learned!! We got seated at a booth which was nice and spacious. Our waitress was incredible!! She was very kind, helpful, and patient. She made sure to stop by throughout our meal. She gave us recommendations for the most popular meats (#1-3 + 6) so we ordered those as well as #4. To be frank, I couldn't tell which was which. I was more focused on eating because we were HUNGRY. Overall, the food was very enjoyable. The bar had a lot of great options. Some of our favorites were the udon and glass noodles, bok choy, and pork dumplings. We walked out extremely full - probably way too full. While my partner is a MEGA FAN of KBBQ, they actually said HOTPOT is now their favorite. Definitely worth it for the price, quality, and variety of options. Random note: We thought their water was SO GOOD?!? It tasted fresh. We usually don't drink a lot of water for AYCE but we chugged that delicious water. I don't know what they did to it Parking: Spacious valet-only parking lot. We were lucky and found street parking right down the road! Be careful walking as the area didn't feel very safe.

We waited about 5 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night at 6 pm. It was a bit busy inside and they seemed short staffed. Our servers kept changing so it seems like one isn't assigned to each table. I got the miso broth, my husband ordered the sukiyaki broth, my dad ordered the house original broth which was basically anchovy broth, and mom ordered the pork broth. I loved that we got our individual broth in front of us. We were also able to request for more broth when it simmered away. Each table also comes with the call button if we need something obviously more meat! Our favorite was #1 U.S. Wagyu Chuck Tender, #4 Prime Beef Belly, and #6 Angus Top Blade. They have a few appetizers, fried sesame balls come warm and they ask exactly how many balls we want lol even egg rolls, if you ask for one, they will literally bring you one egg roll. Overall, worth the $32.99 per person ayce. Valet was $2.

The restaurant is very pretty and the food was delicious. They have a variety of options from shellfish to veggies and have many different sauces to choose from. It took quite a while to get seated and we waited almost an hour due to the fact that although we were on the waitlist and went in to ask, they never told us to check in which we thought we did. 2 parties that came much later than us got seated before us even after checking in with the server even though we were #1 on the list. Although the food is good, there was a very small waiting area and you have to wait outside in an old bar area.

Me and my friends have been here twice, and we have enjoyed the food every time. With the wide selection of vegetables, meat and seafood, this is truly a good place for shabu-shabu. The staff have been very nice and helpful to us, the service is quick, and we do not have to get their attention all the time. This place is always full as I have noticed. The valet parking is a plus.

Great variety of meats, broth, and additional things to add to your soup. Definitely worth the money. Our host checked on us to helpfully ask if we wanted more water, broth, meat, etc. Also looked how there was a vent to suck in the steam. Had a great time!

Absolutely love this place! I've been here a couple of times with my husband and mom. The most recent visit was a very large party that occupied two long tables. I always get the house broth. It's a yummy. #6 is my favorite meat, I ate so much of that because it's nice and tender!! Try everything!!! The service was very quick as well and they refill your pots with more broth when you're running low. This is one of my favorite all you can eat hot pot places! It's clean also, I like that they maintain their stations. It gets really busy on weekends, so make sure your entire party is present. Parking is valet only, $2! It's a big spacious lot.

We came as a group of 7, to celebrate my son's birthday. It was our first time here, and I would come back. There is a large selection of items to add to your broth in addition to the regular beef, chicken and pork. You choose whatever broth you want and then you proceed to the salad bar to pick up whatever items you plan to add to your broth. They have seafood, rice cakes and even dumplings. Service was a little slow, but the servers were friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that it was difficult to get more napkins. We asked multiple people and then finally got some from the guy cleaning the tables. Other than that, we all were satisfied.

Very busy, even at lunchtime! There was 2$ valet parking available (thankfully). Food and meat quality was good for an all you can eat establishment and the price was reasonable. I think it was 24.99 for meat and 20.99 for veggie.

This place was amazing! They had parking. The entrance was very beautiful and transported my mood to feel magical. After walking through the garden, I went in the entrance. I got seated and ordered some meats. Then, I went and got vegetables and seafood from the buffet bar. I also crafted my sauce which was ponzu, green onions, radishes, sesame and chilies. The service was great and they refilled my broth twice. The food was super fresh, and I would return. Just a tip, they don't serve parties of 1. If you put crab legs in your soup, it gets extremely salty so instead of more broth, ask for water to pour in your soup bowl to balance out the saltiness.

Good shabu spot in Westlake. Inside is a large space. They have plenty of seating. It's a good place for groups. I liked having an individual hot pot. The meats were good. My favs were probably #1 wagyu chuck and #7 pork belly. I liked the selection at the sides bar. They even had some mussels and clams. Plenty of veggies, minor complaint but I wish they had squash too. Overall a solid place. Will definitely be coming back. Service was good. Friendly staff. There's a pay/valet lot in front or street parking.

This place is huge! So it's easy to get a seat as long as it's not a cold rainy day (They get so busy on a cold day). I like their individual pot, so I can customize my own broth with different ingredients like seafood and veggies. Their bar maintained pretty well with fresh food, so it's a big plus, and their meat quality is ok, nothing to complain.

Food It's a shabu-shabu place and my expectations are mostly about having a good time and getting my money's worth and not about the actual food. For the food, everything was pretty okay. There was a good selection of meats, like angus beef, chuck, etc. a good selection of vegetatables and seafood. Not everything was of the best quality and meat was super thin, but I thought it was fine and passable. You also have a choice of broth, and I got a pork broth base. Overall, the experience of eating shabu-shabu here would equal a good time. Service/Ambiance We got here on a Thursday night and there were quite a lot of open tables, which is good, and it's quite a big and clean restaurant which i appreciate. Our server was a bit hard to communicate with but it was fine since she was really nice and we got meats pretty quickly.

always a great place for ayce shabu :') very spacious interior, with dark blue-purple lights. service for broth and meat are quick. a variety of options for the veggies, seafood, noodles and they are self-serve. i think this place is priced well for what you are getting. you can also ask for rice and make your own porridge at the end. it's not a 5/5 since the ayce meat quality is not the best quality but it'd say you are still getting your money's worth!

Honestly my favorite hot pot place. I've been here 3 times and have never been disappointed. Service is great and I love the vibes.

Celebrated my birthday here with my family. The check-in iPad device in the front was in the Korean language, but I don't read Korean. The host said to change it, and I said how? Shabuya is a pretty awesome spot. We came on a busy Saturday night, but luckily I joined the yelp waitlist on the drive there. Parking is valet only, but it's only $2. We had a party of 6, and I was happy to see that each of us got our own pot and stove. I chose to go with the original house broth. There is a huge vegetable and seafood bar where you can fill up your plate with as much as you want. Some of my favorites are the napa cabbage, oyster mushrooms, konyaku, crab, udon, and lotus root. There is also an awesome sauce bar. We chose to get meats 1-6, which included wagyu. Everything was so good!! I think it can be hard to keep things clean when things are so busy. The first plate I got at the veggie bar had cilantro still stuck on it, so I had to get another one. The meats came out pretty slow, but understandable when it was so busy. Overall, for $32.99, I think it's a great deal considering how much you get. Also a good spot for big groups!

Special shout-out and mention to Audrey, a very auntie-like server who helped us all enjoy our time there, despite how busy, hectic and rushed restaurants get during dinner time. She was super helpful, refilling our soups, and giving us tips on how to eat our shabu shabu better. The place itself is great, there's a bit of a wait time but nothing major. The options for meats, and toppings are super fresh, delicious and well-served. Everything is clean and the ambiance is fantastic. Valet parking is awesome but you do have to have 2 dollars in cash to pay for it at the end of the night, so please do keep that in mind.

Food quality has been a bit poor on Sunday night when I visited. But service wwas awesome. With many people we still got to wait about 20 minutes using yelp waiting list. we loved our fresh veggies and seafood as well.

Meat was fresh, comes in small portions so you can try a bit of everything. Salad bar has everything you can think of for hot pot.. great service
